I could see that the crew was doing their best to entertain the guests. The volleyball at the sandbar and the sea turtle watching were both fun (we saw more than 10 turtles). The hamburger made by the female captain was also delicious. The explanations from the Japanese crew were concise and easy to understand.

During the final snorkeling at the coral reef, I was able to see a lot of fish. I even saw a dragonfish chasing other tropical fish at high speed!

The only downside for me was that it was cold. I had heard it would be chilly coming out of the sea, so I prepared extra towels and a jacket, but the water was quite cold too, and I ended up shivering. If I had stayed in the water and moved around more, it might have been better. Considering the occasionally cloudy weather and the fact that it was November, I suppose it can't be helped.

However, I was able to have a wonderful time in the Hawaiian sea for the first time. Thank you to all the crew!

　私にとっての唯一の難点は寒かったこと。海からあがると寒いとは聞いてたので、予備のバスタオルとか上着とかを用意して行ったが、水の中も結構寒くてガタガタ震えてしまった。海からあがらないで、水の中でもっと動いてたら、マシだったかも。時々曇ったりする天気と11月という季節を考えたら、仕方ないかと思う。
　でも、初めてのハワイの海で素敵な時間を過ごすことができた。クルーの皆さん、ありがとう!

On Friday, during the Hilton's fireworks night, I participated in the lobster and steak menu.

First, we each went to the table where the appetizers were set up to grab various crackers, cheeses, and fruits. The blue cheese was delicious. Bread and salad were already on the table from the start. A large lobster was served, followed by tender steak. The lobster came with a sauce that tasted like butter and ponzu, and the steak was also tasty.

During the meal, we were served champagne and two large cocktails, the last of which had sherbet in it and was delicious, along with cake and coffee or tea. I was so full it was uncomfortable.

In the meantime, there were two singers, a saxophonist, and several Hawaiian dances, and after watching the fireworks, everyone danced in a circle. They really knew how to get the crowd excited. However, there were too many people, and it seemed cramped for the performers. It might be better to limit the number of guests a bit.

Overall, the food was delicious, the performers were enjoyable, and although it was expensive when converted to Japanese yen, I was glad I participated. Also, during the fireworks, everyone got up and went to the aisles, so if you were seated, you couldn't see anything, leaving no choice but to stand. I thought it would be better to prohibit standing in the aisles.

最初前菜が用意されているテーブルに各々取りに行ってクラッカーやチーズ各種とフルーツを取りに行きました。ブルーチーズが美味しかった。
パンとサラダは最初からテーブルにありました。大きいロブスターがでできてその後柔らかいステーキがでました。ロブスターはバターとポン酢みたいなソース付でステーキも美味しかった。
その間にシャンパンと大きなグラスのカクテル2杯がでで、最後のカクテルはシャーベットが入っていて美味しかった、あとケーキとコーヒーか紅茶。
お腹が一杯で苦しかった。
その間に歌手が2人とサックスの演奏とハワイの踊りが数種類で花火を見たあとはみんなで輪になって踊りました。盛り上げ方が上手。
でも人が入りすぎていてショーをやる人が狭そうだった。お客さんの人数をもう少し控えた方がいいかも。
全体的にみるとお料理は美味しかったし、ショーの人たちは楽しかったし日本円にしたら高かったけど参加してよかった。
あと花火の時みんなが席を立って通路に行ってしまうので、座っていると見えないのでみんな席を立つしかなかった。立ち見を禁止すればいいのにと思った。

I participated in several other tours besides Kualoa Ranch, but this one was the most fun! The guide was kind and took safety into consideration. Additionally, since it has been a filming location for various movies, I now have the enjoyment of rewatching those films after returning home.

For those who will be joining the tour:
1. I think it's easier to bring a credit card. There are gift shops and snack stands, and if you have a bag, you’ll be asked to use a coin locker for $5. Payments can be made with a credit card, which is helpful if you don't have the exact $5. If you have a waist pouch, you can ride without putting it in the coin locker.
2. It's better to use the restroom before getting on the bus. On the way there, we shared rides from different meeting points, and in my case, we stopped at two more places before heading to the ranch, which took about an hour, and I ended up needing to go to the bathroom, haha. The bus driver didn’t mention the travel time or anything like that.

As long as you keep these points in mind, you shouldn't have any issues. I highly recommend this tour!

①クレジットカードは持参した方が楽だと思います。ギフトショップや軽食が買える売店もある他カバンを持っている人は5ドルでコインロッカーに入れるように言われます。支払いはクレジットカードでできるのでぴったり5ドルがない時に助かります。ウエストポーチならコインロッカーに入れなくてもそのまま乗馬できます。
②バスに乗車する前にお手洗いは済ませた方がいいです。行きは、バラバラの集合場所で相乗りになり、私の時はあと2か所に停車してから牧場に向かったので着くまで1時間くらいかかり、トイレに行きたくなりました笑バスの運転手さんも所要時間などそこら辺のことは言ってくれないので。

これだけ気をつければ困ることはないと思います。本当におすすめのツアーですよ！

This was my first time participating. I had a hard time deciding on the course for the meal, but since it was my first time, I went with the buffet to see what it was like. The taste was better than I had imagined, but I felt it would have been even better with a few more options.

You can choose between alcoholic and non-alcoholic Mai Tais, but I found the alcoholic version to be quite strong, and I wished I had gone with the non-alcoholic one.

The sunset was beautiful from the boat, and the night view of Waikiki from the sea was really lovely! Considering the boarding time, scenery, atmosphere, and food, I think the price is reasonable. I would love to go again if I have the chance.

This experience was the best my husband & I had. Beautiful scenic tour to do if you can as a once in a lifetime to see the natural beauty of the Island. Our tour guides Moana & Ku ulei were awesome. They gave us quite an experience through the dirt roads and small rocky creeks. The few stops we did were excellent to see & hear about. It's not all just about the movies made there, but to hear the history blew my mind. I would definitely do this tour again & if I had more time do some of the others. I give it a 10 in my book of things to plan for an activity.

I was the only Japanese person on the English tour, but I had a great time.

The roads were well-maintained, so there were no issues, but be careful of the collapsed fence on the cliffside leading to the lighthouse and watch out for falling rocks from above. The guide advised against going there. Since I couldn't see the situation from above, I decided to go partway and planned to turn back if I judged it to be dangerous, but I was relieved that I was able to pass through safely. I think it’s a tour with plenty of time.

I appreciated being dropped off right next to the hotel on the way back. It was a place I would consider visiting again ❤️

道も整備されていて問題ないですが、ライトハウスに行く崖側は柵が崩壊しているのと上からの落石には十分注意した方がいいです。
ガイドさんは行かないで欲しいと言っていました。

I chose a plan without meals, but those who had meals seemed to be enjoying themselves with activities like hula lessons. The show itself mainly features slightly older songs by artists like Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson, but even if you don't know the songs, I felt it was professional entertainment that could still get the crowd excited. Local singers also participate, performing cover songs as well as their own hits. They even perform songs from Disney's Moana. Perhaps because it was a weekday, only the VIP seats were filled, while the other areas were sparse. I think a bit more creativity is needed to make me want to see it two or three times.

The weather was nice, but it was quite windy, which limited our experience time to about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Considering the horses, that couldn't be helped. Upon arrival, I received this information from a Japanese person.

According to the owner, they were willing to provide some refund, and I received a proper refund later on.

One point of dissatisfaction would be the guide after getting on the horse. It was just a tour where we walked with the horses without any explanation. I believe there are notable spots along the way, but there was no conversation, so I had no idea what was where.

They were attentive to safety, so I didn't have any concerns in that regard. The scenery was fantastic since it was sunny. It was too difficult to take photos with one hand (laughs).

For lunch, there is a place that resembles a local diner, but the menu consists mainly of heavy American items like hamburgers, fries, and corn dogs (laughs). Of course, there are snacks and salads, but they are expensive due to the weak yen.

I had bought rice balls in advance, so if you're unsure about your food preferences, I recommend bringing your own.

オーナー曰く、多少の返金にも対応するとのことで、後日きちんと返金対応いただきました。
１点、不満があるとすれば馬に乗ってからのガイドです。なんの説明もなく、ただ馬とてくてく散歩するツアーでした。
恐らく各名場面があるものだと思いますが、なんの会話もなかったのでどこになにがある場所なのか不明。
安全面はしっかりみてくれていたのでとくにそこの不安はなかったです。
晴れていたので景色が最高でした。片手で写真を撮るのが難しすぎる(笑)
昼食は、現地の食堂のようなところがありますがメニューはハンバーガー・フライドポテト・アメリカンドッグ…などかなりアメリカンな重いものばかりです。(笑)もちろんスナックやサラダもありますが円安で高いので…。
おにぎりを事前に買っていたので、もし食の好みに不安なら持参することをお勧めします。

I listened to the precautions in Japanese and then started driving right away. The three guides were fun and entertaining! The breathtaking views of nature, which are rare in Japan, were impressive.

However, they stopped at various points to provide explanations, but I couldn't understand any English, so that was a bit disappointing. I also think it would be good to watch a movie beforehand (I went in without seeing anything).

I read experiences and prepared with clothes that could get dirty and wore a mask, but I didn't get dirty at all! I did get caught in light rain a few times, and some mud stuck to me, but it was totally manageable after washing my arms in the restroom at the end. So, I think it really depends on the weather that day and the order of the buggies (I was second from the front) and how you drive.

I believe this is an activity that you can't easily experience in Japan. It's a bit far from Waikiki, so it takes about a day, but it was a refreshing experience.

そして体験談を読み込んで汚れても良い服、マスク着用で臨みましたが全然汚れませんでした！
途中何度か小雨に降られて泥が多少着きましたが、最後にトイレで腕を洗えば全然OKなレベルでした。なので、その日の天候やバギーの並び順（私は前方二番目でした）、運転の仕方でかなり左右されるのかなと思いました。
なかなか日本で味わえないアクティビティだと思います。ワイキキから少し遠いので約一日潰れてしまいますが気持ちがいい体験でした。

During our honeymoon in Hawaii, we made a reservation because we wanted to see a hula dance. The food was served buffet style with a wide variety, and we were very satisfied. It was a buggy experience in vast land that you can’t experience anywhere else in Japan! The scenery was amazing, and I’m really glad I went. The initial overall explanation and the safety video for driving were provided in Japanese as well. Knowing English makes it more enjoyable to hear the guide's explanations during the tour. The price is a bit high, but I think it's a valuable experience that makes you forget about the cost!

I participated in this activity because I wanted to see authentic hula.

First, it was buffet time. The welcome drink, Mai Tai, was fresh and a refreshing drink with a hint of alcohol. It was easy to drink and delicious.

The buffet was average, nothing special. During the meal, hula dancers came to our table and performed beautiful dances multiple times. It was moving!

Finally, it was time for "Rock-a-Hula." They introduced the history of music in Hawaii in chronological order. It was a fun and vibrant show. Wonderful!

In the second half, we had the much-anticipated Elvis and Michael. The quality met my expectations. It felt like a good job!

The greeting time for commemorative photos was also lovely. I managed to get a two-shot with both of them.

It was a very satisfying time.

I'll keep this short and to the point. It really wasn't what most would consider a Luau. You're in a tiki-like environment in a mall for the meal and then you go to an inside theater for the show. The show is more of a Vegas-like show primarily consisting of an Elvis and Michael Jackson impersonator. The show was honestly pretty good, but just wasn't what was expected at a Luau.

On a good note, the food was decent and the performers were pretty good. If you just want a reasonably priced meal and a show then this is for you. If you're looking for a more traditional Hawaiian Luau then look somewhere else.

After completing the check-in, I was seated at 5:30 PM, and the buffet started at 6:30 PM, so as mentioned in other reviews, the wait felt long. During the waiting time, you can experience traditional Hawaiian dance and music. Once the buffet begins, guests are guided to the food in order by table. There was a lot of food available, so I was able to enjoy my meal leisurely for about an hour. Since the buffet is not located in just one spot, I recommend looking around to gather your food. (It was a bit hard to find the roast beef station.)

Regarding the show, the stage was larger and more visible than I expected. There were rock stars from different generations, and as expected in a place known for entertainment, the audience was engaged and never bored. It was great to see the fire dance as well. At the end, you can take photos with the performers when exiting. I would like to go again if I visit Hawaii.

We rode in one buggy as a family of three, with only one person driving. I thought it might be easy enough to give it a try, but since I'm a paper driver, I decided against it. There are stopping points along the way where you can take photos and switch drivers. The guide decides where these stops are, so it's a bit disappointing when you want to take a picture at a certain spot but have to keep going. However, those not driving can take photos while moving, so that's okay, I guess? If it's a location tour, there seem to be plenty of spots to stop and take pictures.

At one point, for some reason, our buggy got separated, and we ended up distanced from the front and back. We were following the buggy in front, so we had to wait quite a bit. Even though there were guides in front and behind, these things can happen. If we had to wait, I would have preferred to do so at a photo spot.

They provide helmets and goggles. You also receive a scarf (neck warmer?) to wear, which can be used as a mask, so it's fine even if you're wearing contact lenses, and it keeps dust out of your throat. However, when we got out of the car, the front seat had dirt in the shape of the seatbelt, so it seems like we got quite a bit of dust. When we drove through a puddle, the front seat also got a bit splashed. I recommend wearing a T-shirt that you don't mind getting dirty (anything but white).

ヘルメット、ゴーグルを貸してくれます。かぶるタイプのスカーフ（ネックウォーマー？）をプレゼントされ、マスク代わりに使うので、コンタクトレンズでも大丈夫だし、ほこりものどに入ってきません。
でも、車を降りたら前席の人は、シートベルトの形に汚れがついていたので、かなり砂埃あびてるようです。途中、水たまりを走った時も、前席はちょっとかぶっていたようです。汚れてもいいＴシャツ（白以外）をお勧めします。

Right after departure, the wind was strong and the boat swayed a bit, but by the time the show started, the swaying had settled down. The sunset spreading between the clouds was amazing. I chose a course without seat reservations, but since I had an 11-month-old child, they guided us to a corner sofa seat, which allowed us to sit side by side facing outward and enjoy a great view. During sunset, we were taken to the upper floor, where we could see a beautiful sunset. The lobster and steak were, of course, very delicious, and the two complimentary drinks were generous in size, so we were more than satisfied. During the meal, we enjoyed lovely Hawaiian music, and after the ship docked, we watched hula and haka dances, which was very exciting. I was happy that many people interacted with my small child. It was the best memory!

We participated as a family of four (ages 3 and 8)♪ We took a shuttle bus from the meeting point. Upon arrival, a Japanese staff member was waiting at the entrance and kindly guided us to the free chairs in the kids' area, saying, "Everyone, please follow me!" It was very nice of them. I was a bit anxious because the pickup bus took a long time to arrive. The guide who showed up after the scheduled time directed us to a bus that had been parked a distance away for over 20 minutes, so I wonder if the guide was late? We also had to wait a bit for the return bus, so while the tour was good, the bus experience was a bit lacking.

The tour provided guidance in Japanese, and the staff were very friendly to the little kids, which made it enjoyable for everyone! The sandbar was about waist to chest deep, and my 11-month-old was able to have their first experience in the ocean with a float. The hamburgers on the boat were also very delicious, and we saw several sea turtles swimming from the boat! The snorkeling area was larger than I expected; my husband went around the whole area, but I was scared, so I enjoyed snorkeling nearby, and I was still able to see many fish and corals. 天気も良かったので、ハワイのきれいな景色も堪能して、一日充実して過ごすことができました。

My wife and I enjoyed the sunset cruise. Although it was an issue or two, they should try to be resolved the last time I took the cruise. I was able to be out on the outside on the deck at the sunset. Got to take some amazing pictures . This time we are in line for the buffet when is sunset. I think the time should be adjusted if the time is earlier when the sun sets. The whole purpose of a sunset cruise is to be able to watch the sunset and not be called to the buffet table to get your meal. My wife really enjoyed the Buffay food. She said it was very good as a picky eater. She ate a little bit of everything and enjoyed it.

I will verify the timing of other cruises before I would take the cruise again as the whole purpose was to be able to watch the sun set
