It was easy to get there by bus from around Waikiki. I made a reservation with a guaranteed window seat and received an album as well. Perhaps because nearly half of the guests were Japanese, there were rice and Japanese food at the buffet. The main attraction was the freshly sliced roast beef, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The first drink, whether a non-alcoholic cocktail or a cocktail, is free. As I finished my first round at the buffet, the sun began to set, and I was able to freely go up on the deck of the boat. If you're looking to enjoy the lively atmosphere of Hawaii, this might not be the right fit for you. However, I think watching the sunset while listening to jazz in a calm setting is a unique experience that’s hard to come by.

There were about 10% Japanese guests, and while the menu had some items in Japanese, all orders and communication were in English. The introductions of the musicians and the engaging talks were also all in English, so having some understanding of the language would make it more enjoyable.

Even if the weather wasn't really great during our experience, we still had a great time chilling in the boat watching the view, snorkeling and had dinner and drinks. It was a really good value for the price since the dinner and alcoholic beverage were also included. The crew was really great too and we spent time talking to them as well. Captain Don, Trent and Jacob were really fun and helpful throughout the experience. Even if we didn't see the sunset because of the weather, it was still great because we saw a humpback whale swimming next to us.

At one point, my 4-year-old daughter was surprised and cried when she got splashed with water, but I enjoyed it until the end! Everything went smoothly-tour operator picked us up on time at designated spot and returned us at appropriate time, and gave us a narrative talk about the area enroute to Diamond Head. The destination was exceptional -with amazing views of the inland and coastline. One tip- it appears that the later you go in the day the busier the trail gets. We left at 8:30 am and the crowds were manageable. If you're in Honolulu-definitely check this beauty out-and plan to get a good cardiovascular workout in climbing to the top!

My family does horseback riding, so I wanted to try it in Hawaii as well! This was my first experience riding, but even someone like me was able to ride for two hours without any trouble. For experienced riders, just walking might not be enough, but the scenery is amazing as you get to ride across vast lands that you wouldn't normally experience! I'm glad I went.

My spouse and I participated in the 3-star course. On the day of the event, the sea was calm with little movement, making for a peaceful night. The venue was open-air, and it was neither too hot nor too cold, so a single aloha shirt was sufficient.

As we set sail to the live jazz performance, we enjoyed the sunset right away. The meal consisted of a full course with lobster and steak, along with one bottle of sparkling wine and two additional drinks. The portions were generous, and we couldn't finish all the drinks. If I had to mention a downside, it was that the venue was quite crowded, and the space between tables was narrow.

After the Polynesian show, everyone got together to dance, which was a lot of fun.
