This was my second visit. I was guided to an outdoor seat, but when I requested to change to an indoor seat, I was taken to the second floor, which had a nice atmosphere, and we started our meal. The food was delicious. However, about 30 minutes in, a group of around eight people who completely disregarded the surrounding environment sat nearby. Their loud, almost shrill laughter and vulgar tone ruined the atmosphere. It seemed that most of them had been living in Hawaii for a long time, engaging in noisy conversations in Japanese. They had no manners, and I felt that it lowered the establishment's dignity and reputation. Since I was traveling, I chose not to say anything, and I understand that the restaurant cannot choose its customers, but it would have been nice if they had some measures in place to maintain the restaurant's standards. It was a shame to have such a wonderful dinner ruined. It was disappointing, especially since the food was so good.
２度目の往訪。屋外の席に案内されたが、室内に変更を希望すると２階席に案内され、雰囲気もよく、会食を開始。料理はおいしかったです。ところが、開始３０分後、周囲への迷惑を全く気にしない集団８名ほどが近くの席に。特に女性陣のけたたましい、奇声に近い笑い声、下品な口調で雰囲気は台無しに。ハワイに長く住んでいる方々が大半の様で、日本語でのうるさい会話。マナーも無く、お店にとっても品格が下がり、品位が疑われるのではと思われました。旅行中なので敢えて注意しませんでしたし、お店も客は選べないのでしょうが、お店の格を守るためにも注意が合っても良かったのでは。せっかくのディナーは台無しに。美味しかっただけに残念です。

At first, we were shown a video in Japanese, so there were no problems.
For now, we got covered in sand. (laughs)
That said, they provided goggles and something to cover our mouths, so it wasn't an issue.
There are ups and downs, but it's not as scary as it sounds. We departed in groups of about ten, and the guide stopped at points to provide guidance, but I couldn't understand what he was saying in English. I think it would be helpful to have a translation app.
At one of the stops, a local staff member will take photos for you, so be sure to ask.
Also, since we had two hours, I think we really got to enjoy nature in the end.

About 15 people, including Australians and African Americans, boarded the boat together. All the explanations were in English, which made it quite challenging to understand, but it was okay because I could grasp the atmosphere. The views were amazing, and the breeze felt great!

I participated on September 10. Despite paying a fairly high fee, three activities were closed. By around noon, it seemed that the staff were short-handed due to their breaks, leading to even more closed activities. They did not reopen until we boarded the return bus before 3 PM. It felt almost like a scam. Perhaps it would have been different on another day, but that was the only day my family could go. If you decide to book, it seems to be a matter of luck.

I was hesitant to participate because I'm not good with heights, but I decided to join since it was a special opportunity. Once I got up there, the fear disappeared, and I was just able to enjoy the wonderful scenery. It was an extraordinary experience. Before I knew it, it was over, and I was laughing. The final landing was expertly done by the professionals, gently touching down in the sea. It really got my adrenaline pumping. The boat was quite rocky, so a strong motion sickness pill is a must.
高い所は苦手で参加するか迷いましたが、せっかくなのでと参加しました。
上がってしまえば怖さはなく、ただただ素敵な景色が見える♪非日常な体験です。

It was a very good and fun experience, from pushing out the canoe to lifting it up, together with the staff. We paddled out to the open sea and rode the waves. I definitely want to recommend it.

Out of 16 participants, we were the only two Japanese. On the bus, we introduced ourselves in English, and if you're proficient in English, you'll have a great time. The guide was kind, but we understood more than half of the content. In the morning activities, swimming was prohibited at the waterfall in the botanical garden due to lack of rain (the waterfall itself was dry and not flowing), so I recommend snorkeling. The kayaking was just under an hour on the river. The stops along the bus route included a coconut farm, a fruit stand (a roadside shop), and a shopping mall (single-story). We bought a papaya for $4 at the fruit stand (it was perfectly ripe and very delicious when we ate it at the hotel), and we had Matsumoto's shaved ice at the shopping mall. We had plenty of time and enjoyed ourselves.

I drove a buggy in the magnificent nature. The ups and downs are intense. There was no Japanese guide, so I could hardly understand what was being said. I only enjoyed about half of it, but I think those who understand English would have a great time. Besides buggies, there are cycling and horseback riding options.

We rode four-wheel buggies as a family. My spouse and I took turns driving, and it was truly enjoyable to see the wonderful scenery of Hawaii while off-roading. The kids were also thrilled. The guide spoke English, so it was difficult for me to understand everything with my listening skills, but they cheerfully shared many stories about the history of Kualoa Ranch. They were a wonderful guide.

I was worried about the meal because I didn't have a great experience at a previous event, but everything was very delicious. The pineapple and the lomi lomi before the meal were especially fantastic.
I arrived early, and before the buffet started, each group was treated to a live performance of a ukulele chorus. I recommend arriving early.
The show focused on Elvis and Michael, and I think adults will really enjoy it.
It might be a bit difficult for those from generations that aren't very familiar with Elvis and Michael.
After the show, there was time to take photos with the performers, which made for a nice memory.

I checked in at 9:30 for my 10:00 reservation and boarded the boat as soon as the previous group returned. There were two crew members and ten passengers. Right after boarding, we put on life jackets and seat belts, and took turns jumping. I was nervous until we took off, but once we were in the air, the sound of the wind was pleasant, and the blue of the sky and sea was beautiful. It was amazing to see Diamond Head and Waikiki from the ocean side.
10時予約のため9時30分に受付、前のグループが戻って来てすぐに乗船。
クルーは2人、乗客は10名でした。乗船後すぐにライフジャケット、ベルト着用、順番に飛びます。飛ぶまではドキドキしましたが、上空に上がると風の音が心地良く、空と海の青さが綺麗で海からダイヤモンドヘッド、ワイキキの景色を海側から見ることが出来素晴らしかったです。

The sandbar was not a beach but a shallow area that was about knee-deep. However, since I checked the tide data in advance, I was able to enjoy it quite a bit. Everyone had fun playing beach volleyball and practicing snorkeling.
The hamburgers for lunch were incredibly delicious. I was also amazed by the number of sea turtles we saw.
The final snorkeling experience was wonderful, with clear water and lots of tropical fish. Even for someone like me who isn't a strong swimmer, it was enjoyable.
All the crew members were fantastic, always keeping us entertained and paying close attention to safety, for which I am very grateful.

I was expecting the sandbar to be on the beach, but the water level was higher than I thought. However, the water was clear. The staff were very friendly and took photos for us.
We were able to see manta rays and sea turtles, which was amazing.
The hamburger for lunch was delicious.
The snorkeling wasn't great at first because the water clarity wasn't very good, making it hard to find fish, but by the time I got used to it, I was able to see plenty of tropical fish.
After snorkeling, there were warm drinks available, and I enjoyed some cocoa.
Above all, the staff were fantastic, and I had a great time. Thank you!

They efficiently and kindly taught us how to put on the wetsuits and how to use the equipment and fins, making it easy for beginners to enjoy. I'm really glad I participated in this tour! That day, there was one Japanese participant and it was my first time in Kailua, but the female Japanese staff member kindly taught us everything from beach safety tips to how to enjoy the area, as well as how to rent and use equipment, making it easy for us to relax and fully enjoy the tour! Thank you very much! Kailua Beach and Lanikai Beach were both much clearer than Waikiki and absolutely beautiful; swimming there was a lot of fun! There were also bike rentals available, which made exploring the town convenient.

I participated in the buggy driving experience at Kualoa Ranch. It was a very spacious ranch, and driving on the slightly tight mountain roads, curves, bumpy paths, and slopes was a lot of fun. After being seated, we were offered a welcome drink (you can choose between alcoholic or non-alcoholic). After the buffet, we went up to the deck from the stairs near the bar counter. We could see Diamond Head and the sunset. When we returned to our seats after the sunset, there was a show happening. I was with my 11-month-old daughter, and they provided us with a high chair (with a belt), and she was eating white rice and fruits. After getting off the shuttle bus, they explained the precautions in Japanese and gave us the reservation ticket. Everything else was in English. We entered the waiver agreement through the QR code on the reservation ticket beforehand. We arrived exactly at check-in time at the designated reception (if you arrive early, you will be turned away). It seemed that eight buggies were grouped together, and the check-in times were strictly divided. After showing our driver's license, the driver received a wristband. We were given a helmet, goggles, and something like a neck warmer to protect against dust while watching a video on how to drive and safety precautions. Among the eight groups, we were the only Japanese. They gathered everyone to explain various things, but sadly, I understood very little. I think it would have been more enjoyable if I understood English better. I felt like I was just following along by instinct.
The scenery was wonderful, and the buggies were fun, and it wasn't as dangerous as I expected, so it was good. However, there were too many things I didn't understand, so I give it four stars. I don't expect full Japanese support, but I would have appreciated something like an explanation sheet for tourist spots. I really felt my lack of English skills... 景色は素晴らしいし、バギーも楽しいし思ったより危なく無かったので良かったけれど、分からない事が多すぎたので星4。日本語対応まで求めないが観光スポットの説明用紙などあれば嬉しいなと思いました。自分の英語力の無さを痛感…アウェイ感が否めませんでした（泣）。

The show was wonderfully structured, and even though they were impersonators, it was truly impressive for an American business. The flow of the tempo was good, and at the end, the performers were easy to talk to and took photos with us, creating great memories. If I had to mention a downside, the buffet-style meal didn't meet my expectations, and there were very few Japanese guests who went back for seconds.
