Excellent time out at the ranch.
My partner and I enjoyed the movie tour and the jungle tour. Amazing scenery and the tour guides were great.
Well recommended.

We had an amazing time. We got 20 minutes in the cage with a total of 6 people, and 12 people on the boat. We saw dozens of Galapagos sharks that came right up to the cage. I felt completely safe inside the cage while still feeling connected to the sharks. Both Erin and Alexis were helpful and knowledgeable. They did their best to make sure we had a fantastic time. They even stopped on the way back so we could enjoy watching the dolphins. I 100% recommend this shark tour. Just be weary that it was very rough in the cage so maybe not ideal for those not comfortable in the water.

The whole experience was simply awesome and whether you are in Hawaii for 2 days, 7 days , 2 weeks DO NOT MISS THIS !

Walk and see at your own pace and time.
The shuttle bus is on time and not packed.
The bus drivers/tour guides provides good info and details on the sites visited.

The guide did not stop us at the stops that were advertised and we just drove through them. Also, the guide was rude.

We traveled from Oahu to the Big Island and were ready for our adventure. We boarded our helicopter for our sightseeing adventure of the volcanoes. I was extremely lucky to be chosen to be in the co-pilot seat!! What an exciting ride. Our pilot was awesome. He was very informative and answered all our questions. This is the only way to see volcanoes, from the air. When our flight was over we were to be picked up by the tour bus and continue our day. Somehow we were overlooked and no bus picked us up. I called the company and they immediately sent someone to Glenn to pick us up. He fed us lunch and then took us to meet up with Dexter, our tour guide and we enjoyed a day of sightseeing. Even with that little oops, we were very pleased with the whole experience.

Awesome adventure for the family. We had pretty good rain on ours but I think it made for a better experience. Driver was awesome and comedic.

What a wonderful experience for the whole family! I felt like family while we were there. The Chief was great! The fire dancers were great! The women dancers were great! Food was great! I loved the story telling and the teachings about Polynesian culture. I would do this experience again.

We had such an awesome time on the boat! The staff was absolutely incredible!! They were so friendly, nice and funny! Would absolutely book again. The turtles and snorkeling was amazing. They are very knowledgeable about everything in the water and more. The girls went above and beyond to help the group of people that I went with. Amazing time!

It was a nice yet dirty ride. Make sure not to go in your nice clothes because you will get dirty. My daughter loved it. Beautiful view

Our tour guides where very informative. I would suggest next time high winds like on this day maybe they reschedule. We felt beaten up by huge waves heavy winds that day. I rented the go pro camera so hopefully I got some good shots. But the experience was still top pick for me on my vacation.

My family of 8 went jet skiing and parasailing to celebrate my daughters 19th bday. It was such a fun and successful time in the water. We truly enjoyed how organized things were done and how we didn’t have to go somewhere different to do Both things.

There was no need for complicated operations, and I was able to fully enjoy horseback riding. Being outdoors allowed us to avoid the three密 (crowded places, close contact, and confined spaces), making it an activity that can be experienced without inconvenience even during the COVID-19 pandemic. While wearing masks on the shuttle bus was not mandatory, eating and drinking were prohibited.

We had a great time. Everyone was so nice and welcoming from the ladies at reception, the gentleman who drove us out to sea and prepared us for our parasailing and jet ski experience. We will also use this service for our future experience

Seeing the Arizona has been on my bucket list for several years. Seeing it and the Missouri was an experience. I didnt go on the Bowfin or into the Aviation museum, but I saw them. The bus had issues at first and they called another bus which caused the tour to be very late. He did stay later, but we didnt have time for the film or much browsing around. They do a little city tour, which is ok but they dont stop for pictures or anything. In my opinion, they should devote the whole tour to Pearl Harbor. It needs more time. I did a trolley ride later on that does a city tour with stops. It was still a good day, just wish I had had more time there.

It was a gorgeous ride. 95% of it was along the beautiful ocean beaches. Staff was friendly we definitely recommend it.

My wife and daughter enjoyed the experience. I did as well but swallowed too much salt water during open swim and got sick off the side of the boat. The crew was very professional in dealing with me. I did get to enjoy feeding the fish before my unfortunate sickness. I would definitely recommend this adventure. It is a very unique experience!

My sister and I had a great time riding the jet skis, banana boat and bumper tubes. Definitely one of the highlights of our first trip to Hawaii. You will need to bring your strength to hold on.

Friends vacationing in Hawaii had a blast and the sub-scooters was the highlight of our trip. We recommend you also buy the package of underground photos for your forever-memories.

Captain and crew were very friendly and helpful. Divers assistance also very nice. Enjoyed the whole experience. Will recommend to all family and friends. ;)

The show was great. Food and drinks were good. My overall experience was great but I don’t think the show is long enough. It seemed was too short.

I loved everything about the traditional dance and music. Amazing — especially the fire show. The rest was a huge cattle roundup with loading us onto buses, standing in lines, sitting in long tables, getting food like school lunches — all in a not-ambiance-producing water park. So I honor the Chief and his love, as well as Cousin Lisa our bus driver’s spirit of love and family but there was nothing relaxing about this production. Luau’s should be on grass among trees near water with time to socialize and enjoy the time with new friends and old. Thank you for sharing Polynesian culture though!

I don’t even know how to swim and I had an incredible time. It was a great experience. Parasailing was my favorite part of the day. The staff were super funny and helpful. We went jet ski next and that was equally fun. Directions were clear and safety is guaranteed if you follow them. Would do it again
