We participated as a three-generation family. The sea was emerald green and truly beautiful. We saw turtles while on the boat and went snorkeling near the coral reefs, which provided us with valuable experiences that we definitely couldn't have had without joining the tour. Also, the hamburgers for lunch were incredibly delicious! I'm really glad we participated. I highly recommend it.

I used this service during Golden Week, and luckily, it turned into a completely private lesson just for our group. Our guide, Chieko, was very cheerful and kind. Both of us couldn't swim and it was our first time snorkeling, so we were quite anxious, but she explained everything carefully, which made us feel safe to enter the sea. I believe that if anyone follows her instructions, they can enjoy snorkeling.

We snorkeled for about an hour, and we didn't get tired at all. It's definitely a good idea to bring an underwater camera. I think it's also fine to bring a regular camera. You can take pictures with Hanauma Bay in the background. All valuables can be placed in the guide's box, which is locked, so it's safe.

On that day, the wind was really strong, and we couldn't go out further. The water was a bit murky, but there were still plenty of fish. It's a shame we didn't get to see any sea turtles.

この日は風が本当に強くて、沖の方にでることはできませんでした。水も少し白くなってしまっていましたが、それでもたくさん魚がいました。ウミガメに会えなかったのは残念です。

The sandbar was very beautiful. It was fun to play beach volleyball in the ocean. I was impressed to see fish and turtles while snorkeling. There was a breeze above the sea, and it got cold after swimming, so I think it's a good idea to bring a jacket and a change of clothes. The freshly made hamburger for lunch was delicious.

We were picked up at 515am and taken to a marina. A light breakfast was provided consisting of tea/coffee and muesli bars/muffins. We then boarded a boat equipped with snorkling equipment. We had 2 wonderful guides and a photographer. Austin and the young lady guide were great. We were taken across the ocean, saw a few whales before being taken to a phenomenal reef. Beautiful coloured fish and coral to see. The underwater photographer Asia takes photos of you and family snorkling which you then can purchase. The photos are definitely worth it. We saw a heap of dolphins and turtles in their natural habitat. The guide takes you as close to the dolphins as possible. We were then treated to a bbq lunch at around midday. Great for young kids and non swimmers. Wonderful staff. Can't fault this tour. Highly reccommended.

This tour was fantastic. Our tour guide Jenner was an on board comedian who entertained us throughout the trip. The beach volleyball, practice snorkling, bbq lunch, beer, hot chocolate, wonderful staff and turtle watching was all incredible. We also got taken to a beautiful reef full of coral and coloured fish. Highly reccommended to anyone from non swimmers to couples to families with young children. Will definitely come here again.

I participated in a kayak tour. Our guide, Hide, provided thorough explanations, and even as beginners in our 40s, we were able to reach the uninhabited island without any help. My arms did get sore, but it was nothing compared to the excitement! The beauty of the Kailua sea and the sense of achievement from paddling there myself! Plus, the guide's fun tour around the uninhabited island made for an experience so wonderful that I lost track of time. The pizza for lunch was also delicious. I definitely want to participate again!

It's my 3rd time with Star of Honolulu and they never fail to amaze me!
I was greeted with a beautiful smile by Kathleen at the ticket office. She was very nice, friendly, and it seems like she was enjoying her job. Before we boarded, the dancers are always very entertaining, a unique way to welcome their guests (yes, I've been to other dinner cruises and only Star of Honolulu has this great idea).
At the boat, here comes the cheerful and very energetic Freddie, who took us to our table. He didn't realize there were eight (8) of us but he was able to accommodate us right away having our own table by the window! He is the Assistant Floor Manager and I was really impressed with his friendliness and bright personality, he is funny too! The couples that we were with are visitors from Canada, celebrating their Silver Wedding Anniversary. I forgot to mention this special occasion when I made the booking so I told Freddie if there’s a way he can announce it after dinner. Knowing how busy they were, I never expected it to happen but I was extremely happy and grateful that he didn't forget. After the Polynesian entertainment, he immediately pulled my couple family towards the stage to make their dance. All the other couples, honeymooners, anniversary celebrants, followed. It was an honor!! Thank you so much Freddie for that, it was a memory of a lifetime for my family.
I would also like to give credit to Jay, who was our server that night, in fact all the crew members because they know how to take care of their guests, they're fast and attentive! The One Star package is not bad at all, I actually like this better than the Three Star believe it or not and IT'S ALL YOU CAN EAT CRAB LEGS!! Yummy! The steak was delicious also, so tender and juicy!
Will definitely cruise with Star of Honolu again and again! True "Aloha" spirit..good impression for those visiting the islands for the first time...greatly satisfied with the services they offer. Thumbs up SOH!!

The instructors did a great job of inviting my husband and me, who were having a hard time blending in with the team. At first, I was embarrassed, but gradually my husband and I found ourselves mingling and having a great time with the younger crowd. Thank you very much.

This time, I went to Sea Life Park. It was my first visit, and I was excited to play with the dolphins as I headed to the pool. What awaited me was a large dolphin. I received a warm welcome and immediately shook hands and kissed the dolphin. It was such a wonderful welcome. I remember feeling so happy that my heart was racing. After that, I swam together with the dolphin and had a fun day. I definitely think everyone should go; you won't regret it. The excitement continues to linger.

Perfect setup if you want to do North Shore, but Not sure what activities

My wife and I were staying in Waikiki for a week and everyone said we need to make a trip to the North Shore when on Oahu. We scoured Trip Advisor, Yelp and other Hawaii Adventure sites and this one looked appealing. Turns out to be a great deal if you are looking for transportation to the North Shore and a variety of options to choose from once you get there. We chose to snorkel in the mornng at Sharks Cove then spend an hour at Waimea Bay, then in the afternoon we did the SUP down the river in Halewia.
The tour is setup where they pick you up on a ~20 person bus from multiple Waikiki hotels, then up a narrated drive up to the North Shore which took about 1 1/2 hours all together. Sam was our host for the day and is awesome at his job. Very knowledgable, humourous and makes the tour a good time. Once you are there, you get to see the options for the day such as hanging at the beach of Waimea Bay, surfing, snorkeling, beach bike cruise, Waimea Botanical Gardens, stand up paddle boarding and probably a few others options that I am missing. There is no additional cost to do these unless you want to do more than two. If there was one draw back for the day, it was that we could have enjoyed a few more hours on the beach and shopping at the local surf shops there.
Overall, great trip and glad we did it!

The weather was nice, and I was worried about the water level for the sound bar, but I was amazed to find it was about ankle-deep. I took a lot of photos. For lunch, we had hamburgers on the boat, and they were delicious! The Japanese female guide was very interesting and a great person, which made the experience even more enjoyable. On the way to the snorkeling point, we were thrilled to see sea turtles and manta rays. There were plenty of fish while snorkeling, and I had a lot of fun. I highly recommend this tour. I would love to go again when I visit Hawaii.

We are a couple well over 60 years old. In March, we went to Maui and boldly tried activities we had never done in Hawaii before. As shown in the photo, we wore sturdy harnesses and helmets, trusting our lives to pulleys and wire ropes as we soared from about 300 meters to 800 meters. At first, we glided a couple of times over a grassy area, and then crossing the valley was thrilling.

It was over in a flash, but we had a great time. Next time, we will bring our grandchildren.

However, once we were in the cage, there were so many sharks that I forgot about the seasickness and had a great time. My 7-year-old son loves sharks, so he was very excited. 英語オンリーですが日本語で書かれたパンフレットもあり、特に困った事はありませんでした。
波は穏やかでしたが酔い止めを飲んでても酔うくらいの揺れはありました。
でも、檻に入ったらたくさんのサメがいて酔いも忘れるほど楽しかったです。
7歳の息子はサメが大好きなので大興奮してました。
息子が帰りにサメの絵を描いて船長さんに渡したらとても喜んでくれました。
後で現地の方に聞いたら、オーストラリアの参加者のかたが多くオーストラリアにもサメツアーはあるのですがものすごく高いので皆さんこちらでやられるそうです。
DVDが75ドルで買いましたがとても良い思い出になりました。
また行きたいけど、船酔いが恐いかな…
