If you're looking for an experience where you can enjoy the waters of Oahu, have a chance to swim with Hawaiian green sea turtles, and want to take in the breathtaking views of the island then this is the tour to take. The staff is very friendly, and they'll give you tips on where to go.

Take the staff's recommendation to rent an anchor ($5) and a dry bag ($5). That way you can ensure your kayak will stay put and your things stay dry

The 4 hour trip was plenty to explore both major coral reef spots. The sandbar was recommended if you're looking to relax.

The buggy can accommodate up to five people, with two of them registered as drivers. A Japanese driver's license is required for drivers.

The weather was great, and I was able to enjoy the best views. As rumored, you will get completely covered in dust and dirt. After the tour, you can wash off the dirt at the wash area, but having wet wipes is convenient. My face had clear marks from the helmet and goggles and turned black, haha.

Each person received one face mask on the day, which is useful for covering your mouth while driving.

The instructor was very humorous and occasionally made jokes while explaining at photo spots. The explanations are in English, so if you understand English, you can enjoy it even more, but even if you don't, it will still be a memorable experience.

The two instructors, Dan and Chieko, were very polite and kind, and they took good care of us, so I was able to join without any anxiety. I was very satisfied because we got to snorkel for a full hour at great spots. The tour was conducted entirely in Japanese, so even those who can't speak English at all can feel at ease.

When I went ten years ago, there was no need to make a reservation for Hanauma Bay, so I went there by TheBus on my own. However, I heard that making a reservation is very difficult now, and I was half resigned to that. But I really wanted to see that beautiful ocean, and even though I thought it might be a bit expensive, I’m glad I went. I'm considering asking for this again the next time I come to Hawaii.

I participated in a tour in late October, and it exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend it for those who want to recharge with the energy of nature. Thanks to the tour guide who spoke in both English and Japanese, I was able to enjoy the experience! They share information about the plants, which adds to the excitement! If it's your first time visiting Manoa Falls, definitely consider joining this tour.

As for clothing, I recommend wearing long pants since there are mosquitoes. If you don't have insect repellent spray, the guide will lend you some. I initially wore a lightweight UV parka over my T-shirt, but I started to sweat a bit, so I took it off midway. The ground was a bit muddy from the rain the day before, but my sneakers only got a little dirty. At the end, you can rinse your shoes off with a hose (your socks will get wet, though). Bottled water is provided during lunch. You'll sweat while walking and get thirsty, so don't forget to bring your own water!

After being thoroughly satisfied at Manoa Falls, we headed to Tantalus Lookout. I've participated in night view tours several times, but this was my first time at Tantalus during the day! The view was fantastic! I chose the pastrami sandwich for lunch, and it was a great choice! It was lucky to enjoy a sandwich from a popular local shop without having to wait in line! ランチのサンドイッチはパストラミを選んで大正解！地元で人気のお店のサンドイッチを並ばずに食べられるなんてラッキー！とーっても美味しかったです！

I requested a meter fare, and the ride to the destination was charged normally by the meter. It was different from the snorkeling I had imagined; we swam continuously for about 60 minutes. They guided us to good spots, and we were able to take underwater photos. Since it's a tour where you need both hands free at all times, it's better to avoid taking your smartphone. You shouldn't bring it. We even saw a sea turtle along the way, which was beyond my expectations.

I felt that the maximum of 5 people in a small group was in reference to the number of participants per instructor, but I don't think there were any issues with that.

I could see that the crew was doing their best to entertain the guests. The volleyball at the sandbar and the sea turtle watching were both fun (we saw more than 10 turtles). The hamburger made by the female captain was also delicious. The explanations from the Japanese crew were concise and easy to understand.

During the final snorkeling at the coral reef, I was able to see a lot of fish. I even saw a dragonfish chasing other tropical fish at high speed!

The only downside for me was that it was cold. I had heard it would be chilly coming out of the sea, so I prepared extra towels and a jacket, but the water was quite cold too, and I ended up shivering. If I had stayed in the water and moved around more, it might have been better. Considering the occasionally cloudy weather and the fact that it was November, I suppose it can't be helped.

However, I was able to have a wonderful time in the Hawaiian sea for the first time. Thank you to all the crew!

　最後の珊瑚礁でのシュノーケルでは、たっくさんの魚を見ることができた。ドラゴンフィッシュが他の熱帯魚を猛スピードで追いかけてるのも゙見た!　
　私にとっての唯一の難点は寒かったこと。海からあがると寒いとは聞いてたので、予備のバスタオルとか上着とかを用意して行ったが、水の中も結構寒くてガタガタ震えてしまった。海からあがらないで、水の中でもっと動いてたら、マシだったかも。時々曇ったりする天気と11月という季節を考えたら、仕方ないかと思う。
　でも、初めてのハワイの海で素敵な時間を過ごすことができた。クルーの皆さん、ありがとう!
