Everything was explained in English, but they taught us using gestures and simple words. The staff were very cheerful, and even though all the participants were foreigners, we all had a great time together! Of course, enjoying the breathtaking views was wonderful, but climbing and descending using ropes and crossing the suspension bridge were all fun too! I highly recommend it!

I was a bit late and didn't know how to get the tickets, but when I showed the staff at the ticket booth my Berkeley, they quickly helped me out, and I was able to get my tickets without any issues. After that, I enjoyed myself to the fullest☆ I don't have the courage to go in Japan, but I definitely want to go again in Hawaii!!

We experienced this with four adults and one child (6 years old). Although JALPAK also offers parasailing, it wasn't suitable for our child's age, so we opted for this Hawaiian Parasail, which allows children from five years old.

Depending on the weather, we had a wonderful experience with a stunning view of Diamond Head.

It was a good decision to pay for the $30 photo package. We got 143 photos over two flights, totaling 453MB. They filled almost the entire 512MB SD card. They even took pictures from postcard-like angles, which could be used for New Year's cards.

I wished I could have taken photos while flying, so I put my camera in my pocket when we took off, but it was too risky to take it out. Ideally, it would be great if they offered rentals for something like a GoPro.

We were picked up for the trip, but we decided to walk back to play at the Hilton Lagoon. Even aside from the lagoon, if you walk through the Hilton or next to the Ilikai Hotel, you can easily reach the various trolley bus stops for your next destination. In that sense, having a simple changing room would be the best.

天候等によるでしょうがダイヤモンドヘッドまで一望でき素晴らしい体験ができました。

３０ドルの写真撮影も頼んで正解でした。２フライトで143枚453MB。512MBのSDのほぼ満タンまで撮影してくれました。ポストカード的なアングルでも撮ってくれるので、年賀状にも使えそうです。

飛んでる最中に撮影出来たらと思い、カメラをポケットに入れて飛び立ちましたが落としそうでとても取り出せませんでしたので、欲を言えばGOPROなんかをレンタル出来たらいいと思いました。

行きは迎えに来てもらいましたが、ヒルトンラグーンで遊ぶため帰りは歩きにしました。ラグーンは別にしても、徒歩でヒルトンを抜けるかイリカイホテルの横を行けば各種トロリーバスの乗り場まで出られるので、そのまま次の目的地まで行きやすいのも良いですね。
そういう意味では、簡易的でも更衣室があればベストですね。

I used this service for the first time and had a great time!

First, they picked me up at the hotel entrance around 9:30 AM with a large bus. However, the air conditioning on the bus was broken, and it was quite stuffy. After about an hour of travel, we arrived and were able to store our luggage in lockers, which was very convenient! There were many Japanese staff members, which made me feel reassured.

At the venue, most of the guests were Japanese, and even though it was a weekday, it was relatively uncrowded. The attractions were a bit challenging as we had to climb with large floaties, but they were all high-quality, thrilling, and fun! Even for popular attractions, the wait time was only about 15 minutes. The Tornado was especially enjoyable!

Additionally, the all-you-can-drink plan was a great choice since they provided drinks immediately upon showing the wristband.

At the end of the tour, as an apology for the broken air conditioning on the bus, they gave us a towel with the Wet 'n Wild logo! The attentive service was very appreciated. I would love to participate again!

まず、9時半頃にホテルの入り口まで大型のバスで迎えに来てくださいました。その時に乗車したバスのクーラーが壊れていて、とても息苦しかったです。。
1時間ほど乗車し到着するとロッカーに荷物を預けます。出し入れが自由なのがとてもよかったです！日本人のスタッフの方がたくさんいて安心できました♡

現地ではほとんどが日本人客で、平日だったのですが比較的空いていました。アトラクションは大きな浮き輪を持って登るのが大変でしたが、どれもクオリティが高くスリリングでおもしろかったです！！人気のアトラクションでも15分程度の待ち時間で乗れました
特にトルネードが最高に楽しかったです！

また、ドリンク飲み放題のプランはリストバンドを見せるとすぐに出してくれるので利用して正解でした✨

ツアーの最後に、行きのバスのクーラーのお詫びとして、ウェットインワイルドのロゴが入ったバスタオルを下さいました！
丁寧な対応をして下さりとてもよかったです

I visited Wet 'n' Wild for the first time! It's located on the way from Waikiki to the Ko Olina area, and you can see many types of slides from the outside! There are definitely many slides that provide that level of thrill. Additionally, there are other attractions like a lazy river, obstacle courses, and a wave pool for surfers, making it a great place for both kids and adults to have fun! You can't bring your own floaties, but it's great that you can rent them for free! There is a food court inside where you can have lunch. The menu mainly consists of junk food like hamburgers and fries. I definitely want to go back next time!

The dolphins are so cute! We watched the show (in English), fed them (additional cost), and explored the not-so-large zoo-like area. We checked in ourselves, used the lockers, changed, and gathered. あと、このサイトの「含まれるもの」にチップと書いてなくてもチップが含まれているオプションも沢山ありました。いちいち１５％~２０％？と最初はまじめに考えて計算していきましたが、現地で各ツアーに電話で確認しました。ほとんどいらなかったです。まず、チップが必要なものでも２０％は払いすぎ。アメリカ人は１５％が普通だそうで、それも面白かったら払うだけで、必ず払わなければいえけないわけではありません。なんか日本人は英語が話せない人も多く、チップを多め多めに払うようで、すごくあきれられています。全く当たり前のように払わないのも問題ですが、あくまでも定額以上の仕事をしてくれたら、です。

I arrived before the 10:30 opening and was told to wait until 10:15 to exchange my ticket. People who purchased tickets on the day could buy them around 10:00. Since those who bought tickets could line up for entry, I wondered if it would have been better to buy on the day. However, the all-you-can-drink soft drinks are worth it if you have three cups, so that was nice. But the options are a bit lacking, as the carbonated drinks like Pepsi and Mountain Dew are mixed with overly sweet fruit juices without carbonation. I wish there was water available. There are mostly thrilling water slides, and compared to Japan, it's less crowded, so you can slide continuously. If you're not good with this kind of thing, it's better not to go. For those who enjoy it, you can slide as much as you want and be very satisfied.

The sandbar was beautiful, but there weren't many fish while snorkeling, so it felt a bit lacking. However, the snorkeling after moving to the coral reef was absolutely satisfying. We experienced schools of fish and saw a turtle up close in the water, which was an unforgettable experience. The hamburgers for lunch were delicious, and I want to thank the man who entertained us on the bus and Yuki, who was very attentive on the boat. My wife and daughter were also very satisfied!

We had a great time and it's definitely worthwhile to check out the Sandbar. The water is just beautiful and great snorkelling too. Lunch was also very decent. We had hamburger and pineapples and tortilla chips on the side. The only thing that bothered us was that the Captain kept on assuming we are Japanese and that we don't speak English (given that there are a lot of Japanese tourists on the boat). He repeatedly tried to communicate with us in very broken Japanese. We look Asian, but we are Canadian and we don't understand Japanese. I always reply him in English but he keeps forgetting that we speak English. Maybe he thinks we all look the same. He loved making conversations in English with Caucasian guests, called out the non-Asian names on his list of guests, and ask them where they were from, whether they were celebrating an occasion, but made no effort to talk to us the same way. The translator, think his name was Freddie, initially assumed we were Japanese too but caught on right away that we are English speakers which was great. Other staff were very nice and helpful. Overall we did have a great time and I would recommend this, only the Captain frustrated us a little.

We participated as a group of four: two adults (women) and two children (a 10-year-old girl and a 7-year-old girl).

Our experience was... so much fun!!!

We decided to go on a whim during our stay and made a reservation on-site. Since it was a last-minute booking, I had various concerns, but the transportation was on time, which was reassuring.

There were many thrilling slides that you wouldn't typically find in Japan, and at first, I wondered if the kids would be okay. However, once they tried it... they had so much fun! They kept asking, "What should we ride next?" The kids were really excited, but honestly, carrying the four-person tube up the hill and stairs was tough, even though we managed to do it (laughs).

The area is paved with concrete, so you can walk around in beach sandals, but when you go on the slides, you have to take them off and climb up barefoot. It was so hot!!! Therefore, I recommend wearing marine shoes or other types of footwear that won't come off easily.

We're planning to go again next year, so we definitely want to participate!

滞在中に急遽行こうと言う事になり、現地で予約しました。
直前の予約だったので色々と不安だったのですが、送迎も時間通りで安心できました。

日本ではまずないだろうという絶叫スライダーが多数あり、最初は子供達は大丈夫か？？と思ったのですが、体験してみると。。。楽しかった～！次何乗る？？と。
張り切る子供達ですが、２名乗りチューブならまだしも４名乗りチューブを持って坂道と階段を登るのが正直辛かったです。
でも頑張りましたけどね（笑）

ただ、場内はコンクリート舗装でビーチサンダル等で歩けるのですが
スライダー等に乗るときは、下で脱いで登らなくてはならいのです。
暑くて暑くて！！！
なのでマリンシューズ等脱げないタイプの履物がおススメです。

来年も行く予定なので、是非参加したいです。

We fully regret using this company as we lost a whole day of a planned activity, you simple can't afford to waste time like this when you are on vacation for a limited amount of days. The sandbar was deeper than I expected, which surprised me! I've heard that the beach appears only during certain times. Snorkeling was so much fun! There wasn't much explanation on how to use the snorkeling gear, so I almost felt like I was going to drown until I got the hang of it (laughs). We saw beautiful corals, fish, and sea turtles. I went with my family and husband, and we all had a great time!
