I wanted to participate in the garden tour, but I was told to switch to another tour due to being over capacity, with no explanation as to why we had to change. It felt like they assumed Japanese people wouldn't complain, and it seemed like they were relying on Japanese individuals who had signed up for private tours. If the price is the same, I think it would be better to book this tour through a major travel company.

The lunch buffet had about seven types of desserts, but four of them were empty. The drinks were also empty. Since we had to eat within a limited time, it might be a good idea to bring a little something to eat yourself.

Overall, I felt that there are many beautiful places to see in Hawaii, and it didn't seem worth it to pay this much money to participate in this tour.

If you can't find one, the round tables in front of the concession stand with chairs are close to the restrooms and changing areas, and they are in the shade, which I recommend.

The instructions for using the lockers for valuables were unclear, and the machine screen was hard to see in the sunlight, so I asked the staff at the concession stand for help. Once you receive a receipt with a 4-digit designated number printed on it, you're all set, and you can access it multiple times. I tried on January 2nd in the morning and January 3rd in the afternoon, but I couldn't see anything at all; it was just a cruise. It would have been nice if they could have taken us to spots where we could see dolphins or turtles when we couldn't see whales, but there was nothing at all.

It was tough as a parent to see my 7-year-old's disappointment. I think it would be good to have announcements about the likelihood of sightings and explanations of the spots, but they spoke optimistically, saying that it’s unpredictable, which was very disappointing.

What I realized after coming to Waikiki is that the waves are very small. My children (ages 13 and 11) participated, and they were able to stand up on the longboard right away on those small waves. The instructor pushes them from behind, so even kids can ride easily. Once they get on, they can stay up for quite a while. I think they were out there for about 30 to 40 minutes. After finishing, we had to wait about 30 minutes for the bus to arrive, and later I thought that since we stayed at the Sheraton and the location was near the Marriott, we could have just walked back. In the morning, the pickup was also about 30 minutes late. The transportation service was quite unreliable.

Wow, wow, wow. This was the experience of a lifetime for me and my family. We really hit the jackpot. Within minutes of leaving the harbor we came across some Humpback whales frolicking with some dolphins - this was breathtaking. We then swam with sea turtles and had an amazing experience with a pod of approximately 50 dolphins. I honestly believe we had luck on our side because we couldn't have asked for a more amazing experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and made the tour even more enjoyable. I can honestly say this was the highlight of our holiday and would recommend this company to everyone.

Unfortunately, the sandbar was submerged up to waist height, so we couldn't experience it, but the weather was nice and we had a great time. Interacting with the staff during the BBQ was enjoyable and the food was delicious. Many sea turtles popped their heads up, which excited everyone. It was a truly fun tour where we could enjoy swimming in a fantastic location. Although I'm not a strong swimmer, I was trying my best to swim, but it seemed to the staff that I looked like I was drowning (laughs), and they were worried about me. If I could wish for one thing, it would have been nice to have a bit more fresh water poured on us when we returned from the sea.

The excitement of going up into the sky and the surrounding scenery is just amazing! As we go higher and higher, when we reach the top, it becomes a quiet space just for the two of us, where we can only hear the sound of the wind (*^^*).

From the boat, a photographer was taking pictures, and it was great to have memories captured both in my heart and in physical form! When I looked at the photos I received, I was surprised at how big my smile was! (laughs) There were also families participating, like a father, mother, and daughter, and they looked like they were having a lot of fun.

I think the cruise duration was about an hour and a half. If whales can be seen from that distance, it seems they come quite close to the Waikiki area.

クルーズ乗船時間は賞味1時間半程度かと思います。あれくらいの距離の移動でクジラが見られるのでしたら、ワイキキ周辺近くまで近づいてくるのだなと思いました。

朝食なしのコースで申し込みましたが、飲み物くらいは出されると思っていたので、お水やペットボトルのﾄﾞﾘﾝｸを持ち込んだ方がいいかもしれません。

それから、クジラを見られなかったときの次回乗船券をいただけるということでしたが、そういったお話しはなく、これはどこで聞いたらいいのでしょう？

The lockers are conveniently located near the rides. However, it was unclear what needed to be done before using the lockers. I was able to experience almost everything without much waiting, which was stress-free. The only clock in the park was broken, so it was difficult to know the time.

Only my family participated on the day. I thought we would go to Hanauma Bay with a larger group, but it seems there were only about two groups at a time. We got into the car of our instructor (who was Japanese) and headed to Hanauma Bay. The water was cold, and it took some determination to get in. I think it's better to borrow a wetsuit if you can. The rocks can be surprisingly dangerous. It was really great to have an experienced instructor with us. They taught us how to use the snorkel and fins, stayed close to my 9-year-old daughter who isn't very confident in swimming, and guided us along a relatively safe route despite the rocky and hazardous conditions underwater. We were even able to see turtles.

I was unsure about going to the pool in Hawaii, but since the kids seemed excited, I decided to sign up. In the end, it was a great success! The adults had fun all day too.

Compared to Japan, the coin locker fees are high, but the fact that they use a password system and you don’t need to carry a key, along with the freedom to access your belongings, was very helpful.

There’s also a shop in the central area for lunch, and we were able to time it perfectly when a downpour came. When I asked the kids what they enjoyed the most in Hawaii, they mentioned this place first.

This was good for 11 yr old boy to be able to get dirty. The guide was nice It seemed a bit short of driving time for the amount it cost. It would be good if there was a car made for shorter people. It was hard to drive because I could barely reach pedals. Had to loosen seat belt to be able to reach anything. My nephew enjoyed it and he is 11 so that is good. Good activity just not a value. Maybe if there was a longer course or more laps.
