I participated with my family, including a middle school student. We were able to fully enjoy the zip line in the great outdoors. As someone in my 40s, I was worried about my stamina, but it turned out to be fine (laughs). There were three instructors, and they were all kind and attentive.

One slight disappointment was that we couldn't eat fruits or anything along the way. I'm not sure if it was out of stock or sold out, as I couldn't understand the reason in English. However, there was a chance to hydrate.

Overall, from the transportation to the reception, everyone was very kind and accommodating. Thank you very much.

My wife and I challenged ourselves to the highest height of 150 meters.
The view from above was breathtaking, with Ala Moana Beach, Waikiki Beach, the cityscape of Waikiki, and unobstructed Diamond Head.
It was a spectacular sight.

I was worried about the rain in North Shore based on my experience, but the weather was really nice. The lush green scenery was wonderful.

The ziplining was refreshing as it cut through the greenery, and I felt great doing it. I was satisfied with the eight lines.

Not only did I glide through the greenery, but the heights and lengths varied, allowing me to enjoy views of the fields while zipping along, so I never got bored. The suspension bridge and other athletic-like activities were also fun.

I was able to experience things like letting go of the harness, starting backward, and even going upside down, which I definitely wouldn't be allowed to do in Japan.

The staff, who couldn't speak Japanese, did their best to explain things in simple English. I was very satisfied.

One thing I noticed was that tips were required separately, but no one was giving tips. When my husband gave tips to the three staff members accompanying us, they were very surprised. I wonder if very few people, especially Japanese, give tips? If that's the case, it might be better to include tips in the price.

一つ気になったのは、チップが別途必要とのこたでしたが、誰もチップを渡していませんでした。主人が同行のスタッフ3人にチップを渡すととてもビックリしてました。チップを渡す人(特に日本人)はほとんどいないのではないでしょうか？それなら、チップ込みの値段設定にされた方がいいような気がします。

I wasn't confident in my physical strength and felt anxious even after signing up. However, there were no problems at all. The safety measures were excellent. Moreover, for the vertical rope climb, which I was most worried about, I could ask for help and received assistance. I thought the water would be clearer, but the submarine's windows were dirty, making it hard to see clearly. I also didn't see as many fish as I expected. Even though we counted the number of people boarding, there weren't enough seats, so we had to squeeze in with the kids on our laps. The air conditioning coming from under our feet was cold. Overall, I felt that the experience was underwhelming for the price. It was disappointing that we could only see the turtles from a distance. There were few fish and not many varieties, so the kids got bored and looked sleepy halfway through.

I participated with my two children at the end of December. Since they do not provide transportation to hotels in Waikiki, we rented a car to get there. We drove from the highway towards Waianae and headed north along the coast. I thought it would have been better to eat at one of the fast food places before the harbor. The meeting place was hard to find, and we finally located it after searching with another group of Japanese tourists who had signed up for the same tour. It would be helpful to use the car with the tour company name as a landmark. There were only portable toilets at the harbor. Before boarding the boat, we had to take off our shoes and go barefoot. Drinks and snacks were available for us to enjoy. Everyone in my family took motion sickness medication, but everyone except me got seasick; my 6-year-old got sick and threw up within 30 minutes, and my 9-year-old was knocked out, both of them sleeping for most of the two-hour cruise. While overcoming the rough waves, I felt like I was in the movie Moana... We encountered a pod of dolphins, and the kids perked up at that moment. Two staff members were searching for whales with binoculars, but we ultimately didn’t see any. 12月末に子供2人と参加しました。送迎はワイキキのホテルまではしてくれないとのことでレンタカーして向かいました。ハイウェイからワイアナエ方向に進み海岸沿い北上しました。ハーバー手前に数件ファストフード店ありそこで食べればよかったと思いました。集合場所は分かりにくく同じツアー申し込んだ他の日本人グループと一緒に探してやっと見つけました。ツアー会社名の書いた車目印にするといいです。ハーバーには簡易トイレしかありません。船に乗り込む前に靴を脱ぎ裸足で乗船。飲み物とお菓子はご自由にと置いてありました。家族全員酔い止め飲んでましたが、わたし以外はみんな船酔い、6歳の下の子は30分も経たないうちに酔って吐き、9歳の上の子もノックアウトで二人とも二時間のクルーズ中ほぼ寝てました。荒波乗り越えながら映画のモアナの気分になりました…途中イルカの群れに会い子供もその時だけは起き上がり元気に。スタッフ二人が双眼鏡でクジラ捜索してましたが結局会えずでした。船からのワイアナエの景色は素晴らしく、ハワイの自然に癒されましたが、子供はぐったりでクジラにも会えず、自然のもので仕方ないとはいえ高い費用の元が取れた気がせず星二つ。スタッフは色々ケアしてくれましたが、日本語は全くNGでした。ツアー参加の大半が日本人の中早口の英語で、英語が得意でない場合はちょっと辛いかもです。ライフジャケット渡されず、子供の分を要求したら驚かれ、ギロチンみたいなタイプのを渡されて子供は体調悪い中首締まり苦しく、結局つけれずでした。安全面で不安が残りました。しかも荒波…日本ではあり得ないです。再トライ券もらいましたが、今シーズン再トライはなかなか難しいしせめて期限が１〜２年あればと思いました。

I participated with a friend. We were picked up by car from the hotel and gathered at the office near the beach for a short lecture while watching a video, then headed to the beach for a surfing experience. There are lockers available for personal belongings. When I asked the staff if there was a security box, they lent me a key that could be attached to the locker. I put my passport and wallet there without any issues.

I brought a rash guard just in case, but there were plenty available for rent, and my friend borrowed one without any problems. I was worried about not understanding English, but they provided an instructor who spoke Japanese, so there were no language issues.

There were five people in the group, and some participants were there alone. Once we got into the water to start surfing, it was a cycle of getting on the surfboard, being swept close to the shore, paddling out, and getting back on the board, so I think being alone wouldn’t be a problem.

As others have mentioned, you can generally ride the waves. Let's try to enjoy as much as we can within the time! One thing to be cautious about is the rocks and coral under the water. I injured my foot relatively early on, but I continued without worrying too much.

私物はロッカーがあり、入れられます。
事務所の方に、セキュリティボックスはあるか聞くと、鍵を貸してもらえ、ロッカーに取り付けられます。パスポートや財布はそこに入れ、問題ありませんでした。
ラッシュガードは念のため買って行きましたが、貸し出し用のものがたくさんあり、友達はふつうに借りていました。
英語がわからず不安でしたが、日本語が話せるインストラクターの方をわざわざつけていただき、言葉の問題はありませんでした。
グループは5人で、1人で参加している方もいました。実際、海に出てサーフィンに乗り出すと、サーフィン乗る→岸付近に流される→沖までパドリング→サーフィン乗るの繰り返しなので、1人でも気にならないと思います。
あとは他の方の体験にあるように、基本的に乗れます。時間内で出来るだけトライして楽しみましょう^_^
一点だけ、海面下にある、岩やサンゴには気をつけましょう。私も足を割と序盤に怪我しました。気にせず続けましたが。
怪我しても応急処置用品は事務所にあり、私も使わせてもらいました。
ハワイ滞在で一番の思い出になりました^_^

The kids are experiencing Hawaii for the first time! They were really excited about the first attraction. It was just cold! I think it would be better if there were more freedom with taking photos. I wasn't sure if we could take our own or if it was part of the local service. Well, at least the kids had a great time, so that's good!

We took our 2 girls, 6 and 8. Water was slightly cool and it was windy which made the girls cold but it was fine otherwise. The dolphins were so sweet and playful and the trainers were great and good with our daughters. Definitely worthwhile and much better than sea life park which we have done before as well.

The tour time is limited, and we gathered at 6:50 AM to board the bus, but I thought it might have been okay to meet a bit later. We had about 30-50 minutes of free time in the morning, which left the kids a bit bored.

After that, we moved according to the schedule, so I was satisfied. Since it takes a whole day during our stay in Hawaii, I wonder how that will work out, but I recommend it.

日本人向けの日本語の、ツアーの時間は限りがあるのか、あさ6:50に集まってバスに乗ったのですが、もっと、遅くても大丈夫なんじゃ無いかとは思いました。30-50分程度朝少し空いたので、子供が暇になりました。

そのあとは時間で動いたので、満足です。
ハワイの滞在の一日使うので、そこがどうかな？とは思いますが、おススメです。
