It was ok. Tackle is not fancy but well maintained, bait is basic easy kind (frozen squid). Our group (about 20 people) caught 4 small fish total over 3h - not much but it is great to prove that we all had a chance. I felt like the crew could have done better. My personal peeve is, for some reason they decided to move away from a shallow (= easy to fish) spot where multiple people were getting bites to a super deep one with no bites (I’m guessing they were simply unaware that we were getting bites). Another problem is, when at a spot, the boat is simply set adrift, which makes it quite impossible to fish vertically (since the boat is moving).

I thought the sandbar was land. However, it is still the sea in shallow waters. You can't go in with your clothes on. You can see sea turtles from a distance. Also, the snorkeling experience is not in a place where you can stand, so it might be tough if you can't swim at all. There are no other stops, but the staff was friendly, and it was an enjoyable tour.

I thought there would only be English-speaking staff, but there were staff members who could communicate in Japanese. During the activities, there were only English-speaking staff, but it wasn't a problem. The bumpy roads, hills, and breathtaking views were truly amazing. We also had time to take photos at a movie filming location, which was an irresistible activity for movie fans. This was my fourth trip to Hawaii, and it was my first time at Kualoa Ranch, but I can't believe I hadn't gone before; it was such a fantastic place and activity. I would love to ride a buggy the next time I visit.

We enjoyed the activity. We went to the sandbar during high tide, so the water was up to our knees, just slightly under our hips. The difficulty is easy, especially when it's self-guided. The corals are beautiful when snorkeling! The waterproof maps helps a lot, and obtaining the rentals were a breeze. They provided snorkels, dry bags, maps, flippers, life jackets, and the kayaks. Overall, I would recommend! Bring some snacks, because the four hour rental was exhausting. Just be sure to clean up after yourselves and do not litter!

I wanted to enjoy a special dinner cruise, so I chose the highest-end course. I was looking forward to it, but I was surprised when I sat down. The space was cramped, the seats were too close together, and the table was way too small. When the servers brought out the dishes, they bumped into my shoulder and hands, making it impossible to eat comfortably.

Unfortunately, the food was not great either. However, the fireworks from the Hilton Hotel were a saving grace.

It was a valuable experience to see the underwater world in Hawaii. However, I couldn't find any information about "Japanese narration available for download." Once seated, there was no opportunity to ask questions to the staff. In reality, there were no staff members available to answer questions, and at both the boat before boarding the submarine and at the meeting point, there was no situation where I could inquire about the "Japanese narration available for download." There were also no Japanese brochures. This was very disappointing.

We did the Jungle expedition, movie sets and agriculture tours. The guides at the ranch were great. The ranch itself is beautiful. We learned a lot of interesting facts about Polynesian culture, what’s grown on the ranch and got to try a few foods while on the agriculture tour. I took a star off because the bus driver was kind of a jerk. He complained about the other driver and belittled us for not laughing at his jokes or wanting to interact with his aggressive attempt at a side show on the way to the ranch. One lady did attempt to interact with him by asking a question and he got angry with her. No one attempted to engage with him after that. On the ride back to Waikiki he didn’t speak and hurried people off at their stops.

- views of the ranch/mountains are breathtaking, not to mention it is next to the ocean
- don't expect to go too fast on the ATV's, the tour is for vibes not adrenaline
- tour guides were awesome, energetic
- got to see wildlife(cows, etc)
- 10/10 must do on your hawaii trip, worth the price of admission

I reserved a window-side or private seating with a commemorative photo included, but I was initially guided to a group seating away from the window. When I mentioned that I had reserved a private seat, I was made to wait in the group seating for about 30 minutes.

It’s frustrating to think that perhaps someone who didn’t have a reservation was sitting in the window-side private seat.

When I was finally guided to my seat, there was not even a simple "sorry," and I was placed in a corner near the stairs where I couldn't see the outside view. Everything was ruined from the start, and it was the worst experience. I was really looking forward to this on my honeymoon, wanting it to be a very special day and a lifelong memory, but it left me feeling truly terrible.

Regarding the commemorative photo, I was asked for money, and even when I explained that it should be included, the staff had a sulky attitude and showed no signs of apology. There was nothing I found good about this experience.

It was truly the worst final day, and I will never use this service again; it was a complete waste of money.

I couldn't even enjoy the taste of the course meal due to my anger, and everything was ruined. I want all my time and money back.

確約なのに、もしかして確約されてない人が窓際、プライベート席に座ってるのではと思うと腹立たしいです。

やっと誘導されたと思ったら、sorryの一言もなく、階段前の部屋の角で、外の景色も見えずらい席に誘導され、もうスタートから何もかも台無しで最悪です。
ハネムーンで楽しみにしながら、とても大切な日に、一生の思い出の日にしたかったのに、本当に最悪な気分でした。

記念写真も、お金を要求され、全て含まれてるはずと伝えても、不貞腐れたような態度を取られ、それも謝るそぶりも何もありませんでした。
良いと思ったところは、もう何一つありません。

もう本当に最低な最終日で、今後2度と利用しませんし、金の無駄にも程があります。

怒りでコース料理の味も感じないし、全てがパーになりました。
時間とお金を全て返してもらいたいくらいです。

The buggy experience is about a 40-minute bus ride from Waikiki, and you get to drive quite a bit. You can use your Japanese driver's license, and since it's an automatic, there's no need to worry! The local guides are friendly, and the breathtaking views in front of you are just like what you see in the movie Jurassic Park.

There are also tours that take you around the movie set, but I’m glad we chose this option as a family of three. You can switch drivers, so my eldest son took the wheel partway through. Since it takes up almost a full day, I recommend planning your schedule accordingly. I highly recommend it!

ワイキキからバスで40分くらいのエリアでのバギー体験で、結構ガッツリ運転します。日本の免許で大丈夫ですしオートマなので心配無用！
現地ガイドも気さくな方達で何より目の前に現れる絶景が映画ジュラシックパークで観たものそのもの。
映画セットを周るツアーもありますが、家族3人で参加したのですがこちらを選択して良かったです。
運転は交代も出来るので途中からは長男がハンドルを握りました。
日中を1日ほぼ使い切るのでそのつもりで予定立てると良いと思います。
オススメします。

Astounding! My husband and I looked forward to this tour for three years. Covid decided to interrupt. It was well worth the wait and then some. Huge fans of the show. McGarret’s house was surreal. Actually being there blew us away.
More importantly, Sean (not Flippa) was sensational. Cannot say enough about him. Here goes: Professional, personable, polite, informative, thoughtful, knowledgeable, patient. Kind and went above and beyond. By far the best tour guide we’ve had on all our trips to Hawaii. Just pleasant to be around and always accommodating and ready to answer any questions we had whether it by about Five 0 or just Hawaii in general. Hawaii Five 0 fans shouldn’t miss this tour,
Only downfall was not meeting Flippa.

After racing along the dirt paths of the jungle while explaining the surroundings and enjoying the vast scenery, it was a bit disappointing to feel increasingly deflated during the movie set tour and the visit to the farmer's living area. If we were going to explore similar spaces, it might have been better to have different experiences like horseback riding or cycling. I wish there had been clearer explanations of the activities during the booking phase.
