The voucher mentioned that water would be provided, so I thought it would be cumbersome to carry water while climbing the mountain and decided not to bring any. At first, I reluctantly started walking towards the waterfall, but it was very humid, and the incline was steeper than I had imagined, making it a tough journey. I took a short break along the way, and realizing that continuing without hydration would be a burden to others, I decided it was best to turn back. It seems that those who participated through HIS were informed in detail to bring their own water since it would only be provided at lunchtime. I believe it's necessary to include such detailed information for future participants. It was very disappointing as this was my husband's retirement trip, and it had been three years since our last visit to Hawaii.

I think this tour is quite a bargain. After all, it includes hotel pick-up, lunch, rental bicycles, lockers, and free snorkeling and board rentals! Is there such a great tour available?

You can also shop in Kailua, swim in the beautiful sea, and we even got to see a honu (sea turtle)! Many of the staff spoke Japanese and were very helpful in answering any questions we had! Natsue, Emi, and Tomo were all friendly and pleasant!

I highly recommend this tour! ♪

I arrived an hour early, but I was able to join the previous group! We went parasailing right after getting on the boat. I didn't understand everything in English, but it seems like you can have photos taken and buy them later. When I participated, there were two groups of Japanese people and two groups of foreigners. Everyone was really friendly, and it was a lot of fun!

Uncle Kevin was a great guide, the whole group was nice and we spent more time together than expected.
The activities were so/so - and quite short for some. Also Turtle beach stop was cancelled while other stops (unplanned) took a while.
We saw a lot and learned about Hawaiian culture and life.
4 star for the tour 5 star for the guide

I enjoyed seeing Jupiter, Mars , Saturn and various stars through a powerful telescope. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable pointing out lots of constellations that are visible to the naked eye. The sky was very clear, so we were able to see a lot.

The check in and out process were quick and smooth as long as you have reservation. You can pay by card too.
You can rent out the kayaks and snorkeling gear on site.
Debriefing session is nice and short and they give you a map and show you the best spots to snorkel and sandbar.
The only hard thing is that it is hard to determine where the snorkeling parts were at even with the map. Once you are at sea, its hard to find landmarks. Adding landmarks would be helpful. The sandbar was so nice!

Beautiful spots and a great guide

The list of places to visit is nicely curated and I think we had enough time to walk around each site, take photos, and even buy souvenirs. Our guide, Jojo, was fantastic. He had too many stories to tell to keep us entertained and was very knowledgeable about Hawaii's culture, history, and ecology.
The only downside of this tour was that you are on a large bus so, if you are picked up last and have a seat at the back of the bus, you're going to spend a lot of time going on and off. However, Jojo knew that this might be frustrating and started counting time right after the last person was out.
The bus was clean and the lunch was ok.

At first, I was a bit scared, but I quickly got used to it and enjoyed the view of the high-rise hotels in Waikiki and Diamond Head from the sea.

This was a great experience and a definite must if your visiting Oahu. Kayaking over coral reefs and clear blue green water. It was so nice to walk around on the sandbar surrounded by beautiful water. The staff were all so helpful and knowledgeable. It was easy to find and easy to book. So glad we did it!

We participated as a family, and we were the only Japanese people there. When I conveyed that I wasn't very good at English in broken phrases, the captain said, "No problem." Anyway, all four crew members worked hard, were attentive to the guests, and were very friendly, which felt great. The sky, which was cloudy in the morning, cleared up, and we were able to see dolphins, sea turtles, and a family of sea lions.

For snorkeling, they provided life jackets, so I felt safe and enjoyed it. However, after swimming, it gets very cold when the sea breeze hits you, so I think it's better to bring a towel (and a jacket) with you.

It became a wonderful memory.

家族で参加しましたが、日本人は私達だけ。あんまり英語が得意じゃないと、カタコトで伝えると、船長さんは、ノープロブレムと言ってくれました。とにかく4人のクルーがみんなよく働くし、お客さんのことも気にかけてくれて愛想がよく、気持ちがよかったです。朝は曇っていた空も晴れてきて、イルカやウミガメ、オットセイの親子も見られました。
シュノーケリングも、ライフジャケットを貸してくれるので安心して楽しめました。ただ泳いだあとは、海風に当たるととても寒いので、しっかりタオルを(上着も)持っていったほうがいいと思います。
いい思い出になりました。

Great day on Kaneohe Bay

1st the weather cooperated.

2nd the crew was great, super friendly, knowledgeable of history of the area old and current.
Professional attitude and service, felt safe and comfortable the entire trip.

3rd we saw a lot of sea turtles from the boat and saw one underwater next to the coral reef snorkeling.

A lots of fish on the reef. Warm fresh water rinse and warm beverages after 90 minute snorkeling period.

Lastly the boat was Captained very well and the mooring was pretty cool to watch. We highly recommend.

The ride to the port was on time and smooth
We got funny & enthusiasm tour guides
It started to get so fun as soon as we got on the boat
All the activities were fantastic. We enjoyed every moment on the cruise so time went by very fast.
The staffs made this trip amazing I believed, so thankyou so much for the great day on the bay.
