I stayed at Prince Waikiki and used this place. The man who was in charge of our table was cheerful and nice. The other staff members were also quick to clear the dishes and promptly refilled the hot water in the teapot, making for a pleasant dining experience.

There is a wide variety of dishes, and they offer things like steak cuts and hand-rolled sushi right on the spot. Personally, I recommend the desserts. They are bite-sized, so I ended up eating too many.

There are also breakfast and lunch buffets with different menus, so if I have the chance to go again, I would like to try those as well.

料理の種類は多く、ステーキのカットや手巻き寿司などをその場で提供してくれるところがあります。あと個人的にはスイーツがおすすめです。一口サイズのためつい食べすぎてしまいました。
朝食や昼食もビュッフェがありメニューが違うようなので、行く機会があれば今度はそちらも食べてみたいです。

Had a wonderful guide at Big Island. The helicopter ride was simply breathtaking they actually did it before time which gave us time for an extra ride of the city after it. It was a windy day, and there were moments when I felt a sense of fear as I was lifted up, but contrary to what I expected, I hardly felt any wind at altitude. I enjoyed the flight while watching the sea shining in the sunset. It was quite high, so of course, there was a sense of fear, but it was safe and enjoyable. I requested some photos, and I particularly liked the one where the captain posed with a shark trying to bite the rope. In the end, you just dip your backside into the water, but they quickly increase the boat's speed and pull you back up. It’s a great conversation starter and an attraction I highly recommend.

There's no guarantee that you'll definitely see dolphins, but I did.

First of all, it was tough getting up early, but there is a shuttle service to take you close to the departure point. There were quite a few Japanese people, and with a Japanese guide, I had nothing to worry about.
- Even if you usually don’t get seasick, I recommend taking motion sickness medication. I usually don’t get seasick, but even with medication, I felt nauseous towards the end. The boat sways so much that you can’t stand unless it’s anchored somewhere. The waves were high, and just floating in the water made me feel sick. There’s a toilet on the boat, so you can throw up without worrying about others (there are special bags available). They were selling motion sickness bands, but it seems to vary from person to person...
- If you can’t swim, don’t worry. I hadn’t swum in years and had no experience with snorkeling, so I was anxious, but they give you a briefing before swimming, and you wear a life jacket, so you definitely won’t sink. I felt very safe while snorkeling.
- It’s quite cold, so I think it’s better to rent a wetsuit. If you want to swim in a cute swimsuit, you’ll definitely need a cover-up and a towel.
- It was nice to have light snacks. They provided pineapple, snacks, and cheeseburgers to refresh your palate. For those who got seasick, the cheeseburger was a bit much, but they also give you a takeout bag. I got sick, so the pineapple and lemon water helped me.

I was able to see dolphins during my second snorkeling session. Since dolphins are fast, I found that sticking closely to the crew was key to seeing them. It was moving to connect with nature.

I feel a bit guilty saying this, but if you board the boat last, you can sit towards the back. Being at the back means you get to enter the water first, so I was able to closely follow the crew and see the dolphins. There were some people who didn’t see any dolphins this time, but it really depends on timing.

You can’t take pictures with the dolphins or turtles; you need to keep your distance. It’s all about observing from afar. I did feel nauseous towards the end, but until then, I had a great time, so I have no complaints about this tour. All my anxieties were resolved, and I was able to participate! ・泳げない人でも大丈夫。何年も泳いだことない、シュノーケリング未経験な私は不安でしたが泳ぐ前にレクチャーしてくれるし、ライフジャケット着るので絶対に沈みません。とても安心してシュノーケリングできました。
・かなり寒いのでウェットスーツレンタルした方がいいと思います。可愛く水着で泳ぎたい方は上着とタオル必須です。
・軽食つきが有難い。お口直しのパイナップル、スナック、チーズバーガーが配られます。酔った人にチーズバーガーは追い討ちでしたがもちろんテイクアウト用の袋もくれます。私は酔ったのでパイナップル、レモンウォーターに助けられました。
・クルーがフラダンス披露してくれたり、ノリノリなのでとてもワクワク楽しいです。

イルカを2回目のシュノーケリングで見ることができました。イルカは早いのでしっかりクルーの先頭についていく事が見るコツかなぁと。群れで泳ぐイルカはなんとも言えない感動でした。子供のイルカもみれました。また船からもウォッチングしていたらスピンジャンプしてくれました。少しだけクジラも見ることができました。自然に触れられて感動です。
その後シュノーケリングする場所へ移動し、滑り台やボートなど自由に遊べます。カメもいましたし、熱帯魚がたくさんいました。

こんな事を書くとずるいですが、船に乗る時、最後にのると船の後ろらへんに座れます。後ろにいると海に入るのが先になるのでクルーにしっかりついていってイルカを見ることができました。今回はいませんでしたが、中には見れない人もいるみたいです。本当にタイミングです。
またイルカやカメと写真が撮れる、ということはないです。近寄ったりはダメなので。あくまでも遠くから見る、という感じです。
私は終盤によって吐きましたが、それまではとても楽しかったのでこのツアー文句ナシです。
私の不安も全部解消されて参加できました！安心、安全、とっても楽しい経験でした！
参加を検討されてる方、是非した方がいいですよ！
必ず酔い止め対策は誰でもしてくださいね！

I signed up for the tour at my child's request. The slides were all thrilling and impressive, something you don't find in Japan, and my child had a blast enjoying them repeatedly. I think even adults who love thrills would find it irresistible. It was crowded since it was the weekend, and many local families were there. It felt interesting to be part of a local weekend event.

There was only one shop open, and the line for lunch was long, so it was a good decision to opt for the BBQ lunch (though the variety and taste were just okay).

I recommend it for families with children!

I thought there would be other Japanese participants based on the reviews, but I was the only one this time. The driver didn't talk much, which might have been because I didn't initiate conversation, but he wasn't unfriendly. Some drivers engage with everyone during the ride, asking where they're from, but the journey was long, so it got a bit boring. There were Japanese screens for explanations that were almost like waiving rights. Most of the staff (if not all) didn't speak Japanese, but they seemed to care. Even if I didn't understand everything, it was fine as I could just follow what the person in front of me was doing. Sliding down seven times was a blast! I was a bit nervous on the first run, thinking it required more courage than skydiving, and I mentioned to the staff that I was a little nervous, but by the last run, I was enjoying it enough to choose the faster drop. The weather was also great. I could buy photos later, and although I initially chose 2-3, in the end, I got them all since they were the same price. Getting them sent via email later is quite modern. The next day, I fell and hurt my hand, and I thought if it had been before the zip line, I might not have been able to hold the handle, so I’m grateful for the day I chose.

スタッフもほとんど（全く）日本語を話しませんがちゃんと気にかけてくれてた気がします。説明は全部はわからなくても前の人を見ていればいいので大丈夫でした。7本も滑ると満喫！！1本目はちょっと緊張してスカイダイビングより度胸いるかとも思いスタッフにもちょっとナーバスなどと言ってたのですが最後のダウンでは早く落ちる方を選ぶくらい楽しめました。お天気にも恵まれたのがよかったです。写真も後から買えて2－3枚買うのと全部が同じ値段だったのではじめチョイスしていましたが結局全部しました。
後からメールで送られてくるのも今どきです。
翌日転倒して手を痛めてしまいジップの前だったらハンドルを持てないので無理だったかもと選んだ日にも自己感謝です。

It was early December. Since it was the rainy season, there was light rain in the morning, and I was worried about the strong winds, but it cleared up during the day and we had a great time. Parasailing was amazing! The captain and crew were very enthusiastic, and even though my fellow passengers were strangers, they chatted with me before and after parasailing. I was filled with anxiety, but it was so much fun.
(Note) Japanese is not well understood.

However, I waited for 45 minutes past the scheduled pickup time, so I would have appreciated an email or some form of communication if there was going to be a delay. I was left wondering whether they would come or not, and it felt like I was just waiting around...

The dolphins were slow to appear, and just as we were starting to feel discouraged, the cheerful hula dance by the crew got everyone excited, and then the dolphins showed up! We couldn't swim with them due to time constraints, but we were able to see many dolphins from the boat, including some jumping! It was a group of three ladies, and we had a great time with our first kayaking, waterslide, and snorkeling experience. One of us was worried about seasickness, but the anti-nausea bracelet we bought on the shuttle bus was very effective! The hamburgers for lunch were delicious, and the crew was kind and fun, making it an amazing experience. I would love to participate again when I go to Hawaii!

The tour of the filming locations for Jurassic World was more fun than I expected. Only those who have experienced it can understand how enjoyable it is. They provide all the equipment, pick you up, let you skip the lines and into the water as quick as possible. They teach you everything you need to know so you are comfortable. Perfect length of time in the water. They take pictures of you too and post on Facebook. The snorkles are really good one way valve ones so no fear of water coming back in. They provide a bottle of water and a bag of chips afterwards. Wet suits are $10 extra and I recommend one! They speak fluent Japanese as well as English. Highly recommend.

The staff at the office spoke Japanese and patiently explained everything, which was very reassuring. That's the only good thing about this place.

However, the foreign tour guide was the worst.

The first thing he said when he greeted us was "shorty," which is unacceptable. He claimed to be from Japan, but if that's true, wouldn't he know that "shorty" is not a nice thing to say? He continued to make disrespectful comments about Japanese people, brushing them off as "just jokes." It seems like he confuses being friendly with being rude. Is this how communication works in Hawaii?

It was extremely unpleasant to feel uncomfortable during a tour that I paid a lot of money to join. I definitely do not recommend this.

The group lessons with Hands Heideman Hawaii Local Surfing Lessons were so much fun, as the instructors helped us a lot and made it easy to ride the waves. I want to make this a routine every time I come to Hawaii from now on!＼(^^)／ I think it would be difficult to enjoy surfing like that without the instructors. Everything, including the timing, was just perfect, and I am truly satisfied. I can't find any complaints. Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy the Hawaiian sea even more than usual!! ✩.*˚ Thank you so much! ((﹡ˆ︶ˆ﹡))
