We did the movie sites tour which was great! Our tour guide was incredibly informative and very passionate about the ranch. We didn’t have a chance to do more like the Jurassic tour or zip lining, so if we get a chance to come back - those are on our list to do next time!

It's about a 1-hour drive from Waikiki, so it's best to arrive with some extra time. There is a slight wait after check-in, but it's not bothersome. My family was too scared to drive the four-wheeler, so it might be a bit challenging for women and beginners. When the unpaved roads are dry, the dust can be quite intense. It's advisable to wear the masks provided at the beginning of the tour, and bringing a change of clothes that you don't mind getting dirty is a good idea. Your face can get quite dusty, so having a towel to wipe your face after washing it with water would be helpful. If you follow the tour guide's instructions (in English), there shouldn't be any major issues.

The driver kindly explained about Hanauma in English. They repeatedly mentioned what not to do, so I understood. Before entering Hanauma, they gave us life jackets at the cliff viewpoint. If you have any additional items, it's a good idea to mention them at this time. Once we arrived at Hanauma, we gathered with the same group of guests to pool together $25 for admission. I think it’s a good idea to bring a mat or something to relax on the beach in advance. It was very kind and I had a lot of fun snorkeling.

My first buggy experience was so much fun! It felt like something you can't experience in Japan, and I have no regrets about trying it out!! I even bought a T-shirt on-site♪

【Reference Information】
- The bus from Waikiki to Kualoa Ranch is cold. I recommend bringing a jacket.
- After arriving, you'll receive information about the meeting points for each course from a Japanese guide. Please note that further procedures may be necessary at the ticket center.
- Many comments mention getting completely covered in dust, but I didn't get that muddy. A sweat wipe was enough, and I didn't need to change.
- There is a Japanese version of the guidance video before boarding, so no problem there.
- The restaurant can get crowded, so if you plan to use it, I recommend going early.

Definitely give it a try!!

I chose this because it has good access from hotels around Waikiki and the travel time by boat is short. Since it's a boat ride, I think some people might get seasick, but it's only about a 10-minute boat ride from Waikiki Beach, so it might be bearable?? There is some rocking, so if you're worried, it's definitely a good idea to take motion sickness medication beforehand.

You can opt to have photos taken, and payment is made afterward. You need to communicate in English with the captains to request photos (if you don't ask, they won't take any). I thought they would just take a few casual shots, but they actually took quite a number of photos and even considered the composition carefully. They managed to capture beautiful shots with passing boats and planes, and I was very satisfied.

The woman at the reception was kind and greeted us with a smile, and she helped me when I was looking for the restroom (there was a restroom about a 2-minute walk away).

I gave a $20 tip to the captains when we disembarked. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing experience!

As a tour, the waiting time is too long and there's nothing to do, so it's boring. If possible, I recommend going directly with The Bus or by rental car.

The shuttle bus is large and luxurious, but the air conditioning is too strong, so it's essential to bring a jacket or something to wear. However, it's comfortable. If you want to rest and sleep, I recommend it.

The buggy ride is fun, and they help with interesting explanations and photo opportunities along the way, so you can enjoy it. Even the playful teasing like "Hurry up!" is fun (laughs).

因みに行きのバス搭乗と、チェックイン以外は、全て英語ですが、バギー乗車前の安全講習ビデオだけ日本語が選べました。運転の仕方は、テスト走行の際に個別に確認してくれるので、英語できなくても雰囲気で十分理解できると思います。

My three grandchildren and daughter participated. I was worried that the grandchildren might say they were scared and wouldn't go, but they came down saying they had an amazing time. The receptionist was also very polite and explained everything well, making it a wonderful memory.

Easy entry process, meet by dance troop and greeted by crew member. Scored a very nice table by the window. Staff were warm and friendly and our first free drink was delivered promptly. Food was good and plentiful and stayed out as long as people kept going up. Show was as expected with all staff taking part. We did the fireworks night which was fab. Only real complaint was with the Sunset, the sun didn't com out to play :).

I visited Hanauma Bay for the first time in two years. It was early in the morning, but the water wasn't as cold as I expected. The fish swimming around are always the same. This time, there was someone who was visiting Hanauma for the first time, so I made a reservation, but the entrance fee is a bit high, so I think it might be good for a while. I had a great time. Kualoa Ranch has many attractions, and I was worried that the time before and after the experience would be long and boring, but I was able to enjoy the wait for the bus.
Driving the buggies through the great outdoors was a lot of fun. I think even women can drive them, so if you have a license, definitely give it a try.

I checked with a Japanese staff member if I could take my food home, and they wrapped it beautifully. The next day, I warmed it up at the hotel and enjoyed it deliciously.

There were five groups including us.
There were no staff members who spoke Japanese, but they explained things using gestures and simple words, so it wasn't a problem.

The hardest part was seasickness...
I definitely recommend taking motion sickness medication for those who are worried!!
Once we took off, the scenery was amazing and it felt like a reset.
It was so much fun! I was very satisfied!!
I gave a tip of $40.

I made a reservation for a date without checking the tide levels, but it turned out to be just when the tide was coming in, and the water level at the sandbar was around my waist. Last time it was about ankle-deep, so I felt a bit disappointed and reduced my rating by one star.

アクティビティとしては、ビーチバレーとシュノーケリングを楽しみました。シュノーケリングはライフジャケットを付けないのも選択できたので、私としてはスキンダイビングも出来て楽しめました(前回のツアーはライフジャケット必須だった)。ホヌにも沢山遭遇することが出来ましたし。
ロコのスタッフから、私の妻はロコなのかと訊かれたのですが、最初何を言われているのか解らなかったのは御愛嬌。
