It's a very good program where you can interact with dolphins. My daughter was also very happy. However, I had a hard time killing time until the bus back. It feels more like a small aquarium aside from the dolphins. It might be better to arrange your own transportation.

We participated as a family of three with our 6-year-old child. It was fun. The child was able to enjoy snorkeling, and there were many sea turtles, which was great. The view of Waikiki from the ocean was also nice. Above all, I liked the relaxed style of enjoying time on the water without any rush. You can drink alcohol, and the boat was very nice and spacious.

However, even though it was the peak season at the end of the year, I thought over $400 for three people was a bit high. The shuttle service at $30 per person seemed expensive. Moreover, it was supposed to depart from Waianae, but it actually left from a port just past Ala Moana. If that was the case, I could have just driven there myself.

Most participants were American, and the style was American as well. It felt friendly, cheerful, and laid-back. The shuttle time changed by 30 minutes without notice, and I only found out after calling. All the explanations on the boat were in English, and there was no special consideration just because we were Japanese. せっかく海外に行くのですから、日本人ばかりいるオプショナルツアーに行くよりは、参加者もスタイルもアメリカ式のこういったツアーに参加した方が面白いかなと思います。

おと、酔い止めは飲んだ方が良いと思います。嫁さんは後半船酔いしてしまい辛くなっちゃいましたので。
車では滅多に酔わない程度の強さはあるのですが。

This is a pool located about a 40-minute drive from Waikiki. In December, the wind can feel a bit chilly, but it's not too bothersome if the sun is out. We participated with our 13-year-old and 11-year-old children. We made a reservation online from Japan and had no idea what to expect. However, a car picked us up at the hotel and took us to the port, where we boarded the boat right away. We joined other foreigners who had signed up directly on-site and took off as parent-child pairs. Once the boat moved out to sea, we put on life jackets and strapped on the equipment, then soared into the sky all at once. The thrill was incredible! We floated in the air for about five minutes, and as we were being lowered while the rope was reeled in, we landed back on the boat. I was amazed at how easily we could fly! The kids enjoyed it very much and weren't scared at all.

I heard there would be an English instructor, and since it was in Hawaii, I thought it would be an instructor who could speak Japanese for the Japanese customers... but the person I rode with was American. Most of the staff spoke only English... but we managed somehow.
It was refreshing to soar up into the sky and look down at the ocean!

This is my first time doing parasailing with a fear of height, so it is almost like a mission impossible, therefore, I chose the lowest height which is 300 feet. it turned out it was not scary at all, I thought i would felt uncomfortable when they lifted us up from the boat, but I didn't. it was very stable when we were up to the sky flying. When we came back, it was not like we were dropped to the water, we landed back on the boat. So for those who thought you would be dropped into water, that is not going to happen. So try this one, I recommend it to anyone who would like a great view of waikiki beach in the sky.

My first time paragliding. When I participated, it was just the two of us and a pair of Australian women, so there was no waiting time and everything went very smoothly. I was a bit anxious since it was a tour where Japanese wasn't spoken, but the staff and other guests were very friendly, so I had no difficulties. I chose the highest option for paragliding. There was no fear, it felt great, and I had a wonderful time.

I ordered a paid cocktail on board, and since I was returning home the next day and didn't have enough US dollars on hand, I requested to pay with my card. The other guests at the same table were immediately asked to sign for their credit cards, but my card was not returned. When I inquired, they asked if all my orders were complete, and after I confirmed they were, they said they would bring it right away, but it never came. Even after prompting again, nothing happened. When I asked a Japanese staff member in Japanese if they were skimming my card, it was returned, but they said, "You should pay with cash or a traveler's check instead of a card," and as they left, they patted my shoulder and said, "This is normal in America. It's different from Japan."

I said I didn't want to pay a tip, but they insisted, "Please give what you feel," and I paid $2 on a $16 order, but I didn't want to return it and pay for the cocktail. I have traveled to mainland America and have been to more than five states. This does not seem normal for America. I was without my card for such a long time, and even after three prompts, all I got was "wait."

I am more disappointed with the poor staff response than not seeing the whales. I would never recommend this to my friends.

チップは払いたくないと言いましたが「お気持ちでください」と請求され、16ドルの注文に2ドル払いましたが、返品してカクテル代も払いたくありませんでした。
アメリカ本土にも旅行したことがあります。五つ以上の州にも行ってます。アメリカの普通とは思えません。それほど長い時間カードを返して貰えず、3度の催促にも「待って」だけでした。
クジラが見えなかったことより、スタッフの対応の悪さにがっかりです。
友達には絶対勧めません。

I went on a sandbar tour during the cold period at the end of November, which was not during low tide. I was a bit iffy about doing tour since the max speed was 5-8, but we had the best tour guide that let us go max speed and go off roading. We got to see so much of the movie sets and the place was so beautiful and memorizing I never wanted to leave. You definitely need the 2 hour tour, any shorter you will regret for sure.

This was my second time attending Hawaiian Parasail in Honolulu and it wasn't as good as the first time. Everything was great as far as the actual para-sailing goes. Honestly, it felt rushed and not as excited for them to have a family of 8 for our trip. We did tip them and we don't regret it but I do wish that it felt more welcoming than it did.
But I would go again for a third time :D

It was raining dogs and cats, so the Pearl Harbor tour was shut down on that day...We only saw a video of Pearl Harbor...luckly we still have USS tour, we had wonderful time in the battleship!
