It was drizzling and cold. The sandbar had seawater up to my ankles due to the tides, which was different from what I had imagined. However, the staff were lively and seemed to be having fun playing beach volleyball. The hamburgers grilled by the captain were delicious. The live singing with the guitar was wonderful as well. If only the weather had been better, it would have been perfect. But I was able to see a waterfall that is rarely seen.

I participated with my boyfriend. The transportation was a large tour bus, and we were staying at the Princess Kaiulani, but the meeting place was at the Hyatt, so it was very close, which was great. Most of the participants were Japanese. However, we were about 15 minutes late for the meeting time, which made me a bit anxious. The day I went was clear and very hot, perfect for the pool. As soon as we arrived, we rented a locker to store our belongings. It was prepaid (about $19), and we could open and close it anytime. When we returned the key, we received about $5 back. The facility had a wave pool and many water slides, and we used all of them. The slides were very thrilling and enjoyable, even for adults. We got completely soaked with water all over our faces and bodies, but it was perfect because it was so hot. For lunch, I had a cheeseburger, which was very delicious. However, it seems that popular items sell out quickly. We had a really fun time.

Totally worth it!

Our guides were very friendly and helpful. We were able to swim next to turtles, dolphins and tons of tropical fish. This isn't the kind of swimming with dolphins in an aquarium where they do tricks for you and kiss you, but it's amazing in itself to see a pod of 30+ dolphins in their natural habitat. They came as close as within 10 feet of us in our trip, and turtles were close enough to touch. Lunch was actually delicious!

Overall an unforgettable experience and highly recommended! I would also recommend getting an underwater camera or waterproof iPhone case. We didn't and definitely regretted it.

On the way to the sandbar, I also got to see turtles and manta rays♪ I think it's best to check the low tide times on the reservation screen when deciding on the date to join this tour. After all, the sandbar at low tide is the best!

I participated because I wanted to touch a dolphin! I was already happy just to meet a dolphin up close, but I was very satisfied to be able to touch them a lot and even get a kiss♪ The park isn't very large, so we had some extra time since we only participated in one program, but we relaxed and enjoyed watching the birds and turtles. It became a very nice memory!

In late May, I participated in a girls' trip. The staff were cheerful, and I was able to enjoy playing beach volleyball with the other participants I met for the first time. The sandbar was very beautiful and soothing, but the sea breeze was cold!! I think it depends on the season, but it was tough to stay in wet clothes, so I think it would be good to have a place to change (there isn't a designated changing area, so I quickly changed in the restroom…).

Kailua requires taking a bus that you might not be used to, and both Kailua Beach and Lanikai Beach are difficult to access from the bus stop, so I recommend this tour for both town and beach lovers!!

I recommend renting a mat to take to Kailua Beach, which is just a short walk from the tour company. The area under the shade of the trees has branches that can be painful if they fall. You can also borrow snorkeling gear for free, but there are no fish. Many people are relaxing on the beach. The morning is recommended as there are fewer people at the beach.

I rented a bicycle to get to Kailua Town ($10.47 per bike). They provide a map and explain how to get there. It can be a bit scary until you get used to the pedal brakes, but it’s manageable. It takes about 20 minutes on foot. Riding with the wind felt great.

For lunch, you can choose between a plate or pizza, and the staff-recommended spinach and garlic pizza was delicious.

For us, the time spent at both the beach and the town felt just right, though we could have used a little more. The staff could almost all speak Japanese, which was reassuring.

Since the tour from Waikiki returns around 3 PM, we decided to go by rental car. We arrived early, so we stopped by the nearby Target before heading to our destination. When I showed the Veltra voucher at the reception, they directed me to a less crowded window for check-in.

On the day of our visit, some attractions were closed, which left me feeling a bit unsatisfied. However, from around 3 PM, when the tour groups left, the crowd significantly decreased, and we were able to enjoy the attractions without any wait. Just a note, the thrilling slides require climbing stairs, which can be quite tiring. We stayed from opening to closing time and had a great day.

Nearby, there are places like Target, Costco, Safeway, Big K, and Walmart, so it’s fun to stop for shopping on your way back.

ワイキキからのツアーだと、15時頃帰ってしまう為、レンタカーにて行きました。
早く着いてしまったので、近くにあるターゲットに寄ってから行きました。

When it comes to tours in Hawaii, I thought there would always be Japanese people, but on the packed bus we were picked up on, we were the only Japanese. Furthermore, during the show, we were probably the only Japanese there as well.

I think this tour may not be suitable for those who cannot speak any English or feel uneasy being around only foreigners, but we finally felt like we were experiencing being abroad, and we had a great time.

Of course, everything from the bus guide to the show was in English, but there were interactive hula shows, and newlywed couples were specially invited to the front for a showtime, so the Americans were actively participating, and we were glad we could join in as well (laughs).

Also, the scenery was amazing!

I was able to experience the wonderful world of marine blue. I could admire various types of fish and see sea turtles resting on a ship that was sunk for the purpose of creating a reef. Chief's Luau - Polynesian Show with Authentic Award-Winning Fire Knife Dancing

Very fun experience!

After swimming with the dolphins at Sea Life Park, we simply walked back through the park to the Luau (very convenient). We were greeted warmly with a shell necklace and photo op with the Chief, and then got to enjoy some games (spear tossing, a Polynesian version of musical chairs (except with sticks), braiding palm leaves to make head-bands, and hula dancing). There were also some tables with native-made goods for sale. Then the Chief led the unveiling ceremony of the roasted pig (he is very entertaining and funny), got our non-alcoholic drinks and food (which was very tasty, especially the pineapple cake!), and then enjoyed the show. The hula dancers were very talented, the fire dancers where great, and it was neat to see all the different dance styles of the islands that were represented. It was our 2nd wedding anniversary, so we got to go up on stage with some other couples and they honored us with some pretty flowers! The only down-side was that the location is a little small, but other than that, we had a great time!

We were amazed by the size!
We had a blast screaming with excitement on the slides we had never seen before.
The kids were sliding non-stop, barely taking a break for lunch! We had a great time.
We were also very satisfied with our first experience on the bodyboard!

Do the orchids!!! My husband was surprised and they lasted a long time. Keep them in the fridge. Yes there are orchids in the airport to buy but it is not the same as getting the Hawaiian greeting. Definitely for 1st timers. Kids would love this!

I visited the sandbar for the first time. There were plenty of activities like sea turtles, photo opportunities at the sandbar, and snorkeling. Everything was incredibly fun. I highly recommend this tour.

Super awesome amusement park ever!!!!!

This is the most amazing amusement park I have ever been to!!!
We went there with friends (in total 4 people) and were worried about that there might not be any attractions for 4 people but almost all are designed for more than 2 or 4 people and have lots of fun!!!
Usually I don't like too much scary ones but the attraction here are of course scary enough but much more fun:) We tried all attractions and rode them more than twice!!! Especially, "Shaka"! This is soooooo much fun!
You should ride it backwards if you wanna feel lots of fears.
At first, we thought we should spend more time at the beach because here is Hawaii which has lots of nice and beautiful beaches, but this amusement park blew this kind of thoughts completely!!!
We will defenately come back here the next time as well!!!!!!!!!!
