I participated two years ago and it was so great that I joined again. Naturally, the staff, the boat, and the menu were all exactly the same. However, I felt that the snorkeling time was extremely short. It was like, "Wait, is it already over?!" Unfortunately, there were no fish at all. The coral reef might have fewer fish now. So, if snorkeling is your main focus, it might be a bit disappointing. The staff's service is excellent. The hamburger was just as delicious as last time.

当然ですがスタッフの顔ぶれも船もメニューも全く同じ。
ですが、シュノーケリングの時間が極端に短かったように思います。

また残念ながら魚が全くいなかった。

なのでシュノーケリングをメインにするとちょっと残念な感じになるかもしれません。

Our experience from start to finish was exceptional! The shuttle ride started with a wonderful ride from Emanual- she was friendly and conversational, making our time feel like it was spent with a friend. She was knowledgeable about the Island and told us interesting things. She suggested we rent a car and we did- the next day! Thanks Em so worth it! On the boat Em and Captain Jenna were wonderful. Our teenager got a little sick but they didn't give up on her, with their words of encouragement and support we set sail. Our 8 year old was afraid and because of you two ladies she got in and snorkeled with an 80year old turltle. Words can express that magic of that experience! We are eagerly anticipating the pictures photographer Paul took. Your attention to detail and obvious dedication to your craft is remarkable. Thank you team dolphin excursion for loving what you do and sharing that with my family. Mahalo!

We rented a car during our trip and stayed at the Kahala Hotel, which was not included in the shuttle service, so we went on our own. The parking fee was $8, and we could pay by card. For entry, the VELTRA guide only mentioned meeting at the entrance, but it was smooth when we presented the voucher at the counter. There was a baggage check at the entrance, and it seems that food other than fruits is not allowed.

Inside, there were multiple slides, and it was compact and easy to navigate. However, since the operating hours were until 3:30 PM on that day, there were some attractions we couldn't do. I think it's a great place for families with small children. However, the food counter gets really crowded.

I found the hotel pool a bit lacking, so I decided to check this one out, and I was very satisfied. My child is small, so we couldn't use the water slides, but it looked like a lot of fun and was really crowded. I definitely plan to try it next time. The wave pool was quite intense; even adults could easily find themselves in trouble if they weren't careful. We rented a cabana, and although it was pricey, it provided a place to store our belongings and relax comfortably. However, the rental float that came with it was quickly used by others, so you need to be cautious about that.

We participated as a family of four. I had read in other people's experiences that the air conditioning on the bus was quite strong, so I brought a jacket. On the way there, many people were wearing their own towels. I checked the tide chart and participated during the lowest tide, but I still got soaked up to my knees. Since the sandbar was my goal, I was a bit disappointed about that. The sandbar seemed to stretch quite a long way, but perhaps the tour companies stop at different places to disembark. However, I thoroughly enjoyed the stunning views of the blue sky, the sea, and the surrounding mountains. I also saw sea turtles and mantas, but overall, I feel it might be more geared towards younger people.

Since this is a nature tour, it's understandable, but the bad weather and poor visibility left me feeling unsatisfied...

Regarding snorkeling, we all swam in a line along a predetermined route, so I was too focused on keeping up with everyone to really enjoy the underwater experience... (We had a group with both strong and weak swimmers, including children.)

Also, I had somewhat prepared myself for this in advance, but the water level at the sandbar was only up to my knees at most. Jumping for a photo was impossible.

My elementary school-aged son had a great time. Since it's a popular theme park, it can't be helped, but the wait times in direct sunlight were quite long. We gave up on having lunch and decided to slide down as many slides as possible. The bus instructions for going and returning were very clear and reassuring.

The overall experience was a little cheesy...For the good news--I give 5 stars for the dancing during the main hula show--the dance crew were truly amazing and very athletic! The food was tasty but the overall presentation reminded me of the buffet line at a high school cafeteria. And there was no coconut cake which was very disappointing! The M.C. For the entertainment was straight off the Love Boat...he made me chuckle but not in a good way! The pre dinner activities went on for way too long, and I felt like I was in a cattle line being herded from one presentation to another. I would have liked to come just for the dinner and show, but then you risk being assigned a bad seat as it was first-come-first-seated. The property was gorgeous with spectacular views of the sunset. Maybe if this was my first luau I would have enjoyed it more, but I left feeling kind of...meh...

The morning pickup was not at the bus stop I specified when I made the reservation, but at a distant bus stop. The bus stop was right in front of the hotel I stayed at, yet I waited at the designated bus stop on foot. However, when the meeting time came, my name was not called, and feeling anxious, I asked someone nearby, who said, "This is it." When I mentioned my name, they checked the confirmation and made a phone call. It seems there was a mistake on their part, and the guide told me, "The bus stop is different, but get on this bus," so I was able to go. But I can't help but feel frustrated thinking that if I hadn't asked, I might have been left behind. There was nothing indicating "Veltour" on the bus or the guide, making it very confusing. After that, during my stay and even after returning home, I received no apology email, just an email asking for a review of my experience. The tour itself was fine, but I will not use this company again.

It was incredibly cloudy and extremely cold... I participated on a day that was so cold, I couldn't believe it was Hawaii. The scenery was also disappointing due to the clouds, and the sandbar had water levels only up to my knees, which was a big failure. It was so cold that I didn't participate in snorkeling and waited on the boat instead. I think if you're going to the sandbar, you should definitely choose the right season to go.

The staff were very cheerful and tried their best to lift the mood; they were kind and pleasant. If I ever go again for a revenge trip, I would choose this tour.

とにかく曇っていて滅茶苦茶寒かった。。。
ハワイでこんなに寒いことってあるのか・・・というくらい寒い日に参加してしまいました。
そして、曇っていた分、景色もイマイチで、肝心のサンドバーも膝上くらいまでの水位だったので、大失敗でした。
あまりに寒いので、シュノーケリングには参加せず、船で待機させて頂きました。
サンドバーに行くなら、やはりちゃんと時期を選んで行くべきだと思いました。

スタッフの方達は、とても明るく、何とか盛り上げようとしてくれて、親切で感じが良かったですし、いつかまたリベンジで行くならば、このツアーを選びます。

This was my second visit. Last time, since it was New Year's, there were times when some attractions were open and others were not, which made it inefficient and I remember waiting a lot. This time, I think there were more people than during New Year's, but everything was open, so I was able to enjoy it without waiting too much.

Attractions that could only be done in pairs last time are now available for individuals, which made waiting for the pair floaties take some time. I would like to see more pair floaties available.

I thought the operating hours from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM were a bit short, but I was able to go around efficiently, so I had plenty of fun. My child really loves this place. I hope we can come again!

前回はお正月だったので、一部のアトラクションがやっている時間とやっていない時間があり、効率が悪く、待たされた記憶がありました。
今回は、人はお正月よりも多かったと思いますが、全てやっていたので、それほど並ぶ事もなく満喫できました。
前回はペアでしか出来なかったアトラクションが一人でも出来るようになっていて、ペアの浮き輪を待つのに時間がかかりました。
もうちょっとペア用の浮き輪を増やして欲しいです。

営業時間は10時30分～16時30分で短いかな？と思いましたが、効率良く回れたので充分楽しめました。
うちの子は、かなりお気に入りの場所です。

My first experience at Wet 'n' Wild. Since I had a small child and elderly people with me, I arranged for a cabana. The confirmation email was a day late, but I was relieved to have secured it. On the day of the visit, we were given wristbands color-coded by plan before boarding the bus, but there was a mishap where I was mistakenly given the color for a different group's basic plan. However, that was quickly corrected. After getting off the bus, I exchanged the printed confirmation email for entry tickets with the staff, but this turned out to be a mistake. Once inside, I started looking for "where is the cabana I reserved?" but I had no idea where to find it. When I asked the local staff by giving my name, they just shook their heads and said "NO." I should have confirmed with the Japanese staff on the bus before entering, but it was too late, and I was very flustered. While I was trying to explain to the reception staff, a female staff member who spoke Japanese came to help and checked the situation. After a short wait, the response I received was, "We apologize. We indeed reserved it under your name, but due to a mistake on our part, we reserved the wrong date. Since this is our error, I will email Veltra today to explain, and we will refund the cabana fee." About an hour by car from Waikiki and about 30 minutes by cruise ship from the harbor, we landed on a truly mysterious sandbar. The shallow area, about 100 meters in diameter, is surrounded by marine blue waters, and the water level is only knee-high, so the kids were able to play safely. We observed tropical fish while snorkeling, and the tour included lunch, which made for a very satisfying experience.

P.S. There was a funny local staff member who had a tattoo of his daughter's name (in kanji!) on his body.
