I felt that Kahala was a better choice than Dolphin Park due to the location and timing, even though it seemed a bit overpriced. The photos turned out well, but I was disappointed when my child said they didn't want to participate again because the water quality was full of algae. I also thought it looked like a muddy pond.

ドルフィンパークより、カハラの方が、場所と時間の都合上良かったので、割高に感じましたが、参加しました。写真はうまくとって頂き、良かったのですが、水質がこけだらけで、次参加したくないと子供から言われて残念でした。私も、泥池に見えました。

I had a good time, but I don't think the dining environment was very good. The main slide is quite hard to climb from the bottom. Children want to go multiple times, so I participated again this time. I apologize for being late due to jet lag, but I connected before departure saying I would be downstairs, and when I got down, they had already left, which surprised me. There was no Japanese support or emergency assistance, so it was quite challenging for the staff at Veltra during this time.

楽しめましたが、食事環境はあまり良いとは思いません。メインの滑り台は下から登るときはなかなかハードです。子どもは何度となく行きたがるので、今回も参加させていただきました。
時差ボケで今回、遅れてしまいご迷惑をおかけしましたが、出発前に下にいますとつながり、すぐおりますといい降りましたら、出発されてしまっていて、
驚きました。日本語対応も緊急用もなくこの時のベルトラさんはなかなか大変でした。

I wanted to meet and interact with dolphins, so I took my mother in her 60s on this tour, looking forward to our trip to Hawaii.

However, as soon as we arrived at the venue, we were told to hurry and run because there was no time! It was a terrible environment for my mother, who usually walks with a cane.

Additionally, my mother has a medical condition that has slightly deformed the bones in her fingers, making it impossible for her to remove her wedding ring. We had applied to participate with gloves, but upon arrival, we were told she needed to take it off. Despite pulling until her finger turned blue, it wouldn’t come off.

They said she could participate if we cut the wedding ring and reattach it in Japan. Meanwhile, other staff kept insisting she put on a life jacket quickly, come faster, and cut the ring.

When I spoke to the only Japanese staff member, Junko, she said it was difficult for her to help and left the scene with a dismissive remark.

In the end, everyone left us there, and there was no apology for the miscommunication. The event went on without us, and it ended.

I felt sorry for my mother, who was just left in her swimsuit. Even though she wanted to go back, we couldn’t because the bus departure time was set. We ended up wasting a day in our swimsuits without being able to touch the dolphins and feeling abandoned by the staff.

Of course, there was no refund.

I felt that this tour was so terrible that I thought we could have skipped Hawaii altogether.

On the bus, other tours booked through different sites had friendly staff who engaged with us and shared fun facts about Hawaii, but the staff from this tour were unfriendly and silent, roughly unloading luggage. It was very disappointing.

I absolutely do not recommend this for your important trip.

There was no follow-up or any communication at all.

It was truly the worst experience.

イルカに会いたい！触れ合いたいという60代の母を連れて、このツアーを非常に楽しみにハワイに行きました。
まずは会場に着いた途端、時間がないから走れ！急げ！何をしているんだ？と言われ、いつもは杖をついて歩いている母には初めから酷い環境でした。

更には母は病気で指の骨が少し変形しているため結婚指輪が外せません。その場合は手袋での参加との事で申し込みをしたはずですが、現地では外して欲しいとの事。
指が青くなるまで引っ張りましたが外せません。

結婚指輪を切って日本でくっつけるなら、参加させてもいいとの事。
そんな中でも他のスタッフが、はやくライフジャケットを着ろだの早くこいだの指輪を切れだのやってきます。

唯一、日本人のスタッフ、ジュンコという人にも話すと、私に言われても困りますと捨て台詞を吐きいて、その場からいなくなりました。

結局、みんながその場からいなくなり放置され、情報の行き違いなどに謝られるわけでもなく、勝手に時間のイベントが開催され、終わりました。

水着でただ園内に放置された母が気の毒でした。
帰りたくても、バスの発車時間が決まっているので帰れず、ただただ無駄に水着でイルカにも触れず、スタッフに見捨てられ無駄な一日でした。

もちろん返金もありません。

これならハワイにすら行かなくても良かったと思うほど、ひどいスタッフ達のツアーです。


バスの中でも他のサイトから申し込みをしたツアーは、感じがいいスタッフが盛り上げてくれたり、ハワイの雑学を教えてくれたりと楽しいのですが、こちらのサイトからの今回のツアーはバスの中も、不機嫌そうな無愛想なスタッフが一言も発さず乱暴に荷物を降ろしたりしているだけで、非常に残念です。

大切なご旅行の際は絶対におススメいたしません。

アフターフォローも声がけも全くありません。

本当に最低最悪です。

We participated for the first time in 17 years since our honeymoon, this time with our children, on a trip to Hawaii.

The tour took almost a whole day, exploring Hawaii's nature, culture, and movie filming locations.

In the morning, the first part of the tour was led by a woman tour guide who spoke Japanese well and explained the native plants of Hawaii in detail. She took us around various places, teaching us about food and culture.

The second part mainly focused on movie filming locations. We visited famous spots from Jurassic Park, Jumanji, and King Kong, making us feel like we were inside the movies.

For lunch, we enjoyed a buffet and ate until we were full. It was very delicious.

The afternoon tour was about Hawaii's ancient civilization and ruins, and since the guide spoke English, I could hardly understand what was being said. However, there were explanation signs with photos at each location, so I was able to understand visually.

My son loves Jurassic Park, so it turned out to be a fantastic day for both adults and children.

新婚旅行以来１７年ぶりに子供たちと家族４人で行ったハワイで初めて
参加しました。
ほぼ１日かけてハワイの自然や文化、そして映画の撮影がされた
場所めぐりのツアーでした。
午前の一つ目はハワイに自生する植物を日本語の上手な女性の
ツアーガイドさんが丁寧に説明してくれました。
色々な所を廻って食べ物や文化について教えてくれました。
２つ目は主に映画の撮影場所巡りでした。
ジュラシックパークやジュマンジ、キングコングなどどれも有名で
映画の中に入っているような気分に浸れます。
ランチはバイキング形式でお腹いっぱい沢山食べました。
とてもおいしかったです。
昼からのツアーはハワイの古代文明や遺跡などを回るツアーで
担当ガイドさんが英語だったのでほぼ何を言っているのか
解りませんでしたが、各場所に写真付きの説明看板が立っており
目で見て理解はできました。
息子はクラシックパークが大好きなので大人も子供も
最高な一日になりました。

I arrived at 10:30, and before I knew it, it was time to gather at 15:05. It was fun and great. The barbecue had a limited variety, but the chicken and beef grill were seasoned perfectly. I rented a cabana. It also came with a float, a fruit-filled ice box, and mineral water. If you arrive early, there are plenty of palm leaf-style roofs available, so you might not need to rent one.

10:30に到着、15:05の集合時間まで、あっという間。楽しくて、良かったです。バーベキューは種類は少ないが、チキン、ビーフグリルと、味付け最高です。ガバナをかりました。浮き輪とアイスBOX入りフルーツ、ミネラルウオーターもついてました。早めに着けば、ヤシの葉風な屋根も、沢山あるので、借りなくても良いかも？

I participated for the first time, and it was better than I expected.
It was a movie location, and I particularly enjoyed the filming site of Jurassic World.
I didn't have high expectations for lunch from the start, so I wasn't dissatisfied at all.
I would like to participate again!

初めて参加しましたが、思っていたよりも良かったです。
映画のロケ地で、特にジュラシックワールドの撮影地が映画通りで良かったです。
昼食は最初から期待していなかったので、別に不満もありませんでした。
又、参加したいです！

After 17 years since our honeymoon, we finally went to Hawaii as a family of four with our children. This was my first time participating in such an activity. In contrast to my dislike for boats, my wife and kids seemed to be having a great time. However, we set sail from the location where the scene of escaping from lava due to a volcanic eruption in "Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom" was filmed, which instantly raised my excitement as I had watched Jurassic World in the theater.

The Japanese crew on the boat were very kind and made me feel at ease during the trip. While we were playing in the heavenly sea, they grilled hamburgers on the BBQ grill at the back of the boat. I was curious about what the light meal would be, and it turned out to be hamburgers with patties and vegetables in buns. My kids love them, and they happily devoured them, saying how delicious they were!

After playing at the sandbar, we enjoyed searching for sea turtles, and we could see many from the boat. The kids were excitedly pointing out, "Look, there's one over there!" and "There's another one here!" They had a great time searching for the turtles together. Finally, we enjoyed snorkeling at a spot where lots of fish gather. Unfortunately, my kids were too scared to snorkel, but I made sure to take plenty of pictures of the fish underwater. When I showed the footage to the kids later, they were thrilled, exclaiming, "Wow! Amazing! There are so many!"

Next time, I hope my kids will practice snorkeling so they can join in properly.

新婚旅行以来１７年ぶりに子供たちと家族４人で行ったハワイで
初めて参加しました。
船が苦手な私とは対照的に妻と子供は楽しそうにはしゃいでいました。
しかし、ジュラシックワールド”炎の王国”で火山の噴火による溶岩から
恐竜を連れて港から逃げるシーンを撮影した場所からの出航で、
ジュラシックワールドを映画館で見ていた私のテンションも一気に
上がりました。
船には日本人のクルーが親切に対応してくれていて、
安心して参加することが出来ました。
天国の海で私たちが遊んでいる間に船の後方にあるBBQグリルで
ハンバーグを焼いてくれました。
軽食と書いてあったので、何だろう？と思っていたのですが
バンズにハンバーグや野菜を挟んで食べるハンバーガーでした。
子供は大好きなので大はしゃぎでおいしいと言ってペロッと食べていました！
サンドバーで遊んだ後はウミガメ探し船の上からでも何匹も
確認できるほどたくさんいて「ほら、あそこにいるよ～」
とか「こっちにもいるよ～」と兄弟でウミガメ探しを楽しんでいました。
そして、最後に魚がいっぱい集まるというポイントでシュノーケリングを
楽しみました。
残念ながら子供は怖がってシュノーケリングは出来ませんでしたが、
その分親である私が頑張って海の中の魚たちを一杯撮影しました。
後日その映像を子供たちに見せると「すごい！すごい！いっぱいいる～」
といって大変喜んでくれました。
次回子供たちはちゃんとシュノーケリングできるように練習して
参加したいと思います。

Departure is around 7:00 AM. At the pickup location, you will receive a color-coded wristband for each tour, making it easy to identify which tour you have signed up for. You will also receive a schedule that clearly indicates what time to participate in each activity. There will be signs at the location with the names of each activity, so make sure to gather there before the time indicated on your schedule.

The movie location tour had a bright, cheerful, and adorable female guide who spoke Japanese. All the participants were Japanese, and the guide's stories were entertaining, making it a lot of fun. The breathtaking scenery was truly moving! If you've seen the movie, you will definitely be even more excited!

The jungle exploration tour had about 20 participants, both foreigners and Japanese, in one vehicle. The guide spoke only English, so I couldn't understand most of the content, but it was amazing to see beautiful scenery while driving off-road!

The Taste of Kualoa tour had a Japanese guide, and all the participants were Japanese as well. We got to see fruits and plants that you can't find in Japan, and there were tastings. It was a fun experience that you don't get to have often!

Kualoa Ranch is in the mountains, and the weather can change quickly. This time, it went from a downpour to clear and hot weather. It's a good idea to bring a towel and a folding umbrella just in case! It's definitely worth a visit!

朝7:00頃の出発です。
ピックアップ場所で、どのツアーを申し込んでいるか分かるように、ツアーごとに色分けされたリストバンドをつけてもらいます。
何時にどのアクティビティに参加するか書いてある予定表をもらえるのでとても分かりやすいです。
現地ではそれぞれのアクティビティの名前が書いてある看板があるので、予定表に書いてある時間より前にそこに集合します。

映画ロケ地ツアーは、日本語が話せる明るく元気で可愛らしい女性のガイドさんでした。ツアー参加者も全員日本人で、ガイドさんの話もおもしろくてとても楽しかったです。圧巻の景色で感動しました！映画を見たことある人ならさらに大興奮間違いなしです！

ジャングル探検ツアーは、外国の方と日本人20人弱で一台の車に乗ります。ガイドさんは英語のみだったので、内容はほとんど分からなかったですが、オフロードを思いっきり走りながらいい景色を見れて最高でした！

テイストオブクアロアツアー、こちらは日本人のガイドの方でツアー参加者も全員日本人でした。日本では見られないフルーツや植物を見たり、試食があったり。なかなかできない経験ができ楽しかったです！

クアロアランチは山で、天気が変わりやすく、今回もスコールが来たと思ったら快晴で暑くなったりしました。タオルと折り畳み傘は念のため持って行ったほうがいいです！
行ってみる価値は十二分にあります！！

Food service was somewhat quick, but understandable and good. Drinks did take some time and got confusing but the wait staff remembered and was very organized. Bartender could have used more help or another bartender to handle the people capacity. Overall great service and wonderful show!

It was rainy, but the waterfall was very beautiful. I was impressed that so much nature is still preserved. I want to come again. The guide also explained things well.

雨模様でしたが滝がとてもきれいでした。自然がまだたくさん残されていて感激しました。またきたいとおもいます。ガイドさんもよく説明してくらました。

It takes about 40 minutes by car from Waikiki, but since we will be picking up from several hotels, it takes around 90 minutes to reach the park, where we will receive group admission tickets at the entrance. After that, we can enjoy the park, and when it's time, we gather at the exit gate to take the bus back.

There seem to be various options that include meals, but since time is limited, I think it's sufficient to just focus on transportation and admission, and buy fast food inside the park at a time that avoids the lunch peak. (Bringing food and drinks is not allowed.)

距離的にはワイキキから車で40分程度だが、いくつかホテルを回ってピックアップするので、パークまで90分くらいかかり、パークの入り口で団体用の入場券を渡されます。あとはパークで遊んで時間になったらゲートの出口で集合、バスに乗って帰るというところ。

いろいろと食事つきなどのオプションがあるようですが、時間も限られているので、移動と入場だけにして、昼時のピークを外して適当にパーク内でファーストフードを買って食べるのでじゅうぶんだと思います。（飲食物は持ち込み禁止）

Definitely a 5-star, money well spent experience at the premium top deck! From the service, music, accomodations, food to the beautiful sights!

It ended at 3:30 PM since it was a weekday. I thought it might be short before going, but it was sufficient. The overbooking of the bus on the way there was a significant drawback.

平日だったので三時半終了でした。行く前は短いかな？と思いましたが十分です。
行きのバスのオーバーブッキングは大減点です。

This is my second time, and it was absolutely amazing. Whenever I come to Hawaii, I will definitely come to see the Chief Luau show. I also introduced it to my friends, and they said it was fun. This time, I reserved a VIP seat, which made it even better. I look forward to next time!

It felt like I was inside a movie! I'm glad I had a great experience!

One downside was that I didn't quite understand the initial explanation, and when I asked for clarification, it seemed like the male guide who spoke Japanese explained it very reluctantly. It was disappointing to encounter an unfriendly person.

Other than that, it was great that they explained things in a fun way, mixing in jokes in both English and Japanese.

少し残念なのが、最初の説明がよく解らなかったので、聞き直したら凄くめんどくさそうに説明されました、日本語が出来る男性ガイドで不親切な人がいたのが残念でした‍♂️

その他は英語でも、日本語でもジョークをまじえて楽しく説明してくれているのが、伝わって来て良かったです(^^)

The sea was very beautiful, and it was wonderful to see so many fish swimming. Also, the coral was very large, and I was breathless at the sight I saw for the first time.
The BBQ was quite affected by the heavy rain, but the hamburgers were very delicious, and I was able to enjoy it even in the downpour.

海がとても綺麗で、魚がたくさん泳いでいるのが素敵でした。また、珊瑚がとても大きくて初めて見る光景に息を呑みました。
雨がかなりひどかったBBQでしたが、ハンバーガーがとても美味しく、大雨でも楽しめました。

At first, the boat was rocking a lot, and I got seasick, but once we entered the sea, we were able to see wild dolphins and sea turtles, which became a very valuable experience.

Whether you actually encounter them depends on luck, but we were lucky to meet them.

最初は船の揺れがひどく、酔ってしまいましたが、
海に入ってからは、野生のイルカ、ウミガメを見ることができて、とても貴重な経験になりました。

実際に出会えるかは運次第のところもありますが、
自分たちは出会えてラッキーでした。

I had reserved a shuttle service, but after waiting 5 minutes past the scheduled arrival time, I called to confirm and was told they were on their way and to wait. After waiting for another 10 minutes without any sign of them, I informed the staff at the hotel where we were staying, and they made several calls, but in the end, we waited for 40 minutes without the shuttle arriving, so we took a taxi instead. (The taxi fare was refunded.) Once we arrived at the destination, everything went smoothly, and the kids enjoyed themselves. I've heard about shuttle troubles happening abroad, but it was my first experience, so I felt a bit disappointed.

送迎を予約していましたが到着予定時間5分を過ぎても来ないので、電話で確認したところ向かってるから待っててと言われました。
その後10分程待ちましたが、やはり来ないので僕らが宿泊してるホテルのスタッフにも伝え、何度か電話してもらいましたが結局40分待っても来なかった為、タクシーで向かいました。(タクシー代は返金対応しました。)
現地到着後は、特に問題なく子供達も楽しんでいました。
送迎トラブルは海外ではよく聞きますが、はじめてだったので少し残念な気持ちになりましたね。

Our tour guide and bus driver were both very knowledgeable and were easy to understand. We were given ample time at each stop to be able to see sights and take pictures. Lunch was very tasty. This is definitely one tour that I would recommend to friends and family.

We participated with two adults and three children in late April. The shuttle bus had strong air conditioning, so long sleeves are a must! The pool was spacious and the wave pool was great! Plus, we could slide down the slides as much as we wanted! The children's pool wasn't just a shallow pool, so they had fun too.

4月下旬に大人2人子供3人で参加しました。送迎バスは少し冷房が強く長袖は必須です！プールは空いていて大きな波のプールも悠々と！それにスライダーも滑り放題！子供のプールもただの浅瀬のプールではなかったから楽しめました。

Since it was the last season in April, I expected it, but unfortunately, we couldn't see any whales. Perhaps feeling sorry for us, we were able to see the spout of a whale during our stopover, although it was quite far away.

4月の参加でシーズン最後だったので、予想はしてましたが、残念なからくじらを見ることはできませんでした。
そんな私たちを哀れに思ったのか、寄港する途中でくじらの潮吹いたところだけ見せてくれました。かなり遠かったけど。

In Japan, you can let out your screams without holding back, and it's the best! It's a park where both small children and adults can have fun, and there are staff members everywhere, so you can feel safe both in the park and in the water.

日本では、出しては、いけないギャー の声も隠さず出せて 最高〜！でも小さい子供から大人まで楽しめるparkで至る所で監視員がいるので park内や水の中でも安心。

You will travel to the submarine by a larger ferry from the pier and board the submarine that has surfaced. The journey to the submarine feels like a cruise with a view of Diamond Head. The boat may sway a bit, so those prone to seasickness should be cautious.

Inside the submarine, there is a decent amount of space, and we were able to enjoy observing the underwater fish and sea turtles. As we navigate between the reefs, you can see many fish. Fortunately, we were able to see sea turtles.

It was a very enjoyable tour.

潜水艦までは桟橋から大き目のフェリーで移動し，浮上してきた潜水艦に搭乗します．
潜水艦までの移動もダイヤモンドヘッドを見ながらクルージングといった雰囲気です．少々船が揺れますので船酔いに弱い方は注意してください．
潜水艦内はそこそこ余裕もあり，楽しく水中の魚やウミガメを観察することができました．
漁礁の間を縫うように進むため，たくさんの魚をみることができます．
運よく自分たちはウミガメを見ることができました．
非常に楽しいツアーでした．

I had a wonderful time with the lovely guide and staff! I was a bit anxious since I had a child with me, but the sandbar was shallow enough for my 2-year-old to enjoy, and we even got to see sea turtles, which was so exciting! The guide was very considerate, and we were in a great mood the whole time! I was also happy that they actively took photos for us!

Snorkeling was a bit too early for my 2-year-old, so we took turns enjoying it. The food was delicious, and having unlimited drinks was great too.

素敵なガイドさんとスタッフさんで楽しい時間を過ごせました(^^)子供づれだったので不安でしたが、サンドバーは浅瀬で2歳児でも楽しめて海亀も見れて大興奮♫ガイドさんが気遣ってくださり、終始ご機嫌でした！写真も積極的に撮ってくださり嬉しかったです！
シュノーケリングは流石に2歳には早かったので代わり番こに楽しみました。
ご飯も美味しくドリンク飲み放題なのもいいですね。

Had so much Fun.. what an amazing Experience. Would Recommend to all my family . A must when you come to Hawaii..

It was one of a kind tour. The Sand bar was very mesmerizing. Great views all around. The volleyball we played was super fun.

Turtle watching was good but not outstanding. We were able to spot a few.

However the highlight was snorkeling. Great location choosen for the activity. Amazing variety of fishes and plantlife was spotted while snorkeling.

I loved the tour and would definitely recommend it to anyone in Oahu.

We had a great driver, he was awesome, very friendly, really informative and very punctual . Was a great service and made our life easy getting to Diamond Head and back to our Hotel

You can see airplanes sunk deep on the ocean floor, making it truly an adventure. If you're lucky, you might also spot a large sea turtle swimming gracefully next to the submarine. Before diving in the submarine, you'll travel by boat, and I think the views from there are also very nice. If you mainly want to enjoy the fish, consider choosing a different tour, such as snorkeling.

深く海底に沈んでいる飛行機なども見れてまさにアドベンチャー。運が良ければ大きなウミガメが潜水艦の横を悠々と泳ぐ姿も見れます。潜水艦で潜る前に船で移動しますが、そこからの景色もとても良いと思います。なお、お魚をメインで楽しみたい方は、シュノーケルなど別なツアーにしましょう。

I participated with my child who is almost 2 years old, and we both had a great time. Since my child is still small, we didn't go snorkeling, but just floating in the sea with a life jacket was enough fun. The hamburgers and beer we had on the boat were also excellent. The staff's service was wonderful, and it became a very nice memory.

もうすぐ2歳になる子供と参加しましたが、親子でとても楽しめました。
まだ子供が小さいためシュノーケリングはしませんでしたが、ライフジャケットをつけて海に浮いてるだけでも十分楽しめました。また船上で食べたハンバーガーとビールも最高でした。
スタッフの皆さんの対応も素晴らしく、とても良い思い出になりました。

I went there feeling sluggish due to lack of sleep on the first day. The creamy pasta was spicy but had plenty of crab meat and was delicious. I also had some sparkling wine, which lifted my spirits and allowed me to enjoy sightseeing.

初日睡眠不足で怠い中行きました。スパイシーですが蟹肉もたっぷりで美味しいクリームパスタでした。スパークリングワインもいただき気分を上げて観光できた。
