The crew was kind, and the activities and snorkeling were fulfilling, so I want to go again! I was very satisfied with the tour as I got to see many turtles! There’s no need to worry about not being able to speak Japanese.

I participated with my friend because we could swim with wild dolphins. We were able to swim with whale sharks too! We saw many creatures, including dolphins and turtles, and it was a truly precious experience. The Japanese staff and the crew were very kind, so I think even first-timers can enjoy it! I was really glad to come and have so much interaction with nature!

野生のイルカと泳ぐことができるということで、友人と参加しました。ジンベイザメと泳ぐことができました！他にもイルカやカメなどたくさんの生き物を見ることができ、とても貴重な時間でした。
日本人スタッフさんはじめ、クルーの皆さんもとても優しいので、初めての人でも楽しめると思います！自然にたくさん触れ合うことができ、本当に来てよかったです！

We visited in November again, just like last year, but this year we faced terrible weather with strong waves and cold temperatures, which made it quite challenging. However, my two elementary school-aged sons remembered last year's experience and chatted a lot with the crew! This year, it seems that the honu (sea turtles) came very close to us often! I didn't snorkel with my face in the water, but while playing and taking photos in the shallow area, they came right up close to me!

At SAP, the rain and wind were strong, and my son said, "This year is tough!" (laughs) Still, we had a valuable experience, enjoyed warm drinks and chatted on the boat, and even ate spam musubi, which was fun! Our family promised the ladies that we would come back next year!

昨年と同じ11月の利用でしたが、今年はみごとに悪天候で、波もすごいし寒いしハードでしたが、小学生の息子2人は昨年のことも覚えているのでクルーの方とたくさんお喋り！
今年はホヌがとても近くまで来てくれることが多いそう！私も顔をつけてまでのシュノーケルはしないのですが、足がつくところで写真を撮りながら遊んでいたら、体のすぐ近くまで寄ってきてくれました！
SAPは雨と風が強くて息子も「今年は難しい！」と言ってました（笑）
それでも、貴重な体験をして、船では温かい飲み物を飲んでおしゃべりしたり、スパムおにぎりも食べて楽しかったです！
お姉さんたちと、来年も来るからと約束をした我が家でした！

We used this for our honeymoon trip as a couple. We opted for a plan that included round-trip transportation to the hotel for an additional fee. While it was a bit pricey, the service and experience exceeded our expectations.

The server assigned to us was cheerful and very attentive. We also purchased additional photos, which became great memories.

If you're looking to enjoy the lively atmosphere of Hawaii, this might not be the right fit for you. However, I think watching the sunset while listening to jazz in a calm setting is a unique experience that’s hard to come by.

There were about 10% Japanese guests, and while the menu had some items in Japanese, all orders and communication were in English. The introductions of the musicians and the engaging talks were also all in English, so having some understanding of the language would make it more enjoyable.

やはり金額的にはいいお値段でしたが、期待以上の対応と内容でした。

担当のサーバーの方は陽気ですごく気が利く方でした。
写真も追加購入し、いい思い出となりました。

ハワイの陽気な雰囲気を楽しみたい方は合わないと思いますが、落ち着いた雰囲気でジャズを聞きながらサンセットを見るのはなかなか出来ない経験だと思います。

日本人は約1割いるかどうか、メニューは日本語も記載ありましたが注文やコミュニケーションは全て英語。
ミュージシャンの紹介や、盛り上げるトークも全て英語なので多少理解出来ると面白いと思います。

Even if the weather wasn't really great during our experience, we still had a great time chilling in the boat watching the view, snorkeling and had dinner and drinks. It was a really good value for the price since the dinner and alcoholic beverage were also included. The crew was really great too and we spent time talking to them as well. Captain Don, Trent and Jacob were really fun and helpful throughout the experience. Even if we didn't see the sunset because of the weather, it was still great because we saw a humpback whale swimming next to us.

"It truly felt like the real Hawaii!" It was the best night ever. The transportation from Waikiki was easy and convenient. Upon arriving at the Hawaii Country Club, we were welcomed by relaxing Hawaiian music, which instantly lifted our spirits. The food was full of local flavors, and everything was delicious, leaving us very satisfied. The hula dance show was incredibly graceful, and I couldn't help but be captivated by it.

ワイキキから送迎付きで移動もラクラク。会場のハワイ・カントリークラブに到着すると、まずはゆったりしたハワイアンミュージックに迎えられ、気分が一気に高まりました。料理はローカル感たっぷりで、どれも美味しくて大満足。フラダンスのショーはとても優雅で、思わず見入ってしまいました。

We had an early morning meeting, but they arrived on time to pick us up. The guidance was in English only, and since my English skills are non-existent, I couldn't understand the conversation at all, but it seemed like the guide was doing their best. (I'm sorry...) It was a mixed taxi, but the air conditioning was extremely strong, so even someone like me who gets hot easily was shivering, so I think a jacket is essential. The weather was nice, and even though it was February, we could see the beautiful sunrise.

朝早くからの集合でしたが、、時間通りにお迎えきていただけました。英語のみの案内なので、当方英語力皆無で、トーク内容は全然わかりませんでしたが、一生懸命ガイドしていただいてるようでした。（すみません。。）混合タクシーでしたが、めちゃめちゃ冷房が効いていて、暑がりの私でも震えましたので上着は必須だと思います。
お天気も良く、２月の時期でしたが朝日もきれいにみえました。

The fishing guy was very helpful, fixed all the issues. Good service, but I wanted more fish.

It's all in English (laughs). My daughter, who can hear but doesn't understand English, was confused. But we managed somehow! At one point, my 4-year-old daughter was surprised and cried when she got splashed with water, but I enjoyed it until the end! They took many precious photos of my timid daughter trying her best to pet the dolphins. When you give a signal, the dolphins perform various tricks based on that signal. It was so much fun!

私は聞き取れても英語がわからない娘は？？？でした。
なんとかなります！
途中、4歳の娘はお水をかけられてびっくりして泣いてしまいましたが私は最後まで楽しめました！
ただ、ビビリな娘が頑張ってイルカさんを撫でているところなど沢山お写真に納めてくださり貴重な体験ができました。
ただ合図するとイルカさんはその合図によって色んなパフォーマンスをしてくれます。
楽しかったです〜！

Everything went smoothly-tour operator picked us up on time at designated spot and returned us at appropriate time, and gave us a narrative talk about the area enroute to Diamond Head. The destination was exceptional -with amazing views of the inland and coastline. One tip- it appears that the later you go in the day the busier the trail gets. We left at 8:30 am and the crowds were manageable. If you're in Honolulu-definitely check this beauty out-and plan to get a good cardiovascular workout in climbing to the top!

The hotel pickup was on time. A friendly driver took us to the location while providing sightseeing information. The weather at Hanauma Bay was perfect. Since the number of visitors is limited, we were able to enjoy snorkeling in a spacious and relaxed environment. The return pickup time was also accurate, allowing us to spend our time efficiently and as planned.

ホテルのピックアップは予定時間通り。フレンドリーなドライバーが観光案内をしながら現地まで送ってくれました。ハナウマ湾の天気は最高でした。
入場者数が制限されているので、ゆったりとしたスペースでシュノーケリングを楽しむことができました。
帰りのお迎え時間も正確で、無駄なく予定通りの時間を過ごすことができました。

Captain Nick and crew showed us a great time on our fourth consecutive annual November sunset cruise. Each one is a little different vibe. Sunday appears to be the best day for a more peaceful vibe. Great interaction with Captain and crew. The food is OK (catered boxes) but we started scheduling a post-cruise restaurant dinner last year at nearby Fresco and enjoyed that again this year. We plan to take this cruise every year!

We participated in a trip to Hawaii as a couple. We traveled by boat from Hilton Hawaiian Village to the submarine waiting area. The sea breeze was pleasant, and we enjoyed the scenery.

However, the waiting time after boarding the submarine until departure was a bit long, and I got seasick during that time due to the rocking. Once we started moving, I felt better, but if you are prone to motion sickness, it's a good idea to take some medication beforehand.

Under the sea, we saw coral reefs, colorful fish, and even the remains of a sunken ship and airplane, which were impressive and enjoyable! I highly recommend it for aquarium lovers.

Although I felt a bit nauseous, we were both moved, saying, "You don't often get to see a view like this." The experience of actually diving underwater was precious, and it was a memorable tour in Hawaii.

夫婦でハワイ旅行中に参加しました。ヒルトン・ハワイアン・ビレッジから船で潜水艦の待機場所まで移動しました。海風が気持ちよく、景色を楽しめました。
ただ、潜水艦に乗り込んでから出発までの待ち時間が少し長く、その間に揺れで酔ってしまいました。動き出してからは落ち着きましたが、酔いやすい方は酔い止めを飲んでおくのが良いです。
海中ではサンゴ礁やカラフルな魚、沈没船や飛行機の残骸まで見られて、見応えがあり、楽しめました！水族館好きにはオススメです。
少し酔ってしまったものの、夫婦で「こんな景色はなかなか見られないね」と感動しました。海の中を実際に潜って見られる体験は貴重で、ハワイの思い出に残るツアーでした。

It was convenient since it is now reservation-based. I had just enough time to go hiking. The guide was also English-speaking and provided sightseeing information throughout the drive.

現在、予約制になっているので楽でした。
時間も余裕が少しあるくらいで登山できました。ガイドさんも英語でしたが、運転中もずっと観光案内してくれました。

I missed the shuttle bus due to my own oversight, but thanks to the kind guidance of the staff, I was able to meet up at the location by taxi and enjoy a wonderful cruise. (My family was booing me along the way) 😡😡

自分の確認不足で迎えのバスに乗り遅れましたが、スタッフさんの親切な案内で、タクシーで現地合流無事楽しいクルーズを楽しみました。(途中家族からはブーイング)😡😡

I thought a relaxing tour at Kualoa Ranch would be nice, so I chose this option. You can experience the magnificent nature of Hawaii. Next, I think an ATV tour would be good as well.

クアロア・ランチのツアーの中でのんびりツアーも良いかなと思い、これを選択。ハワイの壮大な自然を感じる事が出来ます。次はバギーも良いかと思っております。

This time we were blessed with great weather and had fun playing at a very beautiful sandbar. The staff were friendly and enjoyable, and the lunch hamburger was delicious!

I would like to participate again when I visit Hawaii.

I saw various things submerged, including coral reefs and many fish. I also learned about the efforts being made to protect the marine environment and gather the fish.

色々なものが沈んでいて、珊瑚礁、魚もたくさん見れました。魚達を集めるため、海の環境を守るために努力されていることも知ることができて勉強になりました。

While the day was sad knowing the deaths and hardships faced, it was also a day of learning and exploring, see how the wonderful tributes have been addressed by the powers that be for Pearl Harbour is very honourable for the families and surrounds.
We had a wonderful tour guide Sam who was very knowledgeable, and a very friendly manner, a good addition to our day

This was the one tour that my soon-to-be husband wanted to do since he is a big World War II fan. Our favorite part was visiting the USS Arizona and the aerial museum. The audio tour at Pearl Harbor was insightful for myself not knowing as much as my partner. It was a very long day and we were very hot when we got to the USS Missouri. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Loved the pick up and drop off at our hotel.

It was said to be a location tour, but I was very satisfied with just the magnificent mountain ranges and the cruise. The guide spoke English, and there were no issues at all.

ロケ地めぐりとのことでしたが、大自然の山並み、クルーズだけでも大変満足できました。
英悟でのガイドでしたが全く問題ありませんでした。

We used it with our family again this year. Everything was delicious, from the first salad to the pasta and dessert. In particular, the papaya in the salad and the tiramisu were outstanding. Of course, the crab pasta and coffee were great too.

去年に引き続き家族で利用しました。
最初のサラダから、パスタ、デザート、全てが美味しかったです。
特に、サラダのパパイヤとティラミスは得点が高かったです。
もちろんカニパスタとコーヒーも・・・。

This was a great hike. My husband and I aren’t expert hikers but found this to be enjoyable. The trail is very uneven but most trails are. Wear comfy shoes and take water to stay hydrated. It takes about an hour to get to the top and the views above Honolulu are amazing. We had time to take pictures and enjoy before heading back down. The driver of the shuttle was funny and made the trip even better.

My child drank a lot of seawater during their first snorkeling experience and kept saying it was cold, but thanks to their favorite miso soup, they were able to finish the tour feeling happy. The staff were very polite and kind, making our time there very comfortable.

子どもが初めてのシュノーケルで、大量に海水を飲んでしまい、寒い寒いと言っていましたが、子どもの大好きなお味噌汁があったおかげで、最後まで楽しい気持ちでツアーを終える事でき
またスタッフの方々がとても丁寧で優しく接してくださり、とても快適に過ごせました。

Enjoyed the whole experience was very entertaining

The sandbar trip was amazing. Really friendly crew made us feel like Ohana, and provided everything we could ask for. Even though it rained while we were there, our guide found a great place to snorkel and helped the less experienced folks acclimate to their gear. Great experience. We'll do it again and hope for sun!

My wife and I enjoyed the tour of the movie and TV locations. Seeing the actual site of the filming locations was fun. Very beautiful area. The WW2 bunker was very interesting as well.

Our driver spoke English, and everyone around us spoke English too. We were anxious since we couldn't speak English, but it all worked out somehow. We enjoyed the transportation as well.

We gathered early in the morning and took about an hour to get to Hanauma Bay. I chose a plan with an English-speaking driver instead of one with a Japanese-speaking instructor or driver to save on costs, but I didn't have any particular issues. As long as I knew the meeting time and place for the return, I was fine.

Since it was early in the morning, it was still a bit chilly, so we leisurely claimed our spot on the sand and ate the breakfast we brought before going snorkeling.

We had about four hours, which I thought was more than enough time.

There were seals or sea lions on the beach, and we saw many fish while snorkeling. By the way, it seems that there are more fish on the left side of the beach.

Due to its popularity, people started arriving in droves around 10 AM, and it got crowded.

朝早くから集合して約1時間くらいかけてハナウマ湾へ行きます。
お値段を気にして日本語がわかるインストラクターやドライバーのプランではなく英語のドライバーでしたが特に困ったことはありませんでした。
帰りの集合時間と場所さえわかれば大丈夫です。

朝方なのでまだ寒いのでのんびり砂浜で場所とりして買ってきた朝ごはんを食べてからシュノーケリングしました。

時間は4時間ほどあるので十分すぎると思います。

浜にアザラシ？トド？がいたりシュノーケリングも多くの魚が見れました。
ちなみに浜の左側が魚が多いようです。

人気のため10時頃からぞくぞくと人が来て混雑してました。

We were blessed with good weather and departed from the hotel around 10:40 AM on a shuttle bus. Before setting sail, we encountered seals, which already filled us with excitement as the dolphin experience began. While cruising around West Oahu, we were able to enjoy the beauty of the vast ocean, the mountains that remain untouched by nature, and the stunning horizon.

We had an encounter with sea turtles on the second deck!! They will surely bring us happiness. During the underwater viewing experience, we were able to see the beauty of the ocean that we want to preserve for future generations and the state of the Earth's environment.

A special thanks to the Japanese staff member, Ryuichi, for his thoughtful consideration in entertaining the children and for all the other assistance provided. Thank you very much to all the other staff members as well.

天候に恵まれて、ホテルを送迎バスで10時40分ごろ出発。出航する前にアザラシ出会って早くも感動をいただきイルカ大学が始まりました。西オアフ島をクルージングする中で大海原の美しさ、大自然の残る山、山、美しい地平線を満喫することができました
2階にわたるウミガメとの出会い！！きっと幸せを呼んでくれることでしょう。海中を見る体験でも次世代に残したい海中の美しさ、残したい、地球環境を見ることができました
