Such a great way to see all of the Pearl Harbor sites! Pick up in Waikiki and all of the tickets included made it very easy. The included lunch was delicious and generous portion size. Our tour guide was very engaged and informative - she called us all her cousins and taught us a lot about Honolulu and Pearl Harbor. Would highly recommend!!

Earnel was just amazing. We've done lots of tours all over the world, and on an all-day tour like this one, the guide can make or break the tour. Earnel was one of the best we've had.

He was fun, friendly, knowlegeable, and very personable. He treated us all as "ohana" and made sure we had everything we needed to get the most out of this amazing day.

We loved the monuments and the whole tour. We'll definitely recommend it to others!

I'm glad we chose this for our family's first activity in Hawaii! ☺️ First, we listened intently to the explanations in English, and then we received a little bit of explanation in Japanese, which helped us get used to the English. We were also lucky to encounter sea turtles three times, which was amazing.

I was able to enjoy everything, including the ocean, coral, fish, and the honu (sea turtle). The staff's English was very fast, making it difficult for me to understand since I'm not very good at it, but they provided support in Japanese, which was very helpful. Additionally, they kindly guided us, and thanks to them, my parents were able to enjoy themselves and come back happy.

The duration of the stay was shorter compared to other tours, but it was just right since I was with my elderly parents. I definitely want to visit this place again when I go to Hawaii!

海も、サンゴも、魚も、ホヌもすべて楽しく体験することができました。
スタッフさんの英語はめちゃ早くて、あまり得意でない私には聞き取りが困難でしたが、日本語でのフォローもしてくれて、とても助かりました。
また、親切にガイドしてくれて、おかげで父母も楽しんで帰ることができました。

滞在時間がほかのツアーに比べて短めでしたが、高齢の父母を連れてでしたので、ちょうど良かったです。
ぜひ、ハワイに行った際には再度訪れたい場所です！！

The crew was very nice and friendly, helpful and very attentive , tour it was very organized, and would do again . saw turtles and the coral reef was viewable wide selection of options while snorkeling . would recommend.

If you really want to have a fun day, then this tour is for you. And, family friendly! I've done it the last 2 years and am going to book again for next year. The crew: Captain Cheyenne, and crew members Julia, Yuki, Yukiko and Cody are the best. Very friendly, and GREAT personalities.
Walking on this sandbar is an experience. And they even set up a water volleyball game. The water is perfect and the bluest I've ever seen.
After the sandbar, they fire up the grill for a nice hamburger/cheeseburger lunch with all the fixins. And they have meatless burgers also.
After lunch there is snorkeling. Due to recent knee replacement surgery I was unable to participate last year, but was able to and had a great time this year.
After snorkeling, you go turtle watching. There were plenty, and some of them are HUGE.
My one big recommendation: Bring reef friendly sunscreen because the sun will fool you. It was a bit overcast this year,, but the sun still managed to get me.

I’m so glad we ended up choosing this package rather than trying to coordinate this trip on our own. Our tour guide, Chelsie, sent us great information ahead of time so that we knew exactly what to bring, what to expect during the trip, and where to meet. The open air bus was a fun part of the trip. She shared great information as we drove through Honolulu and to Pearl Harbor. When we arrived, she made sure we knew where to go and our timeline for the trip. Everything went smoothly and the whole family enjoyed the visit.

I participated with my 0-year-old child. Since there were many participants, we took two buses and two boats, dividing into a Japanese-speaking team and an English-speaking team for the boat ride. Everyone was very kind to the children, making it easy for us to join with kids! If the child wears a float, they can stand on the sandbar, and although snorkeling is in deeper water, as long as we ensure the waves don't hit the child's face, we were able to enjoy it without any issues! The staff attended to us in Japanese, making it easy to ask questions, and above all, the location was amazing. I'm really glad I participated!!!

参加人数も多かったのでバスも船も2台で行きましたが、日本語チームと英語が話せるチームに分かれて船に乗りました
皆さん子どもを可愛がってくれて子連れでも気兼ねなく参加できました！子どもは浮き輪を付けていけばサンドバーは足が着くし、シュノーケリングは深い海ですが子どもの顔に波が当たらないようにすれば問題なく楽しむことができました！
日本語でアテンドしてくれるのでわからないことは聞きやすいですし何よりロケーション最高でほんとに参加して良かったです！！！

My family and I had a great time with the E Noa Pearl Harbor Tour! We were all very impressed by the extensive guided tour. I would definitely recommend this experience

The experience was not very good considering the high price. Since it's a submarine, the windows are small and visibility is poor, so I couldn't see much. I didn't really feel like I was diving, but I did feel a bit nauseous. I was hoping to see sea turtles, but unfortunately, I didn't see any.

高い値段の割には体験としてあまり良くなかったです。
潜水艦なので窓が小さく、見通しもよくないのであまり良く見えませんでした。
潜っている実感も特にないですが少し酔います。
ウミガメも見れるかと思ったけど見れず残念

We participated as a family of three, including my husband and daughter. The staff supported my husband, who is not a good swimmer, allowing us to enjoy scuba diving. The hamburgers grilled on the boat were also excellent. We would love to participate again next year.

夫婦と娘の３人で参加しました。金槌の夫をスタッフ皆さんでサポートしてくださり、スキューバを楽しむことができました。船上で焼いたハンバーガーも抜群。来年も是非参加させてください。

The whole experience was wonderful, the barbecue was great. Snorking was amazing, the crew was amazing.

It was fun to run through the great outdoors on the tour. However, since all the explanations were in English and I couldn't understand, I think it would be great to have travel earphones that support multiple languages.

大自然の中を駆け抜けるツアーで面白かったです。
ただ、説明がすべて英語でわからないので、多国語に対応したトラベル
イヤホンががあると大変いいと思った。

Best way to get to see all museums if you are touring on your own!

Great day on the water!! We got to see dolphins and the water was crystal clear it was nothing short of amazing

The boat was a bit rocky.
The food was delicious but felt cheap.
The fireworks were amazing.
If the boat were bigger, maybe the rocking would be less.

In the first half, we played with SUP boards and floaties in shallow water. In the second half, those who could swim put on life jackets and went snorkeling. Since we couldn't swim, we were pulled by the staff to explore underwater. We were very lucky to see four sea turtles. It was a great experience. However, since we couldn't swim, we couldn't move around freely. So, I think it would be more enjoyable for those who can swim, but of course, even non-swimmers can have fun.

前半は浅場でSUPや浮き輪で遊びました。
後半は、泳げる人は救命具を付けてシュノーケリングです。
私達は泳げないので、スタッフさんに引っ張ってもらって海中を散策。
ウミガメも4匹も見られて、とてもラッキーでした。
いい体験ができました。ただ私達は泳げないので自由に動き回れませんでした。なので泳げる方はもっと楽しいとおもいますので泳げる方におすすめです。もちろん泳げなくても楽しめます。

To celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, we enjoyed snorkeling at a sandbar, just like we did on our honeymoon. It was with a foreign tour company that has a name just one letter different from "Heaven," and all the staff were extremely friendly. A Japanese staff member was in charge of the tour, and the larger of the two boats that set sail was completely full of Japanese passengers.

After enjoying the sandbar, we had lunch with BBQ hamburgers prepared by the captain himself. Following that, we were able to snorkel for a full hour around the coral reef where sea turtles are found, and we returned to port while watching the sea turtles. It was a truly satisfying experience.

結婚３５周年の節目にあたり、新婚旅行で体験したサンドバーのシュノーケリングを楽しみました。「天国」さんと一字違いの外資系のツアー会社ですが、スタッフ全員が非常にフレンドリーで日本スタッフのお姉様がツアーを仕切っており、２隻出航した大きい方の船は乗客全員が日本人で満員でした。
サンドバーを楽しんでから船長自らBBQしたハンバーガーなどの昼食を食べた後は、ウミガメがいる珊瑚礁の周囲をたっぷり１時間シュノーケリングすることができ、ウミガメウォッチングをしながら帰港するなど大満足の体験でした。

The food was ok. The noodles were the best part. The entertainment wad better definately. Did not get to see as much sunset due to the mountains.

It's a small aquarium, but the tour itself was wonderful, and I had a great time without feeling bored. My parents (65 years old) were also satisfied.

It was the day after we arrived in Hawaii, but I was able to walk energetically. The group members were friendly, with an equal mix of Japanese and international participants, and the two guides led us in both Japanese and English, making the hike enjoyable.

ハワイ到着の翌日でしたが、元気に歩けました。
参加メンバーも和気藹々、日本人と海外の方と半々でしたが、ガイドさんお二人が日本語と英語で引率、楽しくハイキング出来ました。

The spam onigiri on the boat was delicious, and I was happy to try various snacks! There was plenty of free time, and I had a great time. During snorkeling, many fish came close, and I was able to take lots of great photos☆ I even saw three sea turtles, which was so lucky! Everyone leading the tour was kind, and it was a lot of fun. I want to go again!!

I was able to see dolphins from a distance. It was my first time, and I had a lot of fun. However, it was more intense than I expected, and many Japanese women seemed to get seasick or looked uncomfortable. Since I had experienced snorkeling for the first time beforehand, I managed to keep up, but it might have been scary if it had been my first time. Also, it might be a good idea to take motion sickness medication. Even after getting back on land, I still felt a bit wobbly. Still, I'm glad I had the experience!

イルカを遠くでしたが見ることが出来ました。初めてでしたが、楽しかったです。ただ、思っていたより激しいので、日本人の女性たちは酔ってしまったり、きつそうな人が多かったです。事前に初めてのシュノーケリングを体験していたので、なんとかついていけましたが、初めてだったら怖かったかもしれません。あと酔い止めは飲んだ方がいいかもです。陸に上がった後もゆらゆらしてました。それでも体験できてよかったです！

Everything was great. We saw turtles and enjoyed the reef. It was a little difficult to eat lunch on the boat as there were not really any good seats for it. But the burgers were delicious.

It was a long and tiring day, but it was absolutely worth it. There is so much history. Most people know about the USS Arizona Memorial, but there is so much more. The submarine Bowfin, battleship Missouri and the Aviation museum. With the short movies and museums at each attraction there is so much to see and do it takes a full day. Our 9 yo boy absolutely loved it. He never complained once. His favorite part was exploring the Missouri. I highly recommend this tour.

Very nice experience, beautiful landscapes, your mind flies with so much nature and seeing the places where you saw a movie, wow! Spectacular experience, I recommend it

It was the tour I was looking forward to the most, and the weather was great, making it the best day ever!! It felt like heaven, and I was so happy!! Snorkeling and swimming with the fish was a wonderful experience!
