This day will definitely remain in the memory of my children and me for the rest of my life. The trip was wonderful thanks to the activities that were prepared by the ship's crew and of course the unusually beautiful nature around. Huge praise also goes to the crew, who were willing to answer all our questions and very helpful with the activities. Personally, I would like to thank Tyson, who was extremely helpful. If anyone is hesitating whether to try this trip on their vacation, I strongly recommend that don't hesitate for a second, because I guarantee that you won't regret it. Once again, a huge thank you and I wish the whole crew all the best.

I had a good time overall on the second tour, but the explanations were all in English. For those who understand, the jokes make sense, but for those who don't speak English, it's completely meaningless and boring. I wish they would at least provide a translation device.

2回目のツアーで全体的には楽しかったが、すべて英語の説明でわかる人には冗談が通じるが、英語が分からないと全く意味不明でつまらない。せめて翻訳機くらい用意してほしい。

Mommy daughter trip was the best. This trip is perfect for kids. Plenty of excitement and they move at their own pace. She loved swimming at the Sandbar and watching the sea turtles. We took photos and slashed around. The best was the snorkeling. It was easy for her to learn with practice at the Sandbar. The hot chocolate and Funyuns chips were delicious. Highly recommend for kids of all ages.

I participated at the end of January 2024. The weather on the day was perfect, but unfortunately, we hardly saw any whales. We only caught a glimpse of one from a distance, but not everyone in my family was able to see it. At the end, tickets for another boat ride were distributed, but we couldn't accept them due to our travel schedule. This is just how nature is, so there's nothing we can do about it.

2024年1月末に参加させていただきました。当日の天気は申し分なかったのですが、結局クジラはほぼ見えませんでした。一度だけ遠目に見えたのですが、家族全員が見るというのはかないませんでした。最後にもう一度乗船できるチケットが配られましたが、我が家は旅程の関係上いただきませんでした。こればかりは自然相手なので仕方がありませんね。

First, they take photos for you, and you can purchase them before disembarking at the end. All the photos are beautifully edited, so we bought the entire set.

You can have the best experience without getting wet or dirty. We saw a lot of beautiful fish.

It was also fun to see the submarine coming up to the surface for the first time!

We didn't specifically download the Japanese audio guide, but we were busy enjoying the underwater scenery, so it was fine without the audio guidance.

最初に写真を撮影してくれるのですが、最後下船前に購入可能です。どの写真もとても素敵に加工してくれているので、うちは全セットで購入しました。


水に濡れたり汚れる事もなく、最高の体験が出来ます。沢山綺麗な魚が見られました。　　

潜水艦が水面に上がってくる姿も初めて見たので楽しかったです！

日本語音声ガイドはうちは特にダウンロードはしませんでしたが、
海中の景色を見るのに忙しく、特に音声案内は無くても大丈夫でした。

There are many attractions that are on a different scale compared to Japan, and the kids were really excited. It wasn't too crowded, and there wasn't much waiting time, so we were able to use our time meaningfully. The tour duration was just right for us adults, but it seemed like the kids wanted to play a bit more, so I wish the tour had been a little longer. I definitely want to participate again next time.

日本とスケールの違うアトラクションが多くて、子供達も大はしゃぎでした。そんなに混雑も無く、待ち時間もあまり無く、時間を有意義に使う事ができました。我々大人は丁度良いツアー時間でしたが、子供達は遊び足らなかったようなので、もう少しツアー時間が長かったらなと思いました。
次回も是非参加したいと思います。

I participated with my 7-year-old child. I was worried about seasickness, but the boat didn't sway much, and since it was only about a 15-minute ride, there was no problem at all.

The sandbar had knee-deep seawater, which was disappointing, but the snorkeling was the best! We enjoyed it even more than Hanauma. It was great to see many sea turtles, from large ones to small baby turtles. We all talked about how we wish we had more time for snorkeling...

7歳の子供を連れて参加しました。船酔いを心配しましたが、船が大きく揺れる事もなく、また片道15分ほどであったので全く問題ありませんでした。
サンドバーは膝丈程の海水があり残念でしたが、何よりシュノーケルが最高でした！ハナウマよりも満喫しました。大きなウミガメから、小さい子供のウミガメまで沢山見られた事がとても良かったです。シュノーケルの時間がもっとあったら良いのに…と家族全員で話しています。

It was quite crowded, and there wasn't enough space between our fishing spots and the neighboring ones. I had reserved to use two rods, but ended up using just one. We were the only Japanese people there.

I used a two-hook rig with a body. The bait was cuttlefish. I caught four fish: two Mumehagi (like a tropical version of the Umatsurahagi), one fish that looked like an old man, and one fish that resembled an Eso. I missed two big bites.

The fishing time felt like just under two hours. I think if you can find the bottom, you can catch fish. The current was fast, and everyone was struggling. The fish that looked like an old man probably could have been eaten, but the crew asked us to release it, so we couldn't eat it.

There were no life jackets. It was the first time I fished without one. It might be that there are no laws requiring them overseas. The tour reservation mentioned that water and juice were included, but there was no provision from the boat (perhaps there was an explanation, but as far as I could see, no one around me received anything), so I think it's best to bring your own drinks.

The scenery is very beautiful. Sunscreen is a must.

結構混んでいて、隣の釣座との間が充分になく、2本竿を出す予約をしていましたが、1本にしました。
日本人は私たちだけでした。
胴付きの2本針仕掛け。エサはイカの切り身。
4匹釣れました。
ムスメハギ2匹(ウマヅラハギの南国バージョンみたいな)
オジサンっぽい魚1匹
エソっぽい魚1匹
大きなあたり2回バラし

釣りの時間は、体感で2時間弱ぐらいですかね。
底を取れれば、釣れると思います。
潮流れが速く、皆さん苦戦してました。
オジサンっぽい魚は、おそらく食べられそうでしたが、船の方にリリースしてくださいと言われ、食べられず。
ライフジャケットは無し。釣りをするときライフジャケットしなかったのは初めて。海外ではしなくて良い法律なのかもしれません。
水、ジュースが含まれるとツアーの予約には書いてありましたが、船からの提供は無かったので(もしかしたら、説明はあったのかもしれませんが、私が見る限り、周りの人も誰も貰ってませんでした)、水分はしっかりと持参したほうが良いと思います。
景色はとてもきれいです。
日焼け止め必須です。

The slider is operational, but due to a lack of staff, when one side is in operation, the other type is closed. The opening hours are only about five hours, so it feels incomplete... Furthermore, snacks were confiscated during the baggage check! The wave pool is only occasionally operational. The lazy river is also closed. It's really not functioning well...

スライダーが稼働はするが、スタッフ不足で片方稼働したら、反対のもう一種は休み。　開園時間も5時間ほどなので、不完全燃焼・・・
　さらに、荷物検査でお菓子は没収！
波のプールもたまにしか稼働せず。
流れるプールもお休み。
やばいくらい動いていないですよ。。。

I watched a feature on TV and participated with my middle and high school sons. The size of the facility was smaller than I had imagined, which was disappointing. The highlight, the slide, also has time restrictions; when one side is open, the other side is closed. Usually, only half of it is operational. As a result, the waiting times are long. It's aimed at elementary school students in the lower grades.

テレビの特集をみて、中高生の息子たちと参加。
施設の規模感は、想像以上に狭くガッカリでした。
売りのスライダーも利用時間制限があり、片方がオープンすると、片方はクローズします。通常は半分しか稼働していません。それゆえに待ち時間が長いです。小学生低学年までが対象。

I caught a lot of fish and had a great time! They even grilled the fish for us right there. The fishing technique is a bit challenging, but once you get the hang of it, you can catch a lot!

沢山釣れて遊べました!魚もその場で焼いて食べさせてくれました釣り方は難しいですなパターンを掴めば良く釣れますよ！

As a big Jurassic Park enthusiast an absolute must do. Several movie sets.

A 90-minute tour through the jungle of Kualoa Ranch.
You get to ride in a vehicle that can handle the large mountain roads as you explore Kualoa Ranch. The driver explains everything in English, and once you pass through the jungle, you can see breathtaking views.
There are multiple photo opportunities at scenic points, so I took a lot of pictures.
The ride was quite bumpy and fast, making it feel like an attraction.
If I had to point out something, it mentioned in the list of items for this tour that a photo of a Japanese driver's license or passport would be acceptable. I brought my driver's license, but it was rejected by the staff as ID, so I wish they had specified that a driver's license was not acceptable.

90分間クアロア牧場の密林を巡るツアー。
でかい山道でも走れる車に乗せてもらいクアロア牧場を駆け巡ります。全て英語でドライバーが説明してくれますが密林を抜けると絶景が見れます。
何度も絶景ポイントについて写真タイムがあるので撮りまくりました。
激しく揺れたりスピードを出して走ってもらったり、まるでアトラクションでした。
強いていうならこのツアーの持ち物欄に日本の免許証やパスポートを写真で撮影したものでも問題ありません。と書かれていたので免許証を持って行ったが、かなくなに係員にIDとして却下されたので免許証は不可と書いて欲しかった。

It was a good experience with my kids and families . We enjoy the performance and dances . The food is great we enjoy it too.

I was able to visit the long-awaited Manoa Falls for my 60th birthday.
I was impressed by the various plants and untouched nature, and above all, I had a wonderful time thanks to Susumu's delightful talk!

I boarded the ship after a long time. The always courteous service makes sightseeing enjoyable. This time, I was able to observe sharks, sea turtles, rays, and many other fish, which left me very satisfied. It's rare to encounter a situation as perfect as this, but I think a leisurely stroll underwater is enjoyable, so if you have the time, I definitely think it's worth participating.

久しぶりに乗船しました。いつも丁寧な対応で楽しく観光出来ます、今回はシャーク、ウミガメ、エイ、他多くの魚を観察することが出来非常に満足でした。今回の様な完璧と言える場面にはなかなか遭遇しませんが、ゆっくりと海中散歩は楽しいと思いますので時間合えば是非参加してみる価値はあると思います。

This tour includes transportation and admission tickets to Wet 'n' Wild Hawaii.

The transportation service does not provide Japanese support, but once you arrive, there are staff members who speak Japanese fluently and will provide thorough explanations and guidance, so there are no issues at all.

Weekdays are less crowded, but the attractions alternate between being open and closed every few minutes, which can be confusing without prior knowledge.

Also, it seems that the lazy river is closed on certain days, and unfortunately, it was closed when I participated.

To avoid traffic, we were scheduled to gather at the bus by 3 PM, and since the park opens at 10:30 AM, we only had about 4 hours to enjoy ourselves, but I think we were able to have a satisfying experience.

本ツアーは送迎＋ウェットアンドワイルドハワイの入場券となります。

送迎の方は日本語対応じゃないですが、現地に着けば日本語バッチリなスタッフさんが至れり尽くせりで説明や案内をしてくれるので、何の問題もありません。

平日は空いていますが、その分アトラクションが隣り合う同士に数十分ごとOnとOffを繰り返すのは、予備知識がないと戸惑います。

また流れるプールもやってない曜日があるようで、私が参加したときはcloseとなっていて残念でした。

渋滞を避けるためか15時にはバスに集合して帰ることになり、オープンは10時半からだったため実質遊べるのは4時間ぐらいですが、それなりに満足に楽しめたと思います。

I participated with my elementary school child. There is a reception at the Hilton Hawaiian Village beach, so when we went there, we were told to head to the boat dock at the end of the pier. It was close, and since that was the only option, it was easy to find our way.

There were about 30 participants in the tour at the same time. First, we took a boat out to sea and then transferred to a submarine. We were blessed with good weather, and the scenery during the boat ride was very beautiful and enjoyable.

The submarine experience was relatively monotonous, but I was satisfied because we were able to see sharks and rays.

小学生の子供と二人で参加しました。
ヒルトンハワイアンビレッジのビーチに受付があるのでそこへ行くと、桟橋の先の船乗り場に行くように言われました。近いし、それしかないので、迷いようもなく簡単でした。
ツアーは、同じ時間帯に、30人ぐらいかなと思いますが、参加者がいました。まず船で沖合に行き、潜水艦に乗り換えました。お天気に恵まれて、船での移動も景色がとても良くて楽しかったです。
潜水艦の方は割と単調で、でもサメやエイも見れたので満足です。

It is located just a short boat ride from the port. The activity is divided into two parts: we first enjoyed stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) in shallow waters, and in the second half, we went snorkeling. I had imagined a sandy beach during low tide, but since we went during high tide, we paddled in shallow waters that were about knee-deep for adults. We let the little ones ride on a small boat float (as shown in the posted photos) and pulled them around for fun. However, the snorkeling part goes quite deep, so while we wore life jackets, it might be a bit challenging for children who are not accustomed to snorkeling. In the end, we put the kids on a ZAYAK, but it didn't provide the stability we expected. Nevertheless, there is a good chance of seeing sea turtles. It would have been better if they had provided a more stable see-through boat float for the kids. Also, the water temperature in the morning is a bit on the cooler side.

港から船ですぐに着くところにあります。２部構成ではじめは浅瀬をSUPで楽しみ、後半はシュノーケリングでした。干潮時の砂浜を想像していましたが、満潮時に行ったので、大人の膝上程度の浅瀬でＳＵＰをしました。小さい子は小さいボートフロート（投稿写真）に乗せて、引っ張りまわして遊びました。しかしながら、後半のシュノーケリングの方は、かなり深いところまで行きますので、ライフジャケットをつけていますが、シュノーケリングに慣れていない子供には少しレベルが高いかと思います。結局、子供をZAYAKに乗せましたが、こちらも思ったようには安定せず。しかしながら、ウミガメが結構な確率で見られます。
子供用にもう少し安定感のあるシースルーボートフロート等を貸してくれたらもっと良かったかもしれません。あと、午前中の便は少し海水温が低めです。

This was my first time participating in seven years, and this time I brought my children aged 2, 5, and 9. The parasol we rented couldn't be used due to strong winds. Well, that was the same as seven years ago.

I really wanted my 9-year-old son to succeed at snorkeling, but he got scared and gave up.

I think the shuttle service was around $45 seven years ago, but now the price is almost double.

Overall, I felt it wasn't suitable for families with small children, but since this is our family's situation, I will give it 4 stars.

７年ぶりの参加で、今回は２歳５歳９歳の子連れ。
せっかく借りたパラソルが強風で使えず。まあこれは７年前も同じ。

せめて９歳の長男はシュノーケリング成功させたかったけど、怖がって断念。

７年前はシャトルサービス４５ドルくらいだったと思うが、今は値段がほぼ倍。

全体に、小さな子連れには不向きだと思いましたが、
これは我が家の事情なので、★４つにします。

The sunset, night view, and Friday fireworks were all very beautiful. The food was delicious, but I felt it was a bit lacking in quantity. The five-star seats were quite cold, so a jacket is a must. It was so cold that I often went outside to warm up. (laugh)

サンセット、夜景、金曜日の花火どれもとても綺麗でした。料理は美味しかったのですが少し量が足りなくて物足りない感じです。5スターの席はかなり寒いので上着は必須です。寒すぎて船外にちょくちょく暖をとりに行ってました。笑

This cruise was not very good. The food was cold and the meat was mostly fat and if I could guess, it was about a 2 ounce cut of fat. The show was 2 people, doing a song. Not what I would think a show of the culture would be.

I went by rental car without a shuttle service. The parking fee was $20. I was able to park in a covered area, so the car didn't get too hot. There were relatively few Japanese people. There was a baggage check upon entry, and items that are not allowed are confiscated. Locker rental is an additional cost. I rented a larger locker for $18. Credit cards are accepted. Overall, there were fewer customers, so I was able to slide on the slides whenever I wanted. Unfortunately, the lazy river was closed on the day I visited, which was very disappointing. The operating hours that day were from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM, which felt a bit short, but I had a lot of fun.

送迎なしでレンタカーで行きました。駐車場代20ドル。屋根のある場所に停められたので車中が灼熱にならずに済みました。比較的日本の人たちは少なかったです。入場時に荷物検査があり、持ち込めないものを没収されます。ロッカー代は別途かかります。大きい方のロッカーを借りましたが、18ドル。クレジットカードが使えます。全体的にお客さんも少なめで、スライダー系はやりたい時にすべれました。行った日は流れるプールだけがクローズしていてとても残念でした。行った日は営業時間が10:30〜15:00までと短かかったので、ちょっと遊び足りない気がしましたが、とても楽しかったです

Until last year, I participated in sailing with other companies. During my stay at Hilton Grand Waikikian, the schedule was good, so I chose the Aloha sailing departing from in front of the Hilton. The weather was clear, and the crew was cheerful and friendly, making for a fun time. I would like to participate again next year.

昨年までは他社のセーリングに参加していました。ヒルトングランドワイキキアンでの滞在で日程も良く、ヒルトン前の出航のアロハ号のセーリングを選びました。
天気も快晴でクルーも明るくにこやかで楽しい一時を過ごせました。
来年も参加したいと思います。

I would recommend the sand bar trip to everyone coming to the island, from the minute you step onto the boat,the lovely food,fantastic crew,information and spotting the turtles and rays in the ocean.
My mum as mobility issues and the crew were always on hand to ask and offer help and assistance, Sasha and eggy ( William) I think went up and beyond, especially with photos and handing out snorkels etc.
Both mum and myself said it was the best trip of our holidays.
Keep doing what you are doing you are amazing.

We received amazing service my wife and I! We celebrated our 1 month anniversary being married and Armando took outstanding care of us and we had such an amazing time. At the very end of the night we were pleasantly surprised with the song we played for our first dance on our wedding day, we were invited to dance up front and the servers were so enthusiastic and fun the entire time. 11/10 would recommend to a friend and we will be returning next special occasion!!

I went in January this year as well, but I thought, "Is this really a sandbar?" because the water was so deep that I couldn't see any honu (sea turtles). So, I decided to make a comeback in July, which is the recommended season. I checked the tide graph and participated with high expectations, but I was a bit disappointed upon arrival... The water level was somewhat shallower than in January, but it was still up to my waist, and I couldn't see any sandy beach at all. Nevertheless, the staff really got everyone excited, and I had a decent time. At first, I borrowed a SUP and played around.

In the second half, we formed a line with the participants for snorkeling. And there they were! Sea turtles! So many of them!! My excitement skyrocketed! It was more than just fun; I was a little moved!

On the boat, they provided spam onigiri (one per person), snacks, hot coffee, cocoa, and juice, so you can eat and drink while moving. The staff were all very cheerful and fun people. I'm glad I participated! It can get quite cold during the shuttle bus and boat rides, so it might be better to have long sleeves...

今年の１月にも行ったのですが、ここがサンドバー？って思うほど水深がありホヌも見れなかったので、おすすめシーズンの７月にリベンジしました。
タイドグラフも確認し、期待しながらの参加でしたが、到着時はちょっとがっかり...多少は１月よりは浅かったですが、それでも腰ぐらいまでは潮位があり砂浜は全く見れませんでした。それでもスタッフの方たちが、色々盛り上げてくれてて、まぁまぁ楽しめました。最初はSUPを借りて遊んでいました。
後半は参加者で列をつくってシュノーケリング。いるんですね！ウミガメって！たくさん！！テンション爆上がりでした！楽しかったを超えて、少し感動しました！
船内では、スパムおにぎり（ひとり１つ）、スナック、ホットコーヒー、ココア、ジュースなど置いてあるので、移動中など飲食できます。
スタッフの方も皆さんとても明るく、楽しい方たちでした。参加して良かったです！
送迎バスや船移動中は結構寒いので、長袖はあったほうが良いかも...

I had a great experience seeing sea turtles. The crew's energy was fantastic. The hamburger was also delicious.

Since you can get sunburned a lot, please apply sunscreen generously!

ウミガメが見れてとてもいい体験ができました。船員の方のテンションも最高でした。ハンバーガーも美味しかったです。

日焼けめちゃくちゃするので日焼け止めはめちゃくちゃ塗ってください！

The Star of Honolulu was awesome… what a great time me and my wife had… nice big ship lots of room… and what a show at the end… they do a great job getting us all in position out on the water for the sunset. I would highly recommend this option for a dinner sunset cruise… plenty of helpful staff and dinner service was superb…!!!!

In the morning, we had a cruise, followed by a location tour in the afternoon. The cruise involved transferring from a bus to a boat, and then to the cruise ship. On the cruise ship, there was an entertaining aspect where we got splashed with waves before reaching the turnaround point, and if you’re at the bow on the first floor, you will get soaked. Even on the second floor bow, you will get quite wet, so I think it’s fine to enjoy it there knowing that.

The lunch buffet was typically American and quite hearty, but we could also enjoy juice, fruits, lemon cake, and chocolate chip cookies. The movie location tour provided information in English about where filming took place, but it was in a field… and I dozed off a bit due to the bumps in the car. At the end, we had 10 minutes to take photos at a location with many fossil-like features.

The return bus started check-in after 3 PM, and we departed early, which was good since there wasn’t much to do. Overall, it was a fun day, and the guide was cheerful, making it a great experience.

午前中にクルーズ、午後からロケ地ツアーでした。
クルーズは初めにバス移動→舟→クルーズ船と乗り換えしていきます。
クルーズ船では折返し地点前から激しく波のしぶきを浴びるエンターテイメント性があり、一階の船首にいるとびしょ濡れになります。二階の船首でもかなりビショビショになりますので、それを承知で船首で楽しむもよしだと思います。
ランチブッフェはアメリカらしい大味ですが、ジュース、果物やレモンケーキ、チョコチップクッキーなども食べれます。
映画ロケ地ツアーは英語でここで撮影された〜等の案内がありますが、そこは原っぱで…車の揺れでウトウトしてしまいました。最後は化石風のものがたくさんの撮影場所で10分間各々撮影。
帰りのバスは15時すぎにはチェックインが始まりら早めに出発しました。することがなかったので、これはよかったです。
いずれも楽しく、案内役の方も陽気でよい一日となりました。
