The sea was a bit deep and cold, which was disappointing, but I was very satisfied with the fantastical beauty of the ocean. Next time, I would like to do some research on the tides before participating.

少し海が深くて寒くて残念でしたがとても幻想的な海で満足しています。でも次回は満潮干潮などの事前調べをして参加したいですね。

I experienced this attraction on November 24, 2011.

My honest impression is that it was "cold..." (laughs). While I wasn't completely unable to enjoy the attraction, I did go from one attraction to soaking in the hot water (spa?). I thought maybe I was weak against the cold since I'm Japanese, but I noticed that the local people around me were shivering too.

However, the attraction itself was very interesting and satisfying. If you choose the right time to go, it's definitely "worth it!" Here are three reasons why:

1. Shuttle service from local hotels☆
Some may think this is obvious, but I believe this is the most commendable point. It was great not having to deal with the hassle of taking a bus.

2. Staff available at all attractions☆
To ensure safety during the attractions, staff are present to provide support at all attractions. This made the exhilarating experiences much more reassuring♪

3. Experience attractions from the American region☆
When we went, there were about seven attractions available, excluding those that were closed. They were truly attractions that you could say were quintessentially American, and we enjoyed every single one.

Next time, I want to choose the right time to go!♪♪

２０１１年１１月２４日にこのアトラクションを体験しました。

素直な感想としては「寒かった。。」です（笑）
アトラクションを楽しむ余裕がないとまではいかないものの、アトラクションを一つ行っては温水（スパ？）に浸かっていました。日本人なので寒さに弱いのかなぁと思っていましたが、周りの現地の人もブルブルしてました。

ですが、アトラクション自体は非常に面白く満足のいくものでした。時期を選べば「行く価値あり」ですね！！
その理由としては以下の３つです。

？現地ホテルからの送迎付き☆
当たり前、と思う方もいると思いますがこれが最も評価すべき点ではないかと思います。やっかいなバスに乗らずとも行けたは非常に良かったです。

？全てのアトラクションにスタッフが待機☆
安全にアトラクションを行えるよう、全アトラクションでスタッフがサポートをしてくれます。これで爽快なアトラクションも安心♪

？アメリカ圏のアトラクションが経験出来る☆
私達が行った時は、中止されているアトラクションを除いて７つほどありました。さすがアメリカ圏っ！！と言えるようなアトラクションで”全て”で楽しませていただきました。

次回は時期を選んで行きたいと思います♪♪

そりゃ、イルカに触れることができるんですもん。

The weather was bad, and the seawater was up to my knees, but it was a good experience. The snorkeling was fun even though the water was murky, as there were lots of fish. The sea was very beautiful.

お天気が悪く膝くらいまで海水がありましたが良い経験になりました。
シュノーケリングも海は濁っていましたがお魚がたくさんいて楽しかったです。
海はとてもきれいでした。

My wife made the reservation, and we participated.

We departed the hotel on the "Always Positive" bus and had malasadas for breakfast. After about an hour of driving, we reached the ocean.

During the bus ride, "Tori-chan" provided detailed explanations on how to use the snorkeling equipment. It was early in the morning, so we were a bit sleepy, but it's best to pay attention to the instructions on the way.

As soon as we arrived at the ocean, we boarded the boat. There were a lot of participants that day, and it was just enough space for everyone to sit. The area for storing luggage wasn't very spacious, so it's better not to bring unnecessary items.

Wet suits can be rented for $10. It was a bit cloudy that day, but the sun occasionally shone through. I didn't rent a wet suit, and it was fine.

For those who are not good swimmers, the staff had a float with a rope that they used to swim with, and they could hold on to it for support, so even those who are anxious can feel safe!

That day, we encountered a lot of dolphins! I desperately took photos. I brought a disposable underwater camera. The staff also took pictures from various angles, which you can purchase later.

After swimming with many dolphins, we moved to another location.

There, we went snorkeling and paddle surfing while watching turtles and fish.

Tired participants can take a break on the boat while enjoying snacks.

It's a very rich tour, but since it's only half a day, you can schedule other activities in the afternoon. On the way back, everyone was fast asleep, recharging for the afternoon.

I've been to Hawaii several times, but it was my first experience seeing wild dolphins and turtles up close, which was a wonderful experience.

I highly recommend it!

妻が予約し、参加しました。

『いつも前向き号』でホテルを出発し、朝ごはんのマラサダ。
そこから１時間ほど走って海へ。

バスの中では『トリちゃん』がシュノーケリングに必要なアイテムの使い方等詳しく説明してくれます。
朝早いので眠いところですが、行きのバスはしっかり説明聞いたほうがいいですよ。


海につくとすぐに船に乗船。
この日は参加人数が多く、ギリギリみんな座れる感じでした。
荷物を置くところはあまり広くないので、余計な荷物は持っていかないほうがいいかと思います。

ウエットスーツは１０ドルでレンタルできます。
この日は少し曇っていましたが、時々太陽も照りつけ、ウエットスーツを借りませんでしたが大丈夫でした。

泳ぎが苦手な人は、スタッフの方が紐のついた浮き輪（？）を持って泳いで、それに捕まって引っ張ってもらっていましたので、不安な方も大丈夫ですよ！


この日はとてもたくさんのイルカに遭遇！
必死で写真をとりました。
私は使い捨ての水中カメラを持参していきました。
スタッフの方もいろんな角度から写真を撮ってくれて、後からそれを購入することもできます。

たくさんのイルカと泳いだあとは別の場所に移動。

そこでカメや魚を見ながらシュノーケリングとパドルサーフィン。

疲れた人は船の上でおやつを食べながら休憩できます。

とても濃い内容のツアーですが、半日だけなので午後は他の予定を入れられます。
帰りのバスはみんな爆睡して午後の体力を蓄えていましたよ。

ハワイには何度かきていますが、野生のイルカやカメを間近で見れたのは初めてで、とてもいい経験になりました。

とてもおすすめです！

This tour, which is popular for the high probability of encountering dolphins, has some reviews mentioning, "I didn't see any."

I was wondering if the weather would be good on the day I participate and if I would get to meet the dolphins...

It seems that if you don't meet the dolphins, you can try again on another day, but since my trip was only four nights and six days long, I had other plans filling up the other days. I was in a situation where I had to rely on this day!!!

On the day of the tour, the pickup was at 6:20 AM while it was still dark outside. Since my hotel was the last pickup, those staying at other hotels must have had even earlier pickups!

But since we would be diving into the ocean, I didn't need to do my makeup, and it was fine if my hair was messy, so even those who aren't morning people can manage (laughs).

After eating Leonard's malasadas, we headed straight to the ocean. While listening to various information on the boat, we arrived at the spot where the dolphins were!

Nervously entering the water and looking down, I was shocked by how deep it was!!!

I panicked but held onto my husband until I got used to it. A few minutes later, the dolphins appeared!! There were even baby dolphins!

Before I knew it, I encountered an astonishingly large group of dolphins!!!

They swam very close to me, and at one point, I felt like I was mixed in with the pod! I really thought I might bump into one!

I could also hear the adorable sounds of the dolphins underwater.

On that day, there were said to be over 100 dolphins. After that, we also saw turtles and some really beautiful tropical fish.

It was truly an amazing tour! If I have the chance to go to Hawaii again, I would definitely want to participate in this tour.

イルカ先生とかなりの確率で遭遇できると人気のこのツアー。
しかし体験談を見ていると『見れませんでした』とゆう書き込みもチラホラ・・・

自分が参加する日は天気がいいのか、そしてイルカ先生に会えるのか・・・

もしイルカ先生に会えなかったら別の日にリベンジできることになっているようですが、なにせ４泊６日の短い旅行で、別の日はすべて他の予定で埋まっており。
この日にかけるしかない！！！とゆう状態でした。

当日は朝まだ外が暗い６：２０のピックアップ。
それでも私の滞在していたホテルは一番最後のピックアップだったので、他のホテルに滞在していた方たちはもっともっと早い時間のピックアップだったんでしょうねーー！

でもどうせ海に潜るのでメイクもしなくてオッケーだし、髪も寝癖あってもオッケーなので、朝が苦手な人でもなんとかなっちゃいますよ（笑）


レナーズのマラサダを食べ早速海へ。
船の上でイロイロと話を聞いたりしているうちにイルカ先生のいるスポットに到着♪

恐る恐る海に入って下を見ると・・・



深！！！！！




焦りましたがなれるまで主人につかまってました。
数分後、すぐにイルカ先生登場！！
子供のイルカちゃんもいましたよ！

そうこうしているうちに驚くほどのイルカ先生の大群に遭遇！！！

すぐ近くを泳いでくれて、一瞬自分がイルカの群れの中に混ざっちゃってる時までありました！！
ほんと、ぶつかるかと思ったー！


水の中ではかわいらしいイルカ先生の鳴き声も聞こえました。


この日は１００匹以上のイルカ先生がいたそうです。
その後はカメさんにも会えたし、とってもきれいな熱帯魚も見れました。

ほんとに感動したツアーでしたー！！
またハワイに行く機会があったら是非参加したいツアーです。

This is a fairly biased view to the tour since the airport was absolutely terrible on both directions (NOT the tour's fault).
The guide was ok, unanimated and didn't realise he told us the same stories multiple times - I found this funny but other people were getting really annoyed about it. If you like the history of sugar cane you'll get plenty of it!
The Canyon was AMAZING! As was Fern Grotto. Everything I thought was only ok in terms of interest sake.

It was my first dolphin tour, and it was great! I want to go again!

It was early in the morning, but everything was so enjoyable that I forgot about my sleepiness! The staff were friendly and seemed to prioritize making everyone have a good time, which impressed me.

Seeing wild dolphins up close and being able to enter the sea with them was like a dream come true. The hula was also fun!

Cousin Jerry was the best! So knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great chat about all things Hawaii! We were lucky we were the only ones seeing Mighty Mo and the city tour in our group so it. The bus to Might Mo was operated by Roberts, they were great too. We will be back!!!

To sum it up, I was disappointed that we didn't encounter any dolphins this time.

According to the guide, who has been working for 9 years, this was only the second time they haven't encountered dolphins. They mentioned that previously, they had only one instance of not seeing dolphins. Simply calculating the probability, there's about a 0.1% chance of not encountering dolphins. Conversely, there's about a 99.9% chance of encountering them. <<No encounters 2 times ÷ (5 days a week x 4 weeks x 12 months x 9 years) x 100% = Probability of not encountering 0.09%>>

Therefore, generally speaking, you can expect to encounter dolphins, so there's no need to worry about that. Additionally, if you don't encounter dolphins, you can participate for free next time.

Regardless of whether you encounter dolphins or not, this tour will create wonderful memories for active individuals. However, for those who want to relax on vacation in Hawaii or are prone to seasickness, it might be a bit of a bitter experience.

Here's a brief overview of the tour process. The meeting point is where you will be picked up from your accommodation. The time is very early, around 6:10 AM. I believe the time may vary slightly depending on the season (I participated in December). During the journey, you will have a complimentary piece of fried bread. Also, the Japanese guide will engage the participants with conversation to boost their spirits. It takes about an hour to reach the harbor where the boat is docked.

As soon as we arrive at the harbor, we board the boat. If anyone needs to use the restroom, they can use the boat's restroom, which is not very clean. We search for dolphins, and if we find them, we swim together. This time, since we didn't find any, we went snorkeling where there were fish and sea turtles. If there's extra time, you can try paddleboarding or kayaking. We have a hamburger lunch on the boat, and we finish with everyone dancing on the way back. The tour ends around 1 PM.

結果から言うと、今回はイルカに遭遇できず残念でした。

9年間務めているガイドによると、これまでに1回だけイルカに遭遇できなかったとのことです。そして、今回が2度目にあたるそうです。
単純に確率を計算すると、約0.1％の確率でイルカに遭遇できません。逆に約99.9％の確率でイルカに遭遇できるということです。<<遭遇不可2度÷(週5日x4週x12か月x9年間)x100%=遭遇できない確率0.09%>>

したがって、一般的にはイルカに遭遇できるので、この点は心配いりません。
また、イルカに遭遇できなかった場合、次回無料で参加できます。

イルカの遭遇成否に関わらず、このツアーはアクティブな人であればとても良い思い出になるでしょう。しかし、ハワイでゆっくりバカンスを過ごしたい方や、船酔いする方にとっては、ちょっと苦い思い出になるかもしれません。

簡単にツアーの流れを紹介します。
集合場所は、宿泊先に迎えが来ます。時間はとても早いです。午前6時10分でした。シーズンによって時間は若干変わると思います。(12月参加)　道中に揚げパン1つ食べます。サービスです。また、日本人ガイドが参加者のテンションを上げるべくトークをします。船を泊めているハーバーまで約1時間です。
ハーバーに到着するとすぐに船に乗り込みます。トイレに行きたい人は、船のトイレを使用します。船のトイレですので、あまりきれいではありません。
イルカを探し、発見したら一緒に泳ぎます。今回は、発見できなかったので、魚やウミガメがいるところでシュノーケリングをしました。時間が余れば、パドルボードやカヤックを体験できます。船上でハンバーグの昼食をとります。帰りに皆でダンスをして終了です。午後1時頃には終了します。

I participated in the Dolphin Royal Swim, and it was fun to touch the dolphins and have them push on the soles of my feet. Since it was the end of November, the water was cold. The price is high, but I was satisfied.

ドルフィン・ロイヤルスイムに参加しましたが、イルカにさわったり、足の裏を押してもらったりと楽しかったです。
11月末だったので、水が冷たかったです。
料金は高いですが、満足できました。

This is a very worthwhile tour where you can swim with dolphins and even enjoy popular malasadas. I had participated in dolphin watching before, but when I found a tour that allowed swimming with them, I was skeptical and signed up, wondering if it was really true.

After joining the tour, I was truly amazed. I was able to see dolphins swimming right in front of me up close. On top of that, I even got to see a baby dolphin!

Additionally, the cheeseburger we had on the boat was delicious. I would love to repeat this experience the next time I go to Hawaii. It’s a wonderful tour that makes dreams come true, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

イルカと泳ぐ事ができ、人気のマラサダまで食べれるとてもお得なツアーです。
今までイルカウォッチングは参加した事があったのですが、一緒に泳ぐ事が出来るツアーを見つけ、本当？と半信半疑で申し込みました。
ツアーに参加してみて本当びっくり。イルカが目の前を泳いでいくのを間近で見る事ができました。おまけに赤ちゃんイルカまで見れました。
また、船の上で食べるチーズバーガーも美味しかった。
次にハワイに行くときも、リピートしたいです。
夢を実現できる素敵なツアーですので、友人にもおススメしたいです。

A dolphin swam right in front of me, and it was amazing. She was a little clumsy, but there was no problem because we had life jackets. The crew was all fun and fantastic!

イルカが目の前をとおり、感動です。彼女が金槌でしたがライフジャケットがあるので問題なし。クルーもみんな楽しくてさいこーでした。

This was my second time in Hawaii, and I went again.
All the slides are fun, but the Tornado is especially amazing.
Definitely give it a try.
The shuttle bus is cold, so it's essential to have something to wear over your clothes. Some buses have restrooms while others do not, but it would have been better if all of them had restrooms. It's cold, and you'll need to use the restroom often.

どのスライダーも楽しいですが、トルネードは特にすごいです。
ぜひ一度お試しください。
送迎のバスが寒いので羽織るものは必須です。バスにトイレがついているものとついていないのがあるのですが、すべてについていると良かったです。寒くてトイレ近くなります。

It's really disappointing when the weather is bad.

However, the staff tried to lift our spirits, which was very nice, and overall, I had a great time.

The food was delicious too.

But it was so cold because of the bad weather...

I definitely want to try again.

On the second day of my arrival in Hawaii, I went on an excursion. The bus came to pick us up at the scheduled time, and we boarded. The bus's air conditioning was a bit cold σ(^_^;). It took about an hour to reach the destination, which is quite far from Waikiki.

Once inside, I borrowed a locker key at the reception to change clothes. (The reception staff can speak Japanese.) There are both large and small lockers, but the small ones are about the size of a shoe box, so they might not be suitable for those with a lot of luggage. I think the small locker was $12 and the large one was $17. When I returned the key, I received a $5 refund.

The changing room is located next to the restroom. That day, it wasn't very sunny, so it felt a bit chilly, but I had a great time on the thrilling water slides. It was a bit disappointing that some slides were not in operation, but the ones that were running were all very exciting. The slide shaped like a trumpet was particularly scary, almost like a roller coaster (laughs).

Most of the slides required you to ride on a boat, so at the exit, you would receive a boat from the person who just slid down and carry it back to the loading area.

ハワイ到着の2日目に行ってきました。
集合時間にバスの迎えが来てバスに乗り込みました。
バスのクーラーがちょっと寒かったσ(^_^;)
ワイキキからは離れていて1時間ほどで現地に到着しました
中に入り受付でロッカーの鍵を借りて着替えます。（受付は日本語OKです）ロッカーは大と小があるのですが小は下駄箱サイズなので荷物が多い人にはちょっと入らないかもです。
小が12ドル大が17ドルだったかな~
帰りに鍵を返すと5ドルの返金がありました。
更衣室はトイレにあります。
その日はあまり日が照ってなかったのでちょっと肌寒かったですがスリルあるウォータースライダーの数々で楽しかったです。いくつか動いていないスライダーがあったのが残念ですが、動いていたスライダーはどれも迫力満点で特にラッパの形をしたコースがあるスライダーは怖かったです。
まるでジェットコースターです(笑)
ほとんどのスライダーがボートに乗ってすべるのだったので
出口で滑ってきた人からボートを受け取りそれをもって乗り場までいきます。

The cruise was pleasant, and I was able to see a lot of fish. Most importantly, I was thrilled that dolphins came close and I could swim with them!

The hula dance lesson was also fun. I enjoyed both the sea and the land!

クルーズも気持ち良かったですし、

なんといっても、近くにイルカが来てくれて

The guide's explanations were very easy to understand, and everything was enjoyable from start to finish! If you're learning HULA, this is a must-visit!

ＨＵＬＡを習ってる人は特に行くべきです！

There were more slides than I expected, and I had a lot of fun. However, it was disappointing that two slides alternated with a 30-minute break each. Next time, I want to go on a hot summer day.

思っていたよりたくさんのスライダーがありとても楽しめました。ただ、30分ずつ2つのスライダーが交互に休止になるのが残念でした。今度は真夏の暑い日に行きたいです。

I swam with dolphins for the first time.

Although I couldn't touch them, I was moved to see a pod of dolphins up close while snorkeling and to hear their calls.

The staff were warm and I had a comfortable time.

It must have been hectic on a busy day, but they made sure to attend to each person carefully without making us feel that rush.

初めてイルカと一緒に泳ぎました。

触れることはできませんでしたが、
シュノーケルをしながら間近でいるかの群れをみること、
鳴き声にふれることができ感動しました。


スタッフの皆様も暖かく、心地よい時間を過ごせました。

満員の日でばたばたしたでしょうが、そういったことを感じさせず一人一人に丁寧に接してくれたのが印象です。

This is my second time participating.

The early morning plan was a bit disappointing because the sea and sky weren't as clear due to the clouds.

The crew speaks Japanese, so you can board with peace of mind.

If you want to relax and enjoy, I don't think the early morning plan is recommended.

２回目の参加です。

早朝プランは曇りのために透き通った海・空☆とはいえなかったのでちょっと残念でした。

クルーは日本語OKなので安心して乗船できます。

ゆったり楽しみたい方は早朝プランはおすすめでないかな。と思います。

There are many slides, and it's really fun. Personally, I recommend Shaka. The slides close about every 30 minutes, so it might be better to go when it's less crowded.

たくさんのスライダーがありとっても楽しめます。個人的にはshakaがオススメ。30分位毎にスライダーがクローズします。空いているときにやった方が良いかも。

It was a bit cloudy on the day, but the color of the sea was very beautiful. The sandbar wasn't as prominent as seen in advertisements, but it's still a strange place that's shallow despite being offshore. It seems advisable to check the low tide before making a reservation, as it can be waist-deep on deeper days.

I would like to participate again.

当日少し曇りがちでしたが、海の色はとてもきれいでした。
サンドバーは広告等見るほどは浮きでてはいませんが、それでも、沖合いなのに浅い不思議な場所です。
予約前に干潮を調べたほうがよさそうです。深い日は腰くらいまであるようです。

また、参加したいと思っています。

Thank you very much! Unfortunately, the dream sandbar didn't form, and the water was about knee-deep, but it was a great experience! It was cold, so I didn't go snorkeling, but I think it was good that there was no pressure to do so.

Next time I go to Hawaii, I think it will be even more amazing if the weather is nice and the tide is low, so I would love to participate again!

I had an amazing day at Pearl Harbor. I didn´t go to the USS memorial because I don´t like boats. But instead I went on the USS Bowfin a fantastic experience. The USS Missouri battleship was awesome ! And it is so big, you need to set good time for this activiti so you can enjoy everything. And take the guided tours, they are really great. Also a big hand for the busdriver that day, Cathrine. She was great, smiling, happy, talked with everybody and maked all of us smiling. I was the only one who did the big tour in Pearl Harbor that day. On the way back she drove through Punchbowl and China town, really sweet and an exstra service for me. Fantastic day.

I was really wondering if I would encounter dolphins, but when they appeared right in front of me, it was so moving! I didn't feel seasick at all, and it was very pleasant.

It was a fun memory to grab the dorsal fin of a dolphin and move forward, and to have my feet pushed by two dolphins.

イルカの背びれを掴んで前進したり、足の裏を二頭のイルカに押してもらったりして楽しい思い出でした。
