The sandbar, having such a shallow sandy beach in the ocean... it felt so nice. The hamburger I had on the boat was also delicious. Both the sea turtle watching and snorkeling were fun; it felt like swimming inside an aquarium. I definitely want to participate again when I go to Hawaii.

サンドバー、海の中にこんな浅瀬の砂浜があるなんて・・・とっても気持ち良かったです。船の中で食べたハンバーガーも美味しかったです。海亀ウオッチングもシュノーケリングも楽しかったです、まるで水族館の中に入って泳いでいる感覚です。またハワイに行く時はぜひ参加したいです。

I've been to Hawaii many times, but I hesitated about the sandbar because I heard it can be heavily influenced by the weather. However, I always thought I should try it someday, so I decided to give it a shot. I wanted to make sure I could walk on the sandbar, so I chose a day when the tide would be close to zero during low tide. After that, it was up to the weather, but on the day of the trip, we were blessed with clear skies and encountered stunning views. The staff even said, "Today is super lucky!" The contrast between the white sandbar and the deep blue water was striking and beautiful. Walking in the middle of the ocean felt truly surreal. The staff acted as our photographer, giving us poses to strike, and we were able to take wonderful family photos.

After that, it was snorkeling time, and my husband and daughter participated. I took some time to explore the sandbar before returning to the boat to watch the snorkeling. It seemed quite deep, but they had a lot of fun seeing many fish. They mentioned that they would have liked a bit more time. The morning tour has a shorter duration, so that's understandable. We enjoyed our sandwiches and drinks leisurely, and there was no wasted time, which made us very satisfied. The staff were always energetic and kept the atmosphere lively. They promptly pointed out where the sea turtles were, so we were able to see quite a few. Everything was packed into a short amount of time, and both my husband and daughter were extremely happy. They even thanked me, saying, "Thanks, Mom!" I definitely want to participate again next time.

ハワイには何度も行っていますが、サンドバーは天候にかなり左右される…と聞いていたので躊躇していました。でも、いつかは…と思っていたので初挑戦。天候は仕方ないとしてもサンドバーはしっかり歩きたいと思い、干潮時の潮位が０に近い時間帯に当たる日を選びました。後は天候次第でしたが、当日は本当に晴天で、素晴らしい景色に出合えました。スタッフの方も今日は超ラッキーですよ~と！白いサンドバーから深いブルーへのコントラストもはっきりとしていて見事でした。海の真ん中を歩いてるのは本当に不思議な気分。スタッフの方がカメラマンをして下さり、ポーズも指示して頂いて、素敵な家族写真が撮れました。その後シュノーケリングタイムで、主人と娘が参加。私はしばしサンドバーを散策？して船に戻り、シュノーケリングを見学。かなり深かったようですが、魚もたくさん見られて楽しかったそうです。本人たちは、もう少し時間が長くてもいいかなぁと。午前中のコースはツアー自体の時間が短いので仕方ありませんね。サンドウィッチと飲み物をゆっくり頂いて、無駄な時間がなく、とても満足でした。スタッフの方は常に元気で盛り上げてくれました。海がめのいる場所も即座に教えて下さるので、結構見る事が出来ました。短い時間の中で凝縮されていて、主人も娘も大満足。ママありがとう~と感謝されてしまいました。次回もまた是非参加したいと思います。

At this age, even though I don't regularly go swimming or to the gym to train my body, I wanted to meet wild dolphins and let my family see these beautiful dolphins, so I participated. Thanks to the quick thinking of the dolphin staff, who provided guidance and support for my 4-year-old twins, the two boys had a wonderful experience together in the ocean. This time, we moved quickly to catch up with the dolphins, and everyone worked hard to make sure we could meet them without giving up. As a result, we were also able to see the Hawaiian sacred site Makua, which was truly moving.

この歳になって、普段スイミングにジムにと通う、スポーツに体を鍛えてる訳でもないのに　
だだ野生のイルカに会いたくて　家族に美しいイルカさんたちに会わせてやりたくて　参加。
イルカ女史の機転でスタッフに指示して下さって、4才の双子をしっかり、サポートして海原に一緒についてくださったおかげで、二人の4才男の子たちは　素晴らしい体験をしました。
今回はスピードの移動で　イルカさんたちに追いつくため、諦めず、なんとかみんなに会わせ様とがんばってくれました。
おかげで、ハワイアンの聖地マクアも観れて　感動でしたよ。

This is our second time participating as a family, and we had a great time. At the sandbar, the timing of low tide doesn't always align perfectly, so the water level can reach up to our knees. Standing there and looking around gives you a strange feeling as if you're in the middle of the ocean. If you have small children, not being able to snorkel might reduce the fun a bit. Turtles can be seen everywhere. I wish it were a bit cheaper for the kids...

今回家族で2回目の参加ですがとても楽しめました。
サンドバーではなかなかうまいタイミングで干潮にならないのでひざぐらいまでは海面があります。
あそこにたって周りを見渡すと海の真中にいるので不思議な感じになります。
小さいお子さんがいるとシュノーケルができないと楽しさが半減するかもしれません。
亀はいたるところで見れます。子どもがもう少し安いをいいのですが・・・。

I had high expectations after reading other people's comments, but Jin was not there (>_<) Well, that's fine, but...
There was another young man, but he probably struggles with Japanese and Japanese people. He completely avoided eye contact with the Japanese group and ignored us when we tried to hand him fins and goggles.
A woman explained things in English and then in broken Japanese, but it was just a few words, about 10% of the time spent on English. So I felt a bit uneasy.
- I did see dolphins. They were cute.
- The food was delicious.

I had some communication issues with the tour office this time and had to make phone calls, but I couldn't understand much because they spoke too fast. I asked them to speak slowly, but... I was somewhat confident in my English conversation skills, but I'm particularly bad on the phone...

I dislike being around only Japanese people and have often participated in tours that are mainly in English, but if you want to swim and dive, which involves some risks, and want to receive sufficient explanations,
and if you think you might have trouble negotiating in English in case of issues or inconveniences,
then perhaps it would have been better to apply for a tour that is mainly for Japanese people or run by Japanese or Japanese-owned companies, even among Alan1's tours.

ほかの方のコメントを見ていて、期待していたんですが、ジン君はいませんでした(>_<)まぁそれはいいんですが・・・。
べつの青年がいましたが、彼は多分、日本語＆日本人が苦手なのでしょう、日本人グループには、絶対目を合わさなくてスルー、フィンやゴーグルも渡すときスルーされるんです。
女性の方が英語に続き、かたことの日本語で説明してくれましたが、ほんの一言、英語の10％くらいの時間です。だから少し不安でした。
・イルカは見れました。かわいかったです。
・食事は美味しかったです。

今回このツアーのオフィスと連絡の行き違いなどで電話したりしましたが、早口でほとんど聞きとれませんでした。ゆっくりお願いしますと言いましたが・・・。そこそこ英会話には自信あったんですが、電話だと特にダメですね・・・

日本人ばかりは嫌、色んな国の人と触れ合いたい、と英語メインのツアーによく参加してきましたが、
・泳いだり潜ったり、多少の危険が伴い、また充分な説明を受けたい
・トラブルや不都合なことがあった場合、英語で交渉できない
・・・と思われる場合は、alan1さんのツアーの中でも、
日本人＆日本語メインの、または日系や日本人が経営、主催のツアーに申し込んだほうが良かったのかな、
と思いました。

I had seen it on TV, but experiencing it in person is completely different. It's hard to put into words, but the mystery of nature is truly moving and amazing. You absolutely must experience it at least once. I hope that nature remains just as it is forever.

テレビなんかではみていたんですが、実際　体験すると全然違います。言葉では自然の神秘とでもいいますか感動で最高で、とにかく是非一度は体験してみて下さい。
あの自然は永遠にあのままであってほしいです。

It was my first time participating with my daughter in 20 years. We chose to join during the Japanese explanation time, so I don't understand English. It seems my daughter was satisfied as well. The sea turtles and fish that can be seen in the beautiful ocean are a must-see!

I previously participated and my daughter liked it, so I am a repeat visitor. This time, however, there was an unpleasant experience. I signed up for the deluxe plan with lunch included, but the bus driver put a green wristband for the plan without meals on me. As a repeat visitor, I immediately noticed the mistake (the meal plan has a red wristband) and pointed out that it was different from the voucher. However, the driver's documentation was prioritized, and I was not able to get it exchanged. The voucher is collected when boarding the bus. I brought an extra voucher, so I was able to explain to the staff in the park and successfully make the change, but I was left dissatisfied with the driver's response. I recommend bringing two vouchers.

以前参加し、娘が気に入ったのでリピーターです。
今回、不快なことがありました。
昼食付きのデラックスプランを申し込みましたが、
バス送迎のドライバーの方に、食事なしプランの緑色テープを手首に付けられました。
リピーターなので直ぐに間違いに気づき〔食事付は赤テープ〕、バウチャーと違うことを指摘しました。
が、ドライバーの資料内容が生かされ、
取り替えてもらえませんでした。
バウチャーはバス乗車の際に回収されてしまいます。
私はバウチャーを余分に持参したため、
園内の係員に説明し無事に変更できましたが、
ドライバーの応対には不満が残りました。
バウチャーは二枚持参されることをお薦めします。

We participated as a couple and had a great time. However, perhaps because it was Sunday, there were many locals, and we had a hard time finding lunch. In the end, we enjoyed various attractions without eating anything. I really think it would be a perfect playground if they could increase the number of dining options.

　私たちは夫婦２名での参加でしたが、十分に楽しむことができました。
　ただ、日曜のせいか、地元の方も多くいらしていて、昼食には非常に困りました。
　結局何も食べずにいろいろなアトラクションを楽しみまくりました。
　もうちょっと飲食店を増やしていただけたら本当に言うこと無しの遊び場だと思います。
　

I am very grateful for the cheerful shuttle driver and the young crew staff, as their service was extremely satisfying. The charcoal-grilled hamburger was absolutely delicious. I also spoke with other families, and everyone was truly enjoying themselves, all saying, "I'm so glad we participated in this tour!!!" I will definitely join again next time. Thank you very much to all the staff.

　送迎担当の陽気なおじさんから始まり、クル―の若いスタッフの対応まで、非常に満足のいく内容で感謝しております。
　また、炭火焼のハンバーガーは最高においしかったです。
　他のご家族の方達ともお話をしましたが、本当に皆さん楽しんでおられて、皆さんともに「このツアーに参加してよかった~！！！」と言っていました。

I went to Hawaii to see wild dolphins! I was so moved when I found the dolphins that I almost cried from happiness (*^_^*).

When observing the dolphins from the water, the staff guided us with instructions like "Look ahead!" and "Look to the left!" so I was able to see the dolphins clearly. Moreover, since the dolphins passed by quickly, they took us to the next spot to see them again, and we were able to see dolphins a total of four times!!

The staff were very accommodating, and we were laughing the whole time, which helped minimize seasickness. What made me happiest was seeing the staff share in the joy when we spotted the dolphins.

野生のイルカが見たくてハワイに行きました！
イルカを見つけた時は感動で涙が出るくらい嬉しかったです(*^_^*)

海の中からイルカを観察する時は、スタッフさんが「前見て~！！」「左見て~！」と指示してくださったので、しっかりとイルカが見れました☆
しかも、イルカが早く通り過ぎたのでもう一度見よう！と次のスポットまで案内してくださり、なんと、合計４回もイルカを見ることができました！！

スタッフの方の対応もよく、終始笑いっぱなしで、船酔いも少なくて済みました♪何よりもイルカが見えた時に、一緒にスタッフさんも喜んでいたのがとても見ていて嬉しくなりました。

We participated as a family of four (with a 3rd-grade daughter and a 2nd-year middle school son) because our kids love animals.

First of all, when it comes to "swimming with dolphins," the expectations can be too high, so it's better to understand it as "watching dolphins swim from underwater" to enhance satisfaction. That said, the dolphins are wild animals, and it seems even the Hawaiian staff have a tough time spotting them while cruising. When we finally found them, everyone cheered, and the kids got really excited.

After that, we jumped into the sea, but the dolphins didn't swim as close as we hoped. Some people got to see them, while others didn't. The staff's service and the cruising location were good, but there was a certain laid-back Hawaiian vibe. Since we are dealing with nature, some preparation is necessary.

1) It was a sunny day with little wind, but even adults felt the cold in the open ocean. We dressed the kids in wet material rash guards and tops, but they didn't keep warm enough, and we had to escape to the boat midway. You can rent wetsuits on board for $5, so please don’t hesitate to get one for your child. This way, they can stay in the water comfortably and enjoy it slowly. The snorkeling with the sea turtle teacher is also not in the reef, so the same applies.

2) Since snorkeling is in the open ocean and not in the reef, there are risks with depth and waves. This can be a panic factor for children, so it’s better to have them experience at least basic snorkeling in calmer waters first.

3) Depending on the situation, you might get splashed by waves on the deck during the cruise. You can store your belongings under the bench, but since there are no doors, put towels and changes of clothes in plastic bags. If the bags get blown away and drift in the waves, sea turtles might mistake them for jellyfish. Please handle them with care.

4) The harbor only has a restroom, so you will change there. It’s spacious by American standards, but still limited. In our family, we changed from rash guards to T-shirts and put on hoodies while keeping our swimsuits on the bus. Since we were all Japanese, the air conditioning wasn't too strong, but please consider warmth for the return trip (and make sure to use the restroom).

*Based on the above comments, I rated the interest and fun as ☆☆. However, I believe satisfaction would increase with prior understanding and preparation. This tour is mainly for watching from the boat.

家族4人(娘小3&中2)、子どもが動物好きなので参加しました。
まずは｢イルカと泳ぐ｣というと期待値が高過ぎるので、｢イルカが泳ぐ姿を水中から眺める｣と理解するほうが満足度が得られます。
とはいえ相手は野生のイルカ。クルージングしながら探すのはハワイアンのスタッフでも大変なようです。やっと見つけた際には一同歓声が上がり、子ども達も盛り上がりました。
その後にドボン！ドボン！と海に入るのですが、イルカは思うように近くを回遊しません。見られた人、見られなかった人、それぞれです。
スタッフのサービス精神やクルージングのロケーションはよいのですが、なんというかハワイ流のアバウトさを感じました。特に相手は自然の海なので事前準備は必要です。

その１）晴天で風もあまりないクルーズでしたが、外洋の水中では大人でも冷たさを感じました。子どもにはウエット素材のラッシュガード＆タッパーを着せてましたが、体側の保温効果がなく途中で船上エスケイプしました。
乗船後に借りられますので、$5を惜しまずお子さまにウエットスーツを着せてあげてください。水中でストレスなく滞在でき、ゆっくり楽しめると思います。ウミガメ先生のシュノーケリングもリーフ内ではないので同様です。

その２）リーフではない外洋でのシュノーケリングなので、深さ＆波のリスクがあります。子どもにとってはパニック要因になりますので、最低限、海水浴程度のシュノーケリングを経験させたほうがベターです。

その３）状況によるのでしょうが、クルージング中もデッキで舳から波を被ります。手荷物はベンチ下のスペースに入れますが、扉がないのでタオルや着替えはポリ袋に入れましょう。ポリ袋が飛ばされるて波間に漂うとウミガメがクラゲと誤食してしまいます。扱いには注意してください。

その４）ハーバーにはトイレがあるだけなので、着替えはそこでします。アメリカンサイズなので広さはありますが、それなりです。わが家ではラッシュガードだけＴシャツに着替えパーカーをはおり、水着のままバスに乗りました。日本人だけなので冷房はきつくありませんでしたが、帰り用の保温も考えてください。（トイレも済ませて）

※上記コメントから<興味深さ･面白さ>は☆x2にしましたが、事前に理解＆準備していれば満足度は上がると思います。船上ウォッチングだけのツアー

We participated in a tour with lunch as a family. The air conditioning in the car was quite strong. We were divided into a cruiser and a smaller boat, and we were on the smaller boat. While it may not have been as stylish, it was nice to be surrounded by families with small children, creating a homely atmosphere.

We saw plenty of sea turtles, and at the sandbar, the staff helped with taking photos and even got everyone involved in beach volleyball. The snorkeling lasted about 30 to 40 minutes, and they constantly reminded us from the boat to be careful as "the coral can cut your feet."

The BBQ hamburger for lunch was exceptionally delicious, and we appreciated the prompt drink service as soon as we boarded, as well as the warm drinks after snorkeling (it was quite windy and cold that day).

While it does depend on the weather, I think it's worth going at least once.

ランチ付のツアーに家族で参加しました。
行きの車中はクーラーがかなりきいてました。
船はクルザーと小さめのボートに分かれて乗りましたが私たちは小さめの船でした。かっこよさでは劣りますが家族連ればかりで小さなお子さんたちもいてアットホームな感じでこちらで良かったと思いました。
ウミガメもたくさん見れたし、サンドバーではスタッフの方が撮影に協力してくれたりビーチバレーをして盛り上げてくれました。シュノーケリングは３０~４０分ほどあり「珊瑚の上は足が切れるので気をつけてくださ~い」と常に船上から声かけしてくれてました。
ランチのBBQハンバーガーは絶妙に美味しく乗船してすぐにドリンクのサービスやシュノーケリング後の温かいドリンク（この日は風が強く寒かった）の心遣いも嬉しかったです。
お天気に左右されますが１度は行ってみても良いと思います。

Initially, we had signed up for a different tour, but we changed to this one at my husband's request to try kayaking. Since this was our first time on this type of tour, I can't make comparisons, but in the end, we were extremely satisfied!

We were part of the early morning group, so I started with worries about whether I could wake up and if I would be physically okay for snorkeling after ten years (I used to love it when I was younger). However, there was a morning call, and once we participated, everything turned out fine! We had three chances to encounter wild dolphins, and during one of those, we got really close. Unfortunately, we could only see sea turtles from the boat, but some people were able to swim right next to them.

The staff were all cheerful and kind, and they were very supportive of the children who couldn't get in the water. My child was thrilled to feed tropical fish and to see dolphins and sea turtles from the boat. They said they want to swim with them next time, so they plan to practice swimming and join again. When we go to Hawaii next time, we definitely want to "enroll" in this experience!

*If you have your own snorkeling set, I recommend bringing it. It's easier to adjust the size. Larger fins are also better. The rental gear is small, so it can be difficult for those who lack strength to move forward.
*If you're not confident in your swimming, make sure to communicate that and swim close to the lead staff. That way, you're more likely to see dolphins.
*Please avoid splashing around in the water! I wish there had been a more thorough briefing about this on the boat.

Next time, I definitely want to get close to the turtles!

最初は違うツアーに申し込んでいたのですが、カヤックが
やってみたいという夫のリクエストでこちらへ変更。
この手のツアーは初めてなので比較はできませんが、結果的に大大満足でよかったです！

早朝グループだったので、起きられるのかどうかという不安から始まり、１０年ぶりのシュノーケリングが体力的に大丈夫なのかなど心配事ばかりでした。（若いころは好きでよくやってたんですけどね）
でも、朝はモーニングコールもありますし、いざ参加しちゃえばなんとかなります、なりました！
野生のイルカとエンカウントのチャンスは３回あり、そのうちの１回ですぐ近くまで行けました。あいにく海亀は船上から見るだけでしたが、すぐそばに行って泳げた方もいました。
スタッフは皆さん明るく優しく、海に入れなかった子どもへのフォローも温かでした。子どもは熱帯魚にパンをあげられたこと、舟の上からイルカと海亀に会えたことがとても嬉しかったそうです。今度は海の中で一緒に泳ぎたい、だから泳ぎを頑張って、また参加したいとのことです。
次にハワイに行くときは、ぜひ『学士入学』したいです。

※もしもご自分のシュノーケルセットを持っているなら、それを持っていくことをオススメします。サイズ調整とかやっぱり楽なので。フィンも大きいほうがいいです。レンタルギアは小型なので、力のない方は進みにくいです。
※泳ぎに自信がない方は、ちゃんとアピールして先頭スタッフの近くで泳ぎましょう。そのほうがイルカに会いやすいです。
※バチャバチャと水面をたたいて泳ぐのは絶対やめて~~！！お願い！！！　このことは、船上でもっとしっかりレクチャーをしておいていただけたらありがたかったな。

次は絶対亀さんの近くに行きたいです。

I participated in a tour that included lunch. I was able to enjoy beautiful views of the sandbar, turtle watching, and snorkeling. During snorkeling, I saw many fish, and my son was thrilled to encounter a turtle. The lunch consisted of freshly grilled hamburgers, which I found delicious. The staff was friendly, and we had a great time.

ランチ付きのツアーに参加しました。
美しいサンドバーの風景やウミガメウオッチング、シュノーケリングなどを満喫できました。シュノーケリングの際は魚もたくさん見ることが出来、息子はウミガメにも出会えたと喜んでおりました。ランチは焼きたてのハンバーガーで香ばしく、私的にはおいしかったです。スタッフも気さくで大変楽しい時を過ごすことが出来ました。

We participated in an activity that could be enjoyed by three generations, including my parents and children, totaling eight people. We joined the first Japanese-guided tour of the day. Although our guide was not Japanese, they entertained us with fluent language skills. We were lucky enough to see sea turtles swimming, which was wonderful. My 65-year-old grandfather was also very excited to see the turtles. Since we had to move by boat before and after boarding the submarine, it's essential to bring motion sickness medication. Don't worry, there are etiquette bags available in case you feel unwell on the submarine.

３世代で楽しめるアクティビティはないかと、両親、子供を含め８人で参加しました。
朝一番の日本語ガイドのツアーに参加。
ガイドさんは日本人ではないのですが、流暢な言葉使いで楽しませてくれます。私たちはラッキーなことに海ガメが泳いでいるところをみることが出来て良かったです。
６５歳のおじいちゃんもカメの泳ぐ姿を見て大興奮でした。
潜水艦に乗り込む前後は船で移動となるので、酔い止めの薬は必携。万一潜水艦で気分が悪くなってもエチケット袋はあるのでご安心を。

I participated at my son's request. I was worried about seasickness, but it was not a problem at all. There weren't many fish to see, but the kids were surprised to see the sunken airplane. It can be a bit cold inside the ship, so it might be a good idea to bring a jacket. Also, when getting on and off the submarine, you need to use a ladder for a few meters. It might be better to avoid wearing a mini skirt or a maxi skirt.

息子の希望で参加しました。船酔いが心配でしたが全く問題ありませんでした。見られる魚はそれ程多くはありませんでしたが、子供たちは沈んだ飛行機などを見てビックリしてました。艦内は少し寒いので上着を持って行った方がいいかも。あと、せんすいかに乗り込む時と出る時に数メートルはしごを使います。ミニスカートもしくはマキシ丈スカートはやめた方がいいかな。

Anyway, be prepared to get sunburned!! No matter how much you apply, you'll still get burned.
Women were wearing T-shirts over their swimsuits. He had peeling skin from sunburn on his shoulders.
A waterproof camera is handy. They take one photo for you on the tour. I think it was around 20 dollars?

女性は、水着の上にTシャツきてました。彼は肩の日焼けで皮がむけていました。
防水カメラあると便利です。ツアーで写真１枚はとってくれます。確か２０ドルくらい？だったかな。

This is my second time on the Body Glove snorkeling tour this year. Last year was so great that I decided to repeat it. This year, my 7-year-old and 5-year-old kids were extremely satisfied. They enjoyed not only snorkeling but also the slide and jumping in. The parents enjoyed a BBQ on the boat, and we definitely ate too much. We got to see dolphins both on the way to and from the snorkeling point, which was just amazing! It was really wonderful. We'll be going again next year.

Body Glove のシュノーケルツアーは今年で２回目。
去年、とても良かったのでリピートしました。
今年も、７歳と５歳の子供達、大大大大満足。
シュノーケルはもちろん、スライダーや飛び込みを楽しんでいました。
両親は船上ＢＢＱを楽しんでいました。
食べすぎ注意なくらい。
イルカにはシュノーケルポイントへの行きも帰りも会えて、もう最高！
ほんとによかったです。
来年も行きます。

Nothing like reliving history. Im posible to spend only an hour on the MIssiouri 1/2 day easy to see it all ! Tour guides exceptional !

We had booked a shuttle service, but there was a little mishap... Our family of four was left behind... We contacted the hotel staff, and in the end, we took a taxi to the location. The taxi fare was supposed to be covered by the company, but since it was discussed over the phone, I wasn't entirely sure about it, so I paid upfront. Later, when I followed up through this service, I found that the amount was properly refunded to my credit card. I truly realized that this is a trustworthy company.

As for the activities, we signed up for them with our two children, aged 4 and 1. My 4-year-old son signed up for an activity to swim with dolphins and rays, but it seemed a bit too early for him, and he cried a little... However, both my son and my 1-year-old daughter were thrilled to interact with the dolphins, and they even got to shake hands and kiss them, which was a bit surprising! We also got some commemorative photos taken, and we were very satisfied. My 4-year-old son keeps saying, "The dolphins were so cute. It was so much fun," even after returning home.

Both the kids and adults had a great time and felt truly rejuvenated; it was a wonderful trip. I definitely want to participate again next year. Thank you very much!

送迎付きを申し込んでいたのですがちょっとしたハプニングが･･･。私たち家族4人が置いていかれてしまい･･･。ホテルの人に連絡をとっていただき結局はタクシーで現地に向かいました。タクシー代は会社側が支払っていただけることになっていましたが、電話での話だったのでいまいち信用はしていなかったのですがとりあえず立て替えということで支払いをしました。後日こちらを通して連絡したところきちんとクレジットカードに送金されていました。信頼おける会社だと改めて実感しました。

アクティビティの内容ですが4歳1歳の子供と四人で申し込みました。4歳息子はイルカに加えエイと泳ぐアクティビティも申し込みましたが4歳にはまだ早すぎたようで少し泣いていました･･･。
が、イルカは４歳息子はもちろん1歳娘も大喜びで、ちょっとびっくりながらもイルカと握手＆キスを！
記念の写真も撮ってもらい大満足でした。
4歳息子は帰国後も「イルカさん可愛かったねぇ。たのしかったねぇ」の連続です。
子供はもちろん大人も楽しくすごく癒され本当にいい旅になりました。来年も是非参加したいとおもいます。ありがとうございました。

The sandbar that forms in the ocean was indeed beautiful. When the boat arrived at the sandbar, we first had a photo session, and the staff were very cooperative in taking pictures. This lasted about 20 minutes.

After that, we went snorkeling, but this time was less than five minutes. My child's mask didn't fit well, and I was a bit late to start, so we ended up finishing in just 2-3 minutes! This was far too short. I've done a lot of snorkeling before, but I've never experienced such a brief session.

To make matters worse, on the way back, the staff jokingly mentioned that tips would be appreciated. From my perspective, I thought we had already paid for the experience, including tips.

One reason for the short snorkeling time might be the delay with the pickup vehicle. In fact, the pickup car didn't arrive until about 15 minutes after the scheduled time. I wondered if someone was running late. Just as I was thinking of calling, the car arrived, but no one was inside. It seemed like it was just delayed. After about five minutes of riding, we were made to switch to another bus, which was eerily quiet. As I walked down the aisle to find an open seat at the back, someone said, "How long are you going to make us wait?!"

We had been waiting for 10 minutes before the scheduled time, yet it felt like we were the ones who were late. Now that I think about it, the bus was parked far away when we switched, which seemed like an attempt to hide the fact that they were late.

The ocean was mystical and beautiful, but honestly, I cannot recommend this experience. I'm sorry.

海の中にできる島サンドバー。確かに美しかったです。
ボートがサンドバーに到着すると、まず撮影タイム。スタッフの方も撮影に協力してくれます。そんな時間が20分ほど。
そしてそのあとシュノーケル。この時間なんと５分足らず。
子供のマスクがうまく調節できず、ちょっと出遅れた私は、2~3分で終了！！これはあまりにもひどすぎました。今までシュノーケルを散々してきましたが、こんな短時間は初めてです。
おまけに帰りは、スタッフが冗談ぽくではありますが、チップをいただければなんて。こちらから言わせれば、チップも込みで参加費払ってるんではっと思いました。
なんでこんなにシュノーケルが短いのか、原因の一つは送迎の車のせいかも？？
実はお迎えの車、集合時間１５分ぐらいすぎてもお迎えの車が来なかったんです。どこかで遅刻した人がいるのかな~。電話しようかな~とその時、車が来たのですが誰も乗っておらず。ただ単に遅れたたけのようです。５分ほど乗ったあと、別のバスに乗り換えさせられたのですが、そのなかはシーンとしており、一番後ろの開いている席に行こうとバスの通路を歩いていたら、「いつまでまたせんだよ」と言われ！！！
私たちは、集合時間の10分前から待っていたのに私たちが遅刻した雰囲気。そういえば乗り換える時も、バスから離れたところに止め。今考えると遅刻したのを隠すため？と思うような行動でした。
海は神秘的で美しかったですが、正直お勧めできません。
ごめんなさい。

I was thrilled to encounter a rare dolphin that can only be found here. It's embarrassing in Japan, but I can do it overseas. The sensation of that dolphin is worth experiencing.

ここにしかいない、珍しいイルカに遭遇でき感激しました。日本では恥ずかしいけど海外ならできますね。
あのイルカの感触は体感の価値ありです

There is a novelty in being able to ride a submarine. However, it feels more like peering into an aquarium tank. I was happy to see two sea turtles, but at Okinawa's Churaumi Aquarium, you can see sea turtles up close.
In conclusion, if you want to see marine life, you should go to an aquarium. Only those who want to experience riding a submarine should participate in this tour. Otherwise, I think marine life enthusiasts will be disappointed.

潜水艦に乗れるという物珍しさはあります。しかし、感覚としては水族館の水槽を覗いているといった感じです。海亀を２匹も見れたのは嬉しかったですが、沖縄の美ら海水族館の方がもっと間近に海亀を見れます。
結論としては、海の生き物を見たければ水族館に行きましょう。一度潜水艦に乗ってみたい人だけがこのツアーに参加しましょう。でないと、海の生き物好きはガッカリすると思います。

I went on a trip to Hawaii from July 12 to July 17. One of the main events was participating in a snorkeling tour with dolphins. The pickup was at 5:50 AM, which was tough, but I was very satisfied as I got to see a pod of dolphins. While they weren't right in front of me, I was still quite pleased. The hula experience was also enjoyable and satisfying.

7/12~7/17の期間でハワイ旅行へ行ってきました。その中のメインイベントとしてイルカとシュノーケリングのツアーに参加しました。
ピックアップが5：50と早朝だったので大変でしたが、イルカの群れはバッチシ見れて大変満足でした。
目の前にイルカが！というほどではありませんでしたが、十分満足できました。
フラ体験も楽しく満足でした。

The weather was unfortunately bad on the day, so the photos turned out disappointing, but the staff's service was attentive and I had a great time! On the way to the sandbar, we moved slowly and were able to see sea turtles! The lunch we had on the boat was also very delicious, and above all, the staff were amazing!

当日はあいにくの天気でしたので、
写真は残念な感じでしたが、スタッフさんの対応が丁寧でとても楽しかったです！
サンドバーに向かう途中にゆっくり進み、海ガメを見ることもできました！
船で食べたランチもとてもおいしく、何よりスタッフさんが最高でした！

Unfortunately, it rained all day, it was cold, and the sandbar didn't appear, so I felt like I just did some snorkeling and went back. Due to my lack of experience, I rated it three stars. However, there was one interesting staff member who worked hard to keep things lively, so I didn't get bored on the boat. I can imagine it would have been fun if it had been sunny, warm, and the sandbar had appeared.

不運な事に終日雨が降っており、寒く、サンドバーも現れず、
シュノーケルだけやって帰ったという感じでしたので、
体験不足により評価不能という事で星三つにしてます。
ただ、面白いスタッフが一人いて、一生懸命盛り上げてくれたおかげでボートの中で飽きる事はありませんでした。
晴れてて、暖かく、サンドバーが現れていたら楽しかったんだろうなぁ、とは想像します。

Our lei representative was really fantastic and had great knowledge of the airport and Hawaii. Thanks for being on time my family; especially the ladies loved the lei they received.

Hawaii Bound Again

The sub was great, the staff were great. Bookings.com suck. They reserved us on a Japanese only tour. We could have changed but it would have been the next day. Took the verbal portion away. we had headphones that would explain it in english but not so good with the main staff speaking to the group in Japanese. I have a 5 and 8 year old so it made it more difficult for them. Make sure you confirm what the booked you for !!
