Not a fan of the food. The crew was fun and knew their stuff. The experience was great. We went out on a windy night and the water was a little rough. It was too cloudy to see the sunset that night too.

I chose this tour because Captain Bruce's tour can take you to the shallowest spots, and although it was a bit pricey, I wanted to ensure a good experience. I checked the low tide times and made a reservation, but the water was up to my knees. I was disappointed. To reach the shallowest area, you have to wade through water up to your waist, so be prepared to get wet. It was unfortunate that the weather was bad and I couldn't see the views I was hoping for. That's just luck. I didn't want to get my face wet, so I skipped snorkeling, but I enjoyed stand-up paddleboarding. I felt that 30,000 yen, including tips, was expensive.

キャプテンブルースさんのツアーが一番浅い場所まで行けるとのことなので、少し値は張りますが確実を狙いたくてこちらのツアーにしました。干潮の時間を調べて予約しましたが、膝下まで水がありました。がっかり。一番浅い所に行くまでに腰まで水に浸かりながら行くので、濡れる覚悟は必要ですね。天気が悪く思っていた景色が見れず残念でした。こればっかりは運ですね。顔を濡らしたくなかったのでシュノーケリングはパスしましたが、サップをさせて頂け楽しかったです。チップ込みで30000円は高く感じました。

The air is fresh, the greenery is beautiful, and you can fully enjoy nature. The crew also entertained us with their lively guiding talk. I think it's definitely a place worth visiting.

空気がよく、緑は美しく、自然を満喫できます。クルーの方々も軽快なガイドトークで楽しませてくれました。ぜひ行くべき場所だと思います。

I didn't check the local tide chart, and the shuttle bus got caught in an accident-related traffic jam, which caused us to arrive at the port a bit late. As a result, the tide wasn't as low as I had imagined for walking on the sandbar, and the sandbar was submerged up to my knees. I was a little disappointed because I wanted to explore the sandbar. It seems that if you want to get onto the sandbar, it's best to check the tide chart and make a reservation. That said, the BBQ hamburger was exquisite. So delicious. The homemade ketchup and mayo sauce combined with the hamburger were just perfect, and it was worth eating just that. My whole family, including my kids (one girl and one boy, both in elementary school), had double burgers with double patties. The weather was bad, but we saw three sea turtles, and snorkeling in the clear ocean was amazing. My kids and I had plenty of fun just snorkeling. If the weather had been good, it would have been perfect!

現地の潮位表を確認しなかったのに加え、送迎バスも事故渋滞にはまって港に到着するのが少し遅れたこともあって、イメージしたサンドバーで砂洲の上を歩くような潮位にはならず、砂洲は膝下に水没した状態でした。砂洲を散策したかったので少し残念。砂洲にあがりたければ潮位表を確認して予約するのが良いみたい。とは言え、BBQのハンバーガーは絶品。うまい。自分で作るケチャップとマヨのソースとハンバーグがばっちりgoodでこれだけでも食べる価値有り。子供ともども家族全員パテダブルのダブルバーガーにしてもらいました。天候が悪かったけどウミガメは３匹見られたし、透明度の高い海でのシュノーケリングは最高。子供（女×１、男×１、ともに小学生）ともどもシュノーケルだけでも充分楽しめました。天気が良かったら最高だったのにな～。

Our driver did a super job of pointing out points of interest and filled us in on local history. We were picked up on time and returned on time.

I was able to see dolphins. The crew on board, including the captain, skillfully found a pod of dolphins and guided us into the water. I thought they would be further out at sea, but I was surprised to find them closer to the shore. While in the water, wearing snorkeling goggles, we were signaled to "look down!" However, rather than looking straight down, we needed to look ahead at a shallow distance to see the dolphins. During that time, some people in our group couldn't see anything and the dolphins swam away without them getting a glimpse.

While it says "you can swim with dolphins," it seems that the dolphins do not come close to you. The experience felt more like watching a pod of dolphins from the water. If you want to swim with them, I think you would have a more enjoyable time at a seaside park. Additionally, repeatedly getting in and out of the water can be a bit tough for elderly people and small children, especially since the boat isn't very large.

After the dolphin experience, we moved to another location for snorkeling. We spent about 40-50 minutes there. The crew worked hard to provide us with slides and kayaks, and we were able to see sea turtles.

Lastly, I won’t mention names, but one Japanese female crew member who was with us from the pickup was quite disappointing. She was in training, and perhaps it was her first day, as she kept saying things like "I don’t know how to say in Japanese!" and "It's super amazing!"—phrases that are not commonly used in Japanese customer service. Although she played a video with safety instructions, her conversations with senior crew members and the cameraman about her dog and husband (some of which were quite vulgar, mixing Japanese and English) were distracting, making it hard to hear the video. I also wondered about the senior male crew member who didn’t intervene.

I would have preferred if such conversations were held after the tour. It seems they assumed that the Japanese participants wouldn’t understand English, but among those who attended that day, we exchanged glances, thinking, "That person is saying something incredible..." Since most of the participants were Japanese, I wished they had shown a bit more consideration.

イルカは見る事ができました。
船長さん含む船上クルーの皆さんは、慣れた様子でイルカの群れを見つけ、私達を海に入れてリードしてくれました。沖の方にいるのかと思っていましたが、意外に沿岸部にいて驚きでした。海の中では、シュノーケルのゴーグルを付けていて、look down ! 下見て！の合図で下を見るのですが、真下というよりは、前方で、浅く遠くを見ないとイルカは見えません。そうしている間に何も見えずイルカが去ってしまい、全く見られなかった人達も同じグループには数人いました。
”イルカと一緒に泳げる”とありますが、イルカは決して寄って来てくれるわけではないようです。感覚としては、海の中からイルカの群れを見る...という感じでしょうか。一緒に泳ぐならシーサイドパークの方が確実に楽しめるかと思いました。あと何度も海に入る、船に戻るを繰り返し、船も大きいわけではないので、高齢の方や小さい子供は少し辛いかもしれません。

イルカが終わったら、次は場所を移動してシュノーケリングをします。ここで40-50分過ごしました。滑り台やカヤックを出してくださり、ウミガメを見たりとクルーの皆さんはとても頑張ってくださいました。

最後に、お名前は控えますが送迎から一緒の日本人女性クルーが、とても残念な感じでした。
研修中との事でしたが、たぶんその日が初日だったのでしょうか、説明中は、I don’t know how to say in Japanese ! や、超すごいんでぇ！などとあまり日本人の接客では使わない言葉を連発し、「注意事項のビデオを流すので、よく見てください」と流したものの狭い車内の中で、彼女は先輩クルーやカメラマンに、ご自身の犬や旦那様(一部かなり下品な内容を日本語と英語を混ぜて話されていて不快極まりないです)の話、今日これ終わったらうちに遊びに来ない？などと、積極的に話しかけ、その声が邪魔になりビデオの音声なんて聞こえませんでした。それを注意しない先輩男性クルーもどうなのか...。
そういうお話は業務中でなく、終わっかてからしていただきたかったです。ツアーに参加する日本人は全く英語がわからないと思われているのでしょうが、その日に参加した人達の中で、「あの人、すごい事話してるね...」と顔を見合わせていましたよ。日本人参加者がほとんどのツアーなのですから、もう少し配慮をしていただきたかったです。

Since it was the last day for whale watching registration, I can only say that it was disappointing to just get on the boat. I wish I had gone during the breeding season when we could have definitely seen them. It's just one word: disappointing.

I had prepared myself because someone mentioned that the whales appear small. Indeed, they seem very far away. There aren't any boats that can get close, so it can't be helped, but you can still see them properly. It's impossible to take pictures with a mobile camera because they are too far away. Even when zoomed in the most, it looks like this. Keeping that in mind, I think it's a good cruise to join.

やっぱり、すごく遠くに見えると言う感覚です。
近くに行ける船がないからしかたないですが、ちゃんと見れます。
携帯カメラでは遠すぎて撮影は無理です。
1番ズームにして撮影してもこんな感じ。
それを頭において、参加すればいいクルーズだと思います。

On this day, there was such heavy rain that even the locals were surprised, but I participated in the tour as scheduled. It was cold, but I somehow managed to enjoy myself. The barbecue was buffet-style, and both the chicken and beef were more tender and delicious than I expected.

この日は、現地の人もびっくりするくらいの大雨でしたが、ツアーには予定通り参加しました。
寒かったけど、なんとか無理やり楽しんだ感じです。
バーベキューは ビュッフェ方式で、思っていたより鶏肉も、牛肉も柔らかくて美味しかった。

This whale watching trip was the highlight of our week long vacation on Oahu! I will recommend this whale watching trip as a most do for anyone going to Hawaii! Food was excellent; the onboard naturalist was great and the boat and crew were first rate.

Unfortunately we did not see any whales - they did offer a free return trip but we did not have the time to take this offer up.

I understand it is a gamble - but the weather was very bad and windy - locals told us that when the water is that rough you tend not to see whales - maybe they should have given us option prior to boarding.

I was able to see the whale, but it felt a bit pointless because it was too small. I think it's better to be prepared for a little seasickness since it moves at a right angle to the waves.

くじらは見れましたが、小さ過ぎてあまり意味はなかったような気がします。波に直角に動くので少し酔うことは覚悟した方が良いと思います。

The sunset was the goal, but due to bad weather, we couldn't go out into the bay. I didn't have high expectations for the food, but it was not delicious at all. It felt more like just having a meal inside the boat rather than a sunset dinner cruising experience.

サンセットが目的でしたが天候悪く湾の外に出られませんでした。料理については期待はしていませんでしたが全く美味しく有りませんでした。サンセットディナークルージングでは無く舟の中で食事だけした感じです。

We couldn't see the whales due to heavy rain.

The warranty period is until the end of April.
Our family is scheduled to return the next day.

At the very least, the warranty period should be free‼️

Since I was planning to go to the North Shore in the afternoon, I chose this plan without a shuttle service. I arrived by rental car, and although there was no bench at the meeting point "Deli," the local staff were accommodating, so it wasn't a problem. I was worried about whether the tour would proceed due to the rain in the morning, but we only experienced a delay in preparation because of the rain, and we departed 15 minutes later with two boats. Everyone was Japanese, and it seemed that many participants were those who had taken the shuttle from Waikiki. Perhaps there was a Japanese-speaking guide. Despite the rain getting stronger at times, I didn't feel seasick, and we were able to see both sea turtles and manta rays. The water at Sandbar was about knee-deep, but I was very satisfied that we could land there. I didn't have high expectations for snorkeling, but there were life jackets available, so it was completely fine even if you couldn't swim. There were about 40 people swimming in lines along the coral reef, and since the time was limited and we swam the same route back and forth, it was crowded. My child was more concerned about bumping into the feet of the person in front or hitting the coral rather than looking at the fish, so it might have been better to wait on the boat. The participants were obedient to the instructions of the two Japanese female staff members, but one was kind while the other couldn't hide her condescending attitude. At the very beginning, when assigning guests to the boats, it seemed they didn't grasp the number of people who weren't participating via the shuttle bus, or perhaps their Japanese was actually limited. They acted arrogantly as if there were customers boarding without permission after exceeding the boarding limit, and after a debate about what was said, one of them yelled in Japanese, "Isn't it enough to just apologize?!" and then continued to assert herself in English towards her busy colleague, treating us as if we were completely at fault, which made for a rather strange experience in Hawaii. If there were English speakers present, that behavior wouldn't have happened. However, I have great respect for the local staff who worked hard without showing any displeasure in the rain. It seems there are no showers at the port, so I think it's better to prepare to return in wet swimsuits with towels and warm clothing. You can leave your belongings on the boat, but since there are no waterproof bags, it's also good to prepare for that.

午後にノースショアへ行く予定だったので、送迎ナシでこのプランを選びました。レンタカーで到着し、集合場所の「Deli」のベンチはなかったですが、現地のスタッフが対応してくれて問題なかったです。朝から雨で催行されるのか不安でしたが、雨で準備が遅れただけで二船で１５分後に出航しました。全員日本人で、ワイキキからの送迎による参加の方が多かったようです。もしかしたら日本語ガイド付きだったのかもしれません。ときおり強くなる雨の中、酔う事もなく、ウミガメもマンタも見られて、サンズバーは膝ぐらいでしたが、上陸出来て大満足です。シュノーケリングはあまり期待してなかったのですが、ライフジャケットがあり、泳げなくても全然大丈夫です。４０人ぐらいでサンゴ礁に沿って数列で泳ぐ形でしたし、時間も限られ往復同じ経路を泳ぐため混みこみで、前の人の足があたるか、サンゴに足が当たるかに気をとられ、魚を見るよりそちらを気にして子供は怖がっていました。船で待っていても良かったかもしれません。参加者の皆さん、素直に二人いる日本人？女性スタッフの言うことに従っておられましたが、一人は親切、一人は上からな態度が隠せないスタッフでした。最初どちらの船に客を割り振るかの時点で、送迎バスで参加していない人の人数を把握していないのか、日本語が実は不自由なのか、乗船制限を超えて割り振った挙句、勝手に乗り込んでいる客がいるかのように横柄に振る舞い、言った言わないの水かけ論の後、謝ればいいんでしょ！と日本語でわめき、その後も忙しく準備している同僚に対し英語で自己主張し、こちらに全部非があって、完全に変な客扱い・発言で、ハワイに来て違った意味で興味深い体験でした。英語圏の人がいたらあの振る舞いはないでしょうね。でも雨の中嫌な顔一つ見せず頑張っていた現地スタッフの方たちの働きには頭が下がりました。港にはシャワーがない様子なので、タオルや防寒具など濡れた水着のまま帰る準備をしておいた方が良いと思います。荷物は船に残しておけますが、防水バッグ等はないのでそちらの準備もしておくと良いです。

I arrived at the meeting place 10 minutes late due to a misunderstanding about the meeting time. Naturally, the bus had already departed, so I took a taxi. It cost about 10,000 yen, so let's make sure not to be late for the bus next time.

The locker fee allows for multiple openings and closings in one day, costing $18 (to be honest, it's expensive).

The lunch set (without drinks) had about five options and was around $10. We went to buy it around 2 PM, so it was not crowded. Although we only had about five hours, we were able to see everything and were satisfied.

There are showers and changing spaces next to the restroom.

I definitely want to participate again! It was great to see dolphins and turtles up close. The instructors were all fun, and I enjoyed the travel time as well. This became my favorite memory from my 7-day trip to Hawaii, and I want to recommend it to my friends and participate again.

After snorkeling, I had a great time playing on the slide and dancing with the staff. Everything was wonderful. The day I went was sunny, but it got a bit chilly when I was in the shade after coming out of the water. Since it was an early morning tour, I still had time to play in the ocean afterward. The photo and video sales were about 10,000 yen for one family. They also sold trainer T-shirts on the bus. Thank you to the staff for a fun half-day!

間近でイルカ 亀に会えて とても良かったです。
インストラクターの皆さんも楽しい方ばかりで移動時間も楽しめました。今回のHawaii5泊7日の中で1番の楽しい思い出になり 友達にもススメたいし 又 もう一度参加したいです。
シュノーケリング後 滑り台で遊んだりする時間
スタッフさんとダンスする時間 全部良かったです。僕が行った日は晴れていたのですが 海から上がって陰に居たら寒かったです。朝早くのツアーなので 帰ってからも海で遊ぶ時間ありました。写真・ビデオ販売が希望者には1家族で1万円程でした。トレーナー Tシャツ販売 バス内であります。楽しい半日スタッフさんありがとうございました。

Since it was April 1st, I wonder if the whale season had already passed, as I couldn't spot any. It's disappointing.
However, I was able to see parasailing from the boat, and I enjoyed lunch while cruising, so that was nice.
Lunch was a buffet style, and I made my own ham sandwich, which was delicious along with the fruit.
It would have been amazing to see even a little bit of whales; I'm really disappointed.

4月1日だったので、くじらの時期を過ぎてしまったのか、発見できませんでした。残念です。
船からパラセーリングが見られたし、クルージングしながらランチが食べられたので、まあいいかな。
ランチは、バイキング形式で、自分でハムサンドイッチを作って食べました。フルーツもあって美味しかったです。
少しでもくじら見れたら、最高だったのに、本当に残念です。

I participated with my 5-year-old and 3-year-old daughters. At first, they were a bit scared, but by the end, they were going up to touch the dolphins on their own and seemed very satisfied. We even got a photo of them kissing a dolphin, which I think made for a really memorable experience.

5歳と3歳の娘と参加しました。最初は恐る恐るでしたが、最後は自分からイルカにタッチしに行くようになり、大満足の様子でした。イルカとのキスの写真も撮れて、すごく思い出に残る経験ができたと思います。

I was worried about oversleeping with an early departure, but they even gave me a morning call. During the boat ride to where the dolphins were, our Japanese guide, Miu, and the crew were all cheerful and made it enjoyable. The dolphins swam close by, and we also got to see turtles up close!

The sea water was a bit cold, but the weather was nice, so I was able to enjoy snorkeling, the slide, and paddleboarding comfortably. The hamburger was delicious too!

I made the best memories on the last day of my stay in Hawaii. I'm really glad I participated!!!

朝早くの出発で寝坊しなかと心配でしたが、モーニングコールの電話もして頂けました。ボートに乗ってからイルカのいるところまでの移動では日本人ガイドのみうさんはじめ、クルーの方がみんな明るく盛り上げてくれ楽しめました。イルカも近くで沢山泳いでくれ、カメも近くで見れました！！
海の水は少し冷たかったけど、お天気もよかったのでシュノーケリングや滑り台やパドルも気持ちよく楽しめました。ハンバーガーも美味しかったです～
ハワイ滞在最終日で一番いい思い出ができました。参加してほんとによかったです！！！

I expected it, but I didn't see any whales at all. As others have mentioned, the air conditioning was too strong, and it was really cold. Just wearing a T-shirt feels like I might catch a cold in Hawaii. Be sure to bring something to wear over it. There was also a children's program to keep the kids entertained, but there were too few participants, so it seemed impossible for everyone to join (laughs).

予想はしてたもののホエールは一切見れませんでした。他の方も書いているとおり冷房が効き過ぎて寒すぎます。Tシャツ1枚ではハワイで風邪をひきそうです。羽織るものは必ず持参して下さい。子供を退屈させないために子供用プログラムも用意されていましたが、人数が少なすぎて全員参加はとてもムリそうでした(笑)

The weather was perfect, but we couldn't see any whales. I was happy to have announcements in Japanese after getting on the bus, but on the return trip, there was nothing, and there were no coupons or anything for the next time in case we didn't see anything. I believe they mentioned that if we didn't see anything, we would receive a ticket to board again. What will happen with that? I returned home feeling unsatisfied. It's disappointing.

お天気は最高でしたが、クジラは見ることできませんでした。
バスに乗ってから日本語での案内もあり喜んでいましたが、帰りのバスでは何もなく、また見れなかった場合の次回のクーポン？的なものも一切ありませんでした。確か見れなかった時は再度乗船できる券をくださるとあったはず。

It wasn't what I expected, and I was a bit disappointed. I felt that it wasn't worth the participation fee. The weather was bad, and it was too cold to even get into the water without shivering, so there was no way I could go snorkeling. I also couldn't see the scenery that looks so beautiful in photos.

この参加費を払って行くほどの価値はないけなと感じました。
天気が悪かったのもありますが寒すぎて海に入るのも震えながらで、とてもじゃないけどシュノーケリングできる状態ではありませんでした。写真で見るような景色もみれませんでした。

- To do the Flowrider, you need to buy a separate ticket in front of the lockers, but there are often no people around, so you might not be able to buy a ticket (however, when I happened to catch someone there, they surprisingly gave me a ticket for free).
- There are many other comments, but it's better to have lunch early (it's also good to secure a seat early, but be careful as the seats in the back are smoking areas).
- The ice cream is of poor quality, so it's better to skip it (the paper sticks to it).
- You can't slide on the Waimea Whirl (flush toilet type) and Big Kahuna without their respective special floats, which can be confusing (the one closer to the entrance is for Big Kahuna, and the one further back is for Waimea Whirl). By the way, for the Tornado, you get the float after going up.

・ダ フローライダーをやるためにはロッカー前で別途チケットを買う必要があるが、人がいないことが多くチケットが買えないことがある（でも、たまたまいた時に捕まえたら、なぜか無料でチケットをくれた）
・他にも書き込みは多いがランチは早めにとった方がいい（席も早めに押さえた方がいい、ただし奥の方の席は喫煙席になっているので注意）
・アイスはクオリティが悪いのでやめた方がいい（紙がくっついている）
・ワイメアワール（水洗トイレ系）とビックカフナはそれぞれ専用の浮き輪でないと滑れないので混乱する（入り口に近い方はビックカフナ用、奥にあるのがワイメアワール用）、ちなみにトルネードは上に上がってから浮き輪をもらう。

I participated in multiple dolphin swim tours over consecutive days, and it's no surprise that this tour is ranked number one in popularity.

At first, during the dolphin snorkeling, I ended up at the back of the group and, unfortunately, I only caught a brief glimpse of the dolphins. However, when I honestly mentioned this while confirming whether I had seen any dolphins, they offered a second try for those who wanted it. Although the dolphins didn't come very close during that attempt, I was already satisfied just to have the opportunity. To my surprise, they changed the location and gave me a few more minutes for a third try, and I was finally able to see the dolphins swimming.

I could really feel their strong belief that "if there are dolphins there, we will definitely show them to everyone."

After the activity, the cheeseburgers grilled by the captain on the boat are absolutely delicious. If you can't eat them on the spot, you can take them home, but the freshly made ones are truly tasty.

Hawaii tends to have strong winds, and the boat sways more compared to Kerama and Ishigaki Islands. Considering the time difference and climate changes, my body felt more fatigued than expected, so even those who are usually fine with motion sickness might want to take some anti-nausea medication just in case (the placebo effect shouldn't be underestimated). On the day of the tour, just over 10% of the participants experienced motion sickness.

Also, I strongly recommend bringing the items listed outside the voucher section. Personally, I think a wetsuit rental, two bath towels, a change of clothes, anti-nausea medication, water (to take the medication before boarding), and cash are essential. Since there are places where you might get splashed, it's a good idea to take precautions to keep your belongings dry.

I wrote a lot, but I had a very enjoyable and extraordinary experience. If I have the chance to participate in another dolphin swim tour, I will definitely choose this tour again.

連日複数のイルカスイムツアーに参加しましたが、ツアー人気No.1というのは当然だと思います。
はじめイルカスノーケリングでは最後尾についたため、運悪く私だけがイルカの影をちらっと見た程度だったのですが、イルカが見れたかどうかの確認で正直に話したらさらに希望者だけのセカンドトライを行ってくれました。そのときはイルカはあまり近くに来てくれなかったのですが、そこまで行っていただいただけでも満足していました。と思いきやさらにポイントを変えて私だけ数分間サードトライをしてもらい、最終的にイルカが泳ぐ姿を見ることができました。
天候の都合等もあるかと思いますが、「そこにイルカがいるなら絶対に全員に見せるんだ」という強い信念をひしひしと感じました。
運動後、船長が船上で焼いてつくるチーズバーガーは絶品です。その場で食べれない方は持って帰れますが、熱々の出来立ては本当においしいです。
ハワイは風が強く、船の揺れも慶良間や石垣島と比べて大きくなる印象です。時差や気候の違いも含めて身体が予想以上に疲れているので、船酔いに強い人も念のために酔い止めを飲まれた方がいいかもしれません（プラシーボ効果も侮れません）。当日は１割強の人が船酔いで体調を崩していました。
あとバウチャー欄外に記載のおすすめの持ち物は本当に持って行った方がいいと感じました。個人的には、ウェットスーツレンタル、バスタオル２枚、着替え、酔い止め、水（船に乗る前に酔い止めを飲むため）、現金、が必須だと思います。場所によっては水がかかるので、荷物の中身が濡れないような工夫はしておいた方がいいです。
長々と記載しましたが、とても楽しく、非日常的な時間を過ごすことができました。またイルカスイムツアーに参加する機会があるなら、間違いなくこのツアーを選びます。

I searched for Hawaii OP and decided on VELTRA after reading various reviews. From the reservation stage, I felt well taken care of, and I was glad I chose VELTRA.

The morning meeting was quite early, but they provided a wake-up call, and the staff member Miyu was very pleasant and guided us throughout the day.

As for the tour itself, all the staff provided a wonderful Hawaiian hospitality experience, which was fantastic. Of course, we were thrilled to see dolphins and honu ❤️ My husband jumped into the sea and within five minutes, he cramped up in both legs and had to signal for help, and the staff came to his rescue. They were lifesavers. The weather was perfect, but the seawater was a bit cold, and since the bus had air conditioning on the way to and from the site, I think a jacket is necessary. For lunch, snacks like pineapple and hamburgers were provided, but if you're a big eater, I recommend bringing some light snacks besides bananas. I'm really glad I participated.

朝の集合かなり早かったですがモーニングコールもしてもらい スタッフさんの未優ちゃんが とても気持ち良く 1日を案内してくれました。
肝心なツアーですが スタッフの皆さん とてもハワイアンなおもてなしで 最高でした。勿論 イルカ・ホヌも見れて感激❤️ 夫が海へ飛び込み5分で両脚がツリ すぐにリタイアサインを送り スタッフさんに助けてもらいました。命の恩人です お天気は最高に良かったですが 海水少し冷たく行き帰りのバスは冷房が効いているので上着は必要だと思います。ランチにスナック パイナップル ハンバーガーが出ますが大食いな方はバナナ以外の軽食持参した方がよろしいかと…。参加して良かったです。

The view was great, but there were no whales at the end of March. I heard that they have been decreasing recently. I received a voucher for my next visit, but it's only valid for 10 months, so I can't use it. It may not be anyone's fault, but I think it would be nice to have a little more traveler-friendly guarantees.

眺めは良かったのですが、3月末の時点でクジラはいませんでした。
最近は、減っているとの話もありました。
次回利用の券をもらいましたが、10ヶ月間のみ有効なので、使えませんね。。
誰の責任でもないかも知れませんが、もう少し、旅行者にやさしい保証があると良いと思います。

The crew was friendly. We saw whales nearly the whole time we were on board. The cocktails were tasty and the entertainment was great. We will do this again with our family. Next time, we will do the food option. The kids wanted to eat as soon as they brought out the food.

The price is high, but the satisfaction is also high, and I had a great time. The instructor spoke broken Japanese, but there were Japanese staff members who explained the flow until we got to the pool, so there were no problems at all. I was able to touch the dolphins more than I had imagined, and I think this is a rare experience. The only downside was that I had a long wait until the return time. Overall, it was a highly satisfying option!

値段は高いけど、満足感も高く、とても楽しめました。インストラクターの方はカタコトの日本語ですが、プールに行くまでは日本人スタッフで流れの説明もあり、全く問題ありませんでした。想像してたよりもイルカに触れて、こんな経験はなかなかできないと思います。
ただ一つ残念なのは帰りの時間まで長く持て余してしまいました。
トータルでは満足感の高いオプションでした！
