The weather on the day of the tour was great, and the cruise was very enjoyable as it didn't sway at all. We saw whales several times, and dolphins swam alongside the boat, creating wonderful memories. I thought the meal would be a light snack, but it was quite substantial and delicious.

ツアーの日はお天気もよく、クルーズ中も全く揺れなくてとても楽しいクルーズでした☆
クジラも何度も出てきてくれたり、イルカが船の隣りを一緒に並走してくれたり、とってもいい思い出になりました(*^^*)食事ももっと軽食かと思っていたら、ボリュームもあって、美味しかったです☆

I participated with my 5-year-old son and family.

I was worried about seasickness, but we arrived at the sandbar in about 10 to 15 minutes. During that time, we enjoyed freshly made malasadas, and by the time my son was engrossed in eating, we had reached the sandbar.

The guide staff were friendly, and we had a great time. They paid special attention to the children, engaging with them and playing together, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

We were able to take many photos at the sandbar.

We split into groups for snorkeling and playing at the sandbar, and we chose to stay at the sandbar.

During that time, we were lent floaties and paddleboards, allowing us to have fun and take many photos that captured the essence of Hawaii.

The lunch buffet was also very delicious.

This is a tour I would like to join again if I have the opportunity.

On the way back, we rode the bus in our swimsuits, but there were towels on the seats, so there was no discomfort at all.

船酔いも心配しましたが、サンドバーまで10分か15分くらいで到着。
その間出来立てのマラサダを頂いて、息子は夢中で食べてる間にサンドバー到着。

ガイドのスタッフの方も気さくで楽しく過ごせました。
子供を特に気にして頂いて、たくさん声を掛けてもらったり、一緒に遊んでもらってずーっと楽しく過ごせました。

サンドバーで写真もたくさん撮ってもらえました。

シュノーケリングするグループと、サンドバーで遊ぶグループに分かれて、私達はサンドバーに残りました。

その間、浮き輪やパドルボートなどを貸して頂いて、楽しく遊べてハワイらしい写真もたくさん撮れました。

ランチバイキングもすごく美味しかったです。

また行く機会があれば参加したいツアーです。

帰りのバスは水着のまま乗りますが、シートにはバスタオルがひかれていて、不快感はまったくなかったです。

It was my first time at the sandbar, and the guide provided thorough explanations, making it a very enjoyable experience. I was also lucky enough to swim with a sea turtle! The timing and weather weren't great, and the water was up to my thighs, so I would like to go again in the summer!

初めてのサンドバーですが、ガイドの方も色々丁寧に説明して下さりとても楽しめましたし、運良くウミガメと泳ぐこともできました！時期と天候があまりよくなく太ももあたりまで海水があったので今度は夏に行きたいと思います！

The staff also played with us, and although we didn't leave the sandy area, we had plenty of fun. The burger meat at lunch was the most delicious I had among all the food I tried in Hawaii. During snorkeling, we saw a turtle among the corals, which scared the kids, but it was an impressive experience.

スタッフの方々も一緒に遊んでくれて砂地は出て行かなくだけどたっぷり遊べました。
特にお昼のバーガーのお肉がハワイで色々食べた中で一番美味しかったです。
シュノーケリング中にもサンゴの中から亀がいて子供達は怖がってたけど感動しました。

Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy and cold on the day of the tour, which made the conditions less than ideal, but I thought the tour itself was very good. I can only imagine how much fun it would have been if it had been sunny!

Despite the weather bringing everyone's spirits down a bit, our guide Yuki's bright enthusiasm really lifted the mood. She was amazing. Looking back, I have nothing but good memories. I realized how much the experience can change depending on the staff. (The day before, on a tour with another company, both the weather and the guide were quite gloomy and terrible.)

The travel time, time to play at the sandbar, time to observe sea turtles, and time for snorkeling were all perfectly balanced, making it a tour that never got boring. I would definitely like to participate again.

The air conditioning on the bus to the destination was freezing, but the driver didn't turn it off. I hope this can be improved. On the way back, thanks to Yuki's help, it was comfortable. Thank you.

残念ながら当日は曇天で寒くて、条件は悪かったのですが、このツアー自体はとてもいいと思いました。晴れていたらどんなに楽しかったことか！
天気のせいで皆のテンションも下がり気味だったのに、ガイド役のyukiさんの明るい頑張りで、盛り上げてもらえました。すごい力量です。帰ってきてみればよい思い出ばかりです。スタッフさん次第で、ずいぶん変わるものだと思いました。（前日別の会社のツアーは、天気と一緒にガイドも曇り顔でひどかったです）
移動時間、サンドバーで遊ぶ時間、ウミガメを観察する時間、シュノーケルをする時間、どれもちょうどよく、飽きないツアーでした。また是非参加したいです。
行きのバスのエアコンが死ぬほど寒かったのに、ドライバーさんはオフにしてくれませんでした。改善してほしいです。帰りは、yukisanの口添えのおかげか快適でした。ありがとう。

It was a wonderful experience to feel close to the dolphins! The park is not very large, and the exhibits are compact, making it easy to get around. The only downside was that there were a lot of flies in the dining area, which made it difficult to enjoy our meal leisurely, but considering it as part of nature, it was a good day overall.

イルカを間近に感じられる素晴らしい体験でした！
園内もそんなに広くなく、コンパクトに展示されており、移動も簡単でした。
食事スペースにハエが多く、あまり食事をゆっくり出来なかった点だけ残念でしたが、それも自然の一部と思えば、良い１日でした。

The clouds were out, and the sea's transparency could have been a bit better, but the staff were cheerful and we had a great time. We played beach volleyball at the sandbar, and they taught us various photo poses and took lots of pictures, creating many wonderful memories! The hamburgers for lunch were very filling and delicious. My son was so satisfied that he even asked for a second helping. My daughter had an amazing experience when a sea turtle suddenly swam right in front of her while snorkeling, and I missed it, which I find quite envious. Thank you very much!

雲がでていて、海の透明度はもう少しでしたが、とにかくスタッフの皆さんが明るくて、楽しかったです。
サンドバーでビーチバレーをしたり、写真のポーズを色々教えてくれて撮ってくれて沢山の思い出をもらいました！ランチのハンバーガーは、とてもボリュームがあり美味しかったです。息子はなんとおかわりまてして大満足でした。
娘はシュノーケリングの際、突然目の前をウミガメが横切り最高だったようで、私は間に合わず羨ましい限りです。ありがとうございました！

This review is more for the Hanauma Bay. Such a beautiful place and all-around outstanding experience. I would definitely recommend a visit even if you don't plan on snorkling. I am grateful to have found this tour to take.

The cruise was very good, but I didn't know who to ask for the ticket that you receive when you don't see any whales, so I ended up not getting it.

クルーズとしてはとても良かったのですが、くじらが見れなかった時にもらえる券が誰に聞いたらもらえるのかわからず、結局もらうことができませんでした。

I had a great time. Unfortunately, it was cloudy, and I couldn't see the sunset, but I thoroughly enjoyed the food and live music. However, the air conditioning on the ship was quite strong, so it might be a good idea to bring a jacket.

残念ながら曇りで、日の入りは見ることができませんでしたが、お料理や生演奏は満喫できまきた。
ただ、船内がけっこう空調がきいていたので、上着を持参する方がいいかもしれません。

I went on a cold, rainy day, but since I was going to get wet anyway, the rain didn't bother me. However, it was a cold day, and my third-grade son had purple lips... There were quite a few thrilling attractions that both kids and adults could enjoy together. Perhaps because it was raining, we were able to play a lot without waiting in line too much.

寒い雨の日に行きましたが、どうせ濡れるので雨でも平気でした。ただ寒い日だったので、小3の息子は唇が紫になっていました…
かなりスリリングなアトラクションが多くて子どもも大人も一緒に楽しめました。
雨だったからか、それほど並ばなくてもたくさん遊べました。

On March 21, we hadn't been blessed with great weather, but this day was sunny. I couldn't contain my excitement when I saw the luxurious Star of Honolulu. We set sail! Out to Diamond Head. No whales. We desperately searched with many passengers. Unfortunately, the approximately two-hour voyage ended without sighting any. The view of Diamond Head from the sea was beautiful. I wish more information about the probability of sightings for this time of year had been provided the previous week.

3月21日、なかなかいい天気に恵まれてませんでしたが、この日は晴れました。豪華なスターオブホノルル号を見たとき胸の高鳴りを押さえられませんでした。出航！ダイヤモンドヘッド沖まで。いません。クジラいません。多くの乗船客とともに必死に探しました。むなしくも約2時間の航行終了。海からのダイヤモンドヘッドはきれいでした。この時期は前週での確率の情報をもっと提供してほしいものです。

It's all about timing when it comes to seeing whales, so I understand that. However, it was mentioned that if we couldn't see them, we could create a lei or have a ukulele experience, but we didn't do that. That's not fair ( ´∵｀) The buffet had a limited selection as well. I feel like I wasted my time...

鯨に会えるのはタイミングなので仕方ないですが、会えない時はレイの作成かウクレレ体験ができると書いてあったのに、してません。

The crew members were cheerful, and the relaxed rules on the boat and the sea were uniquely Hawaiian, which was great. I was surprised to learn that bringing bananas or banana-patterned items on board is prohibited! The reason is that they can make fishing slippery. I wonder if someone brought bananas this time, which is why we didn't see any dolphins? At the snorkeling spot, the crew searched for the best position for that day. The sea was clear, and we could see the seabed at over 25 meters. It would have been amazing to encounter dolphins... Additionally, I was excited to have a rare encounter with whales in March. There were many sea turtles while we were cruising, so it was a tour that made me feel the richness of nature. Although we didn't see any dolphins this time, I heard that next time I come to Hawaii, I can participate in the free dolphin school, so I want to try again.

船員の方が陽気で、船上や海のルールなどもハワイ独特な緩さがあってよかったです。驚いたのはボートにバナナまたバナナ柄のものを持ち込み禁止!!理由は漁が滑るからだそうです。今回、バナナを持ち込んでしまった方がいたからイルカがいなかったのかなー？シュノーケリングスポットではその日のベストポジションを船員の方が探してくれていました。当日の海は潮が澄んでいて海底25m以上は目視ができました。イルカに出会えたら最高だったのになー...また、3月では珍しい鯨との遭遇に興奮致しました。走行中にはたくさんの海ガメがいたので自然の豊かさを感じるツアーでした。今回、イルカには会えませんでしたが次回ハワイに来た時は無料でイルカ中学に参加できるとのことなのでリベンジしたいと思います。

We participated as a couple. Unfortunately, the weather was bad on the day, and it was very cold, so we couldn't stay in the sea for long. However, thanks to the staff's fun talks, we were able to have a great time. There was a beach volleyball net set up at the sandbar, and I think it would have been even more enjoyable on a warm day. We did snorkeling near the coral, and since it was shallow, we could see many fish up close. There were also families with small children participating, and the kids were able to enjoy themselves safely, so I recommend this activity for families!

夫婦２人で参加しました。当日は生憎のお天気でとても寒かった為、海にながく入っていることができませんでしたが、スタッフさんの楽しいトークのおかげでワイワイ楽しく過ごすことができました。サンドバーにはビーチバレーのネットが張ってあり、暖かい日であれば更に楽しかっただろうなぁと思います。シュノーケリングは珊瑚の近くで行い、浅かったため近くで沢山の魚をみることができました。小さいお子さんを連れた家族も参加されており、お子さんも安全に楽しめていたので家族で参加されるのもオススメです！

I couldn't see any whales, but I was picked up on time, and if you can't see them, you can receive a re-boarding ticket. However, that depends on whether there are available dates. It's all a matter of luck, so I would like to try again if possible.

クジラみれませんでしたが、時間通りにピックアップいただきましたし、見れない場合は再乗船チケットをもらえます。ただ、日程に空き日があれば、ですが。こればかりは運なので、また可能であれば挑戦したいと思います。

Unfortunately we didn’t see any whales on the cruise (the same cruise the day before saw 8 we heard from another passenger), but they gave us a voucher to return because they guarantee you will see whales. We found the crew to be fun and friendly. We appreciated the drinks and snacks. My kids and I have been boating a lot so the rough seas and rainy weather didn’t bother us, but several passengers were sick. A day on the ocean with beautiful island views, regardless of rain, is still better than a day at work or school!

It's surprisingly small, and the slides are just average. Considering the price, it's not really worth it for a full day of fun compared to Disney-class pricing. To be honest, I probably won't go again. It might be good for small children, preschoolers, and early elementary school kids, but even so, considering the distance from Waikiki, it might be better to just use the hotel pool.

意外と狭く、スライダーも普通レベル。料金から考えるとディズニークラスの料金の割には一日中遊べるかといわれるとそうでもない。
はっきり言ってもう二度と行かないだろう。
小さな子供、未就学児から小学生低学年には良いかもしれないが、それでもワイキキからの距離を考えたらホテルのプールでも良いかもしれない。

Unfortunately, there was wind on the day, and the whales did not appear at sea, which was disappointing. It was good that breakfast was included with the Viking cruise.

当日風があり、残念ながら海上にクジラは現れなかったので、がっかり。バイキングの朝食がついていたので良かった。

This was a great trip for my family! We did not get to see any dolphins but we got to see plenty of schools of fish and two sea turtles. The crew was excellent and made sure each and everyone of the guests had a great experience. Very patient with the kids and made it fun for them. Food was traditional Hawaiian meal and very good, with plenty of extra for seconds. Drinks were good too!

The weather in March was not great, with strong winds and a bit chilly. However, the whales were surprisingly active, much to the guide's amazement, and we were able to see many of them! Although it was a large cruise ship, they made precise turns and got close whenever whales appeared, which was very satisfying! I highly recommend it to anyone who is considering going.

The air conditioning inside the ship and the sea breeze on the deck were cold, so long sleeves were a must.

参加した3月はお天気もイマイチで風も強く、肌寒かったです。
しかし、ガイド？さんもびっくりする程クジラ達は活動的だったようで、たくさんのクジラを見ることができました！
大きなクルーズ船ですが、クジラが出るたび細かく方向転換したり近付いたりして頂き大満足！
迷っている方はおすすめです。

船内のクーラーやデッキの海風は寒く、長袖はマストでした。

A few years ago, I had a lot of fun, so I made a reservation to go again this time. Upon entering the park, I first thought, "Was it this narrow?" Before I knew it, I had finished playing everything, and I was wondering how to kill time until the return bus. The board lessons had almost no instruction, and everyone just rode the waves on their own. As for the all-you-can-drink option, since it's America, I guess it's unavoidable that it was mostly soda; I would have liked water to be included as an option. I feel like I might return if the prices go down or if more attractions are added.

何年か前に遊んで非常に楽しかったので、また行きたくて今回予約しました。
パークに入って、こんなに狭かったっけ？とまず思いました。
あっという間に一通り遊び終えてしまい、帰りのバスまで時間をどうやって潰そうか悩みました。
ボードのレッスンはほとんど指導なしで各自波に勝手にのるだけ。
飲み放題はアメリカだから仕方ないのか炭酸ばかりで水も選択肢に入れて欲しかったです。
値段が安くなるか、アトラクションが増えるならリピートするかなって感じです。

The weather was unfortunately cold, and I was battling the chill the whole time, but the dolphins were very smart and cute, which kept me feeling relaxed throughout. I was also able to purchase photos and videos, making for great memories.

The tide was shallow, and there were many sea turtles, which was wonderful! If the weather had been better, it might have been even more amazing! The guide and the captain were nice people, and I had a great time.

I was a bit anxious after reading reviews that mentioned not seeing whales and people getting seasick. I also had concerns about getting to the meeting point on my own, but I was able to smoothly take the bus from my hotel without any issues. I used the service on March 11.

It was a little cold, but the view of Waikiki from the sea was absolutely wonderful. I thought that even if I didn't see any whales, it would still be nice to go cruising.

Once we got out to sea, I was able to spot whale spouts and tails several times, and I even saw whales jumping and a mother and calf. It was great! I'm really glad I participated.

Also, once on the boat, they take photos of you, which are later sold for $20. I wanted the photos, but the price was too high for me to consider buying (I wish it were at least $5), and I felt bad declining. If you're not planning to buy, it might be better to skip the photos altogether.

クチコミを見たら、クジラが見れなくて残念とか船酔いしてる人がいたとか書いてあり不安でした。
集合場所にも自分で行かないと行けない不安もありましたが、ホテルから路線バスでスムーズに行く事が出来て、問題なし。
3月11日に利用しました。
少し寒かったのですが、海から見るワイキキは凄く素敵で、クジラが見れなくてもクルージングに来たと思えばいいかな。と思ってました。

沖に出るとクジラの潮吹きや尾ひれを何度か確認出来、そしてクジラのジャンプ？や親子を見る事が出来ました。良かった～～♪
参加して良かったと思いました。

あと船内に入ると写真を撮られるのですが、後で20ドルで販売されます。
写真は欲しかったのですが、値段が高くて買う気になれず(せめて5ドルとかにしてほしい)、断るのも申し訳なくなります。
買う気がない方は写真を撮らずにスルーした方がいいかもしれません。

I woke up early and took about an hour to arrive at the port.

Based on previous experiences, I was warned about seasickness, so I took motion sickness medication and was fully prepared, but it didn't help. However, the staff were all very kind, checking on me multiple times and showing concern. Even when I felt unwell, they went out of their way to help me see the dolphins.

We then discovered a pod of dolphins a little distance away. I will never forget the sight of dolphins swimming in the water; it gave me goosebumps.

After seeing the dolphins, we enjoyed various activities like paddle boarding, sliding, and kayaking. While we were playing, the delicious smell of grilled meat filled the air. The captain himself grilled the meat and treated us to cheeseburgers. Having a meal in the ocean with such a magnificent view was the best.

They also taught us hula dancing, making it a tour full of entertainment. I truly recommend it!

朝早くに起きて1時間ほどかけて ポートに到着

以前の体験談をみて船酔いに注意とありましたので酔い止め飲んで万全の体制で行きましたが ダメでした
でもそんな中でもスタッフの方はみんな何度も声かけてくれたり気に掛けてくれとても親切でした
気持ちが悪い中 海の中に入った時も 必要以上に気を配ってくれ、イルカを見せてあげようと一生懸命に手を貸してくれました

そして少し離れたところでイルカの群れを発見
水の中で泳ぐイルカの群れ 忘れられません 海の中で鳥肌が立ちました

イルカを見た後もパドルボードやスライダーやカヤックなどで色々楽しませてくれました
遊んでる最中に お肉の焼けるいい匂い
船長さん自らお肉を焼いてチーズバーガーを振舞ってくれました
壮大な景色の中海でのご飯は最高でした

その後もフラダンスを教えてくれたり エンターテイメント制満載のツアーでした
本当にオススメです

There were plenty of slides, and we ran around and rode them multiple times. Both adults and children had a great time.

Additionally, the FlowRider, which you can participate in for an extra fee, was really fun. Watching others struggle and laughing so hard was enjoyable; it’s amusing how things don’t always go as planned. This is a must-see!

The food and drinks inside are pricey, but the warm food you can eat when you're completely exhausted is delicious. I want to go again!

スライダーが豊富で走り回って何度も乗りました。大人も子供も十分楽しめた。

さらにお金を払って参加できるダ・フローライダーがとっても面白かったです。人のを見ながらお腹を抱えて笑えるほど なかなかうまく思い通りに行かないのがまた楽しい
これは必見ですよ

中の飲食は高いけど疲れ切った時に食べる温かいフードがまたうまい
また行きたいです

The weather was a bit bad and the wind was cold, but the staff were very kind and I was able to enjoy myself! The hamburger we had on the boat was delicious, and I thought it would be great to go again on a nice day. The snorkeling time was just right, and when I dove in, there were lots of fish, and I was able to swim with them, which was a wonderful experience! I wish I could have swum with a sea turtle, but I didn't happen to see one, so I want to try again next time! If I have the opportunity, I definitely want to participate again!☆

少し天気が悪く風が冷たかったですがスタッフの皆様もとても優しくて楽しめることができました！船の上でたべるハンバーガーも美味しくて次は天気が良い日にいけたら最高だな、と思いました^ ^ シュノーケルの時間もちょうど良くて潜ったらいっぱい魚がいて一緒に泳げてとてもいい時間が過ごせました！海ガメと一緒に泳げたら良かったけどたまたま会えなかったので次回また挑戦したいです！また機会がありましたら次回も絶対に参加したいです！☆

I participated in a monitor tour with my child. We entered the park and had the lunch shown in the photo right away before the restaurants got crowded (there were over 20 people in line by after 12:00).

Many of the slides use large, dedicated inflatable rings, which provide an incredible thrill. The tornado slide in the photo is especially amazing and offers a sensation that can't be experienced in Japan, so I highly recommend it.

The coin lockers have buttons with Japanese labels, so you can use them with peace of mind. The showers in the changing rooms only had cold water, but the restrooms, including the makeup area, were spacious, clean, and comfortable.

You can buy ice cream, snacks, and drinks at the shops in the park, so if the restaurants are crowded, it might be a good idea to use these options. It wasn't too crowded, so we were able to relax and enjoy our time. The transportation was smooth and reassuring, so I would like to participate again.

子どもと共にモニターツアーで参加させて頂きました。パーク内の飲食店が混雑する前に入場してすぐに写真のランチを頂きました。(12時過ぎには20人以上並んでいました。)
スライダーは大型の専用浮き輪を使用するものが多く、ものすごい迫力で楽しめます。特に写真にあるトルネードが最高で、日本では味わえない感覚なのでオススメです。
コインロッカーは日本語表記ボタンがあるので、安心して使用出来ます。
更衣室のシャワーは水のみでしたが、化粧室も含めて広くて綺麗で快適でした。
園内の売店でアイスクリームやスナック菓子、ドリンク類が購入出来ますので、飲食店が混んでいたらこちらを利用するのもよいかと思います。
余り混雑していなかったので、のんびり過ごす事が出来ました。送迎もスムーズで安心出来たので、また参加したいです。

The attractions were fantastic, and even adults could feel the thrill! My kids, in second and fifth grade, had a blast, and I ended up with muscle pain the next day (laughs). I had a set of a hamburger and a frankfurter, and it was delicious (*´∀｀*). The portion sizes were similar to those in Japan, not American-sized, but the fries were plentiful. It was a satisfying amount!

アトラクションが充実してて、大人でも迫力を感じるものばかりでした！
小2と小5の子供も大はしゃぎで、私は次の日に筋肉痛に襲われるほど(笑)
ハンバーガーとフランクフルトのセットを食べましたが、美味しかったです(*´∀｀*)ボリュームは、アメリカンサイズではなく日本と同じくらいのサイズで、添えのポテトのみ多かったです。充分満足できる量でした！
