This was my first tour in Oahu, and I was very satisfied as it exceeded my expectations. I live in the United States and participated with my parents who came from Japan. The local staff was very friendly and kind, and surprisingly, the lunch that I didn't expect much from was actually quite delicious. I think the tour's content, including the time management, was very good. Regarding the pick-up option, it couldn't be arranged as initially hoped due to construction, but they responded sincerely, so in the end, I am satisfied. I might participate again!

オアフでのツアーは初めてでしたが、期待以上の内容でとても満足しました。私自身はアメリカ在住で、日本から来た両親を連れての参加でした。現地スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でしたし、実は期待していなかったランチも普通に美味しかったです。ツアーの内容は、時間配分も含めて、とてもよかったと思います。送迎オプションに関して、工事などの都合で最初の希望通りにはできませんでしたが、誠実に対応して頂けたので、結果的には満足しています。ひょっとしたら、また参加するかもしれません！

The tour started at 3 PM. There is a restaurant next to the meeting place for the tour on the beach at Hilton Hawaiian Village, so we took our time having lunch there before joining the tour.

I had some concerns because I heard there was bad weather until the day before, and it was an afternoon tour, but those worries were unnecessary as we were able to see a lot of fish.

午後3時からのツアーでした。
ヒルトンハワイアンビレッジのビーチ内、ツアー集合場所横にレストランがあるので、そこでゆっくり昼食をとってから参加しました。

前日まで荒天だったと聞くし、午後のツアーだし、と少し心配していましたが、そんな心配は無用で、たくさんの魚たちに会うことができました。

Shortly after setting sail, we were able to see two shadows, and the journey continued alongside a mother and her calf. It was a tour where we shared the excitement with the crew while watching their backs, dorsal fins, and occasionally seeing them spout water.

The crew and captain's announcements were in English, but perhaps because there were many Japanese participants, they used simple words. We were also able to view specimens of vertebrae and some simple research materials, and they provided explanations while we looked at them.

Although the weather in the Waikiki area was unfortunate, we were not caught in the rain while at sea and were able to enjoy a relaxing time while watching a beautiful rainbow.

出航してまもなく、２つの影を見ることができ、そのまま親子二頭に付き添う航海でした。
背中、尾びれ、たまに潮吹きを見守りながらクルーさんと感動を分かち合う、そんなツアーでした。

クルー、船長さんのアナウンスは英語ですが、日本人の多いツアーだからか、簡単な単語を使ってくれます。
背骨の標本や、簡単な研究資料なども閲覧可能で、見ていると説明もしてくださいました。

ワイキキエリアはあいにくのお天気でしたが、海上で雨に降られることもなく、綺麗な虹を見ながらのんびりした時間を過ごすことができました。

I participated based on the information that whales are still migrating in March. But in the end, it was just a brief glimpse of something far away, and I couldn't tell if it was really a whale or not. We weren't given any re-boarding tickets either. Hmm, is this how it usually is...? I've heard rumors that they haven't been seen at all for the past two weeks. I wish they had canceled it then... The wind was also too strong, and it wasn't pleasant at all. I won't be doing this again!

3月は鯨がまだ回遊しているという情報をもとに参加。　でも結局ほんとに遠くにチラッと見えたか見えないかで終了。　再乗船券も配られず。う〜ん　こんなもんなんですかねぇ〜。。。　風の噂にここ２週間ぐらい全然見えないと言う事。　なら中止して欲しかった。。。　風もあまりに強く気持ちよかったわけでもなく。　再度はないですね！

The children participated. My youngest daughter, who is 8 years old, later said it was an event to take pictures with dolphins. It certainly seemed like a photo session; they did swim with the dolphins, but after swimming about 5 meters just for the sake of taking pictures, it was over. It felt more like an event just to press the shutter...

However, the photos turned out very well and became a great keepsake.

I participated in the sandbar turtle watching and snorkeling tour. The turtle watching was fun as we saw many turtles popping their heads up from the boat. We swam in a line for snorkeling, and it seems that the group that swam ahead saw a lot of fish, but we followed behind and it seemed that the fish escaped because of our snorkeling fins, so we couldn't find any...

The snacks were delicious.

シュノーケリングが列になって泳ぐのですが
最初に泳いでた仲間はたくさん魚がみられてよかったみたいですが
そのあとに続いた私たちはシュノーケリングのフィンで魚が逃げたらしく
一匹も見つけられず、、、

I had a wonderful time in Hawaii for the first time! The sandbar was beautiful, and I swam with turtles and fish, took lots of photos, and had a really fulfilling experience with a guide who spoke Japanese!

初めてのハワイでとっても楽しい時間が過ごせました！
サンドバーもとっても綺麗で亀や魚たちと泳いだり
たくさん写真を撮ったり、日本語でガイドをしてもらったり本当に充実しました！！

The ride was very calm and nice weather. The whales consisted of a baby and its mother which we only saw once. We were in only 45 foot deep water. That is not deep enough for the whales. It was a bust.

I was able to enjoy a beautiful sunset overlooking the hotels and beaches of Waikiki, as well as Diamond Head.

Since it had rained earlier, there was a rainbow, and I was lucky enough to see a whale spouting water, making for a fulfilling time.

ワイキキのホテルやビーチ、ダイアモンドヘッドを一望でき綺麗な夕日を楽しむことができました。

雨が降った後だったので虹が出ていたり
運良くクジラの潮吹きも見れたりと充実した時間を過ごすことができました。

I think there are various activities that keep things interesting. The staff was friendly, and it was a fun day. I definitely recommend it!

I couldn't understand Japanese, and all the explanations were in English. I was helped by a Japanese woman named Chiyo, who explained everything politely, but it might be boring for those who don't understand English.

It seems that gel nails are not allowed for the swimming course, and there are no gloves available for rent. I was told to tear them off with pliers. I was surprised!

You can get one photo, but you can't choose your favorite one. There's a possibility that you'll end up with a photo where you look unattractive. Well, it's free, so I guess it can't be helped.

The activity itself only involves swimming about 20 meters twice, so I felt a bit unsatisfied because I thought I would be able to swim a lot based on the photos. I thought $200 was expensive for this, but the dolphins were cute and amazing!

日本語通じなくて、説明も全て英語。
チヨさんという日本の女性が丁寧に説明していただいて助かりましたが、英語わからない人にはつまらないかも？
一緒に泳ぐコースはジェルネイル不可でグローブも貸出無しだそうです。ペンチでちぎりとれと言われました。びっくり！
写真1枚もらえるけど好きな写真は選べません。
不細工に映った写真をもらうことになる可能性もあります。まぁ無料だから仕方ないですが。
アクティビティ自体も20mくらいを2度泳ぐのみなので写真を見てたくさん泳げると思っていたので、物足りなく感じました！これで$200は高いと思いましたがイルカは可愛くて最高でした。

We were able to enter before the usual opening time and touch the dolphins. It was a bit cold for the season, and the kids were shivering a little in the pool first thing in the morning, but it seems they really enjoyed touching the dolphins. Additionally, there were plenty of interactions, such as touching turtles, feeding fish, and feeding birds, which made for a fun experience.

通常の開園前に入場して、イルカタッチできました。
時期的に少し寒く、朝一番のプールで子供たちは少し震えてしまっていましたが、イルカタッチ自体はとても楽しかったようです。
そのほかにも亀にタッチできたり、魚に餌をあげたり、鳥に餌をあげたりとふれあいが盛りだくさんで、楽しんでいました。

I participated with my girlfriend as a graduation trip. The food was delicious, and the pineapple, in particular, was exquisite. We took photos before boarding, and I was very satisfied with the service that offered data for around 1000 yen during the cruise! When I visit Hawaii again, I definitely want to participate again.

I made a mistake with the meeting place, but they came to pick me up from the wrong location. It was really helpful. Thank you very much. The tour afterwards was also a lot of fun. The hamburger for lunch was delicious, and I was completely full!

集合場所を間違えてしまったのですが、間違えてしまったところまで迎えに来てくれました。本当に助かりました。ありがとうございました。その後のツアーもとても楽しかったです。お昼のハンバーガーも美味しくてお腹一杯になりました！

It was really cold!!
But it was so much fun that I didn't care about that at all!
The sandbar was beautiful, and it was my first time snorkeling, but I had a great time!
I saw a lot of coral and sea turtles, and I even fed some fish; it was a valuable experience!

I was skeptical about whether I would be able to see whales, but I was able to see a mother and baby whale beautifully. It was truly amazing. There was also an announcement in Japanese on the boat. The boat was clean and nice as well. It became a wonderful memory.

クジラを観れるかどうか半信半疑でしたが、見事に親子のクジラを観ることができました。ほんとに最高でした。船上では日本語のアナウンスもありました。船も綺麗で良かったです。
良い思い出になりました。

I participated with my one-and-a-half-year-old child.
We clapped our hands in joy, so it was a really great experience!
My child was hesitant to touch the dolphins, but we had fun.
It seems there were two people who could speak Japanese; one of them explained things right after we entered, and their Japanese was fluent.
When we interacted with the dolphins, the person explaining was a bit hesitant in their speech, but I understood most of what they wanted to say!
It's small, so you can look around quickly.
The dolphin show was also great.

1人は、入園してすぐ説明してくれて
カタコトじゃなかったです。
イルカと触れ合う時、説明してる人がカタコトだったんですけど、大体言いたいことはわかりました！
狭いのであっという間に見て回れます。
イルカショーもよかったです。

With excitement in our hearts, we boarded the luxurious cruise ship "Star of Honolulu." We chose the "no meal option," but since the gathering was early in the morning, many people were enjoying a buffet breakfast on board.

As we cruised off the coast of Waikiki, we spotted about three whales, but we could mostly see just their backs. Just when we were about to give up, we finally witnessed a blow (spouting) scene, which brought us a sense of relief.

　期待に胸膨らませながら豪華クルーズ船「スターオブホノルル号」に乗船。
我々は「食事なしコース」を選択しましたが、集合が早朝だったので船内でブッフェ形式の朝食を摂っている人たちも多くいました。
　ワイキキ沖合をクルーズしていると、３頭ほど鯨が見られましたがほとんどが背中の部分のみ、諦めかけていた時ついにブロー(潮吹き)シーンが見られ、まあ何とか安堵の気持ちになりました。

We participated in the Mini Dolphin Encounter with my 6-year-old child and my husband. I was prepared for the English explanation after seeing other people's comments, but perhaps due to the rainy season and the chilly weather, there were only the three of us. At the reception, they asked if we preferred the explanation in English or Japanese, and to my pleasant surprise, we received the entire explanation in Japanese (there was a trainer who spoke Japanese). Thanks to the kind trainer, my child was initially scared but ended up enjoying it, and I was glad we participated. Even though I didn't join in, I was very satisfied because I could watch closely from the side of the lagoon!

6才の子供と主人二人でミニ・ドルフィン・エンカウンターに参加しました。 他の方のコメントを見て英語の説明を覚悟してましたが 雨季で肌寒かったせいか参加は二人だけ。 受付で説明は英語と日本語どちらがいいですか？と聞かれ、嬉しい誤算で終始日本語の説明受けられました。(日本語話せるトレーナーいました) 子供も優しいトレーナーのおかげで初めは怖がってましたが最後は楽しんでる姿見て参加して良かったです。 参加しなかった私もラグーン脇から間近で見る事が出来たので大満足です！

Seeing the sandbar was absolutely breathtaking!! The weather was perfect. We also went snorkeling after and saw so many turtles swimming in the water. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone! The staff were all very nice and helpful and pick up was on time.

From the pickup to the end, there were plenty of Japanese people, and I could communicate in Japanese, so I felt secure participating from start to finish. And above all, the food was delicious, which surprised me! Time flew by. Of course, the sandbar was exceptional; being an established place, the quality of the tour was very high!

送迎から日本人だらけで日本語も通じるし、最初から最後まで安心して参加できました。そして何よりご飯が美味しくてびっくり！！あっという間に時間が過ぎました。もちろんサンドバー は格別、老舗なだけあり、ツアーの完成度がとても高かったです！

On February 9th, our family of seven participated. We chose the option with transportation, and the pickup was smooth. Upon arrival, we boarded the boat and immediately had breakfast, which included scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, watermelon, pineapple, and drinks of coffee and orange juice—please refer to the photos. After breakfast, we enjoyed about an hour and a half of cruising. The weather was great that day, and we had a wonderful view of the streets of Hawaii and Diamond Head. As for the whales, we saw them very well. At first, there was one, and later on, two came to visit us, and we could see their tails clearly. I believe everyone who participated that day had the best smiles. I read in other reviews that some people experienced seasickness, but since it’s nature, I think it can’t be helped. We were lucky to have a calm sea cruise under clear skies, so we didn’t get seasick. This event was suggested by my wife, and I truly think it was a great decision to go. Thank you very much to all the staff for providing us with such a wonderful experience and memories of our trip.

2月9日に家族7名で参加しました。送迎付きを選択しましたが、スムーズにピックアップしてもらいました。到着し船に乗りすぐに朝食でしたが、スクランブルエッグ、ウィンナー、パン、スイカやパイナップル、飲み物はコーヒーとオレンジジュースで、写真を参考にして下さい。朝食後、約一時間半のクルージングでしたが、当日は天気も良く、ハワイの街並み、ダイアモンドヘッドも良く見え素晴らしいものでした。あと、肝心のクジラですが、本当に良く見えました。最初は一頭、最後の方には二頭がやって来てくれ、いずれも尻尾が良く見え、当日、参加した人全員が最高の笑顔だったと思います。他の人の口コミで船酔いをしたとの書き込みがありましたが、自然相手のことですので仕方ないのではないかと思います。私達は晴天の中で静かな海のクルージングでしたので、船酔いをしなかったのは、本当に幸運でした。今回のイベントは妻の提案で行くことになりましたが、行って本当に良かったと思います。スタッフの皆さん、旅の思い出として、とても良い経験をさせていただき本当にありがとうございました。

With a large group of 60 to 80 Japanese tourists, there were about 40 people on each boat, making it a bit cramped inside. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy with occasional rain, but the crew was very cheerful and energetic, which made it enjoyable. I hope to participate again when the weather is sunny.

日本人の観光客60～80名での大移動で、船1隻辺り40名いたので、船の中では身動きが取りづらかったです。天候もあいにくの曇り時々雨でしたが、クルーの方達がとても明るく元気に盛り上げてくれたので楽しかったです。今度は晴れているときに参加できたら良いなと思います。

I participated alone. I was able to hike while feeling the power of nature in Oahu. I took many deep breaths and enjoyed the forest bathing.
Along the way, there were explanations about the trees, and I was able to take pictures at photo spots, making it a fun experience like a field trip.
The guide, Shanti, was very cheerful, and her explanations were easy to understand, which was great.
The lunch bento was delicious and made with gentle ingredients for the body.
The hike healed my body and mind, and the bento satisfied my stomach.

一人で参加しました。オアフの自然のパワーを身体に感じながら、ハイキング出来ました。沢山深呼吸をして森林浴を楽しみました。
途中、樹についての説明あり、また写真スポットで撮影してもらえたり、遠足のような楽しい時間でした。
ガイドのシャンティさん、とても明るく、説明も分かりやすく、良かったです。
昼食の弁当も美味しく、また身体に優しい素材で作られていました。
ハイキングで身体と心が癒され、弁当で胃が満たされました。

I actually wanted to go to Maui, but since I didn't have the time or money, I looked for tours on Oahu. I chose this tour on a whim, thinking that a smaller boat might allow for closer views than a larger one. Plus, it was a bit pricey for a morning tour to ensure I could board again if I didn't see anything. The hotel pickup was on time. I was unsure whether to wear flip-flops or shoes, but since I could leave my shoes before boarding, either option worked.

I thought we would go further out, but we only went to a point where we could see the hotels along Waikiki Beach, heading towards Diamond Head. After a while, I spotted the dorsal fin of a baby whale in the distance, and I was thrilled to see it raise its tail and dive! We stopped there and waited for it to resurface, but it never showed itself again.

We went a bit further but still didn't see any more whales, so we turned around to head back. On the way there and back, we saw a pod of dolphins swimming close enough to capture on camera. However, I was a bit disappointed that I didn't see more whales. I wondered if the larger, famous boat we passed had gone further or if the afternoon tour would have been better. I can't say for sure if my choice was the right one.

I want to feel satisfied that I saw at least one whale, but I can't shake the feeling that if we had gone further, we might have seen more. So, that's why I gave this rating. Well, I guess it's just the nature of wildlife (laughs).

本当はマウイに行きたかったけれど時間もお金も無いのでオアフ島でツアー探しました。
大きな船よりは小さいほうが至近距離で見れることもあるかと一か八かこのツアーにしました。
しかも見れなかった時に最乗船出来るように少々高い午前中のツアー。
ホテルへのお迎えも時間どおり。
ビーサンで行くか靴で行くか迷ったけど靴は乗船前に預かってもらえたからどちらでも。
もっと沖に行くのかと思いきや、ワイキキビーチのホテル群が見えるくらいの所をダイヤモンドヘッド方向に。
しばらくしたらやや遠くに子クジラの背鰭が見えて尾びれを上げて潜る所は見れて大興奮！
そこで停船し再浮上待つもその後姿を見せることはなく。
また少し先に行くも再びクジラを見ることはなく方向転換して帰路へ。
行きと帰りにイルカの群れが至近距離を泳ぐ姿はカメラにも納められるくらいの時間で見れました。
が、もうちょっとクジラを見れてれば、と思ってたので少しがっかり。
すれ違った大型の有名な船はもっと先まで行っていたのであちらのが良かったのか、はたまた午後のが良かったのか、と色々後悔とまではいかないけれど自分の選択が正解かどうかがわからない。
クジラが一回でも見れたから良しとしたいところですがあの一回が無ければもっと先に探しに行って貰えてもっと見れたのでは、などとのもやもやは消えず。なのでこの評価です。
まあ生き物なので仕方ないかな(笑)

The jungle tour and the movie location tour were a lot of fun. My son was thrilled to visit the filming location of his favorite, Jurassic World! On the way back from the jungle tour, an American behind us shouted "more fast!" and the jeep felt like a roller coaster, which got everyone super excited! Due to time constraints, we couldn't join other tours, so I'm planning to go again next time.

息子は大好きなジュラシックワールドのロケ地に興奮！
ジャングルツアーでひと通り見学した帰り道、後ろのアメリカ人がmore fast!と叫び、ジープはまるでジェットコースター状態でみんなで吹っ飛ばさそうになり、これまた大興奮！
時間の関係上、他のツアーに参加出来なかったので次回も行こうと思っています。

I was glad to see many whales, but I thought I would be able to see them a bit closer. Overall, I am satisfied.

たくさんクジラが見れたので良かったのですが、もう少し近くで見られると思ってました。

Even as adults, we were screaming with excitement, and it was so much fun!
We returned to our childhood and spent the time sliding around with the kids, and before we knew it, time flew by.
I definitely want to go again!

I gifted this restaurant to my brothers, and everyone had wonderful smiles. I decided on this place and communicated it on the day of departure, but VELTRA is a reliable company, so it was perfect for a surprise.
