We participated as a family of four, including our grandchild. Our grandchild was thrilled feeding the turtles and little birds. The birds even perched on our shoulders and heads, which was enjoyable. The dolphin show was also great. The staff was friendly.

家族孫入れて4人で参加。孫はカメや小鳥の餌やり等で大はしゃぎしてました。
小鳥は肩や頭に止まったりしたので楽しめました。イルカショーも良かったです。
スタッフはフレンドリーでした。

It was a tour where I could do everything I wanted at once: exploring sandbars, observing sea turtles, and snorkeling. The staff was friendly and accommodating in both English and Japanese, which made me feel very secure. Meals and drinks were included, and I could also experience the atmosphere of international cuisine.

サンドバー散策、うみがめ観察、シュノーケルとやりたいことが一度でできるツアーでした。スタッフも親切で英語も日本語にも対応しているのでとても安心です。食事や飲み物も含まれていて海外の食事の雰囲気も感じられます

The staff was very cheerful and kind. However, the size of the snorkeling set did not fit at all, and also, this might be unavoidable, but I was confused by how deep the tide was, more than I had imagined. If I could have received a briefing on snorkeling or the tide conditions the day before or just before departure, I might have been better prepared mentally...

スタッフの方はとっても明るくて親切にしてくださいました。
ただ、シュノーケルセットの大きさがまったく合わなかったのと、あと、これは仕方がないかもしれませんが、想像以上に潮が深くて、困惑しました。
前日直前や出発前の事前に、シュノーケルのレクチャーとか、潮の状況とか、きかせてもらえたら、心の準備ができたかも…

Tour consists of sandbar and coral reef with amazing burger lunch in-between. All gears for snorkeling were provided as well

Meeting at 5:40 AM before sunrise is indeed early, but we were still among the fourth or fifth group to enter the site. We rented a paid option for a parasol and chair set, which I highly recommend due to the strong sunlight. In the morning, there are relatively fewer people, making it enjoyable. Around 10 AM, we had an incredibly lucky surprise when a monk seal suddenly came up on the beach to rest, just about 10 meters from our base. My grandchild had been talking about wanting to see one since before coming to Hawaii, so it was great that we could make that happen by chance. There is a law requiring a distance of over 15 meters from monk seals, so it’s also a good memory that our base had to be moved quickly.

日の出前の５時４０分集合はさすがに早いが、それでも現地では４組〜５組めの入場グループでした。有料OPでパラソル・チェアセットをレンタルしましたが、日差しが強いのでぜひお勧めします。午前中はヒトも比較的少なく楽しめます。１０時頃に私たちのベース基地から１０ｍくらいの場所に突然にモンクシールが砂浜にあがってきて休憩するという超ラッキーサプライズに出会えました。一緒の孫がハワイに来る前から会いたいと話していたので、偶然にも叶えてあげられてよかったです。モンクシールには１５ｍ以上距離を取らなければいけない法律があるので、我々のベース基地は速攻移動させられたのもいい思い出です。

The sandbar is located inside the bay, so the waves were very calm. I usually get seasick, but this time I was fine. We saw turtles from the boat, and finally, we went snorkeling around the coral reef.

サンドバーが湾内なので波がとても穏やかでした。船酔いしやすい方ですが、今回は大丈夫でした。亀は船の上から見て、最後に珊瑚礁の周りをシュノーケリングしました。

The tour at Kualoa Ranch was amazing! The views were absolutely breathtaking, everything was very well organized, and the guide shared lots of interesting stories that made the experience even more special. Definitely worth it!

It took about 30 minutes to arrive from Waikiki by rental car.
We had a great time as a family of four (two adults and two elementary school children) from 10:30 to 14:30 as follows:

Both adults and children were very satisfied and unanimously agreed to "come again."

I went there again this time because I had a great time about 10 years ago! The water slides had about a 15-minute wait for each, and I had more than enough fun for about 5 hours! The UV rays are stronger than in Waikiki, so while it's not cold, sunscreen is a must! Although outside food is not allowed, the food options are expensive and not that great, so it's better not to have high expectations in that regard.

10年くらい前に一度行って楽しかったので、今回も行きました！ウォータースライダーは全て15分待ち程度で、約5時間でしたが十分過ぎるほど楽しめました！
ワイキキよりも紫外線が強いので、寒くないですが日焼け止めは必須です！飲食類持ち込み禁止なのにフードは高くて大したものがないので、そこは期待しない方がいいです。

I had to wait quite a bit because some people didn't arrive on time as we were going around the hotels. The shuttle service was included, and there was an explanation at the entrance, along with assistance on how to use the lockers. I thought the stay would be short, but since it wasn't too crowded, I was able to enjoy the slides a lot and was satisfied.

ホテルを順に回るので時間に来ない人がいてだいぶ待たされた。
送迎付き、入り口で説明があり、ロッカーの利用方法なども一緒にきてやってくれる。
滞在時間は短いかなと思ったけど、そこまで混んでなかったのでスライダーもかなり利用できて満足です。

I took the shuttle bus from the Sheraton Hotel. The seats were unreserved and the air conditioning was quite strong. When we got off the bus, only the Japanese participants were called and given an explanation of the itinerary in Japanese. The tour itself was explained only in English, but the atmosphere was enjoyable.

シェラトンホテルから送迎バスで向かいました。車内は自由席でエアコンは冷房強め。
バスを降りると日本人だけ呼ばれて日本語で行程などの説明があります。ツアー自体は英語の説明のみでしたが、雰囲気は楽しかったです。

The participants in the tour were mostly young people and families, and as a senior couple, we felt a bit out of place at first. However, driven by our long-held dream of swimming with the honu, we decided to join the tour.

Our experience was amazing! We were truly able to swim next to the honu. There were also various fish of all sizes nearby, allowing us to have the experience we had always dreamed of.

We also tried stand-up paddleboarding. I fell into the ocean several times, but it was fun, and while laughing, I managed to stand up eventually.

The staff engaged with each participant, and we had a really enjoyable time. I'm so glad we took the plunge and participated!

一緒のツアーに参加された方は、予想通り若い方たちや家族連れの方がほとんどで、シニア夫婦の私たちはちょっと気後れするかなと思っていたのですが、長年の夢だったホヌと一緒に泳ぎたいという思いから、思い切って参加してみました。
感想　最高でした！
本当にホヌの隣で泳ぐことができました。ほかにも大小さまざまな魚たちも近くにいて、あこがれていた体験ができました。
SUPにも挑戦しました。何度も海に落ちましたが、それも楽しく、あははと笑っているうちに何とか立つことができるようにはなりました。
スタッフの方からの参加者それぞれへの声掛けもあり、本当に楽しい時間を過ごせました。
思い切って参加して本当に良かったです。

As soon as the bus arrived, we were the first to enter, so we had our pick of beach chairs. I wished that on days when the park closes late, the return bus would also be later. Since it departs at 3 PM, we had to cut down on our lunch time, which felt too short for my kids who love the pool.

バス到着後すぐ、そのまま一番ノリで入場だったので、ビーチチェアも選び放題でした。
閉園時間が遅い日は帰りのバスも遅ければいいのになと思いました。15時発なのでお昼食べる時間を削り、プール大好きな子供にとってはあっという間でした。

It was difficult for me to make a reservation for Hanauma Bay on my own due to scheduling issues, so I took advantage of this plan that allowed me to have a reservation and enjoy my time at Hanauma Bay freely. I was anxious about my English speaking skills, but there was a guidance sheet in Japanese, and the driver was able to understand our limited English, which made communication enjoyable. The entrance fee was collected by the driver, and a participant from an English-speaking country paid for everyone.

Since it was my first time snorkeling, I borrowed a life jacket. In the early morning, it was a bit chilly, so the life jacket helped keep me warm and was also useful for snorkeling. Even in shallow areas, I could see fish swimming, including the humuhumunukunukuapua'a! I would like to request this again if the opportunity arises. Thank you very much.

自力でハナウマ湾の入場予約を取るには日程の都合で難しく、予約を取っていただける＋自由にハナウマ湾で遊べるこちらのプランを利用させていただきました。
英語のスピーキングに自信がなく不安でしたが、日本語での案内シートがありドライバーの方も私達の拙い英語の意味を汲み取ってくださり楽しくコミュニケーションが取れました。入場料金はドライバーさんが集め参加者の中にいた英語圏の方がまとめて支払ってくださいました。

初のシュノーケリングだったのでライフジャケットも借りました。早朝だと少し肌寒いくらいなのでライフジャケットが防寒になり、シュノーケリングの助けにもなり役立ちました。浅いところでもお魚が泳いでいてフムフムヌクヌクアプアアも見られました！
また機会があればお願いしたいと思います。

I was expecting a jungle tour, but it was just a simple jeep exploration of the jungle. I had hoped for a course that included locations from Jurassic World, but I couldn't make a reservation, so I reluctantly booked this tour, which turned out to be quite boring.

期待していましたジャングルツアーではなく、単純なジッープでのジャングルの探検でした。
ジュラシックワールドのロケ地が入ったコースを希望していましたが、予約がとれずに、やむなく、このツアーに予約しましたが、たいくつなツアーでした。

I may not have confirmed everything in advance, but it was quite physically demanding. It's been years since I last went to the ocean. How many times have I gone snorkeling in my life? Given the situation, it's my own fault, but it was tough for someone in their 50s who isn't confident in their physical strength.

It seems that about half of the people were able to see the dolphins. With so many people, if you jump in later, the chances of seeing them decrease. If you're a good swimmer, you might be fine. My child and I weren't able to see them. My husband managed to see them, but he said it wasn't really swimming with the dolphins.

There weren't any impressive fish while snorkeling either. We didn't get to see any sea turtles. It's nature, so it can't be helped.

I've written mostly negative things, but the staff were really wonderful and their dedication was evident. That was a saving grace. Thank you very much.

体力的にかなりきつかったです。
海に行くのも何年ぶりかしら？
シュノーケリングなんて人生で何回目？
なんて状況でしたので自業自得ですが…
体力に自信の無い５０代には厳しかったです🤣

イルカは半分くらいの人は見れたみたいです。
人数が多過ぎて後の方に飛び込むと
見れる可能性は低くなると思います。
泳ぎが得意な人なら大丈夫かもしれません。
私と子どもは見れませんでした😭
主人はかろうじて見れたそうですが、
イルカと泳ぐ、ではないと言ってました。

シュノーケリングも感動する程の魚はいませんでした。
海ガメにも会えませんでした。
自然相手なので仕方ないですね。

悪い事ばかり書いてしまいましたが、
スタッフさんは本当に良い方達で
一生懸命なのが伝わりました。
それが救いでした。

Una valle splendida circondata da due lati da montagne a picco. Abbiamo fatto il circuito movie e sembrava di vivere all'interno di un film . Prima fra tutti i film jurassici.
Nessun problema con i biglietti, tutto ben organizzato e facilmente fruibile.

I participated about three years ago, and it was so great that I decided to join again this time. The staff were truly kind and friendly. There were also Japanese staff members who provided attentive support, so I think even those who are not used to it can participate with confidence.

This time, my family of three joined, and during snorkeling, the staff warmly watched over my slow-swimming daughter and even pointed out where the sea turtles were. Thanks to being able to see the sea turtles up close, my daughter, who is not very good at swimming, seems to have developed an interest in snorkeling.

If I have the opportunity to go again, I would like to participate next time as well.

3年ほど前にも参加したのですが、とても良かったので今回も利用させていだだきました。
スタッフの方は本当に親切でフレンドリー。日本人スタッフの方もいて、きめ細かい対応をしてくれるので、慣れない方でも安心して参加できると思います。
今回も家族3人で参加しましたが、シュノーケリングの時、泳ぎの遅い娘を温かく見守っていただいたうえ、ウミガメの居場所も教えていただきました。間近でウミガメを見ることができたおかげで、あまり泳ぎの得意ではない娘も、シュノーケリングに興味を持ってくれたようです。
また行く機会後あれば、次回も参加したいと思います。

Transportation and vessel operation were good. Food service and food need improvement. Service was very slow. Food was not served even remotely hot. Our steaks were so rare as to be inedible. A different dessert should be offered as the the one being served has very little taste. The food was a real disappointment.

This was my first time going dolphin watching, and I had a lot of anxiety, but the dolphins came closer than I expected, and the crew shared various stories about Hawaii, which made for a fun time. During snorkeling, the crew was very accommodating to our pace and preferences, which I greatly appreciated. If I have the opportunity to come to Hawaii again, I would like to consider participating in other tours offered by Dolphin University. Thank you very much.

今回初めてのイルカウォッチングで不安も大きかったですが、思っていたよりも近くにイルカたちが来てくれたり、ハワイのことについてクルーの方たちが色々とお話ししてくださったりしたおかげで楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。シュノーケリングでも常にクルーの方がこちらのペースや希望に合わせてくださり大変ありがたかったです。次回ハワイに来る機会があればイルカ大学の他のツアーの参加も考えたいと思っています。ありがとうございました。

It was my first time seeing dolphins up close like this. It felt like I was swimming alongside the dolphins with the Dolphin University boat, and I was able to be with them for a long time.

With the support of Minako, I was able to snorkel safely. I gradually got used to it and was able to move around on my own. Luckily, I also got to see a sea turtle, and I was able to experience everything.

My husband was a bit flustered during his first snorkeling experience and couldn't see the fish or the sea turtle, but he received constant support, so he wants to try again.

The slide afterward was intense and fun, but you have to be careful when sliding, or you'll end up swallowing seawater. I felt a bit seasick a few times when the boat moved quickly, but they kindly checked on me.

If I go snorkeling again, I think I'll choose Dolphin University.

こんなに間近でイルカを見ることができたのは初めてでした。イルカ大学の船と一緒に泳いでくれているようで、ずっとイルカと一緒にいられました。
シュノーケリングはMINAKOさんのサポートのもとで、安心して泳ぐことができました。少しずつ慣れていき、自分でも移動ができるようになりました。運良くウミガメを見ることもできて、全ての体験をすることができました。
夫は初めてのシュノーケリングで慌ててしまい魚もウミガメも見ることができませんでしたが、ずっとサポートしてくださったので、またリベンジしたいと言っています。
その後の滑り台も激しくて面白かったですが、滑る時に注意しないと海水を飲みます。
何度か船が速く移動する時の揺れで船酔いをしましたが、優しく声をかけてくださいました。
またシュノーケリングをやるならイルカ大学にしようと思います。

Had a great time on the boat. The Captain and Staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

The staff were friendly and very kind. They thoroughly explained how to use the snorkeling gear in advance, and after putting on life jackets, we were guided to deeper areas with coral reefs after getting accustomed in the shallow waters, while being closely monitored.

At the boundary of the shallow area, beautiful fish and sea turtles were swimming nearby, making for a very enjoyable time. After that, we played on the boards, and the parents seemed to have more fun than the kids. The weather was a bit disappointing with clouds, but my family didn't mind as it reduced the worry about sunburn.

スタッフの方は気さくでとても親切でした。シュノーケルの使い方など事前にしっかり説明されライフジャケットをつけて浅瀬で慣れてから珊瑚礁のある深めの所に誘導されましたがしっかり見守りもされていました。
浅瀬との境界で綺麗な魚や海がめが側で泳いでいてとても楽しい時間でした。
その後はボード遊びをして子供より親が楽しんでいました。天気は雲でやや残念でしたが日焼けの心配が減ったと家族は気にしていませんでした。

Although I didn't go until the tide was low enough to see the sandy beach, the weather was great and the view was amazing. The fact that the staff seemed to be enjoying themselves might be the biggest reason I felt relaxed. They served popular spam musubi, snacks, miso soup, cocoa, macadamia-flavored coffee, cola, Sprite, ginger ale, and guava juice (which I love because it makes me feel like I'm in Hawaii), along with Doritos, potato chips, and apples. It's good to have light snacks like this since overeating can make you feel queasy while snorkeling. While snorkeling, I was surprised to see sea turtles on the bottom and quite large fish (maybe a yellowtail?) swimming just below me, which was a great experience. The underwater scenery might have more small and beautiful fish like in Miyako Island, but the view of the sandbar sharply divided into two colors is unique to this place, so I'm satisfied.

干潮で砂浜が見えるまでは行かなかったものの、天気が良くて最高の景色でした。スタッフさんが楽しんでるのが一番こちらがリラックスできる理由かもしれません。人気のいやむすびのスパム握りとお菓子、味噌汁やココア、マカダミアフレーバーコーヒー、コーラ、スプライト、ジンジャーエール、グァバ缶ジュース（ハワイに来た感じがして私はこれが好き）ドリトス、ポテチ、りんごなどが出されます。食べすぎるとシュノーケルで酔ったりするのでこれくらいの軽食でいいです。シュノーケルではウミガメが底に見えたり、結構でかい魚（鰤ぐらい？）がすぐ下を通り驚きますがいい経験です。海の中は宮古島とかの方が小さくて綺麗な魚が多いかもしれませんが、二色にきっぱり分かれるサンドバーの景色はここしかないので満足です。

The view from the top of Diamond Head early in the morning was amazing. The pickup time was almost accurate, so I was able to participate without any worries.

朝早くから見るダイヤモンドヘッド頂上からの景色は最高でした。迎え時間もほぼ正確で､不安なく参加できました。

The weather was great, and it was amazing to see so many honu (sea turtles) 😀. The staff were all very kind, and I will participate again.

It was a wonderful tour where I could fully enjoy the nature, culture, and local flavors of Hawaii. I had a great experience!

Thanks to the precise advice given after asking what I wanted to do at each location, I truly had no wasted time and was able to enjoy everything I wanted to do.

The pineapple I received as a souvenir was cut and eaten fresh with my child at the condominium, and we also enjoyed it as frozen pineapple.

I was worried about whether we could finish it, but it was so delicious that we quickly finished one! At this rate, it seems like it will be gone by tomorrow, haha.

I will definitely repeat this experience!!!

それぞれの場所で何をしたいのか質問して下さり、的確なアドバイスをして頂いたおかげで本当に無駄な時間がなく、かつ全てやりたい事は満喫する事ができました♪
お土産で頂いたパイナップルはコンドミニアムで子供とカットして生で食べたり、冷凍パインにして楽しみました(*^^*)
食べきれるか心配でしたが、あまりの美味しさにあっという間に１つ完食！！

The doll factory tour was overwhelming with its vast pineapple fields, and I thoroughly enjoyed the beauty of nature. The guide's explanations were very clear, and I learned a lot of things I didn't know about how pineapples grow and their history!

What impressed me the most was how kind the guide was! Whenever I asked questions, they answered patiently and greeted me with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

I gained knowledge, was healed by the scenery, and it was a truly satisfying experience.

Additionally, the sightseeing in Haleiwa Town, downtown, and the macadamia nut outlet was well-timed, allowing us to enjoy the attractions while also having enough time to explore the town freely.

I've been to Hawaii many times, but there were so many new discoveries, and it was fun! I highly recommend it to both first-timers and those who have been here multiple times!

ドール工場見学は、広大なパイナップル畑に圧倒され、自然の美しさを満喫。ガイドさんの説明もとてもわかりやすくて、パイナップルの育ち方や歴史など、知らなかったことをたくさん学べました！
何より印象的だったのは、ガイドさんがとても親切だったこと！
わからないことを聞いたら丁寧に教えてくれて、笑顔で接してくれるので、より楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
知識も増えて、景色にも癒やされて、大満足の体験でした。
その他、ハレイワタウンやダウンタウン、マカダミアナッツアウトレットなどの観光も、ツアーの時間配分も良く、観光スポットをじっくり楽しみつつ、自由に町を探索できる時間がちょうど良かったです。
ハワイには何度も来ていますが、新しい発見がたくさんあり楽しかったです(*^^*)
初めての方にも何度も来ている方にもとてもオススメです！

The scenery viewed from the car was wonderful everywhere. The facilities were clean, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. The staff were also very attentive in their work. Everything was punctual and well-organized. I had a great time.

車から眺める景色がどこも素晴らしかったです。施設も綺麗で気分よく過ごせました。スタッフの皆さんも丁寧なお仕事をされてました。時間も正確できっちりされてました。とても楽しかったです。

I made the best memories with my grandchild. We experienced snorkeling, stand-up paddleboarding, and swimming in the ocean, which we can't do in Japan.
