Our Movie Sites Tour driver was fun, knowledgeable and just a cool guy. The checkout lady at Auntie Pat’s Cafe was so friendly and funny. The whole day from pick-up to drop-off went so smoothly. We originally booked without transportation as we were going to rent a car but latter changed and added transportation. Kualoa staff are so professional. Highly recommend any tour there.

This time I was with my 3.5-year-old, and thanks to the flippers, they were able to swim smoothly! The kids said this trip was the most fun they've ever had, and it seems they really enjoyed jumping off the boat. The hamburger was hearty with a strong meat flavor, large, satisfying, and delicious—I was very pleased! The drinks were all-you-can-drink, and the kids loved the warm cocoa after coming out of the sea. The staff were all wonderful, and the beach volleyball and conversations were fantastic. We participated as a family with our two small children! The food was delicious, the sunset view was absolutely wonderful, and the show lasted a long time, so we were able to enjoy ourselves thoroughly without getting bored! Considering how fulfilling it was, I think it was a great value for the price. The staff were very kind to our small children as well. Great service, great value, everything was just amazing, so our family decided to leave a tip on our way out! Of course, tipping was not mandatory. The next time we go to Hawaii, we definitely want to make a reservation again!

The perfect sunset cruise! Beautiful view of Honolulu. Great buffet and great crew. Great live music and Luau performance. Nice experience to share with family and friends.
Dinner food was superb also, you get a free drink (Mai Tai) on the house.
The top deck is a great spot for pictures and videos of sunset and Waikiki Beach.

Really well organised activity with Kaimana Tours. Our driver Koa was excellent, providing lots of insights to the surroundings during our drive there. Pickup was on time, in a comfortable spacious van. We arrived and were first in line to get tickets which was simple and organised. The snorkeling gear was great, both sizing and quality for what we needed. I’d recommend going on the 6am pickup, as by the time we left at 11, it was getting really busy and there were not many places with shade. Kaimana offer umbrellas & chairs for hire too.

We booked on our first day in Hawaii with a 3-star rating. Since check-in was at 16:45, we arrived in front of the Star of Honolulu by 16:30, and we were welcomed with hula dancing even before check-in, which made us feel the aloha spirit while waiting (laughs).

We boarded at 16:45 and were about the fifth group from the front, so I thought we might not have needed to rush. The communication on board was only in English, but we were given tickets for four drinks for the two of us, and after the first drink, we could request more as needed. The appetizers of cheese and fruit were served buffet-style, so even if you don't understand English, I think you can get the vibe. Our server, Ally, was incredibly kind, and we were really grateful for that.

After watching the dances and enjoying the scenery, we thought we were heading back to port, but then everyone started dancing to YMCA, which was chaotic but created a fantastic atmosphere. This is definitely one of the optional tours I would want to join again if I go back to Hawaii. Thank you, Ally! And thanks to the photographer with the distinctive countdown of 3, 2, 1!

再度ハワイに行くとしてもまた参加したいオプショナルツアーのひとつです。

The hamburgers we had on the boat were truly delicious... After getting into the water, it gets cold, so I think it's a good idea to prepare something to wear over your swimsuit (like a rash guard), hot water, a bath towel, and a change of clothes for after disembarking! I made a reservation for a private seat, but it was very close to the neighboring seats and uncomfortable. It felt cramped.
If you want to order drinks at your preferred timing, the waiter will refuse you. I thought it was supposed to be possible to order if you pay an additional fee? I was only allowed to order drinks equivalent to the drink tickets.
The food was also not very good. The lobster, in particular, had a bad smell.
The cost and service do not match.
Even if you want to see the fireworks, a large number of people gather in the aisles, making it difficult to enjoy the view. The shuttle bus for the return trip was also overcrowded, and you have to wait in line, so if you're going with multiple people, it might be better to use Uber.

I have been to Hawaii several times, but this was my first visit to Wet 'n' Wild. It was fun, but there were several points of concern.

First, if you don't have a rental car, it's definitely better to use the shuttle bus. Trying to rely on public transportation or walking is not advisable. By the way, if you're taking the shuttle bus, make sure to wait at the entrance by 2:40 PM for your return. While I can't say for everyone, at least one person from your group should be there. This is because the return bus has a loose check-in process. Although this didn't happen to us, someone boarded the return bus, and the driver mistakenly thought everyone was gathered, leading to an early departure. As a result, a family that arrived right on time was left stranded and had to pay a lot for a taxi to Waikiki, despite having already paid for the shuttle bus. They might have booked through a different travel company (like JTB), but it seems the operation is managed by Wet 'n' Wild. I think this aspect should be checked more thoroughly.

Aside from that, similar to other reviews, the lazy river was not operating, so those who can't ride the drop attractions have limited options. Many attractions were not running due to a lack of staff, as they were multitasking. 流れるプールがやって無いので落ちる系のものが乗れない人は遊ぶのが限られる、
やっているアトラクションも従業員が少なく掛け持ちしてるためやっていないことが多い
ボディーボードの係員はボディーボードのフリーチケットのはずなのに「バンドが無いからダメ」と言われてやれるまで時間がかかる、
といったことがあります。
施設自体は楽しいのですが、上記の理由と営業時間の短さから、コスパは悪く、一度行けば良いかなと思います。
