I tried on January 2nd in the morning and January 3rd in the afternoon, but I couldn't see anything at all; it was just a cruise. It would have been nice if they could have taken us to spots where we could see dolphins or turtles when we couldn't see whales, but there was nothing at all.

It was tough as a parent to see my 7-year-old's disappointment. I think it would be good to have announcements about the likelihood of sightings and explanations of the spots, but they spoke optimistically, saying that it’s unpredictable, which was very disappointing.

Unfortunately, the sandbar was submerged up to waist height, so we couldn't experience it, but the weather was nice and we had a great time. Interacting with the staff during the BBQ was enjoyable and the food was delicious. Many sea turtles popped their heads up, which excited everyone. It was a truly fun tour where we could enjoy swimming in a fantastic location. Although I'm not a strong swimmer, I was trying my best to swim, but it seemed to the staff that I looked like I was drowning (laughs), and they were worried about me. If I could wish for one thing, it would have been nice to have a bit more fresh water poured on us when we returned from the sea.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to see any whales. The day before my participation, there was record heavy rain, so I was worried about the weather, but fortunately, we were blessed with good weather. I decided to enjoy the cruise around Waikiki instead of focusing on whale watching.

I think the cruise duration was about an hour and a half. If whales can be seen from that distance, it seems they come quite close to the Waikiki area.

I signed up for a course without breakfast, but I thought at least drinks would be provided, so it might be a good idea to bring water or bottled drinks.

朝食なしのコースで申し込みましたが、飲み物くらいは出されると思っていたので、お水やペットボトルのﾄﾞﾘﾝｸを持ち込んだ方がいいかもしれません。

The lockers are conveniently located near the rides. However, it was unclear what needed to be done before using the lockers. I was able to experience almost everything without much waiting, which was stress-free. The only clock in the park was broken, so it was difficult to know the time.

I was unsure about going to the pool in Hawaii, but since the kids seemed excited, I decided to sign up. In the end, it was a great success! The adults had fun all day too.

Compared to Japan, the coin locker fees are high, but the fact that they use a password system and you don’t need to carry a key, along with the freedom to access your belongings, was very helpful.

There’s also a shop in the central area for lunch, and we were able to time it perfectly when a downpour came. When I asked the kids what they enjoyed the most in Hawaii, they mentioned this place first.

I participated on Christmas Day. It was a tour that included only beach items and lunch, but I was able to rent a bicycle on-site and also visit Lanikai Beach.

I participated in the tour hoping to see whales, as I signed up during a time when other companies had not yet started their whale watching. There was an announcement that a dorsal fin was spotted! I have been using this place every year since it was the old Prince Court. This time it was renamed 100 Sails. I had my fill. The interior has changed, with a bar counter near the entrance and buffet-style seating set up in the middle at the back. The menu seems to have slightly decreased, but the taste seems to have improved. The crab legs have become thicker, and the sashimi portions have also gotten larger. I usually come for the fresh oysters, but they were not available this time. Initially, the seat I was shown was not by the window, so I requested a window seat, but I was told there were none available. However, they managed to set me up with a window seat. I really love the sunset view from this window seat. I was glad to see the sunset again this time. Thank you very much.

お腹いっぱいにいただきました。
中の様相が変わり、入り口付近はバーカウンターが有り、真ん中奥にビュッフェスタイルの席が設定して有りました。
メニューは若干減ったようですが、味は良くなった様です。蟹の足は太くなりました。刺身も大きめの物になりました。
都度、生牡蠣目当てでしたが提供はしておりませんでした。
最初案内された席は窓側ではなかったので、窓側にリクエストをお願いすると席はないと言われましたが、どうにかして窓側の席を設定してもらいました。
ここからの窓際席からのサンセットは本当に大好きです。
今回もサンセットも見られて良かったです。

I have used similar facilities in Guam, but this one is larger and more comprehensive in terms of content. Even though it was the end of the year, there were few waits, and we had a great time playing. I was a bit disappointed that there were paid activities inside the facility and that the jacuzzi was gone. There are many negative reviews about the food, but I had the BBQ that they cook right there, and it was delicious without any issues! Since it's about 40 km away from Waikiki, I recommend taking a tour that includes transportation. It would be even better if there were two different return times for the tour bus. I would love to visit again when I come back to Hawaii.

First, the pickup was 15 minutes late. Just as I was about to call because I couldn't wait any longer, they finally arrived, and of course, there was no apology. Next, when boarding the boat, it was so crowded that there were no seats at all. Our group of six had to stand both going and coming back. The staff completely ignored the fact that we were standing without seats. It was difficult to stand with the boat swaying, and when I tried to go towards the deck to grab the handrail, I was told I couldn't. I had no choice but to keep standing. A minute later, when a foreigner tried to go to the deck, the staff said nothing. So, we also moved to the deck. My wife's parents, who are elderly and have weak legs, were with us, and I think it's terrible to accept reservations when there are no seats available. Even though we were visible to the staff, they did nothing and even prevented us from going to the deck. Moreover, when we were sent back, there was no explanation, and we had no idea which car we were supposed to get into. At one point, they changed the route to drop off other customers, and for some reason, they started picking up new customers, leaving us anxious about when they would finally send us. They stopped for a long time near the Sheraton without any explanation, and since it seemed like we wouldn't be departing anytime soon, we had no choice but to get off and go shopping. It was truly the worst experience. I will never use this company's tour again.

まずピックアップは15分遅れ。待ちきれず電話しようとしたところでやっと到着、もちろん謝罪はない。つぎに船に乗る際人がいっぱいで、座るところが全くない。私たち６人のグループだけが行きも帰りも立ったまま。スタッフは我々が座れず立っているのに全く無視。ゆれて立っているのが大変なため船の手すりに捕まろうとデッキの方へ行こうとしたらダメと言われ、仕方なく立っていた。その1分後に外人がデッキへ行こうとしたらスタッフは何も言わず。なので我々もデッキへ移動。妻の親が参加しており老人で足腰弱いんだから、座る場所もないのに予約を受けるなんて最悪と思います。我々がスタッフに見えているにもかかわらず、なんの対応もせずデッキにすら行かせるのを邪魔して一体なんなんだと思います。しかも帰りの送りの際もなんの説明もなく、いったいどの車に乗ればいいのかさっぱりわからなかった。途中他の客の求めでコースを変えて降ろしていたし、何故か新たに客を乗せ出しているしいつになったら我々を送ってくれるんだとやきもきしました。途中シャラトンのそばでなんの説明もなくずっと停車しいつまで待っても出発しそうにない為、仕方なく我々は降車し買い物にでかけました。本当に最悪でした。二度とこの会社のツアーは利用しません。

This was a great experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. I was having problems swimming in the choppy water and one of the girls stuck by me, made sure I was ok and also made sure I was able to see the dolphins.
My son and grandson loved seeing the turtles and the kayak.
Thank you for a wonderful time. We highly recommend this excursion with this company. They’re outstanding!

It was rainy, but I was able to see a mother and baby whale three times. You can see them even when it's not the season! If you come to Hawaii, you should definitely try to see them at least once! ^_^

After twenty minutes, I received a call saying that no one would come to pick me up and that I should take a taxi to a different location. They said they would send the new location via email, but I received no email or text message. An hour after the meeting time, I received a call from someone claiming to be an interpreter, asking if I would be coming by taxi, but I explained that I hadn't received any information about the destination and informed them that I would be canceling. Valuable time was lost.

I had no sign of seeing any whales at all. I was prepared for them to be "small and hard to see," but they didn't show up at all. It's disappointing. I guess I'll just accept that it was a cruise tour off Waikiki.

Paradise Cove Luau on the Beach at Ko Olina Resort

Nice location, lots to keep you entertained, entertainers we’re good, drinks are expensive and very little alcohol in them, and there are lots of people (i.e. long lines). The food was great, and the tour guide was very friendly & funny. Very good luau overall.
