I made a reservation for the fireworks at Hilton Hawaiian Village on Friday! It was about 50,000 yen for two people. It felt worth the price. On Friday night, I enjoyed the Hilton fireworks from the boat. The staff was friendly, but there was a slight feeling of being overwhelmed. I guess that's to be expected on a boat.

Although the weather was bad, the staff were friendly and engaged in conversation, making my time very enjoyable. Additionally, I was able to see wild sea turtles at an incredibly close distance. I think it's a good idea to bring warm clothing for winter in Hawaii, as it can get quite chilly. I did land on the sandbar, but it was too cold for snorkeling, so I waited inside the boat. A few participants seemed to enjoy snorkeling alongside the sea turtles, and I would like to try again in Hawaii during the summer.

The day before the experience, it was raining heavily, so I was worried about the weather, but those worries were unnecessary as it turned out to be a clear day. The waves were not high, and I was able to participate with a calm mind. However, on the day we participated, no whales appeared... I was disappointed since we joined to see whales, but it was my first time cruising on a boat in Hawaii, and as I was taking in the scenery, I realized that we were approaching the goal before I knew it! After the experience, tickets for a return trip on the boat were distributed! I would love to participate again if the opportunity arises.

We did not see any whales after going twice on the trip but nonetheless the staff was very helpful, encouraging, and fun! Just a bit of bad luck with the whales! The cruise was easy and there was plenty of space on the ship. At the end of the day, it was a lovely whaleless cruise along the coast which was relaxing and enjoyable.

The sandbar trip was so fun. My husband and I had a great time. The crew is friendly, knowledgeable and the boat is clean. The lunch was great and we overall had an amazing time. The pickup time was 5 minutes past, and since no one had arrived, I contacted the emergency contact. They sent a different bus that had been stopped for a few minutes, which was scheduled for another tour. I made it to the cruise in plenty of time, so it wasn't a problem, but I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't reached out. The cruise itself was enjoyable, but unfortunately, we didn't see any whales.

We visited for our family's first trip to Hawaii. The cheerful staff greeted us warmly, allowing us to start our meal in a fun atmosphere. While the variety of the buffet wasn't very extensive, each dish (especially the roast beef) was very delicious, and we were satisfied.

After the buffet, we went inside the building to enjoy a show. We were able to enjoy various types of music, including hula dancing, fire dancing, and popular songs from America. I highly recommend seeing it at least once when traveling to Hawaii.

We enjoyed our excursion from the bus ride to the Polynesian Centre to the bus ride back to our hotel. Our driver's name was Misi! He went above and beyond what was expected of him.

The walk through the Centre was incredible. Seeing the different islands and cultures. We took a canoe ride after walking around for about 4 hours. It was a welcome relief getting of our feet.

Our tickets included the dinner buffet. There was so much food to choose from which made it difficult to try everything. It was good.

After dinner we watched the The Breath of Life which was incredibly good. The performance was amazing. It was the perfect ending to a wonderful day.

We were able to witness breaching, which we had only seen on TV, right in front of us multiple times! I think there must be some timing involved, but it felt like we were quite lucky on the day we participated. My 6-year-old was captivated by the whales they saw for the first time. We created wonderful memories in Hawaii.

I was looking forward to participating since they were confident about whale watching. They mentioned that if we didn't see any whales, we would receive a free pass for the next time. The explanations were easy to understand, and they said that humpback whales come up to breathe every 45 minutes. We saw over 30 whales swimming around, but they were hard to spot. Just when I was about to give up, suddenly they appeared! The first one was a baby, and the second was an adult whale, posing beautifully with Diamond Head in the background! It was an incredibly satisfying tour. It might be a good idea to have some motion sickness medication on hand.

The buffet-style meal featured a menu that was very much in line with Hawaiian cuisine, and I was delighted to be able to try items that I probably wouldn't have had the chance to enjoy during my stay. Additionally, there were whole pineapples and a welcome drink service with Mai Tai, which made it a lot of fun. I also had the rare opportunity to see hula dancing up close during the meal, which was a precious experience. We visited for our honeymoon, and I was thrilled that there was a ukulele performance at each table.

The show after dinner was more authentic and spectacular than I had imagined, and it was truly moving! I had wondered how the combination of hula and rock would work, but it turned out to be a wonderful show where both styles matched beautifully, allowing us to have a very enjoyable time. Everything was set up perfectly, and it was wonderful to have everything, including Japanese names, clearly indicated. The fireworks festival on Friday was amazing, and I think it's better to get to the window side early. I felt that the best course was a great deal. It's a course I wouldn't want many people to know about. It might be better to double the price.

Fun filled day was more than we expected

The Cultural Center Island tour was full of amazing and helpful hosts and entertainers. I have never felt more welcome by so many people. To temper a few expectations some of the activities we expected to be interactive were instead demos by professionals only but we still had a blast doing the many activities that do allow participation and those alone filled a very full day of exploring the islands.

The Buffet was delicious had more foods than we could fit and incredibly welcoming atmosphere.

The HA Breath of life show was an amazing experience and some of the best fire spinning and hula and so much more you will get to see in Hawaii

Be warned: the gap of time between the closing of the cultural center and the opening for the final show is quite long (they do warn you about his on the bus and offer an early exit at 6pm if you decide before 4pm that you wont have the energy) but with that said it was well worth it and we were glad we stayed for the full show.

Missed the Boat

Sadly due to traffic I missed the boat by a minute I had checked how long it would take to get there when planning my leave time and I was quoted 45 every time when I was staying only 25 miles away however traffic was crazy and it ended up being an hour and a half drive we pulled into parking at exactly 1745 and the boat was pulling out as I was running to it. Gave a rating of Good because the boat left exactly on time and if I had been on board that would have been great

Overall, we enjoyed the trip. Staff was great! However, the snorkel spot was crowded with lots of other groups. It felt like you were bumping into people the whole time. We saw some turtles, but there wasn't much else to see. Also, the parking instructions are unclear. All it said was they validate in the garage, so I parked in the obvious giant garage. But they don't validate in that one (the Hale Koa). They only validate in the Hilton Garage which is harder to find. I hope they aren't unclear on purpose...that cost an extra $39!
