I was moved to be able to enjoy a performance in my beloved Hawaii. I thought that with seats so close, everyone could enjoy a powerful performance from any seat. I would like to watch from a different seat next time. There was a line to get into the venue. When entering, we had to show a QR code, but for some reason, we got stuck and had to line up again, which was disappointing.

The performance of everyone was wonderful, of course, but I was particularly surprised by the act where one man spun on the soles of another man's feet. However, what left the biggest impression on me was the air ensemble that involved bringing four audience members up on stage; it made me laugh out loud after a long time.

The Makapu'u Lookout, included in other tours, is a viewpoint located at the base of this cape. While it offers beautiful scenery worth visiting on its own, the view towards the ocean is limited due to the small hill in the direction of the cape. The trail on this tour goes around that hill, and especially in the latter half, you walk along the cliffs towering over the vast ocean (the path is well-maintained, so it's not dangerous) and ascend to the highest point overlooking the lighthouse. The grandeur of the scenery along the way is incomparable to the lookout. You should definitely experience it.

This tour itself does not include any other sightseeing, just a round-trip shuttle to the trailhead, but I think it is the most convenient means of transportation from Waikiki to this trail.

Walking on the vast green areas like in the photo is rare, and you mostly proceed along mountain paths. I only saw one good movie filming location (which wasn't particularly striking), so if you're expecting movie-related attractions, a bus tour of the filming locations might be a good option.

They took us quite far out for snorkeling, and I encountered a honu (sea turtle). I had snorkeled many times in Okinawa, but this experience was on a completely different scale. I've seen almost all of the Cirque du Soleil shows, and this one had a beautiful production that was perfect for Hawaii. However, my seat was right to the side, which was disappointing. I would like to see it from the front next time; can I choose that option with Veltra? The seating is crucial for the show, so that's the only downside. Overall, I was satisfied with the show itself.

If it wasn’t for our tour guide, Dave, our adventure would have been very unsatisfactory. There was far far too much driving. The caves were inaccessible for most of us as the rocks were slippery. The stairs were steep, and there weren’t enough hiking sticks to go around. we stopped for quite a bit of time just to have lunch, which to me was very unnecessary. A snack would’ve sufficed. Then we drove, which seemed to be forever to go see the most recent lava flow… Which was quite interesting but somewhat repetitive. Again, if it wasn’t for our tour guide, Dave, his personality, information and enthusiasm It would’ve been a bust. Again far far far too much driving for what we actually could get out and enjoy and see.

This was my second experience. The first time was in November, and this time in January, so the water level was around waist height and there was no sandy beach, but it was still an amazing experience. The first time was a bit cold, and I felt chilly when I got out of the water, but this time the water temperature was a bit higher, and I was able to enjoy myself comfortably.

We took a boat to the point, and the staff's service was truly wonderful. Their desire to make sure we had fun was clearly felt.

My wife was not good at swimming and said she couldn't do the sea turtle watching, but with the support of the staff, she was able to experience snorkeling for the first time in her life and was very happy. We were also able to see sea turtles clearly.

Additionally, when I mentioned it was my second time, they even gave us a souvenir. I already want to go for a third time. As others have commented, it can be cold depending on the timing, but they provided warm drinks, spam onigiri, miso soup, and snacks for free, which allowed us to enjoy ourselves until the end.
