It was my first time parasailing in Hawaii. We were the only Japanese people there, and since we could only communicate in English, I only understood bits and pieces of what was being said, but it was fun even at 120 meters! In fact, there was no confirmation of how many meters we were going, so even if I paid for the 150-meter option, I might not have been able to tell the difference. I bought the photos for $30! Captain Dan and his first mate were professional, efficient and gracious. My 3 kids (17,15,12) and I had a great parasail experience with X-treme. We got every bit of airtime we paid for, and then some. I was thoroughly impressed with the Captain's dexterous maneuvering as he dipped us in and out of the ocean. The first mate got everyone clipped in and clipped out so smoothly that there was almost zero down time in between us parasailers.
The 3 guys did an excellent job going over safety an simple instructions in the classroom, on the beach the were patient and helpful. I was satisfied with the results!
