I was anxious because I had small children with me, but from the very first pick-up, the driver was so cheerful and engaging that my two sons seemed to feel at ease.

The boat sways a bit since it's offshore, so I think it's better to have motion sickness medication if you're feeling uneasy, even as an adult.

It was the highest at 150 meters, but the view was amazing.

If you want to take photos with your phone, I recommend a waterproof type that you can hang around your neck.

It was an experience that I wouldn't normally have, and it was a memorable experience for my sons as well!

Since I was staying at the Hilton, I decided to meet directly at the location, but the meeting spot was hard to find, and I got lost. It's better to leave with plenty of time!

I'm not good with thrill rides like roller coasters, but this one was not scary at all. It was so much fun to see the beautiful blue sky and ocean, enjoying the scenery of Hawaii from above. When the wind picked up, it felt a bit floaty, but it was within a comfortable range.

The height of 150 meters is equivalent to about the 40th floor of a building, so I was a bit anxious, but it didn't feel that high. I think the length of the rope is 150 meters.

I'm really glad I did this. It became a wonderful memory.

I booked a 150m parasailing experience with my husband. It was high and a bit scary, but more than that, we were able to enjoy the wonderful views and the thrill of the attraction. We had a 9 AM reservation and were picked up at our hotel at 8:30 AM (right on time), and we boarded the boat at the port with hardly any wait. Besides us, there were three Japanese girls, a French couple, and one American man, making a total of four groups. We took turns flying and returned to the port around 10 AM.

They took many photos for $30. I usually don’t order paid photos while traveling, but this time I decided to because they captured angles I couldn’t get myself. My husband brought a GoPro, so we were able to get some immersive footage from the air. If you have one, I recommend bringing it, but be careful not to drop it.

This optional tour isn’t necessarily cheap when you consider the time, but on the other hand, it wraps up in half a day, making it easy to incorporate a fun experience into your trip. When I went to Hawaii last time, I did the Heaven's Sea Tour (sandbar), but thinking about how you might not get the satisfaction you want unless you go at the best timing, like during low tide, I highly recommend parasailing.

このオプショナルツアーは時間換算すると決して安いものではありませんが、逆に半日で終わるので楽しい体験を気軽に旅行に組み込めるのでとてもいいと思います。前回ハワイに行ったときに天国の海ツアー（サンドバー）に行きましたが、干潮など時期的にベストタイミングで行かないと思うような満足感が得られないことを思うとパラセイリングはとてもおすすめです。

We rented rash guards and aqua shoes at the shop. It was a group lesson, but during our time slot, there were only five of us: our family and one other Korean woman in her 30s, with two staff members assisting us. We learned how to ride the waves while watching a video in the shop. After that, we moved to the beach and practiced the motions of riding the waves on the sand multiple times together. Then it was time to hit the ocean! Paddling was really tough, but both my mother and I managed to get out. The waves in Waikiki in March were quite gentle, suitable for beginners. In the summer, the waves get bigger, so it's advised not to go too far out. Because the waves were calm, it seemed impossible to ride them without paddling strongly, and when the waves came, the staff would give us a push. That helped us catch the waves! My husband and I were able to stand on the board for about five times, quite long. Our instructor was someone who had taught English in Japan, and the lesson was easy to understand as it included some simple Japanese. We learned how to paddle on the beach and quickly went into the sea, focusing mostly on practical experience, which was a lot of fun!

Before we started, I was more nervous than my husband, but in the end, I enjoyed it more than he did! (laughs) The instructor didn't stay right next to us the whole time; he was close at first but then let us enjoy ourselves freely! Another staff member took photos and videos for us, and although I hadn't planned to buy any, there were so many great pictures that I ended up purchasing a few as keepsakes! (laughs)

I only brought enough money for tips, but when I asked, they gave me a voucher, so I could buy them later with a credit card. It was great that I could receive the data on a USB.

I participated in the morning session and chose the 90m option. There were three groups, including us, totaling seven people. The "m" likely refers to the length of the rope, and at 90m, it felt like there was no slack in the rope, making it rise quite high. The 150m option seemed to have a bit of slack, so it didn't look like it was going as high. If it's your first time, I think the 90m option is sufficient since the price is also lower.

It would be nice to have a waterproof phone case that you can hang around your neck to take photos from above. I'm worried about dropping a selfie stick. I wasn't sure about the tipping standard, so I gave $20 each to the two instructors, but it seems that wasn't necessary. They took about 112 photos for us. We boarded the boat and set off for parasailing! I only observed from the boat while my two children experienced it. The captain and staff had great conversations and jokes, which made my observation really enjoyable.

The staff took care of all the preparations! Once we arrived at the starting point, they put on a harness-like gear and we started right away. There was a slight feeling of floating, but the breathtaking view in front of me quickly made any fear disappear. It was quite high. If you're afraid of heights, you might find yourself gripping the belt tightly, but if you're not, you can relax and let go with one hand!

I read that there was a possibility of landing in the water, so I wore a swimsuit, but I only got wet up to my butt, so I didn't get too soaked. However, it's definitely better to wear a swimsuit. 気候と一番最初だったこともあり港に着く頃には水着の上からTシャツと短パンが着れました。

This was my fourth trip to Hawaii, but my first time parasailing! Since I was staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village, I was able to walk directly to the meeting point. Since it was a special trip to Hawaii, I decided to challenge myself with the 150m height, and it was definitely the right choice! I kept rising higher and felt like we were the only ones up there, which was an amazing feeling. I wondered if this is how birds feel when they fly? It was so exhilarating!!!

They said it would last about 15 minutes, but I think we were actually in the air for about 7 or 8 minutes. It cost nearly $100, so I gave it four stars. There were about four other groups participating, but since we were the first to fly and headed out to sea, we could only see the ocean in front of us and had to turn back to see the view of Waikiki. I recommend boarding the boat last so you can fly facing Waikiki.

Also, if you ask, they will take photos for about $20, but I think it's fine to ask someone from another group to take your picture. Since we flew first, we didn't have time to ask, so we ended up not getting any photos, but the experience is etched in my memory!

15分？とのことでしたが実際に飛んでいたのは7.8分ほどだったと思います^^;
それで100ドル近くがかかったので星4つにしました。
ツアー客4組ほどと一緒に参加するのですが、私たちが一番最初に飛んだ時に沖に向かって進んでいたため、前の景色は海しか見えず、後を振り返りながらワイキキの景色をみないといけませんでした^^;
船に乗り込むのを最後にすると、ワイキキ方面を向いて飛べるのでおすすめです。
あと写真はお願いすれば20ドルくらいで撮ってくれますが、他のグループの方たちにお願いして撮ってもらう感じでいいと思います。
私達は最初に飛んだのでお願いする暇もなく結局写真は取れませんでしたが目に焼き付けました(笑)
