This had a small take out dinner, dance music that felt like we were at the bar and the workers pushed for you to drink alcohol. In other words, this trip wasn’t attended to go as a family trip.

Besides the expectations going in - it was good, just wouldn’t go again. That’s not our scene.

It was the best trip to Hawaii from departure to return. The dinner cruise was fantastic, and the hospitality was evident even before boarding. The dance show, Hawaiian performances, and the friendly staff made for a wonderful time spent with people from various countries. The fireworks from the Hilton viewed from the ship were amazing. Since it was around the Obon holiday in August, there were hardly any people wearing masks, and dining and shopping were comfortable. Next time, I want to try a buggy ride.

I chose the buffet course. To be honest, the food was just okay. There were items like yakisoba, and the main roast beef felt a bit thin. 1. I booked sit down dinner, not buffet, overall food presentation look good, taste good too. Drinks are good too.
2. Service is just so so, the server for my table never gets me things I asked for, example, refill water, lemon, and my second glass of drink, I understand it's a busy task and have to serve all plates and take finishing plates away, and each server takes care of couple tables, but this should not be used as an excuse for service quality.
3. The show is good, but it's kind short, I wish we can see the full stage of Luau show, but the center stage is pretty small, so in order to accommodate every guest, they always have couple dancers on each side,

We had a great time at Pacific Star as a couple. Since I can't eat lobster, we participated in the buffet style. The seats were quite close to the people next to us, but they called each table in order to go get food, so it wasn't a problem. This is my third time on the boat, and I really recommend it. This time, I was worried about the high waves because it was a windy day, but the wind felt nice, and out at sea, they turned off the engine and used only the sails, allowing us to enjoy the calm environment with the ocean and Diamond Head.

There were not many Japanese people, and it was fun to see everyone having a great time. I highly recommend the Mai Tai!

A huge number of people lined up to board the cruiser. I was a bit worried about whether I would have a seat since I arrived later by shuttle bus, but they had properly arranged tables for our group, so I was able to sit down.

The lobster was packed with meat, and the steak looked boiled on the outside but was rare and tender on the inside—so delicious that it might have surpassed a steakhouse.

Since I made a reservation for Friday, I was able to see the fireworks from the Hilton and also enjoyed the sunset, which was fantastic. By the way, it seemed like about half of the guests were Japanese.

Our family spent the day sailing to Turtle Canyon where we stopped to snorkel in the warm waters off Waikiki. The equipment provided was great (mask, snorkel, flotation device) and our guides were friendly and made sure we had the opportunity to see plenty of wildlife. Our family swam with turtles, but sailing on the catamaran was just as exciting! It was easy to locate our catamaran from the beach and our family managed to get free parking at the Kapiolani park.

We used it as a family of four. Although it wasn't what we specified, we were guided to a four-person table by the window, allowing us to enjoy our meal without worrying about our surroundings, which was nice. The personalities of the two were wonderful, and the pleasant sea breeze and beer were the best! Just before reaching Diamond Head, it started to rain and got cold, so we had to turn back unexpectedly, but since the weather is beyond our control, it doesn't affect my evaluation at all. If you're worried, it might be a good idea to bring a sports towel or a hooded rash guard.

More than that, the view of the ocean from the boat, the changing colors of the sea as we went further out, the flying fish jumping around, the blue sky, and above all, the fun atmosphere on the boat made for an incredibly enjoyable experience for both my daughter and me. It truly became a great memory. I think the cost-performance is also very good. I highly recommend it!

お二人の人柄も、気持ちの良い海風とビール、最高でした！ダイヤモンドヘッドに着く手前で雨が降り出して寒く、急遽引き返してやり過ごすことになりましたが、天気はどうしようもないので、全く評価の対象外です。心配な方は、スポーツタオルやフード付きのラッシュガードのようなものを持参されるとよいかもしれません。
それより船から見る沖の景色や沖に出る程に変わる海の色、周りで飛び跳ねる飛び魚、青い空、何より船上の楽しい雰囲気で娘も私も最高に楽しく本当に良い思い出になりました。コスパもとても良いと思います。お勧めです！
