Overall, we enjoyed the trip. Staff was great! However, the snorkel spot was crowded with lots of other groups. It felt like you were bumping into people the whole time. We saw some turtles, but there wasn't much else to see. Also, the parking instructions are unclear. All it said was they validate in the garage, so I parked in the obvious giant garage. But they don't validate in that one (the Hale Koa). They only validate in the Hilton Garage which is harder to find. I hope they aren't unclear on purpose...that cost an extra $39!

There were few Japanese people, and both the captain and the co-captain spoke only English. The captain only spoke with those he wanted to talk to and did not engage with us Japanese guests at all. The female co-captain was very friendly and spoke to everyone. The sailing offered the best views!

At the end, I intended to give a tip, but I wasn't prepared to give it to both of them, so it ended up being less than expected. The captain made a sarcastic remark about it in a loud voice. I apologize for not being prepared, as I didn't know that a tip for both was necessary, but it left me feeling very disappointed after such a wonderful sailing experience. If it weren't for that captain, I would want to participate again. I highly recommend this activity, but I think it's best to prepare tips for both before boarding.

With anticipation, I set sail, feeling the pleasant breeze and gazing at the coastline of Waikiki Beach. However, as time went by, my feelings became complicated with disappointment and sadness about not being able to see much. But when the boat finally reached the point where dolphins gather, everyone started taking pictures, and somehow that helped distract me a little.

As for my thoughts, I felt that we needed to go a bit further out to see more. Also, since the boat rocked quite a bit, I thought medication would be necessary.

The bus was supposed to arrive at 7:35, but it was about 10 minutes late. The Japanese people around me were quite anxious about the time. After confirming names, we received stickers to wear during the tour and set off. It took about 15 minutes to reach where the boat was docked. We boarded a large boat and waited for all the other tour participants to get on (we waited for about 30 minutes).

Both on the boat and in the bus, the air conditioning was extremely strong, making it quite cold, so I recommend bringing a jacket. It was warm when the sun was out, but since I tend to get cold easily, wearing Uniqlo's Ultra Light Down was just right for me. The boat was large, so I didn't feel much rocking.

There are bagels and drinks available for purchase on the boat, so you can have breakfast there, but it's more expensive compared to the ABC store (the drinks were about $4, if I remember correctly).

As for the whales, they surfaced a few times, but whether due to regulations or the size of the boat, we didn't get very close and mostly viewed them from a distance. During the ride, there were announcements in English (no Japanese) explaining about the marine life in Hawaii and the whales. Although we could only see the whales from afar, we were still able to enjoy the beautiful sea and Diamond Head, so I think it was a good value for the experience!

陽が当たる時は暖かいですが、わたしは寒がりなので、
ユニクロのウルトラライトダウンを着ててちょうど良かったかも。
船が大きいので、わたしはあまり揺れも感じませんでした。

船の中にはベーグルやドリンクも売ってるので、船の中で朝食は取れますが、ABC storeに比べると割高です（ドリンクはたしか$4だった）

肝心のくじらはというと、何回か海上の表面に現れましたが、規程があるのか、船が大きいからか、あまり近くには寄らず、だいぶ遠目から眺める感じでした。
乗船中は英語（日本語なし）でハワイの海洋生物の保護、くじらのことなど、アナウンス形式で説明してくれます。くじらは遠目にしか見れませんが、それでも綺麗な海やダイアモンドヘッドが見られたので、コスパは良いほうなのではと思います！

The tour was conducted only in English, but even for us, who hardly speak any English, we managed just fine. My husband and I participated on New Year's Eve. I thought the course meal was too much, so we opted for the buffet and decided to eat a little bit of what we liked. The welcome drink, Mai Tai, was orange-based and very delicious. After taking sunset photos on the deck, it was time for dinner. The people at the tables were called in order to go get their food, so it didn't feel crowded. We had salad, and the main dishes were something like teriyaki chicken, coconut curry stew with white fish, and roast beef that was sliced right there. The roast beef had various seasonings to choose from, including soy sauce. It didn't feel extravagant, but we were very satisfied and full. There were also cakes and fruits. We had pre-ordered a bottle of red wine as an option, and it arrived right on time during the meal. After that, it was showtime. They probably had shows for about 30 people at a time, coming around one after another. The music was pleasant, and I think it was Polynesian dance? We enjoyed the Hawaiian vibe. At the end, everyone danced along to the music. Since it was YMCA, my husband joined in enthusiastically. I would love to participate again.

My friends and I had a blast on the Ke Kai Waikiki sunset cocktail cruise, and seriously can't wait till we can go again!

The boat's brand spanking new and seriously comfy, and the drinks? Tasty and on tap! Props to the crew for keeping the glasses full and snapping awesome pics. Heads up, though, the nets mean splashes if you're cruising to Diamond Head. I got totally soaked, but it was part of the fun!

Sunset views? 10/10. Oh, and don't forget to wear sandals or flip-flops since you have to take off your shoes and walk through water to get on board the boat :)

Hella chill vibe, perfect sunset, and a splashy adventure, and I totally recommend it!

I wanted to see the fireworks from the Hilton on Friday, so I compared various cruises. After a long time in Hawaii, with rising prices, I found this plan that included a dinner buffet and Polynesian dance music to be very satisfying and a great deal. The fireworks were beautiful as well.

What I could have done better:
1. I should have opted for a course meal instead of the buffet, even if it was a bit more expensive. The course meal is on the third floor, while the buffet is on the second floor. Since the buffet requires waiting in line, I was still getting dessert when the sunset happened, so I only managed to see the last bit of it.
2. I should have chosen a plan with transportation included. It was unclear how to change it later, so I gave up. I mistakenly thought the departure location was near the Hilton Hawaiian Village, which is common for other cruises, so I thought I could walk there, but it turned out to be at the Aloha Center. The area is a bit unsafe at night. I think the transportation fee would have been cheaper than ordering an Uber.

金曜日のヒルトンの花火を会場から見たい！という気持ちからいろいろなクルーズを比較してみたのですが、久しぶりのハワイで、物価もあがってるなか、ディナーブッフェ付きでクルーズそしてポリネシアンダンス音楽を楽しめるこちらのプランは大満足でお得でした。花火も綺麗でした。
失敗した点は、
1.ブッフェより少し高くてもコース料理にしたらよかった。
コース料理は3階。ブッフェは2階。
ブッフェだと並ぶので夕日の時間にはまだデザートをとる時間だったので、慌てて夕日の最後しか見れませんでした。
2.送迎付きプランにすべきでした。後から変更する方法がわかりづらく諦めました。出港場所を勝手に他のクルーズがよくあるヒルトンハワイアンビレッジ近くだと思っていたので、歩いて行けると思ってたら、アロハセンターでした。夜は少し治安悪い場所です。
Uber頼むより送迎料金の方が安かったと思います。

When I asked my friends what is the best thing to do in Hawaii, most of them mentioned the sunset cruise they went on for their honeymoon, so I decided to go for my first trip to Hawaii for our 30th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy, and we couldn't see a romantic sunset, but the singer performed for my husband, whose birthday is in two days, and the newlyweds sitting next to us danced in the center of the stage. It turned into a great memory with an interactive show, not just a viewing experience. Thank you to the wonderful show and the staff who attended our table.

I have been on large ships for dinner cruises, but I rarely have the opportunity to ride on a sailboat or a yacht with an outboard motor. Everyone stayed on deck, feeling the wind, and unlike large ships, we were often rocked by the waves, which made it feel like we were really out at sea. Although it was unfortunate that there were many clouds and I couldn't enjoy the sunset, the view of Diamond Head and the illuminated Waikiki hotels from the sea was beautiful. I was also surprised by the restroom on the boat. Be careful not to drink too many Mai Tais, as you might get seasick. We departed from the beach, but the meeting point is somewhat difficult to find for those not staying at the Halekulani or Sheraton, so it's better to scout the location in advance. It's an activity that makes you feel like you're in paradise.

ディナークルーズなどで大型船に乗る事はあったが、セールと船外機つきヨットに乗せてもらう機会は滅多になく、カタマランという形式で、こりゃもうタマラン！今回初めての乗りでとても楽しい時間を過ごせました。皆様ずっと甲板にいて、風に吹かれ大型船と異なり波に揺らされる事も多いので、海に出ているという実感を味わえます。雲が多くて残念ながら夕陽を浴びる事はなかったものの、海から眺めるダイヤモンドヘッドやワイキキホテル群のイルミも又美しい。又、船に備え付けられているトイレにはビックリしました。マイタイの飲み過ぎには注意、酔ってマイッタします。ビーチからの出帆ですが、ハレクラニやシェラトン宿泊者以外はやや分かり難い場所が待ち合わせなので、事前に下見しておいてベター。マタイキタイと思わせしめるアクティビティだ。
