As others have mentioned, the boat arrived more than 10 minutes late for check-in. Even with non-English speakers present, there was no effort to speak slowly or accommodate them; all explanations were given in English.

We did get to see sea turtles, but it seemed like there weren't many that day, as we only encountered a couple of them coming up to the surface a few times.

I participated in the buffet style. I was satisfied with the meal. The live show was impressive and worth watching. At the end, everyone danced imitating the staff, but it was a bit disorganized since the staff didn't remember the moves well, which was a bit disappointing. The sunset was amazing.

There was staff who could speak a little Japanese. The local people teach the basic fishing techniques in English.

We used squid as bait and dropped weights to the seabed to fish. If there were no bites, the captain would move the boat to find a new spot.

I had three incredibly strong bites, but they got away. I'm not sure what kind of fish they were.

It seems that any fish caught are generally released. They didn't cook them on the spot, but they could tell us the types and names of the fish.

The children who love fishing were having a great time.

The boat sways quite a bit, so motion sickness medication is essential. The sun is also strong, so sunscreen is a must.

It was refreshing to see Waikiki and Diamond Head from a different angle.

Overall, did not get to see much of a sunset by being busy with the food and the show. It felt more like sitting in a restaurant since the boat was moving slow and sturdy unless you come out to grab the food.

This tour is a lot of fun as you can really feel like you're abroad, with all the other guests being foreigners. On the day of the tour, we were told it would be the best day ever, and when we arrived, we saw 5 to 6 turtles sleeping on the ocean floor, which was a sight I had never seen before. Of course, there were also many turtles swimming around, and during snorkeling, it was filled with turtles. I was surprised to see so many turtles in Waikiki.

After snorkeling, we enjoyed a cruise while listening to famous international songs, taking in views of Waikiki hotels and Diamond Head. We raised the sails and sped up, enjoying a leisurely time with a pleasant breeze.

I got the impression that it was a solid company, as I checked in at the counter of the cruise company located in the hotel and went over the liability waiver. The sunset finally began on the return trip, offering a different impression from the outbound journey. They mentioned unlimited drinks, but I didn't particularly like the taste of the free drinks and couldn't finish one. Beer and champagne are available for an additional charge. Occasionally, there were large waves, so the ship had its unique rocking motion. I saw someone who couldn't move due to seasickness, so I think it's better for those who are really sensitive to have motion sickness medication. In any case, I recommend it for those who want to enjoy a luxurious 90 minutes of doing nothing.

I participated in the 5 Star experience due to a campaign. After arriving at the venue, there were many people in line, but only the 5 Star passengers were allowed to board first. The smoothness of the process meant I didn’t get to see the welcoming hula dancer…

You can enjoy dinner in a special space on the top floor. At 5 Star, couples danced gracefully in front of us to soft jazz music, creating an overall adult atmosphere. When I looked down from above, I could hear lively sounds coming from the lower floors, so I think it’s best to choose according to your preference!

I struggled a bit with the language barrier, as I couldn’t communicate well in Japanese. Also, it swayed more than I expected, so I think it's essential for those who are prone to motion sickness to take anti-nausea medication! The food was delicious, and I was satisfied with the special night I had.

The disembarkation was scheduled for 7:45 PM, and I ordered a bottle of wine around 6:45 PM. However, no matter how many times I followed up with the butler, I was told the bar was crowded, and the wine did not arrive until 7:20 PM, just as dessert was being served. Since it was a screw-top wine, there was no need for uncorking; they just needed to bring it. The drinks that came with the meal also took about 15 minutes to be served after ordering. I recommend ordering drinks well in advance. For those who want to enjoy their meal with drinks, it was a stressful experience.

A really fun trip that is great for groups of friends and families. I went with both, including a child and we all had fun! Beautiful views all around and plenty of good photo ops. You won’t be wearing shoes and will be walking through water so make sure you are wearing clothes you don’t mind getting wet! If you get sea sick just stay shoreside until the party is over :).

During our 6-night, 8-day honeymoon in Hawaii, we used this service on our last night. I was really looking forward to experiencing the cruising in Hawaii (my wife said it was the part she was most excited about for our honeymoon). I will honestly share both the good and bad points I felt during the cruise.

Good points:
1. The food, including lobster and tenderloin, was truly delicious.
2. Each person received 2 drink tickets, which was great, especially with the yen's depreciation, allowing us to order drinks without hesitation.
3. The scenery was amazing. We could see Waikiki and Diamond Head, which we enjoyed, all from the sea.
4. The friendly crew members chatted with us while we were enjoying the view from the deck and even took photos for us.
5. The jazz performance, which is not something we usually get to hear, made the venue even more stylish and was perfect for the last night of our honeymoon.

Points that differed from expectations:
1. We had reserved a shuttle service, but on the day of the cruise, there was significant traffic due to another event, the Spam Jam Festival, causing us to arrive late and miss the welcome show, which was a hula dance.
2. Similarly, because of the late arrival, the optional commemorative photo was taken as soon as we sat down, and it was disappointing that the background was still the port.
3. Due to the late arrival, the course meal was served quickly, and we couldn't take our time enjoying the scenery on the boat.
→ To avoid issues 1-3, it seems that going to the port individually during events that might cause traffic could be a solution.
4. The cruise was scheduled to depart at 5:30 PM and return at 7:30 PM, but it actually departed at 5:45 PM and returned around 7:20 PM, which was disappointing. The jazz performance continued until the end after we returned!

That's all. I’ve shared quite a bit, but personally, I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity to visit Hawaii.

6泊8日のハワイ新婚旅行の際、最後の夜に利用させていただきました。
ハワイでのクルージングでどんな体験ができるのか、とても楽しみにしていました。(妻は新婚旅行で1番楽しみと言ってくれていました)
そんな期待大で望んだクルージングで感じた良いことも悪いことも率直に記載します。

良かった点
1.ロブスターにテンダーロインなど料理が本当に美味しかったです。
2.ドリンクチケットが2枚/人あり、とくに円安の中だったので気兼ねなくドリンクを頼むことができました。
3.景色が最高です。自分たちが楽しんだワイキキやダイヤモンドヘッドなどが海から一望できます。
4.フレンドリーな船員さんがデッキで海を眺めていると話しかけてくれて、写真も撮ってくれました。
5.普段はなかなか聞く機会がないジャズ演奏があると会場がさらにお洒落で新婚旅行の最後の夜にぴったりでした。

予想と違った点
1.オプションで送迎を予約していましたが、当日はスパムジャムフェスという他のイベントで道がかなり渋滞しており、港着が遅れ、ウェルカムショーであるフラダンスを見ることができませんでした。
2.上記1.同様に送迎の港着が遅れたためなのか、オプションの記念写真が席に着いてすぐでした。背景が港のままなのが残念です。
3.上記1,2.同様に送迎の港着が遅れたため、コース料理がどんどん出てきて、船上で景色をゆっくり見ることができませんでした。
→イベント等で渋滞が起きそうな時は個人で港まで行くことで1〜3の問題が回避できそうです。
4.クルージングは17:30発〜19:30帰港の予定でしたが、実際には17:45〜19:20頃帰港と短くなっており残念でした。ジャズ演奏は帰港後も最後まで続いていました！

以上になります。
いろいろと記載しましたが、個人的にはまたハワイに行く機会があれば利用させていただきたいと思っています。

Very customer focused from check-in through the dinner service & when we debarked. Food was very tasty & plentiful! Would do it again especially on a Fri night when the Hilton Hotel had a wonderful fireworks display.

We participated to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The rich-tasting lobster and tender steak were gentle on the stomach and quite good. Since it was Friday, there were fireworks after sunset, hula dancing, and the staff performed the classic YMCA, which was a lot of fun. We are especially grateful to the female crew who took special care of us since we don't speak English. Lastly, we even received a commemorative cake, making it a wonderful memory.
