We used this service as a family. It included my elderly parents, my uncle and aunt, and my siblings. The ages ranged from older to younger, but everyone was very satisfied. Feeling the wind while cruising on a yacht, which is different from a luxury cruise ship, was fun for us in a more attraction-like sense. However, there was no one who spoke Japanese, so we couldn't understand the pre-participation explanation at all, and we also couldn't follow the announcements during the cruise, which was a bit scary, but that was part of the charm. We enjoyed ourselves with the cheerful crew and other guests. Drinks were free, but there didn't seem to be any non-alcoholic options. For those who can't drink alcohol, you'll quickly realize after taking a sip that it's better to avoid it. Also, the meeting point at the Waikiki Ligar Catamaran was surprisingly hard to find. Additionally, there were so many people on the deck that if a large person was in front, I couldn't see anything at all. I could only see people's backs and heads.

I understand that how active the whales are depends on luck, but it was just too disappointing for the price. Since large boats can't get close, even if we saw big movements like breaching, it would still be a distant event.

I would have preferred to enjoy other activities for this time and cost. I definitely cannot recommend this to acquaintances.

Once they surface for a breath, they don't come back up for about ten minutes, so I didn't get to see them frequently. However, there was drink service, and I didn't feel seasick, so I was able to enjoy the cruising experience comfortably! The view of Waikiki from the sea was also great!

We were staying at the Sheraton for a friend's wedding and decided that this was close and a perfect way to spend an evening, and boy were we were right! The delicious and bottomless maitais made for a great night and the best way to enjoy Hawaii's signiature sunshine.

The boat boarded right from the beach almost directly in front of our hotel, and from there we cruised along Waikiki for unbelievable views. The crew was excellent and this is a must do for anyone wanting to go sailing in Hawaii. Enjoy!

Since this was my first time participating, I hope my experience can be helpful! I joined with my family (one preschooler). I was concerned about whether it would be a good environment for small children and about seasickness, but I’m glad we chose Navatek for those reasons! It’s more compact than the Star of Honolulu, which allowed us to see dolphins up close, and we were surprisingly able to see whales quite nearby as well, which excited the kids. I think seasickness depends on the weather, but on the day we participated, it was sunny and none of us felt sick at all. I was torn about whether to include a meal, but if you really want to focus on watching whales, it might be better to skip the meal. You can head out to the deck right after departure and enjoy the ocean to your heart's content! (With a meal, you might feel pressured to eat and watch at the same time, so it was the right choice for us to go without a meal.) The deck was refreshing and felt great, but being outside for a long time was colder than I expected. It would be good to have a windbreaker or something that blocks the wind. Whales can be elusive, so I recommend enjoying the watching rather than stressing about taking photos. You can purchase edited photos of the best shots for $20, so if you want a keepsake, that’s an option! (By the way, we bought one.) I hope everyone gets to see them too!

ファミリー（未就学生1名）で参加。気になってたのは「小さい子にも良く見える環境か？」「船酔いは？」などでしたが、その点ではナバテックを選んで正解だったと！スターオブホノルルよりコンパクト？な分、間近にイルカを観る事ができたり、くじらも意外と近くで観る事が出来、子供も興奮してました。船酔いは天候にもよると思いますが、参加した日は晴天で家族全員全く酔いませんでした。食事付きかなしかで迷うとこですが、クジラを真剣に観たい様であれば、食事なしがいいかな？出港してすぐにデッキにでて、思う存分海の上を楽しめるので！（食事があると、食べなきゃ、観なきゃでどっちも中途半端になりそうだったので、私達は食事なしで正解でした。）デッキの上は爽快で気持ち良かったですが、長い時間外にいると想像以上に寒かったです。ウィンブレなど、風を通さない羽織りがあれば安心デス。クジラは神出鬼没なので写真は諦めてウォッチングを楽しんで下さい&#9835;20ドルでベストショットを編集した写真を購入できるので、記念にほしい方はそちらを！（ちなみに我が家は購入しました）

The sunset and fireworks were both amazing! However, on that day, the wind was strong and the waves were high, causing quite a bit of rocking on the boat. My companion got seasick, so I had to take care of them, which meant I could only enjoy about half of the experience. Still, I was satisfied. Despite causing some trouble for the staff, they responded with smiles throughout, and I am very grateful for that.

Even though we only went out to where we could see the coastline, we were able to see sea turtles swimming.

There are no life jackets available for rent.
They do provide foam sticks that can be used for underwater relaxation therapy.
I recommend that those who are not confident swimmers bring their own floaties or similar items.

On the last day, I went with a friend.
There were hardly any Japanese participants, so I really felt like I was abroad.
The captain spoke in English, but even though I didn't understand, I enjoyed the atmosphere. The music playing and everyone getting into the groove was fun, and the sunset was truly moving. I was lucky enough to see a whale and a rainbow.

However, even if the weather is nice, I felt cold, so it's definitely best not to stay in a wet swimsuit. A cover-up is absolutely necessary.
The boat sways due to the waves, but the ride isn't too rough. Drinks were distributed freely, but I hardly drank any because it was cold.

The sunset on the last day was really the best!

参加メンバーに日本人はほとんどいなくて、海外に来たなぁと感じられます。
なにやら英語でキャプテンが話したりしてますが、分からなくても雰囲気で充分楽しめました。音楽が流れて周りもノリノリになるのも楽しかったですし、
サンセットは本当に感動します。偶然クジラや虹見れました。

ただいくら天気が良くても寒いと感じたので、濡れたまま水着で…とかは絶対にやめた方がいいです。羽織りが必ず必要です。
波によって揺れますが激しい運転ではありません。ドリンクは勝手に配られるって感じでほとんど飲んでません。寒かったので。

最終日のサンセットは本当に最高でした！

The dolphins were adorable, and although I had given up on seeing whales, I was able to catch sight of a whale spouting water two or three times from a distance, which made me very satisfied. The price was reasonable, and the daytime view of Diamond Head and the buildings of Waikiki from offshore was also lovely. I highly recommend this course at least once!
