I have to say first that the honeymoon leis were stunning. The entire week I've been in Hawaii, I haven't seen any as nice as the ones I bought here. However, keep in mind that, depending on the time of your flight, you might not actually be greeted at the airport. And that information isn't given out until AFTER you purchase it. My plane arrived at 6:55 am, so they dropped it off at my hotel instead. I still got the flowers, but it just kinda ruined the greeting experience I was hoping for.

It was decent. It seems they made adjustments to the schedule and route due to a sudden rain shower. Just like in Japan, you can enjoy a gallop and a brisk pace. I think it would have been even more enjoyable if I could speak English.

I was worried I might cry since it was my first time interacting with a horse, but I enjoyed it without any problems. There were various animals (birds, goats, cows, sheep, etc.), and the horses were friendly, so I felt safe touching them.

I have visited the Polynesian Cultural Center several times, so this time I participated in Paradise Cove for the first time. There were few Japanese participants, and most of the communication in the shuttle was in English, so it might be tough if you can't speak it. You can enjoy hula, tattoo experiences, and lei making until the buffet and show start at sunset. A whole roasted pig is brought out, and the buffet offers sliced meat, but the food is quite simple, consisting of vegetable salad, pork, chicken, fruit, and dessert. As for the show, the host's talk felt a bit long, but overall it created a nostalgic Hawaiian atmosphere that I enjoyed.

This sunset dinner and snorkel sail was excellent! The catamaran was very spacious with plenty of space to walk around and two spacious clean bathrooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and the photographer was exceptional! The food for dinner was also very good! After being in Hawaii for four days already and snorkeling each day, I am so glad I took with snorkel tour since it was by far the best snorkeling with beautiful reefs and sea life, and the photographer came into the water and took underwater photos of us! A jump drive with all the photos cost $40 and was well worth it! Of note do take some motion sickness medicine, you are on a boat! Overall I would highly recommend this trip to any one who wants to see great corral and beautiful sea life!

I had a pleasant horseback riding experience surrounded by a variety of beautiful scenery, including along the coast, in the bushes, and around the pond. My parents, who are in their 60s, were initially a bit nervous but ended up having a great time. It's a given that the horse will poop or stop to graze along the way. Our guide, Katie, was very kind, and the horses were gentle and well cared for. I highly recommend it!

I think it would be even more fun if you understand English, but it's okay if you don't!
The shuttle bus was incredibly enjoyable.
It was so lively that pedestrians pointed at the bus.

There's no need to worry if you miss the meeting time.
After the show, a natural flow of people returning to the bus will form.
The bus number is humorously announced inside the vehicle.
Definitely leave your shy Japanese side behind and join in the laughter.
Just be aware that you might wake up with a sore throat from all the excitement the next day.

You can also experience making leis inside the venue, so don't forget to bring $1 bills for tips.

We celebrated my mother's 70th birthday (a traditional milestone in Japan) with a total of 13 family members. We chose the standard course, but considering the seating and the food, I wish we had opted for the deluxe course since it was a special occasion. The activities, shows, and location were all wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. As mentioned in other reviews, everything was in English and catered to Westerners, but it was nice to experience a foreign atmosphere that you don't find in the Japanese-speaking Waikiki, which added to the fun.

However, the air conditioning on the shuttle bus was very strong, and it was freezing cold. I think it's especially advisable for women to bring a thicker outer layer like a hoodie.

母の70歳（古希）のお祝いに、身内親族総勢13人で参加しました。スタンダードコースにしましたが、席やお料理のことを考えると、お祝いごとなので、デラックスコースにしておけばよかったと思いました。アクティビティー、ショーやロケーション、どれも素晴らしく、満喫できました。皆さんの口コミにあったように、全て英語で欧米人向きでしたが、日本語だらけのワイキキにはない外国に来た雰囲気を実感できて、それも楽しいものでした。
ただ、行き帰りの送迎バスの冷房が強く、凍える寒さでした。女性は特に、パーカーなど厚手のはおりものがあったほうがいいと思います。

We came here on our honeymoon and we had an awesome experience with Ocean Joy Cruises. We scheduled for the shuttle service and the bus was right on time to pick us up from our hotel. There was a little traffic to Ko-Olina but wasn't too bad. The bus driver kindly guided us through the entire ride and it was comfortable. The cruise staff were friendly and generous. They provided everyone with ginger pills to avoid motion sickness. Snorkeling was great too. Too bad that we didn't get to see the turtles but it was fun! The food wasn't fancy or anything but it was delicious and that first sip of an icy cold beer after snorkeling was heavenly. While we were having dinner, we got to see the group of dolphins swimming right next to our cruise which was phenomenal. The sunset, of course, it was breathtaking moment. My husband and I really enjoyed the cruise and we will definitely come back with our family in the future.

first of all, people working on the boat was awesome, they were very very friendly, especially guy name mason was funny and very active and he was there every moment when we needed him
the boat was not too big and luckily we only had less than twenty people so a lot of room normally around forty people on the board. I suggest to take a pill before you go on because it really help you not to through up.
snorkeling was fun experience and they teach you everything you need to know and fun part was when you go into the water they feed the fish so the fish can come to you I'm talking about a lot of fish and it was so amazing and beautiful when can I get to see that many of fish.
after snorkeling it's cold right but this boat has warm water so you can take salt water out in warm water, that was pretty good idea for help from cold and windy weather.
the boat had every drink you could think of like from hot coffee to cold soda to alcohol beverage and people working on the boat took turn to be a bartender and they actually make good tasty drinks but just let you know that alcohol is only served after snorkeling.
I gotta talk and tell you about the food. it's most delicious Hawaiian pork bbq burger and charcoal grilled chicken was so so good and fresh Hawaiian fruits was one of my favorite
during the diner time captain called out to come out and we went out and guess what?!! dolphins were swimming by, not just one couple of Dolphins
it was my first time watching Dolphins swimming around and that was amazing time.
captain was very generous he didn't want us to miss every moment so he was keep looking out and around the ocean if anything it might be interesting for us.
overall this was the best experience for us and I truly and definitely recommend to try, love to go on the board and meet them again.

Awesome luau. Never been to one so I didn't know what to expect. We went all out and did VIP. VIP included a private table, 24 dollar drink cards, a picture. I would recommend VIP if your going.

Above and beyond!

Our flight was delayed 7 hours, we arrived at HNL at 11:00 PM local time and I was sure the surprise greeting I had planned for our family's first trip to the island would have been canceled due to the late hour.

Instead, we were greeted at the gate by a beautiful, very cordial young lady who presented us with gorgeous leis and welcomed us warmly. She was very informative, took us directly to baggage claim and explained how to get to the rental car site most readily.

She made lemon-aide out of the lemons we had been given by the travel delay and helped start our vacation right!

This is my third visit.
The show is authentic, and the activities are plentiful. I love this halau!!
Compared to hotel shows, the time commitment is longer, but I recommend it for those who want to see elegant hula!
However, there are basically few Japanese participants, and it's English-only. Well, you can manage even if you can't speak much.

The dinner was amazing, the filet was cooked perfectly and the crab legs kept on coming. We got a complimentary mai tai that was actually a very good drink (not that pre-mixed yucky stuff) and also ordered the $40 bottle of champagne. When dinner was finished, they put on a Polynesian show within the cabin that was loads of fun. Unfortunately the sunset was blocked by cloud cover but the show made up for it. The waitress was fantastic and the room supervisor was very attentive. Would definitely do this again! An additional note: they took the usual souvenir photo and charged $27 which we thought was way over the top...but it was framed beautifully (book-bound style) and ended up being the best photo of our entire honeymoon!! Worth every penny!

We went on the sunset private ride and it was amazing. My fiance and I would definitely go back here next time we're on Oahu. Our guide was very chill and the horses were gentle. The view was amazing at sunset and besides my horse stopping to eat all the bushes (that was my fault for not taking charge) everything went smoothly. 10 out of 10 would do again!

The Luau was very rushed. I did not have the opportunity to complete all the crafts while also watching and participating in the events. I would have liked if my bus had arrived earlier to give my family time to enjoy all the Luau had to offer. The food was mediocre. We loved the headbands and bracelets. The view from the Luau was absolutely beautiful.

I was looking forward to the luau. I had heard that there were few Japanese guests and that it was English only, but it was disappointing that the staff who assisted us made a clear unpleasant face and spoke to other staff about how troublesome we were. Even though I couldn't perfectly understand English, I got the gist of it.

I also received a simple tattoo, and the service for that was good. The show was very impressive and wonderful, and since we had deluxe seats where food was served, it was great.

The $24 card you receive upon entry might be a good deal for those who drink alcohol, but for those who don't, you can use the remaining amount at the concession stand, although it closes early after the show, so I recommend using it before the show starts.

We walked from the nearby Aulani, and it took less than 10 minutes. If you go before 4:30 PM, you will have to wait outside. The leis you receive at the entrance (men receive kukui leis, and women receive flower leis) cannot be taken back to Japan, so I wish I had requested a kukui instead.

楽しみにしていたルアウ。日本人の利用者が少なく、英語ONLYとは聞いていましたが、対応してくれたスタッフがあからさまに嫌な顔をして他のスタッフに私たちの担当になって面倒くさい～と話しかけていたので残念でした。英語がパーフェクトに聞き取れなくともニュアンスでわかりました。
簡易タトゥーも施していただきましたが、こちらの対応はよかったです。
ショーはとっても迫力があり素晴らしく、食事もサーブしていただけるデラックス席でしたので良かったです。
入場の際にいただける２４ドル分のカード、お酒を飲まれる方にはお得かもしれませんが、お酒を飲まない人は、残りを売店で使えますがショー終了後は早めに閉まってしまうので、ショーが始まるまでに使うことをお勧めします。
近隣のアウラニから歩いたので、１０分かかりませんでした。
１６：３０前に行くと外で待つことになります。入口でもらえるレイ（男性はククイレイ、女性はフラワーレイ）日本にはお花を持ち帰れないので、ククイを希望するとよかったなと思いました。

The luau was an overall great experience. It was my 2nd time i've been here so i decided to take my girlfriend here since it was her first time in Hawaii. Good entertainment and a few small activities where you can make flower headbands, bracelets, and temporary tattoo's that are complimentary. Drinks are reasonably priced but the price of the drinks listed on there menu are of the drinks smallest size. They don't really specify on their menu that they have a s,m,l,souvenir and prices differ from that shown on the screen but I had no complaints we had a balance on a card that allowed us to have two rounds of drinks for free. Definitely have to come on an empty stomach. They provide you with enough food and you can come for seconds. Definitely would recommend going.
