Unfortunately, my older child had a fever, and since the cancellation would incur a full charge, I attended with my younger child, who is in first grade. (I reluctantly gave up the fee for the absent child.) However, I am grateful for the courteous response from the office, who offered to reschedule the date.

I also added bus transportation, but since the meeting point is quite far, I think it's better for those staying around Waikiki who haven't decided on transportation options to include it. The bus driver was a cheerful and kind Japanese woman!

Regarding the activities, I changed the date and participated in the afternoon, and I knew that it would be high tide that day. When we arrived, there was no sandbar, and the water was too deep for adults to stand, which scared my younger child, who clung to me and panicked. It was difficult to swim even the short distance of about 10 meters to the floating island where we could canoe, and I thought we might drown. My child, who was completely intimidated by the move, was also afraid of the canoe, and in the end, we had to desperately return to the boat and spend the entire time on it, which was disappointing.

While I understand that this is a matter of personal responsibility, I think it would have been nice if they could have differentiated the pricing a bit, such as lowering it during high tide, to avoid any frustration.

However, other families seemed to be enjoying snorkeling, riding banana boats, and having a great time. There was plenty of time, and I believe those who are mainly considering activities other than the sandbar would really enjoy it.

What impressed me was the live music performance on the boat; it was pleasant to feel the wind while listening to the relaxing music.

On that day, participants included people from Japan, as well as from China, South Korea, and the mainland United States. The crew consisted of one Japanese person and local staff.

ただ日時をずらしてくださるなど、事務所の方は丁寧に対応していただき感謝です。
バス送迎もつけましたが、集合場所までかなり遠いのでワイキキ周辺にお泊りの方はレンタカーなど移動手段が決まっていない方はつけた方がよろしいかと思います。
バスの運転手さんは日本人の女性で明るくて優しい方でした！

アクティビティですが、日時を変更し午後参加になり、分かっては居ましたがその日の午後は満潮。
着いたらサンドバーは無く大人も足がつかない深さで下の子はとても怖がりしがみつき暴れるので、カヌーが出来る浮島まで移動する間の10M位だけでも泳ぐのが困難で溺れるかと思いました。移動ですっかり萎縮した子供はカヌーも怖がり、結局なんとか必死に船上に戻ってずっと船の上で過ごすことになったのは残念でした。
今回のことは自己責任ではありますが、せめて満潮時は値段を下げていただくなど少し差別化をして貰えたらモヤモヤもなかったかなと思います。

ただ他のご家族はシュノーケリングを楽しんでいたり、バナナボートをしたり、各々楽しそうで、時間もたっぷりあり、サンドバー以外のアクティビティをメインに考えていらっしゃる方にはとても楽しめると思います。

感動したのは船上のライブ演奏で、ゆったり音楽を聞きながら風を感じるのは心地よかったです。

その日の参加は、日本の他、中国、韓国、アメリカ本土からの方が参加されていました。クルーの皆さんは日本人の方１名と、現地の方がいらっしゃいました。

The ocean in Waikiki is beautiful, but this place is on another level! It was a clear emerald green. We did bumper tubing, banana boating, snorkeling, and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). We stayed in the water the whole time without returning to the boat. The bumper tubing we did right after arriving was quite challenging, especially for families with kids. It was thrilling! The time felt long enough that I thought we should go back, but I was completely satisfied. We went banana boating with four people. It wasn't as difficult as the bumper tubing, but you could really feel the sea breeze—definitely a classic ocean activity! For snorkeling, you can use your own gear or rent some. We fed the fish and filmed the ocean with a GoPro. The SUP had an instructor, so it was reassuring to know that if you fell, you’d just land in the water! It was a fantastic time enjoying the ocean in Hawaii.

Riding the waves was fun, and the scenery was beautiful—it was the best! The instructor was also good at Japanese, which made me feel at ease!

It was high tide, so we couldn't see the beautiful sandbar, but we were able to enjoy the stunning sea! On the boat, they sang songs and served donuts and drinks, so we never got bored. For activities other than kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, we could swim without life jackets.

This tour was amazing. The staff was friendly and so helpful. There was so many things to do, you could snorkel, kayak, paddle-board or play beach volleyball. They even have this area where you can hang out on the water float and just relax in the sun. I will definitely be doing this excursion next year. We took my mom for her birthday and she had an absolute blast. The water was so clear and I got so lucky to see a sea turtle while I was kayaking. The tour also has live singers aboard, which makes the tour 10 times better, they were awesome. This tour was 10 out of 10 and thank you again to the staff for being so awesome!

This was our first experience snorkelling and it was absolutely amazing. Our reef guide Kalini made the experience so special, he was extremely knowledgeable about the fish we could see and spent time getting to know us so he could make our experience personal. There were many other activities available on the sandbar but we were having such a great time snorkelling we didn’t get around to doing anything else. I would highly recommend this activity.

My family and I really enjoyed our trip to Oahu and this excursion! The crew was amazing — super friendly, helpful, and made sure everyone was having a great time. The local Hawaiian music they played on the boat was excellent and really added to the overall vibe. Snorkeling and paddle boarding were a blast, and the views out on the bay were absolutely beautiful.

The only reason I didn’t give it a full five stars is because we didn’t really get to see the sandbar. The water was up to my chest (I’m 5’11”), so it didn’t quite have that “standing on the sandbar” experience we were hoping for. Still, it was a really fun and relaxing trip that I’d definitely recommend to anyone visiting Oahu!

Although the time was short, the speed was quite exhilarating, and the children were pretty scared when we went over the waves, so I think three rounds of surfing was just right.

It was unfortunate that I couldn't take photos with my smartphone during the boarding process because there was paddling involved. Later, I received an email about purchasing photos and videos, but they were all similar pictures where you couldn't see faces, and they were expensive! I was also disappointed that I couldn't purchase just the videos.

The tour itself was great - however the instructions were very clear that if you were late you’d be left behind. The guides let people wander in as late as 930 although check in time was 845 and the boat was supposed to leave at 9. Table choice was also not first come first serve - they saved the window seats for people with children so despite our group being one of the first to arrive we were placed in a center table and the people arriving 45 mins late and holding up the whole group got the window seats.

Once on the water the tour was great :) guides were friendly and helpful

I chose the morning plan without checking the tides, so I ended up being submerged in the sea up to my chest and couldn't see the sandbar. If you want to see the sandbar, I think it's better to check the tides beforehand. Once we got to the sandbar, we were able to enjoy activities like snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding freely, which was fun. The staff members who spoke Japanese shared unique stories with us. You can get donuts on the boat heading to the sandbar, but if you plan to get them later, they might run out, so I recommend getting them at the beginning.

潮汐を調べずに午前プランを選択してしまったので、サンドバーは見られずに胸元くらいまで海に浸かっている状態でした。サンドバーを見たい場合は、事前に潮汐を調べてから行ったほうがいいと思います。サンドバーについてからは、シュノーケルやサップなど自由に過ごすことができ、楽しめました。日本語を話してくださるスタッフの方々がユニークにお話してくださいます。サンドバーに向かう船の中でドーナツがもらえますが、後でもらおうと思っていると無くなりますので、初めにもらうといいと思います。

From start to finish, this was one of the best experiences on the island as far as tours go. We got to the parking lot and we asked some locals where to go, and they directed us to the boat, which was at the very end of the dock. When we got in the folks working on the boat were very professional and welcoming. They have live music playing, and that was excellent as well. There was plenty of seating and they had complementary water, a juice, and donuts. They also had snacks for purchase and beer. There was restrooms on the boat and lifejackets. We were given clear instructions as to what activities we could do and for that price it was great. You could kayak you could do stand-up paddleboard you could snorkel or you could pay extra to do the banana boats or the bumper boats, but I think you had to sign up for those prior to going on the trip out. The whole family had fun and we were all able to try everything with the allotted amount of time that we were out on the water. It was a great experience overall, and we recommend it to all the families that visit Oahu.
