I received an email about the cancellation around 8:00 AM on the day of the event, so I recommend checking your email before heading to the location. If the event is canceled, you can choose to either get a refund or reschedule. I opted to reschedule. The process is completed on the Veltra website. Since bad weather is unavoidable, if you really want to go parasailing, it's a good idea to incorporate it into the earlier part of your Hawaii trip so that you can reschedule if it gets canceled. I appreciate that safety is prioritized.

It was my first time parasailing, and I was a bit scared, so I chose the 120m option. Even at 120m, it was high enough, and the view was beautiful, which made me very satisfied. The boat was small and quite fast, so it's better to take motion sickness medication beforehand. I filmed a video of my parasailing experience with a GoPro, and I'm glad I got some very immersive footage.

At one point, I was splashed into the sea and got a little wet, so it's better to wear a swimsuit. 途中、海にドボンされ、少し濡れるので水着で行った方がいいです。カメラやスマホを持ち込む際は念の為防水ケースなどに入れると良いと思います。
1月の参加ということもあり、少し肌寒く、ラッシュガードを羽織っての参加でちょうど良かったです。

They informed us that we could switch to a banana boat or a bumper tube, so we chose the bumper tube, which I had actually wanted to try! The staff at the reception were Japanese, and some of the staff who explained the operation spoke Japanese as well! Everyone was very friendly and kind, and we had a great time 😊. We visited Hawaii for our honeymoon and tried parasailing for the first time. I was nervous until we took off because I'm not great with the feeling of floating, but once we were up in the air, it felt amazing and the view was beautiful—it was the best! The local instructor was very cheerful and bright, and even though all five groups on the same boat were Japanese, everyone was able to communicate and have fun with the instructor.

The airtime was less than 10 minutes, but both my husband and I were very satisfied. If you're hesitating, I definitely recommend giving it a try! I will definitely do it again when I go back to Hawaii!

We participated as a couple.
We've been to Hawaii several times, but this was our first time signing up for this activity.
It was really fun! It was a unique experience that you can only have in Hawaii. The view of Waikiki and Diamond Head from the ocean, and the scenery from above was amazing.
There were only two groups, including us, and since the ride was just under 40 minutes, we didn't feel too seasick. If there had been more groups, we might have felt nauseous.
We stayed at a hotel with an ocean view, so even after the experience, we enjoyed seeing from our balcony, "Oh, they're parasailing! That's the one we did!" every time we looked out.
