I think there are several Japanese staff members, so those who don't understand English can participate with peace of mind. Both the Japanese and American staff were very friendly. There is also a shop, so it was great to be able to buy necessary items and souvenirs. I had a lot of fun. This is my best memory from this trip to Hawaii. I definitely want to participate again!

My first experience with SUP was great; they taught me everything from scratch, and I was able to enjoy it even as a beginner. After the activity, I could rent a bike or snorkel and went all the way to Lanikai, which was very fulfilling. However, I was a bit disappointed that the bus gathering time was early; if it had been about an hour later, I could have enjoyed it more leisurely.

I don't really recommend winter. The weather is bad, and it gets cold when it rains. Also, when it rains, it's not really suitable for exploring Kailua. Going without a guide is truly free, but I definitely recommend going with a guide for those who are inexperienced. My husband and I had our first experience with SUP. The instructor, Mieko, provided thorough explanations, allowing us to feel at ease during the experience. Following her advice to jump sideways instead of forward when falling for safety, my husband jumped sideways quite well.

Although the weather had been bad until the day before, we were fortunate that the conditions were great on the day itself. While paddling and enjoying the natural scenery of the clear sea and distant mountains, we quickly arrived at the island offshore.

Thank you for taking photos as well. They became a wonderful keepsake. I would love to try it again if the opportunity arises!

My first time in Hawaii, my first time SUPing. The weather was bad and there was wind, so it turned into a river experience. It was cloudy, but it didn't rain, so that was good enough. The explanations were easy to understand, and I got to take a lot of photos, creating great memories. I also rented a bike, and although it was tough to get to my target pancake place and Lanikai Beach, I achieved my goal! If I could wish for anything, I would have liked one more hour of free time. My first experience with stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). First, on the sandy beach, an instructor who had been an ALT (Assistant Language Teacher) in Japan gave a thorough lecture in fluent Japanese. Then we headed to the ocean. At first, I struggled to stand up because it was unstable, but once I could move freely in the direction I wanted, the fun doubled. Even a woman in her 50s was surprisingly able to get on and enjoy it quickly. It was also a strange experience to view the hotels in Waikiki from the sea. Initially, I had a reservation for 1:30 PM, but due to heavy rain, it was canceled on the day, and I rescheduled for 8:30 AM on another day. However, the sea was calm in the morning with fewer people, so I recommend the morning time (the staff mentioned this too). Waikiki Beach Services also has Japanese staff, which is reassuring. They keep your belongings in a shelf under the reception counter. As a side note, after that, when I rented a surfboard, I got a half-price repeat customer rate. The next day, I rented SUP equipment cheaply at Fort DeRussy Beach and had a great time. I realized how important it is to receive proper lessons from the instructor at the beginning. During my 4-night, 6-day trip to Hawaii, I found myself with some extra time, so I made a last-minute reservation on-site. When I booked, I was instructed to print the voucher, but I didn't know how to print it in Hawaii. However, the staff at the reception were very helpful, so it turned out fine. I was also relieved to find that the receptionist spoke Japanese very well. They even took care of my valuables at the reception.

The SAP was quite challenging, but thanks to the enthusiastic instruction from Matt, the instructor, I was able to stand up successfully! Additionally, it was truly moving to see a sea turtle up close during the lesson.

I was a bit anxious since it was my first activity, but I had a great time. The fact that it only takes about an hour at Waikiki Beach makes it easy to participate, which is another great point. I definitely want to join again the next time I visit Hawaii.

4泊6日のハワイ旅行で、時間が余りそうだったので急遽現地で予約しました。

I had fun hiking to the waterfall and going swimming but the water was freeeezing!! I felt like the first time I did this activity we had a lot more time. I was able to snorkel, eat, stand up paddle and walk the town. This time I felt like going to the nut farm wasted a lot of time to do the activities. That part should be taken out and the time should go towards the actual activities. But all in all is was fun.

I had a great experience with SUP. The trainers and staff were all very nice, and I had a lot of fun. When we arrived, we had some free time first, and we went cycling for about 20 minutes to nearby Lanikai Beach. The turquoise blue beach was beautiful, and we even saw sea turtles! I was able to borrow snorkeling gear from the office beforehand, so I brought it along. After returning from the beach, we had pizza for lunch (you get a voucher), and it was very delicious! In the afternoon, we did SUP, but the wind was strong and the waves were big, so we practiced in the river first before heading out to the ocean. We aimed for a nearby island, but because the waves were high, we had to turn back without landing on the island. It was a shame we couldn't go to the island, but it was still a very enjoyable experience.

The crew got them sized for their snorkels and fins and they had so much fun swimming with all the fish in the clear water! The kids loved jumping on the inflatable trampoline, going down the slide, and especially loved jumping off the top deck of the boat! They raced each other on kayaks and the stand up paddle boards and had tons of fun. The crew were very accommodating and friendly! They even had snacks and drinks for everyone, which the kids devoured. My kids and my son's friends had a memorable day in the water and I got some great pictures to remember his birthday!

GREAT activity for families w/ kids of different ages!

This was SUCH a fun experience for my kids and their friends (ages 7 - 12). They got to do all five activities and didn't have any wait at all for 4 (there was a short wait for the stand-up paddle, but because there were four other things for them to have fun doing, they didn't notice at all). The crew was fabulous. They let the kids jump off the boat from different parts and had great snacks that the kids gobbled up. We asked them what they liked the best and they said they loved all the activities.
The stand-up paddling was probably the biggest hit. The snorkel and kayak and jumping off the boat (extra LOL) was next. Slide and trampoline after that. Since they're smaller/lighter, it was harder for them to jump on the trampoline -- adults will be able to make it bounce more. But yes, over all, AMAZING experience. Just a reminder that the harbor is paid parking so make sure to be ready for that. Hope you all enjoy it like we did! :)

My friend and I did this activity last week and it was so much fun! Perfect thing to do on your day off or if you are vacationing in Hawaii. So many activities to do on one boat, you can't beat it! All of the employees were very kind and happily helped us when we asked to use kayaks/paddleboards, etc. Highly recommended!

Fantastic seeing fish, turtles and even a dolphin sighting.

My overall impression of the experience was good. What I liked most about the activity was seeing the fish while snorkeling. I also saw a few turtles bobbing in and out of the water. There was a boat passing with some dolphins visible which was a nice surprise. My advice for future participants include taking precautions for any motion sickness because the water can make the boat rock a bit depending on the waves. Otherwise its a nice experience overall. It was great at the end of the trip when our shoes were lined up before exiting the ship.
