It was a perfect day for a flight. Since it was sunny, I was wondering if yesterday was the same, but it turned out to be the best day for flying due to various conditions like the wind. The warm and reassuring welcome from the owner couple, along with their prior email notification, made for a welcoming flight. I got to see the entire view of Honolulu from the sky for the first time, and the colors of the sky and sea, as well as the wind, were all wonderful. The pilot was friendly and ensured a safe and secure flight. At one point, I unexpectedly got airsick, and we had to land for a break before taking off again. During the break, we were offered cold towels, drinks, and sweets for a relaxing time. The staff went around the airport with a cart, which helped settle my nausea. The view from above and the warm, trustworthy hospitality from the staff made this Cessna flight a wonderful memory for my husband and me. Thank you so much! Oh! On our return, we were interviewed by a TV crew at the airport, and the staff shared the photos from our Cessna flight, which were aired as well! It was filled with many happy moments. My English isn't fluent, but the pilot spoke English, and since the management is Japanese, they interpreted the instructions before we took off, so there were no issues at all. First of all, I was truly impressed by how friendly and kind all the staff members were.

The tour itself was conducted in English by the pilot, but the staff were Japanese. The pilot also explained things in simple English with gestures, so I think even those who are not confident in English can enjoy it fully.

The main experience of piloting the Cessna was truly exhilarating! I believe opportunities to actually pilot a plane are rare in life, and being able to do it in beautiful Hawaii is just fantastic.

It was a memorable tour that made my heart race with the excitement of piloting the Cessna and was also soothing thanks to the warmth of the staff. Thank you for the surprise! I think this is a tour that everyone should definitely experience.

Since it was a special occasion, we decided to let our 9-year-old daughter have the piloting experience instead of us, so she piloted while her parents were passengers. We booked this for our honeymoon, wanting to create memorable activities in Hawaii. We searched for "Hawaii Cessna" and made the reservation because it was the first option that came up.

A Japanese staff member picked us up by car at our hotel, and during the ride, we had a friendly conversation about how to enjoy Hawaii and recommended spots.

On the day I arrived in Honolulu from Japan, I headed straight to the meeting place office. The owner was absent that day, so a representative assisted us. They were very kind, a Japanese person, and also acted as an interpreter with the instructor. The office was clean, and I was able to spend my waiting time and time after the flight very comfortably.

The flight was quite nerve-wracking, but the instructor taught us carefully, and I was able to pilot for a long time. It’s about a 5-minute taxi ride from Honolulu Airport, so I was able to participate right after arriving in Hawaii.

All the staff members, except for the pilot, were Japanese and were very kind and friendly. They taught me a lot about Hawaii while offering drinks and snacks.

The facility was a beautiful space, like a lounge in a luxury hotel, and I was able to relax comfortably.

The pilot was very handsome and kind. He explained the flight route and weather conditions for the day, took photos with me, and then we were off! His gentle English was easy to understand, even for someone like me who is not very proficient. The breathtaking views of Hawaii from above, especially the beaches and Diamond Head, were beyond words. I took lots of photos and videos.

It was my first experience piloting a plane, and I was both nervous and excited; it was incredibly fun and the best experience ever.

自分で操縦する経験はもちろん初めてでしたがとてもドキドキわくわくで、非常に楽しく、最高の経験でした。

After the aircraft check and pre-flight briefing with the instructor, it was finally time to board. Of course, they handled the controls, but they let me pilot quite a bit from takeoff to landing, and they also explained the sights and took photos, which was a lot of fun. The instructor was a young guy, but he was very reliable and kind. The president and his wife were also very friendly and easy to talk to, and they showed great hospitality with their thoughtful gestures. We flew over the sightseeing spots of Oahu for an hour, and it was so enjoyable that I wanted to go around again. If I visit Hawaii again, I definitely want to do this once more. I highly recommend this activity for its fun, great service, and excellent hospitality.

インストラクターと一緒に機体チェック、飛行前のブリーフィングの後でいよいよ搭乗。もちろん操作はしてくれますが、離陸から着陸まで結構操縦させてくれましたし、名所の説明や写真も撮ってくれてとても楽しかったです。インストラクターは若い男の子でしたがとても頼りがいがあり親切でしたし、社長様や奥様もとても気さくで話しやすく、また色々とお気遣いいただきホスピタリティも凄く良かったです。オアフ島の観光名所を1時間飛びましたが、もう1周したいほど楽しく満喫しました。ハワイに再訪したらぜひもう1回お世話になりたいです。アクティビティの楽しさ、サービスやホスピタリティの良さなど絶対にお薦めです。

Until I was told "You have control," I was enjoying the scenery and taking photos. Once my piloting began, I was so nervous that I could only focus on the front and the instruments, but after about five minutes, I was able to relax and take in the surrounding views. It was my first experience, and I think this is just the beginning.

As for infection control, we both wore masks and communicated through the intercom, so there were no droplets. Additionally, the cabin is ventilated with airflow coming in from the wings on both sides. Also, there is a mount for attaching a GoPro, so bringing a GoPro or similar device is possible.

I participated on my first day in Hawaii!
【From Pickup to Experience】
I arrived on an international flight in the morning and was picked up directly from the airport. After the flying experience, I headed to my accommodation, so there was no need for separate transportation arrangements, making everything very smooth! Before the flying experience, they provided Hawaiian juice and snacks at the waiting area in the office, which felt luxurious and clean, almost like a lounge. I was nervous about my first flying experience, but I was able to relax. The owner and the receptionist were both Japanese, and they guided me through the hangar facilities, explaining about the airplane and taking photos.

【Flying Experience】
After that, the pilot instructor, who had finished inspecting the airplane, came to pick me up from the office and explained the flight route and weather for the day. The instructor was a Korean-Hawaiian who spoke slowly in English, and the receptionist also acted as an interpreter, making it easy to understand. (I heard there are instructors who can speak Japanese, but they were off that day.) During the explanation, they mentioned that there would be turbulence right after takeoff and suggested that I try piloting in the northern part later on, which helped me prepare mentally. While waiting for the photo data, I enjoyed juice and snacks in the lounge. Since I mentioned it was my first time in Hawaii, they showed me guidebooks available in the lounge and provided various information and photos about Hawaii. When they dropped me off at my accommodation, they explained Hawaiian information along the way, making me feel glad that I participated in this activity on my first day! 午前中に国際線で到着して、そのまま空港に迎えに来て頂き、操縦体験後、宿泊施設へ向かったので別で送迎手配も不要で大変スムーズでした！
操縦体験前にオフィスの待機場所でハワイのジュースやお菓子をご用意頂き、オフィスの待機場所や御手洗もどこかのラウンジみたいで高級感、清潔感があって、初めての操縦体験で緊張してましたがリラックスできました。
オーナーさん、受付ご担当の方が日本の方で、格納庫の施設案内をして下さり、飛行機の説明や写真を撮ってくれました。

【操縦体験】
その後、飛行機の点検を終えたパイロットイントラの方がオフィスへ迎えに来てくれて、今日の飛行ルートや天候の説明をしてくれました。
イントラは韓国系ハワイアンの方でゆっくりの英語で話して下さり、受付ご担当の方も通訳して下さったので分かりやすかったです。（当日はお休みでしたご日本語ができるイントラの方もいらっしゃるそうです）
説明の中で今日は離陸直後から気流が悪いという事や気流の影響も踏まえて、北側の後半辺りを操縦してみましょう。という話をしてくれたので心構えができました。
搭乗時もコクピットにスタンバイしている写真もたくさん撮って頂きました。（機長席の左側に座ります！）
いよいよ離陸ですが、プロペラがかなりの音なので、ヘッドホン＆マイクでイントラとやり取りします。
ヘッドホンからは管制塔からの指示？等の無線も聞こえてくるので、それも貴重な体験です。
離陸直後はかなり揺れて（一応、嘔吐用の袋を持たせてくれます）怖かったですが、それ以上に景色がとても綺麗で自由に写真も撮れます。
コクピット席で見るハワイの風景は格別です！
イントラから、どの辺りを飛んでいるのか随時説明もしてくれます。島や岬、ジュラシックパークの撮影場所の等、初めてのハワイだったので地理がよく分かりました。
操縦体験中はイントラから分かりやすい単語で指示をしてもらい、事前にお願いしていたので操縦している所の写真も何枚か撮ってもらいました。
操縦体験は初心者の私でもとても簡単に楽しめました。

【操縦体験後】
写真のデーター待ちの間、先程のラウンジでジュースとお菓子を頂き、ハワイが初めてである事を話していたのでラウンジにあるガイドブックを見せてもらったり、受付ご担当の方からハワイの写真やいろいろ情報を教えてもらう事ができました。
宿泊施設へ送って頂く際も通り道の随所随所でハワイ情報の説明をして頂きながら送って頂けたので、初日にこのアクティビティに参加して良かったと思いました！
また体験したいです！

It was cloudy on the day, but we changed the course a bit and enjoyed a scenic flight with beautiful views. We saw Waikiki and Diamond Head from above. Hanauma Bay was closed on the 25th for Christmas, so it was empty—amazing. We were able to enjoy a leisurely flight and even saw a rainbow. This course also allows you to experience piloting, so if you're interested, definitely give it a try. I would love to see it on a bluer day as well. Thank you again. The pilot was kind and attentive, and having everything in Japanese was reassuring. Thank you very much.

当日は曇りでしたが、コースを少し変えて、きれいに見れるところを遊覧飛行していただきました。ワイキキ、ダイアモンドヘッドを上から見る。ハナウマ湾（２５日はクリスマスのため、閉じていたので誰もいないハナウマ湾でした。凄い。）ゆっくり遊覧飛行できました。虹も見れました。このコースは操縦も体験できますので、興味のある方は、ぜひどうぞ。また、もっと青い日に見てみたいです。また、よろしくお願いいたします。パイロットの方も親切で丁寧です。オール日本語というのも安心できますね。ありがとうございました。

This is one of the coolest things that i have ever done in my life! If you have ever wanted to know what it is like to fly, this is the thing for you. Staff was great and the instructor was great. Everything is safe. I not only got to take off, but fly around the island for an hour and then land the plane! I can't even explain what an incredible experience this was. This is definitely a must try!!!
