Everyone was nice and funny!
Reviewed by: Allison, 2024/04/17Loved the tour guides. The water was abnormally choppy on my trip, I wish I had taken Dramamine. The snacks were well suited for the tour. The boat is great and overall really cool. I brought a 4 and 1 year old. We saw at least 4 sea turtles and they showed us star fish. I will go again.

Jet Snorkel with Turtles at Electric Beach - Guided Tour with Waikiki Pick-up

Reviewed by: DT Fam, 2024/04/11The experience from the shuttle pick up/drop off to guidance and snorkeling are exceptional and amazing. We experienced as it detailed on the booking website.
After booking, I received the picture of the pickup location which is easy to find. Keep your eye to find the shuttle van, he parked across the street when there were 3 coach bus parked in front of the entrance. The van showed up on time and could fit up to 14 people. The van is clean, comfortable seating, and good AC. The driver introduced the Electric Beach and talked about the places.
After dropping off, the driver introduced Jose and Jorge who were the snorkeling guides. They are very friendly and acknowledged. One of my friend did not confident to swim in the ocean, but she trusted Jose and went to the water with us. Jose and Jorge made sure everyone stick together under their guidance. All the gears (snorkeling masks, fins, life jackets, jet machines) were provided. Jorge had his GoPro to record the fun moment and shared to us at the end.
My group loves this experience as many of us had no swimming experience but Jose and Jorge made it easy, fun, and safe.

楽しかった！けど船酔い注意！笑

日本人はおらず、全て英語で。
そこでちょっとつまずきました。
「スノーケリングやったことある人？」とか、色々お客さんに聞いてるんですが、
イマイチ理解出来ない。
ウェットスーツの着方も、結局他のお客さん(英語で)が手伝ってくれました。
それでも日本人のご家族も多くて。
ボートから海へ降りた時、足がつかないことにパニックになっている男の子がいたんですが(もちろんライフベストは着用していました)
ボートからクルーが浮き具を投げて何度も使ってと言っていたんですが、通じず。
私が日本語で「使う？」と声かけたら頷いて落ち着くことが出来たようです。
全て英語でも問題なければ、良いと思いますが、
時々トラブルが…。
あとは船酔い！
何人か…それはそれはもうグロッキーになって…袋を握りしめて横になっていたり、最初はあんなにはしゃいでたのにという女の子組もグッタリしていたり…。
見てて可哀想でした。
我が子も酔いやすいので、ワイキキ出発時と、船乗船時の2回、酔い止めキャンディを服用させて、難なきを得ました。
酔い止め対策必須ですね！
あとはタオル。海から上がると寒いです！
風も強いので(ボートで走ってる最中は)、濡れた体が体温を奪いました。
最後にタトゥーシールを貼って貰えたのが子供は「ロコっぽい」と大喜び！
どなたかのコメントで「現金はいらない」と書かれてあったので持って行かなかったのですが、
持って行けば良かったです。
私達親子のお世話をよくしてくれたTitthaにチップを渡せなかったのが残念です。

海の魅力を満喫できるツアー

クルーの方々も気さくな方ばかりで、本当に楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。
雲で陽が遮られると結構肌寒く感じたので、羽織物を準備しておいたほうがいいと思います。
また船の揺れが結構大きいので酔い止め対策はしっかりと準備したほうが楽しめると思います。

Ko Olina Sunset Dinner Cruise with Cocktails & Snorkel Tour - Ocean Joy
Great Experience!
Reviewed by: Pam, 2024/03/16My husband and I really enjoyed the Sunset Snorkel Cruise! The views were beautiful and the crew were so nice! I was nervous about trying to snorkel but the crew was super helpful and I felt safe (life vest and I was able to use a floatie as well) and we saw lots of colorful fish and sea turtles! The cocktail service was great, tasty and generous. Unfortunately during the return portion of the cruise, I felt a bit seasick (did not really affect my enjoyment of the cruise though) so only ate rice for dinner but my husband enjoyed the food which was plentiful. If you are prone to motion sickness (which I am) that would be my only advice, I forgot my accupressure wristbands which do actually work fairly well. I liked that the group was small and we had the freedom to move around and sit and stand where we wanted and all the guests were pleasant and we felt comfortable socializing and getting to talk to other people. I highly recommend this cruise!

Rain in the morning but still so fun!

陽気なクルージング！

陽気な音楽ともに楽しいクルージングでした。
日によるかもしれませんが、乗り物酔いに弱い方は酔い止めを飲んで参加した方が良いかもしれません。
イルカも沢山見ることが出来き、大人も子供達も大興奮でした。
投稿者はドルフィンウォッチングやシュノーケリングは初参加でしたが、複数回経験のある友人夫婦は比較的のんびりとしたツアーやシュノーケリングだと言っていました。
3歳の娘も抱えられながら気持ちよさそうに浮いたり、持参した水中箱メガネで楽しそうに海中を眺めていました。
私達が参加した時は日本語を話せる方はみえなかったようですが、親切に接して頂けたので安心しました。

West Oahu Wild Dolphin Swim & Snorkel Tour with Ocean Activities - Iruka Hawaii

My morning with Iruka Hawaii's dolphin swim and snorkel was nothing short of absolutely perfect. From start to finish, every moment on the water was just fantastically fun!
The boat was a pleasantly spacious and comfortable, and the crew was incredibly helpful and impressively knowledgeable about dolphins. Their expertise added a whole new layer of appreciation to the experience~
Snorkeling twice was a highlight, and I spotted a bunch of fish and turtles, but the real showstopper was seeing bottlenose dolphins gliding beneath us. It was definitely something I will never forget :)
We also got great views of Hawaiian spinner dolphins from the boat, and I can't describe just how adorable it is when you see them jumping and spinning out of the water. Definitely glad I had my phone camera ready!
Lunch was simple yet delicious, hitting the spot perfectly, and the availability of snacks was a great way to stay fueled for the adventure.
And a massive shoutout for the provided transportation from Waikiki to Waianae since it is almost an hour drive, and I wouldn't have been able to get out there any other way.
Can't wait to go again!!!

Wonderful crew, great for inexperienced snorkelers

The crew truly made this an unforgettable experience as they were incredibly polite, kind and patient with all the guests. We previously had a rough go at snorkeling on a trip to Mexico which prompted the crew to take special care with us as we entered the water and familiarized ourselves with snorkeling in open ocean. They were encouraging and supportive; we would 100% recommend and would love to come back again. They gave an excellent overview of how to use the equipment and enter the water safely. We got to swim alongside a TON of fish and got to see 2 turtles while in the water. The service on the boat was great and the lunch tasted great; really hit the spot after swimming for a while. Thank you!!

ウミガメも見れてサンセットもとてもきれいで満足でした。

クルーズからのサンセットもとてもきれいに見ることができ最高の思い出になりました。
スタッフの方が写真を撮ってくださり、最後に販売があるので欲しい方はクレジットカードや現金を少し持っていった方がいいと思います。

一生の思い出
Reviewed by: まっつぁん, 2023/09/163時間近く乗船するとのことで、とにかく船酔いが心配でしたが、酔い止めを服用したところ問題ありませんでした。嘔吐している方もいましたので、酔い止めをおすすめします。
出向してすぐにイルカに遭遇し、ジャンプしたりスピンしたりしているイルカを間近で見ることができました。、
その後のシュノーケリングで見た光景は、息を飲む美しさでした。一生忘れられません。サップやカヌー、船に取り付けた滑り台などのアクティビティも豊富で、息子は6歳でしたが充分楽しむことができました。

The staff is extremely friendly, courteous, and personable. They made sure my kids were safe and comfortable. The time frames were very appropriate, the staff kept everyone engaged and entertained. Some staff shout outs for Brandon, Jeremy Natalie, Faith, the guy holding the mike (sorry I forgot his name!!) . And yes we saw TONS of dolphins.

旦那がシュノーケリング初めてでしたが、丁寧に説明していただき、楽しんでいました♪
船の上ではみんな自由に過ごしていて、ソフトドリンクも自由に飲め、お昼ご飯もとてもおいしかったです！
イルカと亀にも会えて大満足のツアーでした！

イルカ、カメだけでなくクジラにも遭遇！！

早起きでしたが参加したこのツアーではイルカだけでなく運良くクジラにも出会えることができました。また、ホヌも見れることができとても興奮しました。スタッフの方々もとても親切で日本語対応スタッフもいるので安心して参加できました。シュノーケルでは綺麗な海でゆったりと色鮮やかな魚たちも見ることができました。また、船からの滑り台も楽しかったです。帰りの船上ではフラダンスも見ることができ最高の思い出になりました。船酔いが心配な方はあらかじめ酔い止めを飲んでいくことをお勧めします。忘れた場合は、行きのバスの中で、
酔い止めに効くと言われる酔い止めバンドを購入することもできます。

Amazing Morning Out
Reviewed by: Rob, 2023/04/13Really enjoyed our Morning out. The crew and Captain made the trip so much better. Honestly, their energy was off the charts, the music was good, enjoyable for all ages (we went as a couple in our mid 20’s and loved it, there were children loving it and parents older than us that were having a blast!)
I’d recommend the photo package, we didn’t get it but looking back and seeing how many pictures Tom took is outstanding. It’s the only photo package I’ve seen so far that guarantees 300 real photos of you minimum.
We’ve done a lot of trips on this holiday and this was probably the best crew I’ve seen. Can’t rate them high enough. Wish I could remember all their names but I can’t. Either way, amazing team to have.

Reviewed by: mai, 2023/04/10イルカを見れることが確定ではないのにも関わらず沢山のイルカを見ることができました。船の中も快適でスタッフさんたちが沢山盛り上げてくれたのでとても楽しい一日を過ごすことができました。朝の集合が早かったですがその代わり一日が長く感じることが出来たので充実感に圧倒されました。陸の大自然を船から見ることができる経験も出来たので非常に良い体験をすることができました。シュノーケリングは少し時間は短いもののウミガメを無事見ることもでき、沢山の魚を見れました。非常に楽しかったです。ありがとうございます

Need to provide something more than meet-at-the-bathrooms-of-a-marina for mustering instructions. There were no crew/personnel at said marina bathroom well past the appointed time. The check-in process was haphazard at best, and did not instill a lot of confidence in the crew's ability/professionalism. The shuttle brining additional guests from Honolulu/Waikiki was very late and delayed our departure by more than 30 minutes (of a three hour cruise). This is obviously not the crew's fault and there is nothing they could have done about the traffic; however, the lack of communication to the guests who were there waiting could have (and should have) been much much better.
Once on the boat, the crew proved knowledgable and kind. A fun cruise that is perfectly suited for visitors staying on the west end of the island. There are similarly priced options closer to Honolulu and Waikiki without the hour-plus drive through really bad traffic.

West Oahu Snorkel Cruise with Dolphin Watch, Kayak, SUP, Waterslide & Lunch
Nice day on the water
Reviewed by: ELL, 2023/04/02This was our 2nd time doing the Dolphins and You Tour (we did it in 2017). Last time was amazing as we had a very calm day and saw lots of dolphins. This time it was quite rough and we did not get an opportunity to swim in the ocean with them.
We did enjoy our time anchored in the bay, where we snorkeled, kayaked and swam. Lunch was delicious and the crew was terrific.
Even despite not seeing dolphins, it was a lovely day.
