We were blessed with beautiful weather, and the view of Diamond Head and the deep blue sea and sky from the ocean was stunning. Even if we hadn't encountered any whales, I would have been completely satisfied just with the cruise. Just when I was about to give up, the whales finally appeared! The sight of two of them slapping their tails on the water's surface was incredibly powerful. We were able to see them closer than I had imagined. They showed up again in another spot, and I was absolutely thrilled. The kids were also very excited!

Got canceled for our morning breakfast tour because there was not enough people, they did refund me for the breakfast part and rescheduled us for the afternoon tour, the water was pretty rough, we did see a whale in the distance but not close enough to get pictures, it is getting close to the time they begin to migrate to Alaska.

You should definitely book with this particular crew. They are amazing and very hospitable. The ride was really smooth and beautiful and we got to see turtles, dolphins and whales. It was absolutely incredible. I would highly recommend it and we plan to do it again when back in Hawaii. Also, the breakfast was really good so all in all an ideal family activity.

I think it's less likely to get seasick on a large ship, but when you go up to the fourth deck for whale watching, the height increases the swaying, so it feels quite shaky. If you're concerned, I recommend taking motion sickness medication.

We were able to spot quite a few whales. While we didn't see any huge jumps with half their bodies out of the water, we did see them spouting water and their tails and dorsal fins coming out of the surface multiple times. I thought it would be difficult to search in the vast ocean, but since everyone is watching, you quickly notice when they appear, and it creates quite a buzz. There was also another small boat on a tour nearby, and if that boat is stopped, it means they are observing whales in that area, which makes it easy to understand.

I had a very meaningful morning! Unfortunately, I didn't understand about 80% of the English explanations, but when there were whales, it was very easy to understand the direction based on the time on the clock relative to the boat. On that day, we were able to see a small whale jumping, and everyone on the boat was really excited! Even when we got close to Diamond Head, we couldn't see any whales, and I started to give up a little, but then I spotted a spout in the distance. At that moment, the boat sped towards the whale, and we got close enough to see it!

乗船後に提供された軽食のパイナップルバナナブレッドもとても美味しく、紅茶やコーヒーと一緒に船内で食べることができました！
クジラの説明など日本語でのアナウンスもきちんとありますので、英語がわからなくても大丈夫です。生き物ですので毎回見られるとは限りませんが、多少遠くても船が近づいていってくれるので、参加して良かったと思います！

I was worried that my daughter, who easily gets seasick because it's a large ship, might have a hard time, but despite taking motion sickness medication, she ended up feeling sick. 😭 She couldn't even go out on deck and just sat in a chair, waiting for the return to port. I don't know why the medication didn't work, but it was unfortunate, especially since she was looking forward to it more than anyone. 😒

We were able to see whales a few times, although from a distance. 😊👌

I participated in February. At first, I was really wondering if I would be able to see them, but I was able to see four of them! When we went out to sea, they stopped the boat's engine and drove slowly and quietly, which allowed us to see two of them up close. I was moved by their size. They seemed to be playing together, possibly a mother and her child or siblings.

Before heading out to sea, we listened to explanations about safety and the characteristics and ecology of humpback whales inside the boat. I read in reviews that there would be staff who spoke Japanese, but it seemed there weren't any when we participated. I was with a friend who spoke English, so she briefly explained the content to me, but I thought it would be nicer if there were written explanations in various languages available (though I could generally understand without them).

The pineapple cake served as a snack was delicious, and I ended up asking for a second helping!

We went all the way to Diamond Head and anchored for a long time near Waikiki Beach. They said there were whales, but even after anchoring for almost an hour, we couldn't see any. It included transportation, but since it didn't stop at our hotel, we walked to the hotel across the street. The large bus arrived on time and took us to the boarding area!

As soon as we got off the bus, we boarded the boat and took some commemorative photos! Later, a staff member came around to show us the pictures they took! We decided to purchase one as a keepsake (laughs). Then, we enjoyed the breakfast we had been looking forward to. The morning coffee was really great!

Inside the boat, the air conditioning was on, so I think short sleeves might feel a bit cold.

We received an explanation about the whales from the captain and headed to the deck! The blue of the ocean was something you can't feel in Japan, and the view of Waikiki getting farther away! Plus, Diamond Head was clearly visible! I was already satisfied with just that.

And on that day, we were able to see whales! In fact, multiple times!!! We even encountered a mother and baby whale! There is a limit to how close you can get, so they were a bit far, but we could still see them!

The captain announced the direction of the whales, so everyone moved in unison to follow the report. Even if you don't understand English, you'll be fine just following everyone!

Before we knew it, it was time to disembark, and we took the bus back to the hotel.

Personally, I thought it was really great! It was nice to relax on the boat in the Hawaiian sea, and seeing the whales was truly moving! Since it was a large boat, I don't think you would get seasick (but it's better to take motion sickness medication just in case).

バスに降りてすぐに船に乗り、まずは記念撮影！後ほど、係の人が回ってきて撮った写真を見せてくれます！私たちは記念に購入しました（笑）そして、楽しみにしてた朝食をいただきました🍍朝のコーヒーがめちゃくちゃよかったです☕️

船の中はクーラーがかかっていたので半袖は少し寒いと思います。

船長からクジラの説明を受け、デッキへ！
日本では感じられない海の青さ、遠くなっていくワイキキの街並み！そしてダイヤモンドヘッドがよく見える！これだけで満足でした😆

そしてこの日はクジラを見ることができました！しかも何回も！！！🐳親子のクジラにも遭遇しました！近づける範囲が決まってるので若干遠くはありますが見える！！！

船長が◯時の方向だよとアナウンスしてくれるので、みんなその報告を受けて一斉に移動📢英語がわからなくてもみんなについていけば大丈夫です！！！

あっという間に下船になり、バスに乗ってホテルへ戻りました。

個人的にはめちゃくちゃよかったです！とにかくハワイの海で船に乗りながらのんびりできたのもよかったし、クジラも見れて感動しました！大きな船なので船酔いもしないかなと思います！（一応酔い止めは飲んでおいた方が🙆‍♀️）

トイレもたくさんありました！すごく綺麗なわけではないですが、全然大丈夫です！また行きたいです🌴🤙

I participated with excitement, knowing that whales come to the waters off Hawaii only during the winter months for calving and raising their young. I was able to see the baby whales a few times! However, they were far away and small, and it was just for a moment, so if I could wish for more, I would have loved to see them even more. I was prepared for seasickness, but the rocking was mild enough that I didn't need any motion sickness medication. The whales were quite far away even when we reached the point. In fact, the whale that appeared unexpectedly was the closest one we saw. The view from the sea was also fantastic.

チェックイン場所は、同じ会社の他のツアーが混在していたので、早めに到着していればスタッフの誘導がありました。

船酔い覚悟していましたが、酔い止め薬が無くても問題無い程の揺れでした。
クジラは、ポイントに到着してもだいぶ遠かったです。寧ろふいに現れたクジラが1番近くで見れました。海からの景色も最高でした。
英語のみですが、単語が分かれば全く問題無いです。
