We were blessed with beautiful weather, and since our seats were on the west side, we were able to enjoy the sunset perfectly. It was so bright that I could hardly keep my eyes open.
The food was generally satisfying. I got a bit greedy with the cheese selection from the buffet, and by the time I got to one of the main dishes, the beef steak, I was already full.
We were also able to watch the Friday night fireworks at Hilton Hawaiian Village (although they were a bit far away) from a great vantage point.
However, there was one disappointing thing... While we were out on the deck watching the fireworks, all the untouched desserts for everyone were taken away. We should have communicated better with the staff before leaving our seats, but I regret it since we were looking forward to that last treat.

Once we boarded the ship, the meal naturally began from where we were seated, and by the time we finished eating, the fireworks from Hilton H started. My wife and I had a very nice time on the cruise. We decided to do the stake and all you can eat crab legs. The food was good and our waiter was very funny. The only thing we didn't like too much was the crowdedness. My wife is claustrophobic, so she didn't like that the tables were very close together. Other then that being our one complaint, this is a cruise worth doing. The sunset is beautiful!

For a sunset dinner cruise, it really needs to go out to sea to capture the atmosphere. This cruise takes you out to the waters off Diamond Head.

The food is all-you-can-eat and quite filling, so I don't think you'll go hungry. I chose a seat by the window, but since everyone was seated for dinner, it might not have mattered much.

We were also able to see the fireworks on Friday, and the whole family was satisfied.

We booked a reservation for "Pacific Star (all-you-can-eat buffet)" for a group of 13, ranging from a 2-year-old to someone in their 70s. We arrived about 10 minutes late, but it seemed that as long as we got there before the departure time, it was fine. However, the best seats with a view were filling up quickly for those who arrived early. The check-in is located right next to where the ship docks.

The taxi fare from our hotel, Aston Waikiki Beach Tower, to the meeting point at Aloha Tower was about $25 including tip for a one-way trip. If you have three people, the optional shuttle service is cheaper.

Regarding the food, I think there are varying tastes, but at this price point, I believe it falls within the satisfactory range. No one in my family complained about the food being "bad" or "inedible." There was some rocking of the boat, so those who are prone to motion sickness might need to take some medication. I saw about two participants lying down due to seasickness.

Alcohol was an additional charge, with Budweiser available in a pitcher for $20. Other drinks could be ordered for $5 for soft drinks and $10 for alcoholic beverages. Coffee after the meal was complimentary. When I tried to tip, I was informed that it was included in the price.

While eating, there were performances and dances happening one after another, so you can enjoy those as well. When I peeked at the other floors where higher-priced meals were served, the shows seemed to be of a higher quality and more luxurious. If you want to see the shows, it might be worth upgrading your meal.

The seat I sat in near the bow had old, cloudy windows, but I could go out on the deck anytime to take photos freely. When I went up the stairs to the top deck at the stern, I had a great view of Diamond Head and the night scenery, allowing for many wonderful family photos. (However, there was no announcement about being able to take photos on the deck. A waiter happened to tell me while I was taking pictures on my way to the restroom.) I personally participated in a hula dance experience during sunset, so I couldn't take photos then, but I thoroughly enjoyed the view from the sea.

The deck was quite windy, so be careful as hair accessories can easily blow away.

With the cruise experience, dance show, sunset, views of Diamond Head and the night scenery, along with the food, I believe you get your money's worth.

The food photos are a bit shaky due to the rocking of the boat, but I hope they help.

料理を食べている最中にも演奏やダンスなどのショーが次々に行われるので、そちらも十分に楽しめます。
高い料理が提供されている他の階を覗いててみると、ショーのランクが上がって豪華になっていました。ショーを見たい方は、料理のランクを上げても良いかもしれません。

私の座った船首に近い席は、窓が古くなって？霞んでいましたが（透明度が落ちている）、いつでも甲板に出て自由に写真撮影が出来ました。階段を上がり、船尾側一番上の甲板？屋上？に出るとダイヤモンドヘッドや夜景が良く見えて、良い家族写真がたくさん撮れました。（ただし、甲板で写真が撮れますよ。などの案内はありませんでした。トイレに行ったついでに写真を撮っていたら、たまたま歩いていたウェイターさんが教えてくれました。）
私自身は、サンセットの時間帯にフラダンスの体験に参加させられていたのでそちらは撮影できませんでしたが、海からの景色は十分堪能できました。
甲板は風が強いので、ヘアアクセサリー類が簡単に吹っ飛んでいきます。ご注意ください。

クルーズ体験とダンスショー、サンセット・ダイヤモンドヘッド・夜景などの景色に料理までついてきますので、価格なりの元は取れると思います。

The crab was larger and more delicious than I expected. Moreover, unlike typical all-you-can-eat places that are stingy, they generously encouraged us to have seconds and more. The cruise set sail just before sunset, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the sunset and the night view of Honolulu. While enjoying the Hawaiian dance show, the staff skillfully guided us, and before I knew it, all the passengers were dancing together. Overall, it was a tour that exceeded my expectations in terms of cost performance, enjoyment, the cheerful and friendly service from the staff, and the taste of the crab.

After turning 60, I finally visited my dream destination, Hawaii, with six friends. We enjoyed the trip, and it was close to what I had imagined. The sunset time passed quickly, but the nearly full deck with an authentic hula dance show and Hawaiian music created a wonderful and vibrant atmosphere. I wished I had a little more wine.

It was our first activity as soon as we got off our flight. Even though we had jet lag after a 6 hour flight we had the time of my life. My husband and I have never done a dinner cruise before. He is scared of water and gets sea sick fast. From the time we stepped foot on the boat we were greeted, seated quickly, music and entertainment was great, and Marissa our waitress was superb; we loved her and the guitarist they both were totally cool. Everything they brought out was very flavorful, the lobster was succulent not rubbery, steak cooked perfectly, and dessert was delicious. The drinks were also very good especially the blue Hawaiian; it was perfecto. We did not think we would be able to eat everything they were putting in front of us but they gave us just enough time in between each course that made it easier. When it came for the dessert I was so full I didnt think I could eat another bite. We thought we would just take one bite. You know just to try it but as soon as we took one bite it was just too good we both ended up eating it all. At the end they had everyone dancing it was a very fun and delicious experience.

I booked the lowest rank (non-window seat, all-you-can-eat crab, low floor) while keeping the budget in mind. Contrary to what others have written about the shows being lackluster, the Hawaiian show was wonderful, and during our return, the entire staff joined us for a dancing time, which was a lot of fun. The crab was delicious and all-you-can-eat, and the crew's service was impeccable. The seating was shared with eight people, but I had no particular complaints. Before going, I had resigned myself to the possibility of it being bad, but it exceeded my expectations and left a very good impression. Since it was Friday night, we also enjoyed the fireworks!

This was my first time using it on my third trip to Hawaii.
At the meeting point, Aloha Tower, you can board without getting lost.
The food was just okay, but the sunset was very beautiful with nothing obstructing the view right in front of me.

Fireworks on Friday 金曜日の花火

I went on the night of my arrival. Since I had made a reservation for a window seat with an early option, I was able to enjoy the fireworks from the window. There was a fruit and cheese buffet, and the cheese was incredibly delicious! After a whole lobster was served, a steak came out, so the portions were so large that I regretted not being able to finish everything. If you're not used to eating lobster, you might struggle with breaking it down and not eat it very well. There were two welcome drinks included, so I tried a tropical cocktail that I usually wouldn't drink, and it was tasty. The hula show was the most impressive I've seen so far and definitely worth seeing. For some reason, we ended up dancing in a circle at the end, but the crew members were really into it, which was fun. I recommend going on a Friday.

到着日の夜に行きました。早目にオプションで窓際席確約で予約をしていたので、窓際席で花火を楽しむことが出来ました。
フルーツとチーズバイキングが有り、チーズが凄く美味しかったです！ロブスターが１匹丸々出てきた後に、ステーキが出てきたので、ボリュームが有りすぎて、完食出来なかったのが悔やまれます。ロブスターを食べ慣れていないと、解体に苦労してあんまり上手に食べられない人も居るかも。ウェルカムドリンク+2杯付いてるので、普段は飲まないような南国のカクテルをいただきましたが美味しかったです。フラのショーは今まで見た中で一番迫力が有り、一見の価値が有ると思います。最後に何故か輪になって踊るという状態になりましたが、クルーの方々が盛り上がっていて面白かったです。
金曜日に行くならオススメです。

I have been there several times, but this time I found and booked it online. The weather was nice, and the shuttle bus was smooth. The Star of Honolulu Sunset Dinner Cruise offered an all-you-can-eat crab and steak course, along with drinks, while we enjoyed live music and hula dance performances. Watching the sunset made the experience so enjoyable that I lost track of time from departure to return. Despite the large crowd, the friendly guidance allowed us to board the return bus smoothly, and we were able to get back to the hotel without any issues.
