We participated with my parents and our family, a total of seven people. As soon as we took our seats, we toasted! Dinner began while listening to live singing, and both the crab and steak were delicious. I made an impromptu request for my grandfather's favorite nostalgic songs, and they responded with smiles. On the first night of our honeymoon in Hawaii, we enjoyed the best sunset, delicious food, and entertainment. The portion size of the three-star cuisine was just right; by taking fewer appetizers at the buffet, we could savor the lobster and meat beautifully. Although the live performance was in English, they sang Japanese songs and ended with a well-known song that everyone could enjoy together, which was a lot of fun. The staff were also working with smiles while having a good time, which made us feel great as well. I would love to participate again.

We made a reservation for four family members at Five Star on Christmas Eve. It seemed like there was a shortage of staff, as our table was attended by what appeared to be a beginner high school student. The wine cork broke, and after pouring the wine generously into the glasses, they were left unattended even after being empty, so I ended up pouring it myself. The staff didn't provide any advice on the spot, and on the way back in the elevator, we were laughed at for having that particular server. I think it's only natural to follow up if you're aware of the situation, but it seemed like Five Star lacked that kind of consideration.

I ordered the filet steak rare, but it was medium rare. It was probably pre-cooked. The quality of the meat wasn't too bad, so it's a shame.

Five Star is great for enjoying the night view, but this cruise would be better for having fun with a three-star experience.

　夜景を見るには５スターが良いが、このクルーズは３スターでワイワイ楽しむのがいいだろう。

We participated on the first day of our honeymoon. Since neither of us is a big eater, we made a reservation for the 1-star course. When we got on the shuttle bus, we received stickers to wear on our clothes, but the colors indicated the different courses we had reserved. Ours was the cheaper option, which felt a bit awkward. The dining area on the first floor of the bus was not fully occupied. Overall, the food was average, but the meat was delicious. My husband went back for seconds on the crab several times. The Hawaiian show was impressive, and the dancers in the empty sections of the audience gave it their all. We were also able to go out to the rooftop deck at one point. One disappointing aspect was the room temperature. I had brought a slightly thicker hoodie for warmth, but it was so cold in the dining area that it didn't help at all... I might just be particularly sensitive to the cold. The woman from the Korean couple next to us was in a camisole. The sunset and the night view of Hawaii from the boat were very beautiful. I regret to say that I couldn't fully enjoy it because of the cold, so I give it 3 stars. If you're sensitive to the cold, please make sure to dress warmly.

I made a reservation based on my companion's request. Since we wanted a window seat, I booked with the Celebration Plan. While we did have a seat at the end, there was an aisle between the table and the side of the ship, and there was frequent movement of staff and people moving between the decks, so it wasn't a relaxing experience to enjoy the sunset from the table.

Additionally, since several of my companions were not fond of lobster or beef, I also requested meal changes. However, there was no mention of this on the Veltra voucher, so I emailed the local operator to confirm the changes. When we checked at the table after boarding, the wrong order had been placed.

After showing the floor manager (assistant manager) the final confirmation email from the operator and reiterating our requests, I was told they would check and serve according to our requests. However, in the end, the service did not match our requests.

I called the manager again to request changes to the menu, and ultimately, we were able to have our meal as we wished, but I was left dissatisfied with the fact that our order had not been processed correctly and with the attitude of the manager during the interaction.

On a positive note, the view and the performances by the waiters and dancers were great.

また、同行者にロブスターやビーフが苦手な人が複数いた為、食事の変更も併せて申し込みしましたが、ベルトラのバウチャーには記載が無かった為、現地催行会社と直接メールをして、変更点の確認をしましたが、乗船後にテーブルで確認すると、誤ったオーダーが通っていました。
フロアマネージャー（アシスタントマネージャー）へ催行会社からの最終確認メールを見せた上で、こちらの希望を改めて伝えた所、確認してリクエストに沿うように出す、と返答されましたが、結局リクエストと違う形で給仕されました。
改めてマネージャーを呼び、メニューの変化を要求し、最終的には希望に沿う形で食事が出来ましたが、オーダーが通ってなかった事と、マネージャーの対応時の態度には不満が残りました。

ただ、景色やウエイターやダンサーのパフォーマンスは良かったです。

I came to Hawaii for the first time for my daughter's wedding. We enjoyed a wedding with sightseeing in Hawaii! For our last night, I thought I would treat ourselves to a dinner cruise and made a reservation. Since there was no shuttle service, it was a bit of a struggle to get there. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, and we couldn't see the sunset. It was unfortunately a cloudy day with strong rain and wind. The boat was rocking quite a bit, and since I anticipated this, I brought motion sickness medication and took it early, so my friend and I were able to enjoy ourselves. However, there were about five people who looked quite unwell from seasickness. Perhaps because manners differ from country to country, some people seemed unable to move due to their discomfort, and there were situations at the dining area that were hard to watch. I noticed some people looked like they might get seasick just from seeing that. However, the rocking of the boat due to the weather is unavoidable, so if you participate, I think it's necessary to be well-prepared (with motion sickness medication, good health, bags, etc.).

Additionally, the inside of the boat was very cold, and when I requested to turn off the air conditioning, I was told it wasn't possible. If you have something to wear over your clothes, it's not a problem, but with just a thin cardigan, it can be quite chilly depending on your seat.

However, the fireworks were beautiful, and the collaboration with the night view was stunning. The Polynesian show was lively, and we ended on a very enjoyable note, so I give it four stars.

でも、花火も上がって、夜景とのコラボは綺麗やったし、ポリネシアンショーはのりのりで、最後はとても楽しく終われたので、星4つです。

A mother-daughter trip to Hawaii tracing memories of my father. Since my mother loves lobster, we made this reservation. We chose this because there was also a boat ride during my parents' trip together. My mother was full of smiles and happy with the jazz and Hawaiian music, hula, and shows that my father loved. The meal was an all-you-can-eat meat and crab option, but it was difficult to eat the crab without scissors. There must be safety concerns, but it was challenging to get the meat out.
