Our guide Lola was very friendly, and it was the best tour! Since it was an English-only tour, we were a bit worried about our ability to keep up with just everyday conversation. However, Lola, although she hardly spoke any Japanese, spoke slowly and clearly, making it easy to understand, and we had a great conversation.

She also guided us through the buildings and areas along the way, which was fun.

I thought Dole might be somewhat underwhelming, but it was actually very spacious and we enjoyed it a lot. The souvenir section is really large. Haleiwa had a completely different atmosphere from Waikiki, which was refreshing. There were so many places to eat that it was hard to choose, but the garlic shrimp was very delicious. We gave up on the long lines for shave ice and huli huli chicken. Instead, we went to Ali Beach and were thrilled to encounter a honu drying its shell!

食べる所が多く選ぶのに困りましたが、ガーリックシュリンプとても美味しかったです。
シェイブアイス、フリフリチキンは列が長かったので断念。
代わりにアリビーチまで行ってみたところ、甲羅乾かしているホヌに出会えて感動しました！

I had some concerns about the reservation in Japan, but I received communication via LINE, and even though I arrived earlier than the meeting time on the day of the tour, the bus came early, leading to an earlier departure. I wanted to visit a coffee farm and explore Haleiwa, and I was also hoping to try Giovanni's Garlic Shrimp, and all of that came true! Our guide, Jonah, was very attentive and cheerful, providing a lot of explanations about Hawaiian culture and the scenery we saw during the ride, and he answered our questions, which was very informative!

Also, since there were only four of us in total, including another group, Jonah actively offered to take photos at each spot, which made me very happy as we got to take a lot of pictures. He also provided explanations about the highlights at each location and suggested great spots for photos, which made the tour even more enjoyable thanks to Jonah! Thank you very much!

During my last trip to Hawaii, a friend took me on a drive along the east coast with a rental car. I wanted to see those breathtaking views again, so I searched for a tour and found this one that was perfect!

On the day of the tour, we were picked up from our hotel. The tour vehicle arrived on time. It seemed like we were the only participants, which made me feel a bit guilty, but I was secretly happy as it felt like a private tour.

As soon as we set off, our guide asked if we wanted to try malasadas. We stopped at the parking lot of Pearl Ridge Center in the Aiea area to enjoy Leonard's malasadas. After that, we visited Diamond Head, Blowhole, and Makapu'u Lookout. The view of Makapu'u Beach from the lookout, with its deep blue sea and white coastline, is something I will never forget.

At the site of the old Kahuku Sugar Mill on the North Shore, we enjoyed garlic shrimp recommended by our guide. In Haleiwa Town, we had 90 minutes of free time to explore. We visited shops I wanted to check out and had coffee at Island Vintage.

On the way back, although it wasn't part of the itinerary, we stopped by Dole, and finally, we tasted coffee at Green World Coffee Farm, which had a café on the coffee farm.

However, thanks to our cheerful and fun tour guide and driver, Patrick, we had a wonderful time. He helped us purchase tickets for the Dole Plantation, and we were able to enter smoothly. First of all, I want to express my gratitude to the guide; I truly had a fulfilling day. They took us to breathtaking spots that weren't included in the tour, provided detailed explanations about shops and buildings while we moved around, and taught us a variety of things without any time to rest.

When I mentioned that I wanted to try a loco moco burger, they honestly advised me on which places were delicious and which weren't, making it easy to choose a restaurant.

Since the tour was focused on horseback riding, we didn't plan for any exploration and just enjoyed a relaxed time.

I found a fulfilling tour that required a reservation and was difficult to access early in the morning for the Diamond Head hike, along with sightseeing on the East Coast and the North Shore, and booked it immediately.

Although I couldn't make it to the summit of Diamond Head in the early morning, I was able to see the sunrise along the way, and the view from the top was beautiful. I also visited Blowhole for the first time and coincidentally saw a whale jump. Our guide, Jonah, not only provided explanations but also took photos for us at various spots. He even took us to a place with a malasada food truck and Makapu'u Point, which wasn't on the original itinerary, making me feel like I got a great deal.

I've been to the North Shore a few times, but it was my first time at the lunch spot, Kahuku Sugar Mill, which was enjoyable. Overall, it was a packed day of hiking and sightseeing, and I highly recommend this tour. Although the time from early morning to evening was long, there were only two groups (four people total), so we were able to return to Waikiki 30 minutes early, right on schedule.

Waking up early was tough, but it was definitely worth it! At Diamond Head, they lend you hand lights, so you don't need to bring anything. The view from the top was amazing! I also got to see many beautiful sights at the beach and in nature. Jonah shared the scenery, delicious restaurants, and information about Hawaii while driving, making the journey very enjoyable. Haleiwa Town on the North Shore was a great place for shopping at famous stores like Patagonia and enjoying acai bowls, which left me very satisfied! The nuts from the macadamia nut farm were delicious, and before I knew it, I had bought a lot of souvenirs (laughs). At the coffee farm I was aiming for, there were so many coffee beans to choose from that time flew by!

I highly recommend joining the tour for anyone who is considering it!

ダイヤモンドヘッドではハンドライトも貸してもらえるため必要なものは何もありません。
頂上からの景色は最高でした！
そのほかにもビーチや自然のなかで素敵な景色をたくさん見られました。
ジョナさんが運転中にも見える景色や美味しいお店、ハワイのことを紹介してくれる為、移動中もとても楽しめました。
ノースショアのハレイワタウンはpatagoniaなどの有名店でのショッピングやアサイーボウルも食べられ、大満足でした！
マカダミアナッツ農園のナッツもおいしく、気づけばお土産をたくさん買っていました(笑)
お目当てのコーヒー農園では、たくさんのコーヒー豆があり、よりどりみどりで時間が過ぎるのがあっという間でした！

I initially thought I would have too much free time with five hours, but instead, I was able to explore the town of Haleiwa at my own pace without feeling rushed. I visited various shops that caught my interest and took plenty of photos, allowing me to leisurely stroll around. In the past, I participated in a tour with only three hours of free time, which felt rushed and left me unable to fully enjoy the beach. This time, however, I had enough time to visit the beach as well, which greatly increased my satisfaction. Overall, the timing was just right. I believe this tour is perfect for those who want to take their time exploring the town of Haleiwa.

自由時間が５時間なので最初は時間が余ってしまうかと思っていましたが逆に時間に追われることなく、ハレイワの街を端から端まで気になるお店があれば立ち寄ったり、写真に納めたりと、とにかくゆっくりと散策することができました。以前は３時間の自由時間に参加したこともありますが慌ただしくビーチの方まで行く時間がなく消化不良気味でしたが今回はビーチにも行く余裕があり満足度が高かったです。結果、時間的にも丁度でした。ゆっくりハレイワの街を散策したい方にはピッタリのツアーだと思います。

I thought there would be other participants, but it seemed that we were the only ones, so we were able to enjoy a private experience. Not only did they guide us to our destination, but they also pointed out buildings along the street and shared insights about local daily life, so we were never bored in the car.

The strong winds made the blowhole quite impressive! I was able to sample a lot of macadamia nuts, and they were all delicious.

In Haleiwa Town, there were many shops, and they accurately pointed out the popular ones, allowing us to explore efficiently.

I wish I had done this tour earlier into my trip. We got to see the entire island. It was clear that our guide, Kevin was passionate and knowledgeable on the island's history and culture. Our group made a few stops additional to the two main activities. It was well worth the cost. As a solo traveller I had an amazing time on this excursion!
