Amazing tour!!

She was also able to take us to a few places that weren’t planned but time permitted. She was such a joy to be around. If you’re contemplating, just book it. You will be extremely satisfied!

Majestic Circle Island Tour with Ika “Squid”

North shore fun!
Reviewed by: Cara Jermstad , 2023/02/02We had a wonderful time on this adventure to the north shore on Oahu. Cousin G was our guide and he did a great job taking care of us and keeping things lively. He was so knowledgeable of the history and the area and all the ins and outs of where to go. He was really funny, too! Waimea falls was beautiful and the next stop we opted for paddle boarding. We didn't see any sea turtles, but it was still fun and peaceful. We had a small group of 10, which I don't think is usual, but it was a treat for us because we could move around easily and quickly get in and out of places. We'd highly recommend this to anyone!!

Oahu Island Tour Unforgettable!
Reviewed by: Jackie, 2023/01/31Our Oahu Island Circle Tour was so much fun! Alan was our guide and he was very knowledgeable about the island and all of Hawaii in general since he was born and raised there! This tour operator could not have hired a better person to tell people about the beautiful islands of Hawaii. He loves where he lives and it shows in his work. Our tour was very personal with just the three of us in the vehicle. We were able to travel at our own pace. Alan treated us to the sites and foods of island life, something we could not have seen and done on our own. The Dole Pineapple Plantation was so interesting and delicious - you must try the Dole Whip! Amazing! The North Shore was captivating with the huge waves coming in and we did see some sea turtles swimming in shallow areas. This is a must do experience!

Definitely would recommend

I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy north shore with some history/information. Read in other review that it was rushed but that’s not how it was at all at least not with our driver uncle Kevin.

Safe but boring

A gentleman on the bus gave more information because he had taken a similar tour in June. John did not put his headset on only lifted it occasionally to talk. Like I said a nice man but the tour was long, quiet and boring. Thankfully the other passengers were friendly. Thank you

Diamond Head Hike & Oahu Island Tour - Haleiwa, Kualoa Beach & Dole Plantation
good overview of the island

Have breakfast before starting, because the Diamond Head hike isn't a leisurely stroll in the park... you're going uphill a long way and it'll make you sweat!
Bringing a flashlight would be a good idea, because the majority of the hike is on an unpaved and and sometimes uneven path. Which can be a problem for a pre-dawn hike.
We didn't exactly get to see the sun rise per se. We arrived at the top in plenty of time, there were some clouds on the horizon.
Go inside the bunker, all the way to the back, to access the spiral interior staircase to complete the pathway loop. Seems like a lot of people aren't aware that they need to go into the bunker to do that.
I'd recommend having at least $30 per person in cold hard cash on hand, to pay for lunch etc.
If you don't wear sneakers, you could have a little trouble walking over seaside areas with sharp lava rock...

Great to have a tour with activities!
Reviewed by: Joy , 2022/12/05My husband and I took the North Shore Tour hoping to get a bit of everything - activities, beach, relaxation and fun. We got what we wanted and more. We had Cousin G who made everyone feel comfortable and entertained, and made the tour engaging and funny.
The tour had a good balance of free/activity time and many choices to choose from. We did the waterfall and kayaking option and was one of the highlights of our trip to Hawaii.
We also got the chance to sight see the east and north side of Oahu and had many stops for photos and breaks.
We felt like we got our moneys worth from this trip and got to see and do a lot on the island in just a 8am - 5pm timeframe.

Good tour with perfect guide

The activities were so/so - and quite short for some. Also Turtle beach stop was cancelled while other stops (unplanned) took a while.
We saw a lot and learned about Hawaiian culture and life.

Beautiful spots and a great guide
Reviewed by: Laura J, 2022/11/14The list of places to visit is nicely curated and I think we had enough time to walk around each site, take photos, and even buy souvenirs. Our guide, Jojo, was fantastic. He had too many stories to tell to keep us entertained and was very knowledgeable about Hawaii's culture, history, and ecology.
The only downside of this tour was that you are on a large bus so, if you are picked up last and have a seat at the back of the bus, you're going to spend a lot of time going on and off. However, Jojo knew that this might be frustrating and started counting time right after the last person was out.
The bus was clean and the lunch was ok.

Juicy Circle Island Tour

Once Juicy showed up the trip began and he kept us rolling in the aisles with funny stories and excellent information about the sights. Did I mention that Juicy made up for arriving late? Each stop was awesome and he went out of his way to make it just that much more special. The lunch was some yet delicious. I feel bad because I actually forgot his real name. The only name we got familiar with was Juicy. What a sweet and funny man. I really connected with him. Glad we took this tour.

Enjoyed snorkeling wish we would of seen turtles though. Kayaking time was limited we had to go back to the bus to head back to Waikiki. We did get to visit the small towns on our way to North Shore that grows fresh vegetable and fruits, I think the two stops caused us to use up time on the water activities.

Around Oahu in a day
Reviewed by: Zeljko Pasara, 2022/09/01We had a fantastic day on our tour. It just so happened that me and my daughter were the only people signed up on the day of our tour. Our guide Stephanie was absolutely fantastic, fun loving and easy going with her knowledge of the island. We started at the Halona blowhole and found out the beach nearby was used in the movie “From Here to Eternity”. Lunch at the Kahuku Sugar Mill with a smorgasbord of food trucks should be able to satisfy any hunger. The recommendation of Giovanni’s for garlic prawns by Stephanie was spot on, they were delicious.
With great anticipation of seeing turtles on the sand at Haleiwa Beach Park we were slightly disappointed. It was great we were able to see them in the water occasionally bobbing their heads up for air.
The last stop at Dole Plantation was great, it is where we tasted our first Dole Whip which was absolutely delicious.
I would recommend this tour to give you a better idea about the Oahu Island and the different experiences available to you.
