However, unlike Kualoa, riding by the seaside was very pleasant with the refreshing sea breeze. The guide was in English, but there were Japanese informational materials at the reception, and they also showed a Japanese instructional video before the ride, which was reassuring.

It took about an hour and a half from Waikiki, but it was a very peaceful and relaxing ranch. The horseback riding options for preschoolers are limited, but this plan is very fulfilling. We were able to leisurely stroll through the vast grounds and even had designated photo time at various points. Along the way, we learned a lot about Hawaiian plants, how to care for horses, and how to give commands. At the end, we gave a thank-you carrot, brushed the horse, and took photos, making for a total experience of about 1 hour and 30 minutes. They kindly answered all of my daughter's many questions, and she fell in love with horseback riding. It felt like a personal English lesson while riding, which was a great deal. The entrance to the ranch is a bit tricky, but it was truly a wonderful place. If you have some time to spare, I highly recommend it!

I thought a two-hour horseback ride might be long, but I decided to book it since I felt two hours would be necessary to see places like the filming locations of Jurassic World. My horse was very gentle and well-behaved. There were some horses that started eating the grass by the roadside and stopped along the way. (I realized this is what "taking a detour" really means.) Experiencing the grandeur of Kualoa Ranch was amazing, and I was moved to think that they filmed Jurassic World and King Kong here. However, I must say that after two hours of riding, my backside was quite sore.

Since I participated in the Thanksgiving Day tour, it was disappointing that most of the shops in Haleiwa and the garlic shrimp food stalls were closed, and I couldn't visit the places I wanted to. However, I switched my mindset and decided to try again next time, and we set off for horseback riding.

The horse I rode was a bit of a troublemaker, and during the tour, when other horses approached, it suddenly took off running and raised its front legs towards them. I almost got thrown off, but the staff quickly intervened, so it ended well, although I was a bit flustered.

The guide who drove and guided us throughout the day was very nice, and he explained things clearly and humorously at each location, which made the participants feel relaxed. He really wanted us to see sea turtles, so we stopped at several spots, and we were able to see five sea turtles up close at the last location. It was a packed and very enjoyable tour that truly made me feel the essence of Hawaii.

一日、運転と案内をしてをしてくれたガイドさんがとても良い方で、各所での説明もわかりやすくユーモラスに話してくれて、参加者も和みました。海亀を何とか私達に見せてあげたいとの事で複数のスポットに立ち寄り、見事に最後の所で5匹もの海亀を間近で見る事ができました。盛りだくさんでとても楽しくハワイを感じられるツアーでした。

This was my third time participating in the tour. I joined with my girlfriend. The shuttle bus for previous tours was like a Ku'alola Ranch-style (a Western-style bus that was frankly quite old), but this time it was a regular large sightseeing bus, and it was a very clean bus. The comfort of the shuttle has improved.

After arriving, we immediately completed the reservation confirmation process, then stored our luggage in a locker before participating in the activities. After watching a safety video, we started with about six other participants on the same course.

This time it was a two-hour course, but the accompanying woman was constantly on her phone, just texting. Last time, at a Ku'alola-like place, there was a service where they took pictures of the participants with their phones in turn, but this time there was none at all. 到着後すぐに予約確認手続きを行い、その後ロッカーに荷物を預けてアクティビティ参加となります。ビデオでの注意説明を観た後に、同じコースの６人ほどとスタートしました。
今回2時間コースでしたが、付き添いの女性は　ずっと携帯でメールばかりをしていました。前回は、クアロラっぽい場所で順番に参加者の携帯で写真を撮ってくれたりのサービスがあったのですが、今回は全くありません。しかも、コースも、ジュラシックパークの恐竜の骨の残骸スポットも通ることなく？　30分以上　時間を残しての終了となりました。　　アテンドのスタッフでここまで違うのか！　とがっかりしました。
私たちは３度目だ要領を得ていましたが、初めての参加者は絶景なコースを通らなかったので、林間コースを中心とする乗馬と感じたでしょう、、、

At the beginning, they properly taught us the names of the horses, which made communication easy. The endless vast scenery was breathtaking from start to finish. At one point, they took my smartphone and captured family photos of us riding, and the staff member, who looked cool, was actually very kind and showed a deep love for the horses. We chose this horseback riding experience because it has no age restrictions, and we have a 9-year-old child. The bus was full since it was the final stop, but the driver’s friendly approach created a pleasant atmosphere.

We stopped at Dole Plantation, which was a short visit, but we had enough time to enjoy it. At the beach, we even encountered wild sea turtles, and in the meantime, they made a reservation for garlic shrimp, making it easy to enjoy with kids. The tour price was reasonable.

The horseback riding experience was well-explained, and they encouraged us to bond with the horses, which made it a reassuring experience. Depending on the horse, it seems like a great activity for a wide age range. I hope to bring my parents, who are in their 60s, someday. By the way, the restrooms were clean and stylish, even though they were in a container.

Along the way, the instructor took photos and provided explanations about the beach, allowing us to enjoy horseback riding while feeling the pleasant breeze throughout the experience.

立ち寄りのドールプランテーション、時間は短時間ですが充分楽しめました。
海辺では野生の海ガメにも出会え、その間にガーリックシュリンプの予約もしてくれて子供連れには負担なく楽しめました。ツアー料金に納得いきます。

乗馬は説明も細かく、お馬さんと仲良くなれるよう声もかけてくれて安心して体験できました。お馬さんにもよりますが年齢幅広く体験できるいいものだなと。いつか60代の両親もつれてきてあげたいです。どうでもいいですがトイレがきれいでした。コンテナなのにおしゃれな内装。

途中インストラクターさんが写真撮影もしてくれるし、ビーチの説明もしてくれるので終始ここちいい風をあびながら乗馬できました。

帰り道は渋滞状況に応じてルート変更があるとのことで、この時は来た道ではないルートを通ってくれていろんな景色を見ることができラッキーでした。

During the horseback riding, I didn't have to control the horse at all; it just walked along the designated path. The guide explained things a couple of times, but it was too far away, and I couldn't hear well. For the rest of the time, I was riding while checking my phone and making calls.

During the journey there, the driver guided us through various things in the area, and I was happy to learn interesting facts while saying, "Oh, really?" and "Wow!" The horseback riding experience was refreshing and enjoyable. The local staff were also wonderful people. If I could wish for something, I would have liked a little more time to explore Haleiwa Town, even if it meant a slightly later return time. Perhaps it was to avoid traffic? Maybe just a little bit of a tease is just right? It makes me want to go back again.

行きの道中ではドライバーさんが周辺のあれこれをガイドしてくださり、ふむふむ、へ～そうなんだぁ！と豆知識を教わりながら進むことができ嬉しかったです。乗馬も爽やかに気持ちよく体験できました。現地スタッフさんも素敵な方達でした。欲を言えば、解散時間がもう少し遅くなっても構わないのでハレイワタウンでの散策時間がもう少し長ければなぁ～なんて思いました。渋滞対策かな？「もの足りない位」がちょうどいいのかな？また行きたくなるからね。

We went as a group of three, and the horses were incredibly gentle! It was my second time riding, but I was worried because my two friends were riding for the first time and none of us spoke English. However, there was no need for concern at all. The number of participants was just right, and the staff were neither too close nor too distant.

The course was not artificial; we crossed sandy beaches and rivers. The sunset we saw when we got used to the horses was truly beautiful and the best part of the experience.

The riding distance was just right, making it an excellent horseback riding experience.

I had been wanting to go horseback riding in Hawaii. Initially, I planned to go to Kualoa, but it seemed that the tours there had a lot of free time (waiting) during the scheduled hours, and I didn't want to be bored, so I quickly changed my plans and found this place instead. In the end, it was a great decision to change.

I was disappointed that I couldn't see the sea turtles, which they said you have a high chance of encountering, but the garlic shrimp I had in Haleiwa was very delicious, and I was able to shop at Patagonia as well. It would have been even better if I had more time, but for now, I was satisfied.

At first, I was a bit nervous about horseback riding, but the horses were used to it, so they all lined up nicely and walked leisurely, making it enjoyable even for a first-timer like me. I wanted to take a video, but I had to give up since I couldn't let go of the reins. However, others were taking pictures. I think photos from the horse's back would be a rare capture.

The coastal route was truly amazing, with beautiful scenery that felt very Hawaiian and refreshing. While the lush greens of Kualoa's nature are beautiful, I thought the blue of Hawaii's ocean was even better. I would love to repeat this experience if I have the chance again.

もっと時間に余裕があったら尚良かったですが、とりあえず満足でした。
乗馬は、最初は少しビビってしまいましたが、慣れている馬達なので、みんなお利口に1列になってのんびりと歩いてくれて、初めての私にも楽しめました。
ムービーを撮りたかったのですが、さすがに手綱から手が離せなかったため断念しましたが、他の方は撮っていました。馬の上からのビューなんて貴重な写真だと思います。
海沿いを歩くコースも景色が本当に最高で、ハワイらしく、気持ち良かったです。
クアロアの大自然のグリーンもきれいでしょうが、ハワイの海のブルーの方が良かったと思いました。
また機会があったらリピートしたいです。

I had never ridden a horse before, but the horse was well-trained, so I felt safe riding it. It was fun to explore various filming locations. (It was a bit disappointing that the Jurassic Park sign was a little far away.) I must have used muscles I don't usually use, as it was tough to go down the stairs when I got back, but it was a fun experience!

My horseback riding experience at Kualoa Ranch during the New Year holiday was wonderful, so I repeated it. The horse I rode was very smart, and without stopping to graze along the way, it followed the horse in front of it slowly and steadily, allowing me to ride without hardly having to use the reins. I'm grateful to the horse for walking for two hours without a break.

When I arrived at Kualoa Ranch, I had about an hour and a half to spare before my horseback riding experience, so I signed up for a Japanese-language movie location tour on-site. That was a great decision because during the horseback riding, the staff didn't provide any specific explanations about Kualoa Ranch, so I was able to leisurely ride along the path I had previously learned about in Japanese, which allowed me to fully enjoy Kualoa Ranch. There wasn't a moment during the horseback riding when I could get off the horse to take photos, so if you want to capture some good pictures, I recommend signing up for the movie location tour.

The horses, as mentioned in reviews, are well-trained, and even as a first-time rider, I was able to complete the two-hour ride without any issues. There was one staff member for every five people, and they quickly came to assist when a horse wouldn't move or started eating grass. Other than that, the staff were seen looking at their phones while riding.

It felt like we were riding in silence, simply enjoying the scenery. The views were beautiful, and the breeze was pleasant, making it a truly valuable experience unique to horseback riding.

特に説明もなく、黙々と景色を楽しみながら乗馬していくような感じです。景色がとても素敵で風も気持ちいいので、乗馬ならではの貴重な時間だったなと思います。
