It was my first time horseback riding, and I took the two-hour course. I was in control of the horse myself, and unless there was a major issue, the staff didn't assist, but that actually made me feel like I was handling the horse, creating a memorable experience that is hard to come by. The two-hour course allowed us to explore Hawaii's nature, including movie filming locations, and the scenery was wonderful. Don't question why horseback riding in Hawaii; definitely give it a try. It will surely become a great memory.

初めての乗馬で２時間コースでした。馬を操るのは自分だけで、よっぽどのことが無い限りスタッフは助けてくれませんでしたが、それが逆に、自分がこの馬を扱ってるんだという気持ちになり、なかなか体感できない思い出となりました。２時間コースは映画のロケ地などハワイの自然に触れられるコースを行くことが出来、景色もすばらしかったです。なんでハワイで乗馬なの？と思わず、是非参加してみてください。きっと良い思い出になりますよ。

Last time, it was my first horseback riding experience, so I enjoyed it for an hour, but this time, since it was my second, I decided to try the two-hour course. The two-hour course allowed us to explore a vast ranch that was also used for filming Jurassic Park, and I had a great time while enjoying views of the ocean and mountains. The horses used are well-trained and gentle enough for beginners to handle, and they are very cute. It's convenient to hang your camera around your neck so you can manage it with one hand. I will definitely go again next time!

前回は、初の乗馬だったので一時間で楽しみましたが、今回は二度目なので二時間にしてみました。二時間コースは、ジュラシックパークの撮影でも使用された広大な牧場を馬上から見学するものでしたが、海、山を眺めながら楽しく過ごしました。使用される馬は、きちんと調教されていて初心者でも操れる程おとなしく、とても可愛いですよ。カメラは、片手でも操れる様に首から提げておいた方が便利ですよ。次回も絶対行きます！

I participated on June 25, 2004. We left the hotel at 1:30 PM and returned around 6:20 PM.
All the participants were foreigners, but the guide spoke both Japanese and English, so there were no issues.
The guide humorously explained how to ride the horses in Japanese, and then we all walked in the mountains for about an hour.
As advice, since the horses tend to go off to eat grass, I recommend wearing long pants!
Also, I think it's better not to bring large luggage while riding. This may not apply to those who are experienced, but...
I heard there is a place to store your belongings. However, it's not advisable for valuables, as there is a risk of them getting lost!
I plan to participate again.

04年6月25日に参加しました。時間的には13時30分ホテルを出発して18時20分頃ホテルに着きました。
参加者は全て外国の方でしたが、ガイドの方が日本語、英語と両方話す方なので問題はありませんでした。
馬の乗り方などもユーモアを含めて日本語で説明し、以後みんなで山を1時間ぐらい歩きました。
アドバイスとして馬が草を食べるために、いろんな所にいってしまうので長ｽﾞﾎﾞﾝがおすすめ！！
後、大きな荷物も持って乗らない方が良いと思います。なれている方は別ですが・・・
預ける所があるそうです。貴重品などはダメですが・・・なくなる恐れがありますので！！
私はまた参加しようと思っています。

I was confident in my driving skills, so I thought it would be easy, but it turned out to be more difficult than I expected. The instructor joked, "Do you have a license?" I couldn't help but move my body, but the vehicle didn't go as I thought it would if I didn't operate the steering wheel, so I was a bit desperate. However, the natural mountain course was thrilling and interesting. It seems there are a limited number of vehicles, so I was glad I made a reservation in advance.

運転には自信があったから、簡単かと思ったけど、以外に難しかった。
ライセンス持ってる？なんてインストラクターに冗談を言われたりして。
どうしても体を動かしてしまうけど、ハンドルを操作しないと思ったように進まなかったりして、ちょっと必死でした。
でも自然の山道のコースが、スリルがあって面白かった。台数に限りがあるみたいで、事前に予約していって

The horse I rode was named Chocolate, which sounded delicious. It was well-behaved, and the instructor was nearby (also on horseback), so I felt safe while riding.
The lush, magnificent scenery spread out before me, and it felt wonderful to ride leisurely through it.

私が乗った馬はチョコレート、美味しそう名前でした。お行儀もよく、インストラクターも近くにいる（馬に乗って)
ので安心して乗っていられました。
緑豊な壮大な景色が広がり、そこをのんびり乗馬して、とても気持ちがよかったです。
