Although we had no experience with mountain biking, we thought it would be fine since it was a beginner course. However, since it was our first time using electric assist, the sensation of acceleration and control felt somewhat different from a regular bicycle, which made us anxious from the start. Just when we thought we managed to start, within five minutes, two of the children were asked to leave, and since we couldn't leave two minors waiting in a foreign land, the parents had no choice but to leave as well. The remaining three of us continued, but ultimately, after about 15 minutes, my middle school son was also asked to leave, and only my husband and the university student completed the course. There was no alternative plan, no partial refunds, and it was a tourist facility that only operates as an experience facility, leaving us just waiting for the other members to finish. We missed the highlights of the movie we wanted to see... and it cost nearly 20,000 yen per person. I hope they recognize that the fee is a reflection of the service provided. 料金はサービスに対する対価であることを認識して欲しいです。キャンセルポリシーを提示しておけば、コンプレを押さえれると思ってること事が残念すぎます。参加基準が低い割に、求める乗車基準が高いです。

I originally wanted to go whale watching, but I heard that by April, most whales return to migration, so I chose to do a dolphin swim instead.

The weather was clear and perfect for horseback riding on the day of the experience. I had tried horseback riding a few times in Japan, but this was my first long ride, and it was an incredibly enjoyable experience. It seems there has been a lot of rain recently, and due to some paths being washed out, the 2-hour plan was shortened to 1.5 hours, but it was still more than enough of an experience. The horses seemed well-trained; they moved forward on their own when the horse in front did. In Haleiwa, I was dropped off at my desired location, so I could easily go to the shops I wanted to visit!

Kualoa Ranch, famous for being a filming location for Jurassic Park, is truly breathtaking when you see the scenery right in front of you. The horseback riding lasts a solid two hours. You ride in a line of six, navigating some pretty tough paths, including narrow trails and cliffs. However, the horses are very smart and know the way, so there are no issues.

One instructor accompanies you and explains the locations in English. Occasionally, if a horse doesn't move or if a rider's posture is poor, they will give you a reminder. My legs were shaking after the two hours, but it was truly a valuable experience, and I'm glad I did it! Since it's a tour, you might have some free time afterward, but the burgers at the café are incredibly delicious, and since the ocean is right next to it, you can relax by the sea if you return within the time limit. I think it's an experience you can't have in Japan!

The performances by the dancers and the impersonators of Michael and Elvis were wonderful and very moving.
Before the show, we enjoyed a meal while being entertained by hula dancing and ukulele performances right next to our seats. The friendly atmosphere made it fun.
However, we had to wait quite a while with our drinks and pineapple before it started, which was disappointing as it left us with a long period of idle time.
But the show that followed was so good that it made up for that disappointment. Plus, we were lucky to be there during the buy one get one free campaign.
It became a great memory. Thank you very much.

I lined up as soon as the gates opened at 6:45 AM and got my entry ticket for 7:20 AM. I paid $25 in cash, watched an environmental video, and arrived at the beach around 8:00 AM. I put on the rented wetsuit and entered the sea. I encountered a large school of fish and lost track of time until my pickup at 11:00 AM! It was deeply moving to visit Hanauma Bay for the first time in five years since my visit before the pandemic!

The cultural center was amazing! The buffet had a wide variety of options, blending Japanese and Western styles, and my daughter seemed to enjoy it too! The shows were all in English, but I was completely captivated by the fun atmosphere created by the dancers! I think the quality was high, with a storyline that made it enjoyable even for those who don't understand English.

What was disappointing was the tour conductor.

They were responsible for the transportation from Waikiki to the venue and arranging the tickets, but when I arrived at the meeting point just 5 minutes before departure, I was scolded for being late and told it was a 10-minute departure. We sped to the center, and upon arrival, there was hardly any explanation before we dashed to the ticket booth. They quickly explained only the location of the show and left. I would have liked more information about what the tickets allowed access to and details about the activities inside that were not available.

チケットでどこまで入れてどこまでできるのか、や、中のアクティビティはできないことなど、もっと説明して欲しかったです。

I participated in the first bus trip during Golden Week. The bus was almost full. (I made the reservation about a month in advance.) There were not only Japanese people but also other Asians participating, so the guidance was provided in both Japanese and English.

On the day of the sandbar, the deepest part was around the groin, and the shallowest part was about knee-deep (I am 165 cm tall). We alternated with other passengers on the boat to do snorkeling and activities, and since we went snorkeling first, the staff kindly taught us how to wear the snorkel mask on the boat.

Snorkeling: I swam in deeper water than I had imagined. Of course, I couldn't touch the bottom, but since there were few people who couldn't swim, the guide accompanied them while swimming. I was very happy to see sea turtles (about 5 to 6 of them). They were swimming or staying in their habitat, and they were so big that it surprised me! The guide found the sea turtles and pointed out where they were.

Activities: Mainly, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) was the focus (there were fewer floaties, and I don't think there were any ZAYAK on the day of participation). SUP was difficult to balance, but it was a lot of fun.

There was plenty of time for both snorkeling and activities. The duration was just right—not too long and not too short.

The guides were bright, kind, and their explanations and stories were interesting, making it a wonderful experience. I had a lovely time. Thank you very much!

バスはほぼ満席です。(予約は1ヶ月前くらいにしました。)日本人だけでなく他のアジア人も一緒に参加していたので、日本語と英語の両方での案内がありました。

当日のサンドバーは、いちばん深いところで足の付け根あたり、いちばん浅いところで膝下くらいでした。(身長165cm)
他の船の乗船者と交代で、シュノーケリングとアクティビティを行う形で、先にシュノーケリングを行ったため(？)、船の上でシュノーケルマスクの付け方など丁寧に教えていただきました。
シュノーケリング：想像以上に深いところを泳ぎました。もちろん、足はつきませんが、泳げない人は(人数が少なかったためか)ガイドさんが付いて泳いでいました。
シュノーケル中に海亀(5〜6頭)に会えたのはとても嬉しかったです。泳いでいたり、住処にとどまっていたり、とにかく大きくて驚きました！ガイドさんが、海亀を見つけて、いる場所を教えてくれました。
アクティビティ：主にSUPがメイン(浮き輪の数は少なめ、参加日にZAYAKは無かった気がします)でした。SUPはバランス取るのが難しかったですが、とても楽しかったです。

シュノーケルもアクティビティも、充分時間があります。長すぎず短すぎずちょうどいい時間でした。

ガイドの皆さんは、明るく、親切で説明やお話がおもしろくて、とても素晴らしかったです。素敵な時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございました！！

I'm giving a 4 out of 5 because the trek to the beach was a long hike. The description did say you had to take your kayak down to the beach yourself, but we weren't expecting such a long hike to start kayaking. Once down at the beach their were employees there to help you into your kayak and give you a good push to get you started. The water was amazing, the bird sanctuary was nice. We didn't make it to the snorkeling by kayak, but drove there because not everyone could have made it the whole way. Once we made it to the snorkeling area it was amazing. The reefs were beautiful and full of sea life. The price for the self guided was great. You get access to all of their gear all day until 5pm.

To no fault of their own it rained. It poured really hard. The Captain & First mate were great. They tried to get us out of the pouring rain as best and as fast as they could. The premade drinks were ok. Add some champagne/sparkling wine to them & an ok drink turned into a good drink. The music was great and put all of us soaking wet peeps into a great mood. We were very lucky to be able to see the beautiful sunset in spite of it raining on the first part of our cruise. Everyone was grateful it was dry on our way back to shore. Even though it was rainy & wet it was still worth the cruise. You can't control the weather and the crew handled it well. Thank you for a memorable sunset cocktail cruise.

The two guides were quick and clear in their responses, and I was moved to see various fish and the honu (sea turtle). They considered the tidal conditions and adjusted the location accordingly, which made me feel safe participating. They kindly supported us when my husband and I were running late, and I'm really glad we joined. I felt that I would like to request their services again someday.
